"Pengatahuan tentang diet diabetes mellitus perlu dimiliki pasien diabetes mellitus sebagai dasar utama untuk melakukan penatalaksanaan program terapi secara keseluruhan. Diet diabetes mellitus sangat penting untuk membantu menstabilkan dan menurunkan kadar gula darah dan dapat mencegah terjadinya komplikasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat pengetahuan klien diabetes mellitus tentang terapi diet diabetes mellitus. Desain penelitian deskriptif sederhana. Pengambilan sample menggunakan metode total sampling dengan responden berjumlah 30 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang berisi data demografi dan 20 pemyataan. Dari hasil penelitian didpatkan 100% mendapatkan nilai 60-80. Dapat disimpulkan tingkat pengetahuan responden adalah tinggi."
