"ABSTRAK
Fasad memiliki peran sebagai selubung atau kulit yang membungkus bangunan, dengan pilihan material solid dan transparan. Material transparan yang umum digunakan ialah kaca clear, tinted, reflektif, low-e dan kaca ceramic fritted, digunakan pada fasad bertingkat tinggi. Berdasarkan pengamatan awal, dominasi penggunaan material kaca reflektif dan kaca low-e menjadikan Jakarta seolah sebagai hutan kaca. Antar bangunan saling memberikan pantulan energi panas yang membuat satu daerah tersebut sebagai tempat berkumpulnya energi panas
Kaca ceramic fritted memiliki daya pantul rendah, namun belum
digunakan pada bangunan tinggi di Jakarta. Material kaca ceramic fritted
diketahui dapat mengurangi transmisi energi panas matahari ke dalam ruang.
Dengan hipotesis awal, penulis mengganggap bahwa ceramic ink pada pola fritted yang berfungsi dalam menyerap energi panas. Penelitian akan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey cross sectional yang dilanjutkan dengan rancangan eksperimen menggunakan software simulasi dan perhitungan OTTV (overall thermal transfer value) pada bangunan.
Kantor yang dipilih dengan konsep ruang loft, dimana ukuran fasad transparan per unitnya cukup luas yang dapat memaksimalkan masuknya sinar dan energi panas matahari. Material fasad eksisting pada objek penelitian dengan kaca tinted grey 8mm mencapai kondisi termal yang tinggi secara pengukuran
temperatur udara, kelembaban relatif dan perhitungan OTTV. Untuk itu,
rekomendasi material fasad pengganti dengan kaca ceramic fritted pada orientasi utara dan selatan dilakukan dengan perhitungan OTTV dan simulasi software. Menghasilkan bahwa terjadi penurunan nilai beban pendinginan dan nilai OTTV tidak melebihi standar maksimum SNI dengan material rekomendasi tersebut

ABSTRACT
Building façade has the role to wraps the building, which has solid
materials and transparent materials. Clear glass, tinted glass, reflective glass, lowe glass and ceramic fritted glass are the common transparent materials which have to use on highrise building façade. Based on the preliminary observation, domination uses of reflective glass and low-e glass make Jakarta as a glass forest. The heat reflection of buildings make that area as a place of heat gathering.
Ceramic fritted glass has the less heat reflectivity, but this kind of material
has not been used on highrise building façade in Jakarta. Ceramic fritted glass is known to reduce solar heat transmission into the room. With the hypothesis is the author assuming that ceramic ink on fritted pattern could absorbs the solar heat. The research is using quantitative method with cross sectional survey approach followed by the experimental using software simulation and calculations of OTTV (Overall Thermal Transfer Value).
The selected office space has the loft concept, where the dimension of
transparent façade per unit is wide enough to maximize solar light and solar heat into the room. The thermal condition of the room with 8mm grey tinted glass as existing material on research object has the high thermal value according to air temperature measurement, relative humidity measurement and calculation of OTTV. Therefore, the material recommendation with ceramic fritted glass on north side building facade and south side building façade have been completed through calculation of OTTV and software simulation. The results are the reduction in cooling load and OTTV does not exceed the maximum value of SNI"

Suku Dinas Kesehatan merupakan perpanjangan tangan dari Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi yang bertanggung jawab kepada Kepala Dinas Kesehatan dan Walikota yang bersangkutan. Apoteker merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang berperan dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Suku Dinas Kesehatan merupakan salah satu aparatur negara dalam perwujudan pelayanan kesehatan yang baik berusaha menjalankan tugasnya melalui pelaksanaan kegiatan pembinaan, pengawasan, dan pengendalian BINWASDAL . Oleh karena itu, Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia menyelenggarakan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai peran dan fungsi Apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan terkait dengan kegiatan BINWASDAL, pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, dan kegiatan lain di Suku Dinas Kesehatan.

Responsibility of the central government, one of which in the field of health is delegated to the local government by establishing the authorities in each region to take care of the health sector since the enactment of regional autonomy in Indonesia. Public Health Office is an extension of the Provincial Public Health Office responsible to the Head of the Health Service and the Mayor concerned. Pharmacists is one of the resources which play a role in health services. The Public Health Office is one of the state apparatus in the realization of good health services strives to carry out their duties through the implementation of training, observation and controlling activities BINWASDAL . Therefore, the Faculty of Pharmacy University of Indonesia holds a Pharmacist Profession Practice PKPA in West Jakarta Municipal Health Public Office to provide an overview of the role and function of the Pharmacist in the Health Department related to BINWASDAL activities, pharmaceutical management, and other activities in the Public Health Office."

"Virtual office merupakan layanan yang menyediakan sewa menyewa alamat bisnis, jasa resepsionis, jasa mengangkat dan meneruskan telepon call forwarding , jasa surat menyurat, dan beberapa penyedia memberikan layanan penggunaan ruang meeting. Virtual office sendiri dalam peraturan Pajak Penghasilan belum diatur secara jelas dan tegas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlakuan virtual office sebagai jasa atau sewa, dan menganalisis perlakuan Pajak Penghasilan atas virtual office. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa virtual office memenuhi unsur sewa dan jasa. Virtual office memenuhi unsur sewa apabila terdapat penggunaan ruangan sehingga dikenakan Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 4 ayat 2 atas sewa tanah dan/atau bangunan. Sedangkan virtual office yang dalam layanannya tidak terdapat penggunaan ruangan termasuk bentuk jasa dan dikategorikan sebagai jasa manajemen. Pengenaan Pajak Penghasilan atas virtual office yang dianggap sebagai jasa tersebut dikenakan Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 23 atas jasa manajemen. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah perlu dilakukan diskusi dan standarisasi oleh seluruh pihak yang terkait untuk mendefinisikan virtual office secara umum maupun perlakuan dalam Pajak Penghasilan.

Virtual office is a service that provides rent of business address, receptionist services, call forwarding services, mailing services, and also provides rent of meeting room for company usage. In term of Income Tax Law, Virtual office has not been set clearly and firmly. This study aims to analyze virtual office treatment for taxing purposes, that is, to be treated as a service or a rent. It also analyzes the imposition of Indonesian Income Tax on virtual office. This study uses qualitative approach with data collection through in depth interviews and literature studies.
The results of this study indicate that the virtual office fulfills the requirement of rents and services. Virtual office can be treated as a rent if there is a room usage and subject to Income Tax Article 4 paragraph 2 on the rent of land and or building. Meanwhile, if the virtual office does not provide room usage, it can be treated as management service. The imposition of income tax on a virtual office which considered as a service, is subjected to Article 23 Income Tax on management service. The suggestion to be given is the need of discussing and standardizing by all parties concerned to define the virtual office in general and also the treatment in income tax.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang preservasi arsip foto yang dilakukan oleh Kantor Arsip Universitas Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi proses kegiatan preservasi arsip foto yang dilakukan Kantor Arsip Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Kantor Arsip Universitas Indonesia melakukan kegiatan preservasi arsip foto yang mencakup kegiatan penanganan, perawatan dan penyimpanan. Penanganan meliputi kegiatan identifikasi kerusakan fisik arsip, melepas arsip foto dari album, mengelompokkan foto berdasarkan kronologis atau subjek peristiwa, digitalisasi arsip foto ke dalam SEKAR UI, inventarisasi arsip foto ke dalam SEKAR UI, memasukkan fisik arsip ke dalam amplop kertas, memasukkan amplop yang berisi arsip foto ke dalam boks arsip yang sudah diberi judul dan klasifikasi. Kegiatan perawatan meliputi pembersihan fisik arsip secara berkelanjutan. Adapun penyimpanan dilakukan pada suhu 16°C dan kelembaban 35%, selain menyimpan dengan menggunakan rak berbahan besi. Kantor Arsip UI juga memasang APAR (Alat Pemadam Api Ringan) untuk mitigasi kebakaran, dan CCTV sebagai bentuk kontrol keamanan terhadap tindakan pencurian atau vandalisme terhadap arsip foto.


This study discusses the preservation of photographic archives conducted by Universitas Indonesia Archive Office. The purpose of this study is to identify the process of photographic archives preservation activities undertaken by the Universitas Indonesia Archive Office. This research is a qualitative research. The process of collecting data is conducted through observation, interviews, and literature study. From this research, it is revealed that Universitas Indonesia Archive Office undertakes the process of photgraphic archive preservation activities by including handling activities, maintenance and storage activities. Handling includes identifying physical damage of the photographic archive, removing the photographic archive from the album, grouping them according to chronological or subject matter, inventorying the photographic file into SEKAR UI, inserting the physical file into a paper envelope, and then inserting the envelope into the file box which has already been given a title and classification. Maintenance activities include continuous physical cleaning of archives. The storage is carried out at a temperature of 16 ° C and a humidity of 35%. Other forms of storage is using iron based shelves. The Universitas Indonesia Archive Office also installed an APAR (Light Fire Extinguisher) for fire mitigation, and CCTV as a form of security control against theft or vandalism of photographic archives.

Determinants of Adults Office Workers Physical Activity inJakarta Year 2018Counsellor : Dra. Caroline Endah Wuryaningsih, M.KesThe health benefits of physical activity in adults order to maintain health and preventdisease have been extensively documented. Sedentary occupation and the long hours ofwork believed to be the factors that make office workers tends to be physically inactive.Majority worker in Jakarta were office workers. Jakarta was the province with thehighest proportion of people with insufficient physical activity, where 44.2 of thepopulation was reported not active enough. This study aim to find determinants ofphysical activity of adult office worker who work in Jakarta. The research wasconducted by quantitative method. A total of 174 Jakarta office workers participateonline by answering questionnaire through website. Result found that 59 of officeworker who work in Jakarta had insufficient physical activity. Statistical anlysisrevealed that gender, friends support and perceived barriers were the determinants ofJakarta lsquo;s office workers physical activity. Health intervention and promotion that intendto reduce physical activity perceived barriers, at once increase perceived benefits ofdoing physical activity, encourge to do physical activity with friends and giving eachother support should be done in order to increase Jakarta lsquo;s office worker physicalactivity. In addition, special attention should be given to female office workers toincrease their participation in physical activity.Key words: Physical activity, adult, employee, office worker.

Determinan Aktivitas Fisik Orang Dewasa Pekerja Kantoran di JakartaTahun 2018Pembimbing Dra. Caroline Endah Wuryaningsih, M.KesAktivitas fisik pada orang dewasa bermanfaat untuk menjaga kesehatan dan mencegahterjadinya penyakit. Pekerjaan yang cenderung sedentari dan durasi kerja yang cukuppanjang membuat pekerja kantoran berisiko kurang aktif fisik. Sebagian besar pekerja diJakarta adalah pekerja kantoran. Jakarta merupakan provinsi dengan proporsi pendudukkurang aktivitas fisik tertinggi, tercatat masih ada 44,2 penduduk yang kurangaktivitas fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan aktivitas fisikorang dewasa pekerja kantoran yang bekerja di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Penelitiandilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif. Sebanyak 174 orang pekerja kantoran Jakartaberpartisipasi dalam penelitian dengan mengisi kuesioner berbasis website secaraonline. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 59 pekerja kantoran yang bekerja di Jakartakurang aktif fisik. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin pria,dukungan teman yang cukup dan lemahnya hambatan yang dirasakan perceivedbarriers merupakan determinan dari aktivitas fisik pekerja kantoran di Jakarta. Upayaintervensi atau program promosi yang bertujuan mengurangi persepsi negatif akanhambatan hambatan yang dirasa terkait aktivitas fisik sekaligus meningkatkan persepsipositif akan keuntungan yang diperoleh dengan melakukan aktivitas fisik, sertamendorong untuk melakukan aktivitas fisik bersama perlu dilakukan untukmeningkatkan aktivitas fisik pekerja kantoran di Jakarta. "Berlimpahnya cahaya matahari juga dapat membantu penghematan energi untuk pencahayaan pada bangunan kantor. Namun, cahaya matahari yang berlebih menimbulkan silau dan panas terutama pada area di dekat jendela. Fasad kaca pada bangunan kantor mempengaruhi intensitas pencahayaan alami yang masuk ke dalam ruangan sehingga digunakan shading untuk mengatur pencahayaan. Namun, shading yang digunakan saat ini bersifat statis dalam bentuk horizontal, vertikal, maupun egg crate sehingga distribusi cahaya tidak merata. Dengan demikian, penggunaan dynamic shading perlu dieksplorasi karena kemampuannya dalam mengontrol cahaya dan mengurangi konsumsi energi pencahayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan jenis shading melalui konfigurasi dynamic shading untuk meningkatkan kualitas pencahayaan alami sehingga menurunkan konsumsi energi untuk pencahayaan. Penelitian terdiri atas lima tahap yang diawali dengan observasi lapangan pada tujuh bangunan kantor yang dipilih. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pra simulasi dan perhitungan OTTV untuk memilih satu bangunan kantor yang paling tepat untuk dipasang dynamic shading. Tahap berikutnya adalah simulasi eksisting dan modifikasi shading horizontal, vertikal, dan egg crate yang masing – masing memiliki konfigurasi fasad berbeda karena jenis rotasi yang berbeda pada fasad. Tahap selanjutnya yaitu pengukuran pencahayaan alami di bangunan terpilih dan tahap terakhir yaitu eksperimen. Lebar kisi – kisi dynamic shading, jarak dynamic shading ke kaca serta ukuran perforated aluminium adalah parameter penelitian. Hasil yang paling optimal untuk mencapai uniformity minimal 0,5 adalah dynamic shading egg crate dengan model 2 untuk pagi hari, model 1 untuk siang hari, dan model 3 untuk digunakan pada sore hari.

The quantity of sunlight can also assist save electricity for office lighting. Excessive sunshine, on the other hand, generates glare and heat, particularly in places near windows. Because glass facades in office buildings modify the intensity of natural light entering the space, shading is used to control illumination. However, the shading currently used is static in the form of horizontal, vertical, or egg crates so that the light distribution is uneven. Thus, the use of dynamic shading needs to be explored because of its ability to control light and reduce lighting energy consumption. This study aims to develop types of shading through dynamic shading configurations to improve the quality of natural lighting thereby reducing energy consumption for lighting. The research consisted of five stages beginning with field observations in the seven selected office buildings. Then proceed with the pre-simulation and OTTV calculations to choose the most appropriate office building to install dynamic shading. The following stage involves the existing simulation and modification of the horizontal, vertical, and egg crate shading, each of which has a different facade configuration due to a different sort of facade rotation. The following stage is to measure natural illumination in selected buildings, followed by experiment of the best dynamic shading configuration. The research parameters are the width of the dynamic shading grating, the distance between the dynamic shading and the glass, and the size of the perforated aluminum. The dynamic shading of egg crate with model 2 for the morning, model 1 for the afternoon, and model 3 for use in the afternoon produces the best results for achieving uniformity of at least 0.5."

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi e-office layanan persuratan di Kementerian Sekretariat Negara. Penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan dimana Kementerian Sekretariat Negara telah menggunakan e-office layanan persuratan sejak tahun 2009 namun penerapan e-office layanan persuratan belum sepenuhnya terlaksana di Kementerian Sekretariat Negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi e-office layanan persuratan di Kementerian Sekretariat Negara berdasarkan teori Harvard JFK School of Government (2006). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 3 faktor yang mempengaruhi e-office yaitu elemen support didukung dengan landasan hukum, Standart Operating Prosedure serta perencanaan dalam tahapan pelaksanaan e-office, elemen capacity didukung oleh ketersediaan sumber daya finansial, ketersediaan infrastruktur teknologi dan ketersediaan dan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan elemen value yang menunjukkan nilai dalam pelayanan publik berbasis online dan kebermanfaatan untuk pemerintah dan masyarakat.

This thesis discusses the factors that influence the implementation of e-office mailing services at the Ministry of State Secretariat. This research departs from the problem where the Ministry of State Secretariat has been using e-office mail services since 2009 but the implementation of e-office mail services has not been fully implemented at the Ministry of State Secretariat. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of e-office mail services at the Ministry of State Secretariat based on the theory of Harvard JFK School of Government (2006). This study used a qualitative approach by collecting data through in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that there are 3 factors that affect e-office, namely element support supported by legal basis, Standard Operating Procedures and planning in the stages of implementing e-office, element capacity is supported by the availability of financial resources, availability of technological infrastructure and availability and quality of human resources and value elements that show value in online-based public services and benefits for government and society."
