Integrated management system is a necessity, where every company must be able to carry out a quality management system, safety management, occupational health and the environment simultaneously. This situation will certainly complicate the construction company in its implementation. Most of the integrated management system research is done not in construction companies, but in the manufacturing sector and also does not ensure knowledge management. Whereas to improve organizational performance, it is necessary to consider knowledge management in a practical information system. Practical web-based information systems are important for the successful implementation of integrated management systems. The development of Information Systems and knowledge management in this integrated management system is to be able to improve organizational performance in construction companies. The methodology in first phase is using PLS-SEM on process integration, RII and Neural Network on the integration risks contained in process integration, RII on audit integration to ensure process integration is carried out properly, then all of them are carried out knowledge management through RAM RACI. This research will produce a information system integrated management system to improve organizational performance with the development of knowledge management.

......The wood and wood products industry in Indonesia has experienced a decline in revenue in the last 3 years, with quarterly growth observed in 2021. The piano component market growth as one of the end products of the wood and wood products industry is driven by several factors such as the development of the entertainment and media industry, rising disposable income per capita, and growing consumer preference for high-quality products. This study aims to design improvements to the piano sound board production process by utilizing Internet of Things to automate production process management, to improve production quality, and to increase process time efficiency and resource allocation. The Business Process Reengineering (BPR) method is used to design improvements to the piano soundboard production process using iGrafx software. The reengineering is designed by simulating three production process improvement scenarios. The simulation results show that the scenario for improving the piano soundboard production process with the best change is scenario 3 which combines vacuum drying, automated monitoring system, and automated grading system with the result of a change in cycle time of 79.28% from 1256.27 hours to 260.33 hours. However, the most financially feasible improvement scenario for the company to implement is scenario 2 which combines vacuum drying and automated monitoring system with the result of a 73.83% change in cycle time from 1256.27 hours to 328.71 hours. The initial investment cost for the scenario implementation was Rp13.55 billion with a payback period of 1.8 years. Design of the management information system is carried out through entity relationship diagram (ERD), relational database, use case diagram, and data flow diagram to support business process improvements.

[This book originated from several recent workshops and related activities conducted by the IFIP Working Group 7.6 on "Optimization-based computer aided modeling and design." This group has been active for 20 years with the stated objective of developing ”high-performance computer-aided systems to support modeling, decision analysis, optimization and multi-criteria decision making.” Recently, the group has turned its attention to the application of modeling and optimization to service science, management and engineering (SSME). SSME is still a young research field searching for its theoretical underpinnings, and one which offers many opportunities for analytical modeling to not only advance the understanding, but also to help form the foundation of a new discipline. This book is the result of the group's introductory foray into the application of quantitative modeling to the nascent field of service science with special emphasis on the network aspects of services. The 11 papers presented are grouped into sections on network science, Comptational and analytical modeling, and knowledge science. , This book originated from several recent workshops and related activities conducted by the IFIP Working Group 7.6 on "Optimization-based computer aided modeling and design."
