"Reset control systems addresses the analysis for reset control treating both its basic form, and some useful variations of the reset action and reset condition. The issues regarding reset control, concepts and motivation, analysis tools, and the application of design methodologies to real-world examples, are given thorough coverage.
The text opens with a historical perspective which moves from the seminal work of the Clegg integrator and Horowitz FORE to more recent approaches based on impulsive/hybrid control systems and explains the motivation for reset compensation. Preliminary material is also included. The focus then turns to stability analysis for systems using techniques which account for various time- and frequency-domain criteria. The final section of the book is centered on control systems design and application. The PI+CI compensator is detailed as are a proposed frequency domain approach using quantitative feedback theory and ideas for design improvement. Design examples are given."

This study aims to see whether there is a correlation of leaders self efficacy in academic performance with feedback seeking behavior on college students who join organization. Through the data analysis from 177 participants of Indonesia University college students who join organization, found that there is a significant relationship between leader self efficacy with the behavior of search feedback on each type self positive, self negative, other positive, and other negative. This suggests that students who have a self efficacy leader will clarify the goals to be achieved, so as to relate to the type of feedback seeking behavior needed to support that achievement."

"[Computer-aided nonlinear control system design provides such an approach based on the use of describing functions. The text deals with a large class of nonlinear systems without restrictions on the system order, the number of inputs and/or outputs or the number, type or arrangement of nonlinear terms.

The transformation of healthcare services from traditional models to patient-centered care has led to a more holistic approach to patient care. This shift has placed increased demands on healthcare professionals to continuously improve their performance in order to deliver the best possible care to patients. One approach to enhancing healthcare workforce performance is to implement job design principles that fulfill the five dimensions of work: skill variety, task identity, task significance, autonomy, and feedback. This research aimed to investigate the relationship between job characteristics and their five dimensions, and the performance of healthcare professionals at Grha Permata Ibu Hospital. A quantitative research methodology was employed, utilizing self-administered online questionnaires for data collection. The findings revealed a positive and significant relationship between job characteristics, task identity, task significance, and feedback with the performance of healthcare professionals at Grha Permata Ibu Hospital. However, a weak yet significant relationship was observed between skill variety and autonomy with healthcare worker performance. The research suggests several strategies to improve the performance of healthcare professionals at Grha Permata Ibu Hospital by identify the alignment between required and individual skill sets as a basis for workforce development initiatives, encourage active involvement of healthcare professionals in the entire work process by implementing job rotation strategies, review internal policies regarding work autonomy to enhance empowerment and decision-making capabilities, promote a work culture that encourages initiative, and evaluate the effectiveness of the feedback system.  "

"This classic text has been used in over 20 countries by advanced undergraduate and beginning graduate students in biophysics, physiology, medical physics, neuroscience, and biomedical engineering. It bridges the gap between an introductory physics course and the application of physics to the life and biomedical sciences. Extensively revised and updated, the fifth edition incorporates new developments at the interface between physics and biomedicine. New coverage includes cyclotrons, photodynamic therapy, color vision, x-ray crystallography, the electron microscope, cochlear implants, deep brain stimulation, nanomedicine, and other topics highlighted in the National Research Council report BIO2010. As with the previous edition, the first half of the text is primarily biological physics, emphasizing the use of ideas from physics to understand biology and physiology, and the second half is primarily medical physics, describing the use of physics in medicine for diagnosis (mainly imaging) and therapy. Among the many topics carried forward are thorough treatments of forces in the skeletal system, fluid flow, the logistic equation, scaling, equilibrium in statistical mechanics, the chemical potential and free energy, transport, membranes and osmosis, magnetic and electrical signals from nerves and the heart, membranes and gated channels in membranes, biological magnetic fields, linear and nonlinear feedback systems, including biological clocks and chaotic behavior, biological signal analysis, hearing and medical ultrasound, atoms and light, optical coherence tomography, radiometry and photometry, the interaction of photons and charged particles in tissue, radiological physics and the use of x-rays in diagnosis and therapy, nuclear medicine, and magnetic resonance imaging. Discussion of theory is closely linked to experiment. Prior courses in physics and in calculus are assumed."
