"Tuberkulosis TBC merupakan gangguan pada saluran pernapasan yang disebabkan oleh mycobacterium tuberkulosa. Masalah keperawatan utama pada pasien dengan tuberkulosis adalah ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan napas berhubungan dengan retensi sekret, ditandai dengan batuk produktif dan ketidakmampuan dalam mengeluarkan sekret. Karya Ilmiah ini menganalisis intervensi keperawatan tehnik batuk efektif pada pasien tuberkulosis di RSUP Persahabatan. Tujuan dilakukan intervensi batuk efektif adalah untuk membantu pengeluaran sekret dengan menggunakan minimal energi, dan kemudahan pengeluaran sekret untuk pembersihan jalan napas. Hasil dari intervensi yang dilakukan yaitu frekuensi napas pasien dalam rentang normal dan observasi warna dan jumlah sekret untuk mengetahui perubahan proses infeksi yang terjadi dalam saluran pernapasan. Batuk Efektif dapat dijadikan solusi untuk masalah penumpukan sekret pada pasien tuberkulosis dengan minimal penggunaan energi untuk batuk dalam mengeluarkan sekret.

Tuberculosis TBC is a disease in the respiratory system which is caused by mycobacterium tuberculosa. The main nursing problem in patients with tuberculosis is the ineffectiveness of airway related to the retention of sputum with the clinical manifestations production cough.

This case study is purposed to analyze nursing intervention effective cough to clearance airway in patients with tuberculosis at RSUP Persahabatan. The purpose of doing effective cough intervention is to help sputum clearance with minimal energy and remove sputum to clearence airway easily.

Results of intervention are the frequency of the patient 39 s airway in the normal range and observation of the color and amount of secretions to determine the infection process changes that occur in the respiratory tract. Effective cough can be a solution to the problem of accumulation of secretions in patients with tuberculosis with minimal use of energy to remove sputum."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang efektivitas proses pelaksanaan bimbingan teknis Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) di provinsi DI. Yogyakarta, yang telah diselenggarakan oleh Direktorat Pembinaan SMA. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian gabungan antara kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas proses pelaksanaan bimtek KTSP meliputi variabel materi, fasilitator, sarana prasarana, metode penyajian dan manajemen cukup efektif. Bimtek KTSP yang diselenggarakan juga menambah pengetahuan/keterampilan peserta dalam Penyusunan dan Pengembangan KTSP, Penyiapan Perangkat dan Pelaksanaan Penilaian Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik, serta Penyusunan Program Pengembangan Diri dan Layanan Akademis. Perlu pengkajian kembali oleh Direktorat Pembinaan SMA terhadap alokasi waktu per materi, pembagian waktu antara teori dan praktek, penetapan kriteria fasilitator dan lama pelaksanaan pada pelaksanaan Bimtek KTSP tersebut.

This thesis discussed about the effectiveness in technical guidance implementation process of Education Curriculum Unit in Yogyakarta, that was held by Direktorat Pembinaan SMA. This research was the mixed methods between quantitative and qualitative method and the descriptive design.Results of the research showed that the effectiveness in technical guidance implementation process of Education Curriculum Unit covered the material variable, the facilitator, infrastructure means, the presentation method, and the management are effective. The technical guidance of Education Curriculum Unit that was held increased knowledge/participants's skills in the compilation and the development of Education Curriculum Unit, preparing of equipment and the implementation of the assessment of study results of student, as well as the compilation of the development program himself and the academic service. Service investigation came back by Direktorat Pembinaan SMA towards the allocation of time each material, the distribution of time between the theory and the practice, the determination of the facilitator's criterion and for a long time the technical guidance can do."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat peningkatan komitmen afektif dan penurunan intensi meninggalkan pekerjaan pada karyawan bagian Sales PT.XYZ dengan pemberian program mentoring. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh Stallworth (2003), affective commitment memiliki korelasi negatif yang signifikan dengan intention to turnover. Tahapan penelitian ini menggunakan tahapan penelitian action research dengan desain penelitian the before-and-after study. Pengukuran affective commitment dilakukan berdasarkan alat ukur Meyer dan Allen (1990) yang telah diadaptasi oleh Cahyadi, dkk (2010). Sedangkan pengukuran intention to turnover pekerjaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur berdasarkan teori proses intention to quit dari Mobley (1978) yang telah diadaptasi oleh Adiningtyas, dkk (2010). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara affective commitment dan intention to turnover (α = 0.860). Korelasi signifikan inilah yang menjadi dasar penyusunan dalam intervensi. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti memberikan program mentoring untuk meningkatkan affective commitment dan menurunkan intention to turnover pada karyawan. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan Payne dan Huffman (2005), diketahui bahwa mentoring dapat meningkatkan affective commitment.

The study was conducted to see the correlation between affective commitment and intention to turnover that occurred in SBU unit PT.XYZ. Based on the results of previous studies conducted by Stallworth (2003), affective commitment had significant negative correlation with intention to turnover.

Stages of the research phase of this study using action research to the design of the before-and-after study. Measurement of affective commitment is based on measuring instrument Meyer and Allen (1997) which has been adapted into Indonesian by Cahyadi, et al (2010). Measurement of intention to turnover is based on the theory of turnover process by Mobley (1978). The results of this study suggest that there is significant negative correlation between affective commitment and intention to turnover (α = 0.860). This correlation is used by researchers as a basis in the preparation of the intervention.

In this study, the researcher implemented a mentoring program as intervention to enhance the affective commitment and to reduce the intention to turnover. Result from prior study found that mentoring can enhance affective commitment (Payne and Huffman, 2005)."
