"ABSTRAK Karya Ilmiah Akhir ini disusun sebagai laporan akhir dari praktik residensi ners spesialis keperawatan Maternitas yang berfokus pada penerapan teori keperawatan Konservasi Levin dan Comfort Kolkaba pada asuhan keperawatan pasien yang mengalami kanker serviks sadium IIIB. Tujuan penulisan pelaporan ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran kegiatan tentang pelaksanaan praktik residensi Ners Spesialis Keperawatan Maternitas dengan fokus penerapan teori keperawatan Levine dan Comfort Kolkaba pada pasien dengan kanker serviks stadium IIIB dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai direct care provider, konselor, advokat, edukator, koordinator, kolaborator, komunikator, change agent dan peneliti. Apliaksi teori keperawatan Konservasi Levin dan Comfort Kolkaba efektif dilakukan pada lima kasus pasien dengan kanker serviks stadium IIIB. Teori keperawatan Konservasi Levin menjadi pilihan pada pasien dengan kanker serviks di ruang perawatan untuk memperbaiki keadaan umum pasien sesuai kemampuan adapatasi pasien terhadap konservasi energi, integritas struktural, integritas personal dan integritas sosial . Kenyamanan adalah kebutuhan dasar manusia oleh karena itu perawat menggabungkan teori konservasi Levine dengan kenyamanan Kolkaba pada pada tiga pasien kanker serviks stadium IIIB yang sudah dilakukan nefrostomi. The purpose of this report is to provide an overview of activities on the implementation of residency practice Ners Maternity Nursing Specialist with a focus on the application of Levin and Comfort Kolkaba nursing theory in patients cervical cancer with stage IIIB in performing its role as a direct care provider, counselor, advocate, educator, coordinator, collaborator, communicators, change agents and researchers. Application of nursing theory Conservation of Levin and Comfort Kolkaba was effective in five cases of patients with stage IIIB cervical cancer. The Levin Conservation Nursing Theory becomes an option in patients with cervical cancer in the treatment room to improve the general state of the patient according to the patient 39 s ability to adapt the conservation energy, structural integrity, personal integrity and social integrity . Convenience is a basic human need therefore nurses combine Levine conservation theory with Kolkaba comfort in three patients with stage IIIB cervical cancer who have done nephrostomy. "Salah satu tolok ukur keberhasilan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit adalah peningkatan mutu asuhan keperawatannya. Sesuai visi dan misi Rumah Sakit Awal Bros untuk menjadi pusat pelayanan kesehatan yang didukung tenaga-tenaga profesional, merasa perlu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan Sumber Daya Manusianya terutama perawat yang dianggap merupakan tulang punggung suatu rumah sakit. Belum adanya standar penilaian perawat yang mempunyai latar belakang dan pengalaman yang berbeda serta keseragaman pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang tidak merata maka disusun Rancangan Standar Kompetensi Keperawatan oleh tim Inti Rumah Sakit Awal Bros. Hasil penelitian dibuat suatu Rancangan Standar Kompetensi Keperawatan yang akan diuji cobakan di Rumah Sakit Awal Bros. Penelitian dilaksanakan secara analisa kualitatif yang merupakan studi kasus berdasarkan kebutuhan Rumah Sakit Awal Bros dengan membuat perbandingan antara teori serta data dari beberapa rumah sakit yang telah mempunyai standar kompetensi. Penerapan standar kompetensi terdiri dari 2 (dua) langkah yaitu pertama menetapkan tingkat golongan seorang perawat berdasarkan pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja, langkah selanjutnya menentukan kriteria penilaian dari masing-masing tingkat dengan menilai ketrampilan tehnikal, ketrampilan interpersonal dan ketrampilan intelektual. Disarankan agar dalam uji coba standar kompetensi ini bekerjasama dengan konsultan keperawatan.

Program for Composition the Standards of Nursing Competence to Develop Nursing Process in Awal Bros Hospital, PekanbaruOne of the measuring standard for the success of health service in hospital is enhancement of nursing quality.

Based on its vision and mission to become a health service center which is supported by professional manpower, Awal Bros deems it necessary to enhance the knowledge and skill of its human resources, particularly of nurses who serve as the fundamental of a hospital.

As there have been no standard for evaluation of nurses who are of different background and experience, and as their knowledge and skills are not equally the uniform in Design of Nursing Competence Standards is prepared by the team of Awal Bros Hospital.

The Design of Nursing Competence Standards is prepared based on the results of survey and it will be tried-out in Awal Bros Hospital.

The survey is conducted by qualitative analysis which is a case study based on the literature and the hospitals who are applied competence standards.

The competence standards are applied in 2 (two) steps. First is determine the class level of a nurse based on education and work experience. The second step is to determine the criteria of evaluation of each level by evaluating technical skill, interpersonal skill and intellectual skill.

It is recommended to have these competence standards tried-out in cooperation with a nursing consultant."

"Untuk memenuhi tujuan klinis dari perawatan, seorang perawat harus melakukan apa yang ia sebut sebagai proses keperawatan. Mutu asuhan keperawatan merupakan hasil dari bagaimana efektif dan efisiennya seorang perawat melakukan proses keperawatannya. Penilaian kerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian proses keperawatan merupakan sebuah cara yang penting untuk mengetahui kemampuan kerja perawat dalam melaksanakan proses keperawatan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian proses keperawatan serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Analisa data menggunakan uji Anova, regresi linier ganda dan General linier model multivariate.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama skor kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian pengkajian, disgnosa, perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi memang dipengaruhi umur, lama kerja, pendidikan, status pernikahan, status kepegawaian, persepsi seorang perawat terhadap kepemimpinan, hubungan antar kelompok, desain kerja, imbalan, fasilitas kerja, struktur organisasi, supervisi dan penghargaan.Berdasar pada hasil penelitian, untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian proses keperawatan, pihak manajemen rumah sakit perlu untuk membuat suatu kebijakan yang dapat mengakomodir peningkatan kemampuan setiap perawat melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan. Serta menciptakan situasi dan kondisi yang dapat memotivasi perawat untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya seperti supervisi, imbalan, penghargaan dan jenjang karir.

Analysis of Factors that Influenced Nurse Performance in Nursing Process Documentation at Inpatient Room, Koja General District HospitalTo fulfill the clinical purposes of nursing, a nurse does nursing process. Quality of nursing care is an output of how effective and efficiency a nurse does their nursing process. The nurse performance appraisal within documentation nursing process seems to be the important way to get nurse performance on nursing process.

The objective of this study is to get information about nurse performance on nursing process documentation and its influenced factors.

This study is a quantitative method with cross sectional study. Data analysis using Anova test, multiple linier regression and multivariate General Linier Model.

The study showed that nurse performance score in documentation nursing assessment, diagnosis, care plan, implementation and care evaluation as a combined dependent variable influenced by age, tenure, educational background, marital status, employment status, leadership, peer relationship, salary, supervision, organizational structure, work design, work facility and reward.

Based on study result, to increase the nurse performance, it is suggested that the management of Koja General District Hospital needs to make a policy that ensure all employee so that they can develop their abilities through education and training and create a conclusive situation that motivate employee to do their best performance such as supervision, salary, reward and career path."
