"Pulau Menjangan merupakan salah satu bagian dari Taman Nasional Bali Barat, dikukuhkan sebagai taman nasional sekaligus world heritage. Pulau menjangan memiliki kekayaan bawah laut yang sangat melimpah. dengan gugusan karang sekitar 45 jenis, 32 jenis ikan karang, serta 9 jenis moluska laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemetaan morfologi dasar laut untuk melihat hubungannya dengan sebaran habitat bentik di perairan dangkal tersebut, yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk kepentingan konservasi maupun pariswisata. Peta morfologi di deliniasi dari peta batimetri, yang mana sebelumnya peta batimetri dibuat dengan ekstraksi data kedalaman dari Citra WorldView-2 dengan resolusi spasial 2 meter, kemudian dilakukan pemodelan kedalaman dengan algoritma random forest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model kedalaman efektif merepresentasikan 91,7% kondisi kedalaman sesungguhnya, namun sampel kedalaman kedalaman aktual yang digunakan pada penelitian ini hanya efektif merepresentasikan 56,2% data hasil model.
Pada wilayah penelitian ini ditemukan 5 unit morfologi karang di wilayah penelitian, yaitu reef flat (dominan), lagoon, back reef, reef crest, dan fore reef. Secara garis besar, terdapat 2 tipe terumbu karang di wilayah penelitian yaitu tipe barrier, dan fringing reef. Sedangkan untuk morfologi dasar laut, terdapat 5 unit morfologi dasar laut yaitu garis pantai, bench dangkal, jurang dangkal, shelf break dan gundukan, dengan unit morfologi shallow bench menjadi unit morfologi paling dominan. umum terdapat 5 habitat bentik di laut dangkal di sekitar Pulau Menjangan, yaitu rataan terumbu (reef flat), lereng terumbu (reef slope), terumbu depan (fore reef), mangrove, pasir dan teras, serta rubble. Secara spesifik, terdapat pula makroalga dan padang lamun di wilayah kajian. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa morfologi karang dan dasar laut dapat digunakan sebagai parameter untuk melihat sebaran habitat bentik.

Menjangan Island is one part of West Bali National Park, confirmed as a national park as well as a world heritage. Menjangan Island has an abundant wealth of underwater. with a group of about 45 species of coral, 32 species of reef fish, and 9 types of marine mollusks. This study aims to map the seabed morphology to see how it relates to the distribution of benthic habitats in these shallow waters, which can later be used for conservation and tourism purposes. Seabed morphological maps are delineated from the bathymetric map, where previously the bathymetric map was made by extracting depth data from WorldView-2 imagery with a spatial resolution of 2 meters, then depth modeling was performed with random forest algorithm. The results showed that the depth model represented 91.7% of the actual depth condition, but actual depth samples is only represented about 56.2% of the model data results.
In this study area, 5 coral morphology units were found in the study area, namely reef flat (dominant), lagoon, back reef, reef crest, and fore reef. Broadly speaking, there are 2 types of coral reefs in the study area, namely the type of barrier, and fringing reef. While for the seabed morphology, there are 5 morphological units of the seabed, namely shoreline, shallow bench, shallow cliff, shelf break and pinnacles, with shallow bench morphological units being the most dominant morphological units. In general, there are 5 benthic habitats in shallow seas around Menjangan Island, namely reef flat, reef slope, fore reef, mangrove, sand and terrace, and rubble. Specifically, there are also macroalgae and seagrass beds in the study area. This study found that coral morphology and seabed can be used as parameters to see the distribution of benthic habitats.

"Kerusakan gigi molar satu rahang atas frekuensinya cukup tinggi dan sering disertai kelainan pulpa. Perawatan saluran akar pada gigi ini memerlukan keterampilan yang ditunjang oleh pengetahuan anatomi dan morfologi a.1. panjang gigi, bentuk penampang saluran akar, jumlah akar, jumlah saluran akar, dan letak orifis. Dalam perawatannya sering dijumpai kesulitan menentukan letak apeks, karena pedoman ukuran yang ada berdasarkan ukuran gigi orang Amerika atau Eropa. Belum ada pedoman yang berdasarkan ukuran-gigi orang Indonesia. Dari sampel 50 gigi molar satu atas yang dicabut dari klinik gigi di Jakarta, diukur panjang gigi dari masing-masing apeks akar Palatal, Mesio Bukal, Disto Bukal ke bidang oklusal dengan mikrometer. Dihitung jumlah akar, jumlah saluran akar, dan dicatat bentuk penampang saluran akar 5 mm dari apeks, dan konfigurasi letak oriifis.
Dari hasil pengukuran diperoleh panjang gigi rata-rata dari apeks akar palatal 19,47 mm, dari apeks akar mesio bukal 19,14 mm dari apeks akar disto bukal 18,41 mm. Dari hasil pengamatan, semua gigi mempunyai tiga akar, dan diperoleh lebih banyak gigi dengan tiga saluran akar (98 %). Dari gambaran konfigurasi letak orifis diperoleh bentuk (60 %), lebih banyak dibanding bentuk "Y" (16 %) dan bentuk "T" (18 %). Dari pengamatan bentuk penampang saluran akar, terbanyak diperoleh bentuk bulat pada akar disto bukal (82 %), dan bentuk elips pada akar palatal (36 7). Selain itu diperoleh pula bentuk ginjal padaakar disto bukal (4%), dan bentuk pipih pada akar mesio bukal (14 %)."

"Kanker payudara merupakan salah satu jenis kanker yang ganas, deteksi yang lebih awal akan membantu penyembuhan yang lebih baik. Terkait dengan penegakan diagnosis yang akurat pada kanker payudara, salah satu metode dalam bidang patologi adalah analisis imunohistokimia. Salah satu prosedur dalam analisis imunohistokimia adalah menghitung positifitas antigen yang dilakukan dengan menghitung prosentase sel positif dan negatif pada suatu paparan. Selama ini perhitungan positifitas pulasan masih dilakukan secara manual karena pengamatan morfologi imunohistokimia merupakan hal yang penting disamping keterbatasan perangkat bantu yang ada. Proses perhitungan secara manual membutuhkan waktu 5-10 menit dengan akurasi subjektif. Oleh sebab itu, pembuatan perangkat penentu positifitas antigen yang dapat melakukan penghitungan dengan cepat, objektif dan akurasi tinggi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas diagnosis dokter. Dalam rangka membangun perangkat penentu positifitas antigen tersebut salah satu modul yang harus dipecahkan adalah segmentasi, yaitu bagaimana cara memisahkan bagian citra yang berisi sel positif, negatif dan background. Terdapat dua pendekatan segmentasi yang dapat dilakukan, pertama pendekatan crisp yang diwakili double thresholding dan pendekatan fuzzy yang diwakili oleh fuzzy morphologi. Kinerja dari fuzzy morphologi dan double thresholding telah dibandingkan dalam melakukan segmentasi pulasan imunohistokimia pada citra sel positif kanker payudara. Secara keseluruhan hasil segmentasi dari fuzzy morphologi lebih baik daripada double thresholding kerena tingkat akurasi pendeteksian sel kankernya lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan metode double thresholding.

Breast cancer is one type of malignant cancer and the preventif detection will help to get better cure. Related to an accurate diagnosis of breast cancer. One of the methods in pathology is immunohistochemistry analysis. One of the procedures in analyzing immunohistochemistry is by counting antigen which is done by counting the precentage of positive and negative cells in an image. So far the counting of positivity of the stain is still being done manually. It happens because the observation of the morphology of immunohistochemistry is important and because of the unsufficient equipment. The manual process of counting needs 5- 10 minutes with subjective acuracy. So the making of the equipment to determine the antigen positivity which can calculate fast, objectively, and with most accuracy is very important to improve the quality of the doctor?s diagnosis. In making the equipment to determine the antigen positivity, one of the moduls which has to be solved is segmentation; how to seperate the image which contains the positive and negative cells and background. There are two segmentation approaches which can be done. First is crisp approaches which is represented by double thresholding and the fuzzy approaches which is represented by the fuzzy morphology. The performance of the fuzzy morphology has been compared with the double thresholding in doing segmentation of the image of immunohistochemistry stain positive cells in breast cancer. The general result of the fuzzy morphology is better than the double thresholding because it can make more accurate detection than the double thresholding method."

"The research aimed to role out the genetic variability and the classification of Java Salacca based on its morphological and molecular characters and to find out the genetic relationship among salacca cultivars that can be selected as parental material for breeding program. The salacca from Manonjaya (West Java), Banjarnegara, Bejalen, Lawu and Saratan (Central Java), Super Pondoh, Black Pondoh, Gading, Kembangarum, Madu and Manggala (Sleman-Yogyakarta) and Suwaru (East Java) were used in our study. Morphological characters and classification analysis by RAPD method with six random primers (OPA-11, OPA-16, OPA-17, OPA-18, OPX-15, OPX-17) were used as classification variable. The genetic variability among cultivars of Java Salacca was presented by the similarity matrixes and dendogram. Based on the morphological classification, the twelve salacca cultivars was divided at four clusters: 1) Manonjaya, Manggala, Suwaru and Kembangarum, 2) Super Pondoh and Black Pondoh, 3) Banjarnegara, Saratan and Bejalen, 4) gading, Madu and Lawu. Based on the molecular-RAPD method, the twelve salacca cultivars was also divided into four clusters but difference member of cultivars: 1) Super Pondoh, Banjarnegara, Black Pondoh, gading, Kembangarum and Suwaru, 2) Bejalen, Saratan and Lawu, 3) madu and Manggala, and 4) Manonjaya. Based on the two classification system used in the study I found the close relationship of Saratan Salacca and Bejalen Salacca from Central Java origin also Super Pondoh Salacca and Black Pondoh Salacca from Sleman-Yogyakarta origin."

"Dalam linguistik terdapat cabang ilmu yang secara khusus mempelajari tentang pembentukan kata. Dalam sebuah bahasa, pembentukan kata dapat dibentuk dari kelas kata yang sama atau berbeda. Salah satu kelas kata dalam Bahasa Rusia adalah ajektiva. Ajektiva dalam Bahasa Rusia terbagi menjadi ajektiva dasar dan perbandingan. Ajektiva perbandingan kemudian dibagi lagi menjadi ajektiva komparatif dan superlatif. Dengan adanya beberapa pembagian tingkat ajektiva tersebut, pembahasan dalam artikel ini akan dibatasi pada pembentukan ajektiva tingkat superlatif dalam Bahasa Rusia. Penelitian akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan metode penulisan deskriptif analisis. Metode penulisan ini berusaha untuk menjelaskan fakta yang terdapat pada sumber data penelitian dengan menghubungkannya pada kerangka teori dalam bidang pembentukan kata atau morfologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik kepustakaan yaitu dengan menggunakan sumber-sumber kepustakaan seperti buku, artikel, dan sumber pendukung lainnya. Korpus data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa majalah berbahasa Rusia yang berjudul Koreana terbitan tahun 2018 yang terdiri atas empat edisi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, pola pembentukan ajektiva tingkat superlatif sebagian besar dibentuk dengan menggabungkan kata самый (samyj) dan ajektiva tingkat positif.
In linguistics, there is a study that specifically learns about word formation. In a language, word formation can be formed from the same or different part of speech of the words. Adjective is one of part of speech in Russian. Adjective in Russian is divided into basic and comparisons adjectives. Then, the comparison adjective is subdivided into comparative and superlative degree of adjectives. With the existence of several adjective degree, this article will be limited to the formation of superlative degree of adjectives in Russian. Research will be conducted using qualitative methods with descriptive analytical writing methods. This writing method seeks to explain the facts contained in research data sources by linking them to the theoretical framework in the field of word formation or morphology. Data collection techniques used are library techniques, namely by using library resources such as books, articles, and other supporting sources. The data used in this article is a Russian language magazine entitled Koreana published in 2018 consisting of four editions. The result shows that formation of superlative degree of adjective pattern is mostly formed by compound word самый (samyj) and the positive degree of adjective."

Pembentukan kata kerja dalam bahasa Jerman bisa melalui beberapa proses, salah satunya melalui proses das verbales Suffixderivat. Das verbale Suffixderivat adalah pembentukan kata kerja dengan penambahan Suffix akhiran . Adapun Suffix yang digunakan yaitu -ier dengan variasi -ifizier, -isier, dalam bahasa Jerman Suffix tersebut bernama Fremdsuffix, selain itu digunakan juga suffix ndash;er dan -el yang dalam bahasa Jerman disebut heimische Suffixe. Penambahan Suffix tersebut juga berfungsi untuk merubah makna, diantaranya untuk melemahkan makna ataupun mengulang makna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui Suffix yang digunakan dalam proses pembentukan das verbale Suffixderivat yang terdapat di dalam buku Die blauen und grauen Tage karya Monika Feth berdasrakan teori dari Elke Donalies 2005 dan Michael Lohde 2006 . Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Suffix ndash;el dengan basis verba dan dengan fungsi untuk mengecilkan makna paling sering ditemukan. ABSTRACT
The verb formation in German acquires some processes, one of the processes is das verbales Suffixderivat. Das verbale Suffixdevirat is the verb establisment within the suffix increment. The suffix which is used is ndash ier with the variation of ndash ifizier, isier, also called Fremdsuffix in German. Besides, another one can be used is suffix ndash er and ndash el, also is called heimische Suffixe in German. The addition of suffix can be also functional to change or substitute the meaning, one of the functions is to weaken and repeat the meaning. The objective of this research is to describe and know the suffix used in the establishment of das verbale Suffixderivat in the book of Die blauen und grauen Tage by Monika Feth, based on the theory from Elke Donalies 2005 and Michael Lohde 2006 .
