"E-commerce semakin berkembang pesat saat ini. Terdapat berbagai pilihan aplikasi e-commerce di Indonesia yang dapat digunakan oleh konsumen. E-commerce perlu memiliki kualitas layanan dan fitur yang berkualitas serta andal sehingga dapat unggul dari kompetitor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-service quality, personalization, E-WOM, dan customer support system (CSS) terhadap keberhasilan e-commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online. Jumlah responden yang mengisi kuesioner penelitian ini sebanyak 108 responden. Responden pada penelitian ini merupakan pengguna e-commerce Shopee dari kalangan generasi milenial dan generasi Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear dan menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistics 25 dalam mengolah data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-service quality, personalization, E-WOM, dan CSS masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan e-commerce. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa e-service quality, personalization, E-WOM, dan CSS secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap e-commerce success. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, diantara keempat variabel independen pada penelitian ini, e-service quality merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan e-commerce.

E-commerce is rapidly growing nowadays. There are various options of e-commerce applications in Indonesia that can be used by consumers. E-commerce needs to have high-quality and reliable service quality and features in order to excel over competitors. This research aims to analyze the influence of e-service quality, personalization, E-WOM, and customer support system (CSS) on e-commerce success. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection using an online questionnaire. The number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire is 108 respondents. The respondents in this research are Shopee users from the millennial generation and generation Z. This study uses linear regression analysis and is processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The result of this study indicate that e-service quality, personalization, E-WOM, and CSS each have a positive and significant influence on e-commerce success. The result also show that e-service quality, personalization, E-WOM, and CSS simultaneously have an influence on e-commerce success. The result show that, among the four independent variables in this study, e-service quality is the variable that has the most infuence on e-commerce success."

"ABSTRAK
Library X is an academic library in Jakarta, Indonesia. Library X has provided Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) as a tool to provide information related to the collection. However, sometimes the information appears does not show high relevancy. One way to solve this problem is to develop user need based-book recommendation system. The purpose of this study is to create personalization model of book recommendations in Library X.Data Collection Method. The method used in this study was association rule mining using Apriori algorithm. Results and Discussions. The results showed that the book relationships for the minimum support was 0.1% and the minimum confidence was 10% and generated 42 association rules. It is noted that 657 (Accounting) and 658 (Management) are found to support for 2.6% with the confidence level for 14%.Conclusions. Book recommendation is formulated by selecting the rule with maximum support and confidence. The recommendation system is designed to be integrated to web application and users e-mail."

"Aktivitas pemasaran di media sosial merupakan stimulus penting dalam pembentukan
brand experience. Berbagai brand memanfaatkan media sosial untuk meningkatkan
kehadiran mereka secara online dan menciptakan pengalaman tak terlupakan bagi
konsumen, yaitu melalui aktivitas pemasaran yang dilakukan di media sosial. Banyak
penelitian yang telah meneliti hubungan antara komunikasi pemasaran dengan nilainilai
ekuitas konsumennya, namun hanya sedikit studi yang mencoba melihat pengaruh
aktivitas pemasaran di media sosial dengan brand experience, dan belum dapat
digeneralisasikan karena hanya berfokus pada konteks industri tertentu. Salah satu studi
terdahulu hanya mengidentifikasi 2 komponen aktivitas pemasaran yaitu contentsharing
dan interactivity, sedangkan media sosial juga mendukung peluang kolaborasi
melalui personalisasi (personalization) serta penyampaian informasi terkini
(trendiness). Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkonfirmasi kausalitas
hubungan antara aktivitas pemasaran di media sosial (content-sharing, interactivity,
personalization, dan trendiness) khususnya di ranah e-commerce yang tidak terbatas
pada satu jenis komoditi dengan masing-masing dimensi yang membentuk brand
experience yaitu sensory, affective, intellectual, serta behavioral. Penelitian ini menjadi
penelitian pertama yang secara khusus berfokus pada media sosial Instagram, sebagai
media sosial yang paling banyak digunakan merchants di Indonesia untuk
berkomunikasi dengan pelanggannya. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei online Google
Forms kepada 249 responden yang menggunakan Instagram dan mengikuti akun brand
e-commerce. Validitas diuji menggunakan teknik Pearson, sedangkan uji reliabilitas
menggunakan skala pengukuran Cronbach Alpha. Model penelitian divalidasi dengan
metode analisis PLS-SEM untuk menguji 16 hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan korelasi yang positif antara content-sharing, interactivity,
personalization, dan trendiness terhadap pengalaman sensory, affective, intellectual,
dan behavioral. Penelitian ini dapat membantu para manajer pemasaran untuk
mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran di media sosial menggunakan pendekatan berbasis
aktivitas untuk menciptakan pengalaman yang positif bagi konsumen di media sosial.

Marketing activities on social media is an important stimulus in forming brand
experience. Various brands utilize social media to increase their online presence and
create unforgettable experiences for consumers, through marketing communication
activities carried out on social media. Many studies have examined the relationship
between marketing communications and consumer-based equity, but only a few studies
have tried to see the effect of social media marketing activities towards brand
experience, and the research models are not yet generalized because most of them only
focus on specific industrial contexts. One of the previous studies only identified 2
components of social media marketing activities, namely content-sharing and
interactivity, while social media also supported the opportunity for collaboration
through personalization and the delivery of the latest information (trendiness). For this
reason, this study aims to confirm the causality of the relationship between 4 social
media marketing activities (content-sharing, interactivity, personalization, and
trendiness), especially in the realm of e-commerce which is not limited to one type
of commodity towards each dimension that forms brand experience namely sensory,
affective, intellectual, and behavioral. This research is the first study that specifically
focuses on Instagram as the most widely used social media by merchants in Indonesia to
communicate with their customers. Data is collected through a Google Forms online
survei of 249 respondents who use Instagram and followed an e-commerce brand
account. Validity is tested using the Pearson technique, while the reliability test uses the
Cronbach Alpha measurement scale. The research model was validated by the PLSSEM
to test 16 proposed hypotheses. The results showed a positive correlation between
content-sharing, interactivity, personalization, and trendiness towards sensory, affective,
intellectual, and behavioral experiences. This study will help brand managers to
optimize social media marketing strategy using activity-based approach to create
positive experience on social media."

"Di era digital ini media sosial telah menjadi salah satu sarana pilihan bagi banyak perusahaan untuk berpromosi. Untuk mendukung hal ini berbagai platform media sosial, termasuk Instagram, memberikan kesempatan untuk para pengiklan melakukan personalisasi terhadap iklan agar iklan menjadi lebih sesuai dengan pemirsa target. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah personalisasi terhadap iklan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan perceived quality dan brand loyalty dari generasi Z terhadap merek yang diiklankan di Instagram. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei yang dilakukan terhadap 310 responden yang merupakan pengguna Instagram berusia 16-25 tahun dan pernah melihat iklan yang telah dipersonalisasi di Instagram. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan perangkat lunak AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan terdapat pengaruh positif dari perceived personalization terhadap consumer brand engagement dan brand attachment, yang mana keduanya berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived quality dan brand loyalty.

In this digital era, social media has become a means of promotion for companies. To support that, social media platforms, including Instagram, allow advertisers to have personalized advertisements in order to match better with the target audience. This research aims to understand whether personalized advertising can be done to enhance Generation Z’ perceived quality and brand loyalty for brands advertised on Instagram. Data for this research were collected from 310 Instagram users age 16-25 that had encountered a personalized advertisement on Instagram. Analysis was done by structural equation modelling (SEM) using AMOS 22 software. Results show that perceived personalization has positive influence on consumer brand engagement and brand attachment, both positively influence perceived quality and brand loyalty."

"OPAC searching system is developed with the main goal is to facilitate searching information as well as giving the relevant information to the searchers or browsers. Technology web 2.0 facilitate the internet users to interact widely, share idea/information or give comment to one content. The high product selling is influenced by one of the factors, that is, the recommendation from other people or community. Therefore, it can be the opportunity for the librarians to develop OPAC searching system with adopt the technology web 2.0. The users can directly customize and personalize the library services based on the experience of OPAC system. Feedback system with the feature relevance feedback on OPAC means that the users are given space to give input or other information on the searching results, so the document needed is the most relevant document to the users needs. Hybrid recommendations feature on OPAC, means the users are given space to get the seraching results based on the similar interest among the other users (content based filtering); and the searching results are also based on the recomemendation with the greatest or the highest rating (collaborative filtering). The library needs to provide user profile, in order to be the basic of the hybrid recommendations feature development. Searching system with the hybrid recommendation feature and relevance feedback which are adopted from social shopping can be the guidance to develop OPAC searching system based on the technology web 2.0 in the future. Recommendation system which is built can increase the collection use, the source of evaluation to develop collections, information system as well as the library services."

"Seiring dengan meningkatnya penetrasi internet di Indonesia, peningkatan tersebut juga turut mendorong orang-orang di Indonesia untuk    menggunakan berbagai macam produk dan layanan berbasis internet khususnya media sosial seperti Instagram. Di tengah peluang yang tersedia ini, bisnis yang sekarang sedang diminati untuk menunjang gaya hidup seperti merek sepatu lokal dapat memanfaatkan peluang tersebut dengan menggunakan fitur iklan yang dipersonalisasi yang ada di Instagram. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilaksanakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklan yang dipersonalisasi melalui variabel perceived personalization dan self-expressive brand yang mana diprediksi dapat mempengaruhi perceived quality dan brand loyalty merek sepatu lokal yang beriklan di Instagram. Sebanyak 386 responden yang merupakan pengguna Instagram dan juga konsumen dari empat merek sepatu lokal diperoleh menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan permodelan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived personalization dan self-expressive brand dalam konteks iklan yang dipersonalisasi berpengaruh terhadap consumer brand engagement dan brand attachment yang dimana kedua faktor ini juga mempengaruhi perceived quality, dan juga hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan brand attachment dan perceived quality mempengaruhi brand loyalty.

Along with the increasing level of internet penetration in Indonesia, the current developments encourage people to familiarize and adopts variety of internet-based products and service especially Instagram as social media in Indonesia. Amidst these opportunities, businesses that are particularly preferred in current lifestyle like local footwear brand can take advantage by being present on Instagram to foster their relationship with their consumers through personalised advertisement. This quantitative research is constructed to analyse the effectiveness of personalised advertisement by proposing key driver namely perceived personalization and selfexpressive brands that predicts consumer brand engagement, brand attachment and its effect towards perceived quality and brand loyalty. A total of 386 respondents that are Instagram users and consumers of four local footwear brand were collected using purposive sampling method and the data was processed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings suggest that perceived personalization and self-expressive brand within personalised advertisement affect the consumer's brand engagement and brand attachments. Whereby, consumer brand engagement and brand attachment play an important role on affecting the perceived quality. Lastly Brand attachment and perceived quality also found to influence the consumer's loyalty toward a brand."

"Konten TikTok memiliki konten beragam jenis, salah satunya adalah konten tempat wisata. Penelitian ini ingin mencari tahu mengenai terdapat dampak dari konten yang telah dipersonalisasi khusus terhadap pengguna serta faktor lain berupa kualitas dari konten seperti konten yang menghibur, kreatif, dapat dipercaya, dan informatif dapat membuat seseorang merasa takjub dan merasa berguna yang memicu seseorang ingin mendatangi tempat tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan mixed methods dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online melalui media sosial dan wawancara kepada 6 responden kuesioner yang terpilih. Penelitian ini mendapatkan jumlah responden yang valid sebanyak 590 responden. Pengolahan kuantitatif pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) serta Partial Least Square Multi Group Analysis (PLS-MGA) menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan konten yang dipersonalisasi kepada pengguna mempengaruhi entertainment, creativity, informativeness, credibility dan visit intention pengguna. Sementara itu entertainment dan creativity pada suatu konten membuat pengguna merasa kagum terhadap konten dan informativeness dan credibility pada suatu konten membuat pengguna merasa konten tersebut berguna, serta pengguna merasa kagum dan konten berguna mempengaruhi visit intention seseorang. Hasil PLS-MGA menjelaskan terdapat perbedaan moderasi antara generasi Z dan Milenial pada personalisasi konten terhadap tingkat kreativitas konten, serta rasa berguna dari konten terhadap visit intention.

TikTok has various types of content, one of which is content on tourist attractions. This research wants to find out about the impact of personalized content specifically on users and other factors in the form of quality content such as entertaining, creative, credibility, and informative content that can make someone feel amazed and useful to then trigger someone to want to visit that tourist attraction. This study used mixed methods by distributing questionnaires online through social media and interviewing 6 selected questionnaire respondents. This study obtained a valid number of respondents as many as 590 respondents. Quantitative processing in this study uses the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method and Partial Least Square Multi Group Analysis (PLS-MGA) using SmartPLS 3. The results of this study show that personalized content influences entertainment, creativity, informativeness, user credibility and visit intention. Meanwhile, entertainment and creativity in a content make users feel “wow” at the content and informativeness and credibility in a content make users feel the content is useful, and users feel “wow” and useful content affects someone's visit intention. The PLS-MGA results explain that there are differences in moderation between generation Z and Millennials in content personalization to the level of content creativity, as well as the usefulness of content related to visit intention."

"Anxiety adalah sebuah respon terhadap ruang berdasarkan interpretasi kualitas spasialnya yang melingkupi rasa takut, panik dan cemas. Kondisi ini seringkali dirasakan, bahkan pada ruang domestik yang seharusnya merupakan tempat individu merasa paling aman. Kehidupan domestik berpusat pada sekelompok individu yang terus mengalami perubahan gaya hidup, perubahan behavior dan selalu mencari kenyamanan. Perancangan arsitektur tidak selalu tepat dalam mempertimbangkan kedinamisan hidup domestik tersebut, melainkan berpotensi untuk melimitasi keleluasaan individunya dalam ruang tinggalnya. Anxiety merupakan hal yang dirasakan ketika adanya limitasi spasial, begitu pula dengan hilangnya batasan pada ruang. Maka dari itu, teritorialisasi dan personalisasi dilakukan untuk mewujudkan batasan serta kualitas spasial yang diharapkan.
Dengan demikian, skripsi ini akan memaparkan hubungan antara anxiety dan limitasi pada ruang dengan menjelaskan peran elemen spasial yang menghasilkan kualitas interior, serta bagaimana teritorialisasi dan personalisasi dilakukan untuk mengurangi anxiety tersebut. Studi kasus akan dilakukan untuk menunjukkan bagaimana performa elemen spasial dapat mempengaruhi persepsi seseorang terhadap ruangnya sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai tools untuk meringankan perasaan anxiety yang tidak dapat dihindari selama berkembangnya kehidupan masyarakat.

Anxiety is one’s response towards their interpreted space based on its spatial qualities, which includes feelings of fear, panic and worry. This condition is often felt in a domestic space despite it being considered one’s safe space. Domestic life centers around a group of individuals who constantly face changes in their lifestyle, behaviors and are always seeking comfort. Architectural designs do not always accurately accommodate these dynamic changes in one’s domestic life, moreso potentially limiting their spatial freedom. These spatial limitations are what causes the feeling of anxiety, and so does the nonexistence of boundaries. Hence, a process of territorialization and personalization is done to construct the appropriate boundaries and the wanted spatial qualities.
This thesis is written to describe the relations between anxiety and limitations in space by explaining the roles of spatial elements which creates the quality of an interior, along with how territorialization and personalization are carried out to lift up said anxiety. A study case is conducted to demonstrate how the performance of spatial elements may affect one’s perception of their space, and how it becomes a tool to lessen the chance for someone to feel anxiety in space regardless of the changing dynamics in their life.

"E-marketplace berbasis aplikasi memanfaatkan mobile application push notification dalam meningkatkan traffic flow dan jumlah transaksi pada aplikasiya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi message framing (yang meliputi gain-framed dan loss-framed) dan/atau message personalization (yang meliputi personalized dan generalized) dalam rancangan konten promosi Bukalapak di mobile application push notification yang paling efektif dalam mempengaruhi purchase intention konsumen aplikasi Bukalapak melalui mediasi perceived value of product. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap konsumen aplikasi Bukalapak, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan melakukan online survey untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa konten yang bersifat gain-framed dan personalized memiliki pengaruh yang lebih efektif terhadap perceived value of product. Dan jika ditinjau dari angka signifikansinya, konten yang bersifat personalized memiliki efektifitas yang lebih tinggi dalam mempengaruhi perceived value of product dibandingkan dengan konten yang bersifat generalized, baik jika konten tersebut bersifat gain-framed maupun loss-framed. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa perceived value of product memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap purchase intention, serta dapat memediasi hubungan antara message framing dan message personalization dengan purchase intention. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar Bukalapak perlu menjadikan strategi personalized sebagai pertimbangan dalam merancang konten promosi di mobile app push notificationnya, serta tidak harus menjadikan strategi message framing sebagai pertimbangan dalam merancang konten promosi di mobile app push notificationnya.

Application-based e-marketplaces are using mobile application push notifications to increase traffic flow and the number of transactions in their applications. This study aimed to analyze the message framing strategy (which includes gain-framed and loss-framed) and/or message personalization strategy (which includes personalized and generalized) in Bukalapak promotional content on mobile application push notification that is most effective in influencing Bukalapak application’s consumer purchase intention through mediation of perceived value of product. This research was conducted on Bukalapak application’s consumers, using a quantitative approach and conducting online surveys to collect the data. The results of this study indicate that gain- framed content and personalized content have a higher effectiveness in influencing perceived value of the product. And if viewed from the significance figure, personalized content has a higher effectiveness in influencing perceived value of product compared to generalized content, whether the content is gain-framed or loss-framed. This study also shows that perceived value of the product has a positive influence on purchase intention, and can mediate the relationship between message framing and message personalization with purchase intention. This study recommended that Bukalapak need to take a personalized strategy into consideration in creating promotional content in their mobile app push notification, and not to take message framing strategy into consideration in creating promotional content in their mobile app push notification."

"Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai penerapan hyper-personalization yang di refleksikan melalui variabel attitude, subjective norm, perceived ease of use, dan perceive usefulness. Keempat variabel tersebut akan mengukur pengaruh terhadap consumer purchase behavior melalui behavioral intention pada pelanggan Zalora di Jakarta. Penerapan hyper-personalization diterapkan oleh Zalora melalui penawaran email, notifikasi, dan fitur aplikasi. Pengukuran penerapan tersebut dikaji melalui variabel attitude, subjective norm, perceived ease of use, dan perceived usefulness. Hubungan antar variabel ini diukur melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Zalora. Ketentuan pelanggan tersebut pernah membeli produk Zalora dan pernah menerima penawaran email, notifikasi, dan mengetahui fitur personalisasi aplikasi Zalora. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel perceived usefulness memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap consumer purchase behavior maupun behavioral intention secara hubungan langsung maupun tidak langsung. Hasil dari implementasi dari hyper-personalization di Zalora ditujukan untuk keberlanjutan startegi digital marketing di e-commerce pada industri pakaian dan kecantikan serta akan didiskusikan berserta saran bagi penelitian kedepannya.

This study will discuss the application of hyper-personalization which is reflected through the variables of attitudes, subjective norms, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness. The four variables in this study will measure the influence on consumer purchasing behavior through behavioral intention to Zalora customers in Jakarta. Zalora's application of hyper-personalization through email offers, notifications and application features. Measurement of the application is examined through the variables of attitudes, subjective norms, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness. The relationship between variables measured through a quantitative approach with data through a questionnaire to 100 respondents who are Zalora customers. The provisions of this customer have purchased Zalora products and have received email offers, notifications, and seen the Zalora application's personalization features. The results showed that the variable felt had the most significant influence on consumer purchasing behavior and behavioral intention in a direct or indirect relationship. The results of the hyper-personalization implementation at Zalora are aimed at the sustainability of digital marketing strategies in e-commerce in the clothing and beauty industry and will be discussed along with suggestions for future research."
