"Penanggulangan tuberkulosis paru (TB) membutuhkan sistem pelayanan Keperawatan terpadu oleh perawat, Keluarga, dan Masyarakat. Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dengan melibatkan tim partisipasi menggunakan model manajemen Pelayanan keperawatan dengan kerangka kualitas Malcolm Baldrige performance. Komunikasi dan pelaporan melalui aplikasi Android-mobile untuk meningkatkan akses dan kontrol. Studi ini menggunakan kuasi-eksperimental dengan pre dan post-tes desain yang melibatkan dua kelompok. Studi ini dilakukan di dua tempat yaitu puskesmas di Kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan kasus TB tertinggi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari studi eksploratif, pengembangan model dan pengujian efektivitas model. Sampel diambil secara purposive sebanyak 400 penderita TB, terdiri dari 200 responden dalam kelompok kontrol dan 200 responden dalam kelompok intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model intervensi efektif dalam meningkatkan evaluasi diri pemeriksaan rutin hingga 86%, kepatuhan obat hingga 99%, kecukupan gizi menjadi 82%, batuk efektif hingga 88%, dan manajemen dahak menjadi 19%. Model ini perlu didukung oleh kebijakan perawatan kesehatan dari Dinas Kesehatan.

Management of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) requires an integrated nursing service system by nurses, family, and community participation. To improve participation team of family nursing services by using a quality-nursing care management model using Malcolm Baldrige's framework through an android-mobile application to prevent treatment interruption. This study used a quasi-experimental with pre and post-test design involving two groups. The study was conducted in two places that are clinics in Sidoarjo Regency with the highest TB cases. This research consisted of model development and testing the effectiveness of the model. Samples were taken purposively as many as 400, consisting of 200 respondents in control groups and 200 respondents in intervention groups. The results showed that the intervention model was valuable in increasing checkups routine up to 86%, medicine adherence up to 99%, nutrition adequacy to 82%, effective cough to 88%, and sputum management to 19%. This model needs to be supported by health care policies from the Public health Office."

"Skripsi ini membahas faktor-faktor yang Memengaruhi rendahnya partisipasi pegawai dalam program Knowledge Lynx di Direktorat Pengelolaan Sistem Informasi di Bank Indonesia di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukan bahwa terdapat enam faktor yang Memengaruhi partisipasi pegawai dalam program Knowledge Lynx di Direktorat Pengelolaan Sistem Informasi Bank Indonesia di DKI Jakarta yaitu faktor tidak adanya reward and punishment dalam pelaksanaan program, faktor adanya pemberlakuan program lain yang lebih menarik, faktor keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, faktor kurangnya sosialisasi program, faktor pegawai yang belum terbiasa melakukan knowledge sharing, faktor tidak adanya standar penulisan dalam program K-Lynx, faktor tampilan menu yang tidak mudah dipahami, serta faktor Community of Practice yang belum berfungsi dengan baik.

The focus of this study is the factors that influence the low employee participation in Knowledge Lynx program in the Directorate of Information Systems Management at Bank Indonesia in DKI Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative research approach with the type of descriptive research. The results obtained show that there are six factors that influence employee participation in Knowledge Lynx program in the Directorate of Information Systems Management at Bank Indonesia in DKI Jakarta. Those factots are the lack of reward and punishment in the implementation of the program, the appearance of similar program that is more interesting, the constrains of human resource, the lack of program socialization, the employees have not been accustomed to knowledge sharing, the absence of standardized writing in Knowledge Lynx program, the display menu is not easy to understand, and the Community of Practice has not been functioned properly."

"This article attempts to give the picture concerning the importance of public accountability and citizen participation as one of the instruments to eradicate bureaucratic corruption, seen from various theories. This paper provides equal and adequate understanding of the role of public accountability and citizen participation in the eradication process of corruption and the various efforts that can be done to strengthen it. The results of this literature review shows that the efforts taken to eradicate corruption in Indonesia is still partial and tend not to have a clear design strategy so that in many cases is not able to reduce signi cantly the level of corruption that occurred. Besides that, the important role of public accountability and citizen participation in the eradication of corruption has not received much attention as well as has not been thoroughly studied. "Development is a series of effort made and planned consciously to achieve a better life. To realize that objective , development needs resources available in this life. Environment development is an absolute thing that must be realized. Development made without observing the principle of harmony and equilibrium will cause damage of environment, so that environment has no more capacity to prop up and support the next development implementation. The research done at Jeneponto District, specially , in irrigation areal of Kelara Karalloe shows result as following First, calculation result by using software SPSS show that correlation coefficient is about 0,714. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between independent variable (participation of peasant group of water consumer P3A) and dependent variable (environment quality). This can be seen through the result of test , both at level 0,05 or level of trust about 95 % and at level 0,01 or level of trust about 99% , where the result of T test is greater than T table i.e 10, 103 > 1,289 and 1,659 (T table). In the examination of T it can be seen that t test (X tot) equal 10.130 greater than the constant wich equal 4.887 . Second, the contribution of variable group of peasant consumer of awter participation toward quality of environment at Jeneponto District or determination coefficient equal R Square/ r2 which equals 0, 510 or 51,00% , which mean that there still are others thing that influence the increasing of quality of environment . Third, the result of regression analysis through SPSS calculation show that , what happens to the independent variable is constant at standardized coefficients B = 10, 664 (a) ,while (b) = X Tot at standardized coefficients = 0.553. s0 equality of line regression is Y = 10,664 + 0, 533 x which means that if independent variable is at the point 0 (zero), dependent variable will be at point 10,664. When independent variable increases a unit , dependent variable will increase about 0, 553. This means that every increasing of unit in a certain time, thus the influence of group of peasant participation in P3A toward quality of environment in Jeneponto District will increases about 0,55%. Therefore, hypothesis thjat has been formulated in this research can be accepted. Forth, the changing which happens to variable quality of environment , according to the prediction which can be explained be equality of regression line, mentioned above, is enough accurate. This can be proved through the result standard error estimation (SE est) and standard deviation of dependent variable (SDy) which show that SE est is about 1,28 smaller than SDy which is about 1,81. The result of hypothesis examination shows that, the more goes up the participation of group of peasant in P3A the more goes up also the quality of environment in Jeneponto District."
