Organisasi masyarakat sipil, seperti non-government organization NGO yang umumnya berbadan hukum Yayasan Non Profit, memiliki keterbatasan dalam upaya penyelesaian masalah sosial. Hal ini karena ketergantungan NGO pada donor sebagai sumber pembiayaan. Artinya, ketika NGO tidak lagi memiliki donor, maka keberlangsungan penyelesaian masalah sosial akan terganggu. Untuk tetap berkelanjutan, salah satu pilihan dengan pendekatan kewirausahaan sosial agar NGO mempunyai kemampuan untuk menciptakan alternatif dana secara mandiri. Selain untuk pemasukan bagi NGO, kewirausahaan ini dapat memberi manfaat bagi masyarakat. Salah satu NGO berbadan hukum yayasan nonprofit yang sedang merintis kewirausahaan sosial yaitu Hoshizora Foundation. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan ini dipilih untuk menggali informasi secara lebih mendalam mengenai proses kewirausahaan dengan partisipasi masyarakat pada Hoshizora Foundation yang terletak Desa Wisata Kalakijo, Pajangan, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Teknik pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi studi literatur/dokumen, wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dokumentasi/ pengambilan foto. Penelitian ini mencoba melihat dalam konteks masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya desa, bahwa kewirausahaan juga melibatkan peran masyarakat. Pembangunan Sosial menurut Midgley lebih melihat kewirausahaan merupakan bagian dari strategi pembangunan sosial oleh individu. Walaupun individu mempunyai peranan, peran dan partisipasi masyarakat juga penting bagi berjalannya sebuah kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini ingin mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai kewirausahaan selain sebagai sumber dana alternatif bagi yayasan dengan partisisi masyarakat.

ABSTRACTAside from the government, many non governmental organizations in Indonesia conduct social programs. Civil society organizations, such as non governmental organizations NGOs that are generally incorporated as non profit organization, have limitations in attempt to resolve social problems. This is due to NGO dependence on donors as a source of funding. In other words, when NGOs are no longer supported by donors, the sustainability of social problem solving programs will be disrupted. For its sustainability, one of the options is through a social entrepreneurial approach so that NGOs have the ability to create self fund alternatives. This entrepreneurship not only serves as the income for NGOs, but it can also provide benefits to promote the welfare of community. One of the NGO incorporated as non profit foundation which conducting social entrepreneurship is Hoshizora Foundation. The research uses qualitative approach. This approach was selected to attain more in depth information on the entrepreneurial process with community participation in the Hoshizora Foundation located in the Kalakijo Tourism Village, Pajangan, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The type of this research is descriptive. Informant selection was done by using non probability sampling technique by purposive sampling. Methods of data collection include literature document studies, in depth interviews, field observation, documentation photo capture. This research tries to see in the context of Indonesian people, especially in village area, that entrepreneurship also involves the role of community. Social Development by Midgley tends to view entrepreneurship as part of social development strategies by individuals. Although individuals have roles, roles and community participation are also important for entrepreneurship. This research would like to examine more deeply about entrepreneurship not only as an alternative source of funding for the foundation with community participation. "

"Sejak PTN ditetapkan sebagai Badan Hukum, PTN Badan Hukum merupakan subjek dari Pajak Penghasilan Badan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis evaluasi dari kebijakan Pemerintah atas perlakuan pengenaan Pajak Penghasilan Badan pada PTN Badan Hukum, dan menganalisis bagaimana dampaknya dengan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi serta menganalisis implementasi pemenuhan kewajiban Pajak Penghasilan Badan pada Universitas Indonesia sebagai salah satu dari 11 (sebelas) PTN Badan Hukum. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan postpostivist dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini membahas evaluasi kebijakan berdasarkan kriteria evaluasi kebijakan menurut Dunn yaitu kriteria evaluasi berdasarkan Efektivitas, Kesamaan, Responsivitas, dan Ketepatan. Since state universities are incorporated as legal entities, Higher Education - Legal Entities are subject of Corporate Income Tax. This research aim to analyze the evaluation of government policy on the imposition of the Corporate Income Tax in Higher Education – Legal Entities, and analyze how its impact with Tridharma on Higher Education and analyze the implementation of Corporate Income Tax fulfillment at University of Indonesia as one of 11 (eleven) Higher Education – Legal Entities. This research is a postpositivist-descriptive research with in-dept interview and literature review as data collection techniques. This research discussed the policy evaluation is based on the evaluation criteria aacording to Dunn’s policy is based on the evaluation criteria of Effectiveness, Adecuacy, Responsiveness, and Appropriatesness. The result from this research that the policy in has not been effective, the absence of eligibility, low response, and not appropriate."

This study aims to assess the quality of governance in environmental NGO which also acts as donor or grant making organization. Observed aspects are vision and mission, organizational structure and decision making, leadership and regeneration, planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs, human resource, code of ethics, internal control, accountability and transparency, and legitimacy. The case study was performed using KEHATI Foundation as sample. The outcome of the study indicates that the quality of governance in Yayasan KEHATI is quite good except in leadership and regeneration aspects."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan karakteristik entitas nirlaba yang dapat dipenuhi Asabri dan untuk menentukan bentuk laporan keuangan gabungan Asabri tahun 2013 sebagai entitas nirlaba. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mempelajari data-data internal perusahaan, studi kepustakaan, pengamatan langsung kepada objek penelitian dan wawancara dengan narasumber di perusahaan. The purpose of this research is to determine the characteristics of nonprofit entity which can be fulfilled by Asabri and to determine whether the format used for Asabri's combined financial statement of 2013 can be considered as within those criteria. The research is done by performing studies on the company internal data, literature study, direct observation on the study objects, and interviews with the company?s sources. The result of this research shows that Asabri?s currently implemented business process is in accordance with the characteristics of nonprofit entity and that it is recommended for Asabri to present the insurance and pension programs into one combined financial statement."

"ABSTRACTThe natural disaster is something inevitable and sometimes unpredictable. Disasters bring destructive impacts in all aspects of human live. Not only the enviroment, but also to the human resource itself] the infrastructure and the economic activity within the affected area. There is the need to do the recovery on these sectors to help the victims to gain their nonnal live back. This recovery effort involves many level of different expertise from many different sources.With many entities trying to help working together, there is possibility of conflict to happen. The potential conflicts can prevent the effort to reach its optimum results, make the efforts relief overlapped, sup-par result or possibilities of Wasting the available resources resulting from the conflicts. There are 5 ways of handling conflicts that happens. The methods are avoiding, accommodating, competing, compromising, and collaborating. Is collaboration the ideal way for disaster response on managing the interest of the multi players on the fields and tomake the best use of the resource provided? The study takes 5 major natural disaster for example, which are Aceh earthquake and tsunami, Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, Nargis cyclone in Burma, earthquake in Haiti and tsunami in Japan. Collaboration shows to be the most effective way on relief effort but needs to be adjusted concerning the conditions. It is also important to build sense of ownership amongst the stakeholders, the' policy dissemination and the certain level of flexibility in its implementation, and to enhance good connnunicationflow in the form of collaboration."
