"Pada proyek-proyek konstruksi, material dan peralatan merupakan bagian terbesar dari proyek, yang nilainya bisa mencapai 50-60% dari total biaya proyek. Berdasarkan datadata yang didapat dari pengelola proyek, dapat diketahui bahwa change order tidak dapat dihindari. Kurang baiknya pengelolaan change order maka akan berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan konstruksi khususnya pengadaan material. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor dominan change order yang dilakukan oleh pemilik proyek yang Mempengaruhi pengadaan material. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yaitu hasil survey berupa kuesioner dan wawancara dari pakar. Data hasil kuesioner tersebut dianalisa dengan analisis komparatif, analisis dekriptif dan pendekatan AHP.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah change order dominan berupa keterlambatan penyediaan gambar-gambar, penambahan lingkup pekerjaan, pengurangan lingkup pekerjaan, instruksi mempercepat pekerjaan, dan perubahan desain yang mempengaruhi pengadaan material.

On construction projects, materials and tools are the biggest part of the project that worths up to 50-60% from the total project cost. Based on data obtained from the project manager, we can conclude that change order cannot be avoided. Lack of good management of change order will give effects on implementation of construction especially on procurement of materials.

This research aims to identify what kind of change order that the project owner will make that will give the influence on the procurement of materials. Data processing is done by using quantitative methods, that are results of a questionnaire survey and interviews of experts. Data of the questionnaire results is analyzed with the comparative analysis, descriptive analysis, and AHP approach.

pictures, addition of work scope, reduction of work scope, instruction to accelerate
