"This thesis discusses about how to select partners in the supply of land rigs based on the criteria for the administrative evaluation, technical evaluation and financial evaluation, using the Analytic Network Process (ANP).
Results of this study indicate that the technical evaluation has the highest weighting, followed by administration evaluation and financial evaluation; and the most influential sub criteria are the rig equipment.

Tesis ini membahas mengenai cara untuk memilih mitra kerja dalam penyediaan rig darat berdasarkan kriteria pada evaluasi administrasi, evaluasi teknis, dan evaluasi harga, dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi teknis mempunyai bobot tertinggi, diikuti oleh evaluasi administrasi dan evaluasi harga; dan sub kriteria yang paling berpengaruh adalah peralatan rig.

"Pengembangan suatu daerah merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk kelangsungan daerah tersebut dalam hal meningkatkan sektor industri penghasil bahan baku maupun jasa. Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) adalah salah faktor untuk memajukan perekonomian suatu daerah, jadi pengembangan IKM adalah hal yang harus dilakukan untuk memperbesar pendapatan perekonomian suatu daerah. Penelitian ini membahas tentang kompetensi inti daerah, dengan menentukan Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) yang paling berpotensi pada Kabupaten Bekasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process Dan Interpretive Structural Modeling. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuk sebuah model untuk pengembangan IKM yang dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan road map untuk implementasinya. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan adalah kebutuhan utama dari IKM adalah faktor dukungan modal untuk melakukan usaha serta faktor pemasaran untuk memasarkan produknya ke seluruh lapisan masyarakat.

Development of a region is a vital issue for the survival area in terms of improving the industrial sector producing raw materials or services. Small Medium Industries is one factor to promote the economy of a region, so the development of Small medium industries is to be done to increase the revenue of a regional economy. This study discusses the core competency areas, by determining the Small Medium Industries is the most potential in Bekasi. This research method using the Analytic Hierarchy Process And Structural Modeling interpretive. Results from this study is formed a model for Small medium industries development which was continued by making the road map for implementation. Conclusions obtained are the main needs of the Small medium industries is the factor of capital support to conduct the business and marketing factors to market their products to all levels of society."

"Disain sepeda lipat adalah merupakan suatu rancangan sistim pelipatan yang diterapkan pada rangka sepeda sehingga rangka sepeda tersebut dapat dilipat menjadi dua atau tiga lipatan. Prosespengembangan disain didasarkan atas konsep lipatan sepeda lipat yang sudah ada dipasaran dan dari sini dikembangkan untuk menghasilkan suatu sistim lipatan yang baru.
Didalam penelitian ini dikembangkan tiga jenis disain lipatan dengan keunggulan masing-masingnya. Agar diperoleh disain yang efektif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen dilakukan suatu proses pemilihan dengan menggunakan metoda Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Pada penelitian ini ditetapkan empat faktor utama dalam proses pemilihan yakni dimensi lipatan akhir,kepraktisan melipat, berat sepeda dan harga sepeda. Data diperoleh dengan melibatkan konsumen dalam pemilihan dengan mengisi kuisioner yang telah disediakan. Dari hasil pengolahan data, konsumen memprioritaskan bahwa dimensi lipatan merupakan factor utama dalam memilih sepeda lipat. Dari proses pemilihan dengan analisis AHP, disain yang diprioritaskan untuk dikembangkan adalah disain nomor tiga, dimana pada disain ini sepeda dapat dilipat tiga sehingga menghasilkan dimensi lipatan akhir yang lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan dua disain yang lain.

Design of folding bike is an the pleating systems applied at bicycle frame so that the frame of the bicycle can be folded become two or three fold. The process design development based from folding concept of folding bike are in the market and that system developed to a new folding systems.
This research developed three type of design an excellence each other that. So that obtained the effective design and as according to requirement of consumer, the process selected by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This research specified four main factor the are; dimension of final fold, practical of fold, weigh and price of bicycle. Data obtained by entangling the consumer in selection by filling Quissioner which have been provided. From result of dataprocessing, we know that consumer priority is folding dimension as a main factor in choosing the folding bike. From AHP analysis the priority design to be developed is designing number three, in this design the bicycle can be fold in three folding that final fold dimension is smaller than two other design."

"Investasi pembangunan pabrik pengering biji jagung untuk menunjang infrastruktur pangan sebagai pengembangan industri hulu berbasis agro masih minim di Indonesia baik milik pemerintah atau milik swasta terutama di wilayah luar pulau jawa. Kurang tertariknya investor untuk menginvestasikan modal modal bukan tanpa alasan, masalah kerugian dan risiko investasi yang sering timbul sebelum dan sesudah pabrik beroperasi menjadi masalah utama bagi investor. Untuk melakukan analiasa investasi dengan metode konvensional dianggap sudah tidak dapat mewakili karena tidak ada unsur risiko kedalam perhitungan investasi. Penelitian ini menganalisis kelayakan investasi berbasis risiko yang timbul dalam proyek pembangunan pabrik tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berdasarkan analisa data primer dengan data proyek dan pengolahan data menggunakan analisa risiko berdasarkan metode AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) melalui interview, kuesioner dan validasi pakar. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh risiko yang paling mempengaruhi kinerja investasi adalah biaya transportasi dan distribusi produk, pasokan bahan baku kurang dari kapasitas produksi dan kenaikan harga bahan bakar minyak. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi atau masukan bagi investor swasta maupun pemerintah dalam melakukan investasi pembangunan pabrik pengering biji jagung di Indonesia.

Investment in the construction of corn grain dryer factory to support food infrastructure and development of agro-based upstream industries is still lacking in Indonesia, both government-owned and private-owned, especially in areas outside Java (remote area). The problem of loss and investment risk which often arise before and after the factory operates becomes a major problem causing a lack of interest for investors. Conventional investment analysis methods do not consider risk into their calculation of investment. This study analyzes the feasibility of investing based on the risks that arise during and after the construction of the factory. The research method used in this analysis is based on primary data which is then processed using risk analysis approach based on AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method conducted by the study of literature, interviewing, survey and expert validation. The results of the research show that the risks that most affect investment performance are the costs of transportation and product distribution, the supply of raw materials is less than the production capacity and increasing fuel price. The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations or input for private and government investors from investing in the construction of corn grain drying factory in Indonesia."

"Pemeringkatan industri rumah sakit berdasarkan kinerja merupakan sumber informasi yang berharga bagi berbagai stakeholder dalam industri tersebut. Agar pemeringkatan terhadap berbagai nlmah sakit dapat dilakukan, maka diperlukan identifikasi terhadap faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja rumah sakit. Kinerja setiap rumah sakit kemudian diukur relatif terhadap faktor-faktor tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dengan kinexja nlmah sakit lain untuk mengetahui peringkat suatu rumah sakit dalam industri rumah sakit secara keseluruhan.
Metode AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) digunakan untuk memexingkatkan rumah sakit berdasarkan kinerjanya. Langkah awal yang dilalcukan adalah mengidentiiikasi herbagai ul-curan kinerja rumah sakit yang dibagi ke dalam kriteria dan subkriteria. Perbandingan berpasangan kemudian dilalcukan untuk mengetahui bobot masing-masing kriteria dan subkriteria. Berikutnya dilakukan perhitungan lconsistensi pada setiap matriks perbandingan berpasangan sebagai bentuk valiclasi dari model yang telah terbentuk. Langkah akhir penyelsaian model adalah dengan membuat skala intensitas untuk setiap subkxiteria pada model.
Model pengukuran kinerja yang terbenmk terdiri dari delapan kliteria utama dan 34 subkriteria. Setiap matriks perbandingan berpasangan memiliki rasio konsistensi kurang dad 10%, sehingga model bersifat konsisten. Aspek-aspek kualitatif memiliki bobot lebih besar daripada aspelc kuantitalif dalam penentuan kinerja rumah sakit. Penclilian Icbih lanjut untuk menentukan interval skala intcsitas untuk masing-masing subkriteria masih diperlukan.

Hospital performance rating is valuable information for stakeholders of hospital industry. ln order to rate hospitals, we need to identiU factors that contribute to the overall performance of hospital, namely hospital performance measures. Perfomance of a hospital is then measured relative to the performance measures and is compared to another hospital’s performance. From the comparison process, we obtain hospital perfomiance rating within the industry.
The Analytic Hierarchy Process is carried out to rate hospitals based on their performance. The iirst step is to identify hospital perfomiance measures that are divided into criteria and sub criteria. Pairwise comparison is then applied to generate weights for criteria as well as sub criteria. Next, consistency ratio calculation for each pairwise comparison matrix is needed to validate the performance measurement model. Finally, rating intensities are constructed for sub criteria in the model.
As a result, performance measurement model for hospital rating consists of 8 criteria and 34 sub criteria. All of the pairwise comparison matrixes have consistency ratio value less than 10%, meaning that the model is consistent. It seems that qualitative performance measures affect hospital performance greater than quantitative performance measures, as can be seen from their relative weights.

"Mobile Number Portability (MNP) service is one of the methods which applied to increase afair and
healthy competition among operators. This method offers the ability to retain customer?s MSISDN
number when porting from one service provider or operator to another. There are three options of
technical solution to support the implementation of this method they are Intelligent Network based
Signalling Relay Function based and Call Divert Solution. To decide the appropriate technical solution,
we use decision making method based Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHF) with eight criteria. Al-lP shows
that Inteligent Network is the appropriate choice because it has more benefits than others technical
solutions.

"ABSTRAK
Kebutuhan bahan bakar minyak (BBM) di Indonesia menunjukkan tren yang terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun dan volume BBM yang paling banyak digunakan adalah Minyak Solar. Pemerintah Indonesia saat ini masih memberikan subsidi untuk BBM jenis minyak solar pada sektor tertentu. Semakin meningkatnya konsumsi BBM terutama Minyak Solar, mengakibatkan besaran subsidi yang harus dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia juga semakin besar, sehingga menjadi beban yang cukup berat bagi anggaran belanja negara. Dengan demikian, diperlukan suatu mekanisme penentuan harga Minyak Solar bersubsidi yang tepat sehingga dapat meringankan beban tersebut. Metodologi Analytic Network Process digunakan untuk memilih mekanisme penentuan harga Minyak Solar bersubsidi dari beberapa alternatif, dimana beberapa kriterianya telah disaring melalui metode Delphi. Penelitian ini melibatkan pakar yang terkait dengan penentuan kebijakan harga BBM yaitu para pejabat pada beberapa kementerian di Indonesia sebagai reponden kuesioner. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kriteria yang dipertimbangkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia dalam menentukan harga Minyak Solar bersubsidi beserta urutan prioritasnya. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah terpilihnya mekanisme Price Smoothing Using Price Stabilization Fund (PSOF) sebagai mekanisme penentuan harga Minyak Solar bersubsidi terbaik dengan nilai prioritas paling tinggi dari tiga skenario mekanisme penentuan harga dengan metode Analytic Network Process

ABSTRACT
Fuel oil demand in Indonesia shows the trend that is increasing from year to year and the most widely used is diesel oil. Nowadays Indonesian government still provide subsidies for fuel oil especially on diesel oil for certain sectors. An increase in fuel oil consumption particularly those subsidized diesel oil, resulting in the amount of the subsidy that should be delivered by the Indonesian government also bigger, so that subsidies budget for this fuel oil become a heavy burden on state budget. Thereby, we need the proper fuel oil pricing mechanism especially on diesel oil for Indonesia, so that it can relieve this burden. Analytic Network Process method has been used to select the proper subsidized diesel oil mechanism of other alternatives, which some criterias has been filtered through a Delphi method. This research has involved experts associated with the determination of fuel oil pricing policy who are the officials at some of the ministry in Indonesia as the questionnaire respondent. This research generates the criterias that must be considered by the Indonesian government in determining the price of subsidized diesel oil and the order priority. The final result from this research is "Price Smoothing Using Price Stabilization
Fund" (PSOF) was chosen as the best subsidized diesel oil pricing mechanism with the highest priority score frm three pricing mechanism scenario using Analytic Network Process method."

Peluang memperluas target pasar dengan memanfaatkan teknologi komputasi
awan yang sedang berkembang mendorong PT. Indodev Niaga Internet (DataOn)
untuk meluncurkan produk Software as a Service (SaaS) mereka yaitu SunfishHR
SaaS. Pada kenyataannya masih ditemukan masalah yang harus dihadapi
pelanggan saat menggunakan produk tersebut seperti perbaikan yang
menyebabkan fungsi lain terganggu, batas waktu pengerjaan yang tidak konsisten,
dan dokumentasi yang kurang.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kualitas
SaaS, menentukan prioritas faktor-faktor tersebut, dan menentukan faktor apa saja
yang perlu diperbaiki oleh DataOn. Seluruh faktor diidentifikasi dengan
melakukan studi literatur dan penelitian sebelumnya yang terkait dengan kualitas
SaaS. Seluruh prioritas ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode Analytic
Hierarchy Process(AHP) dan melibatkan 10 responden yang memiliki
pengalaman di bidang SaaS selama4-18 tahun.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 32 faktor yang mempengaruhi
kualitas SaaS. Faktor-faktor tersebut terdiri dari 15 faktor pada kategori terkait
produk, 10 faktor terkait proses, dan 7 faktor terkait organisasi. Prioritas tertinggi
untuk setiap kategori adalah faktor Security pada kategori produk, faktor Quality
Control pada kategori proses, dan faktor Technically Competent Employees pada
kategori organisasi.

cloud computing encourage PT. Indodev Niaga Internet that also known as
DataOn to launch theirproduct called SunfishHR SaaS (Software as a Service).
But on their way to sell this product, DataOn facing problems reported by
customer such as error, delayed deadline, and less product documentation.
The purpose of this research are to find all factors that related to SaaS quality,
determine the priority of each factor that compare experts and organization‟s
perception, and find what factors DataOn should improve their work. All factors
are identified by combining previous study that related about the quality of SaaS
and also confirmed by experts. All priorities are determined by using Analytic
Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and involved 10 respondents that have
experience in SaaS for 4-18 years.
Results found 32 factors that related to quality of SaaS. They are 15 factors in
product-related category, 10 factors in process-related category, and 7 factors in
organization-related category. The highest priority for product-related category,
process-related category, and organization-related category are Security, Quality

"Matrix analytic methods are popular as modeling tools because they give one the ability to construct and analyze a wide class of queuing models in a unified and algorithmically tractable way. The authors present the basic mathematical ideas and algorithms of the matrix analytic theory in a readable, up-to-date, and comprehensive manner. In the current literature, a mixed bag of techniques is used-some probabilistic, some from linear algebra, and some from transform methods. Here, many new proofs that emphasize the unity of the matrix analytic approach are included.
The authors begin by describing several examples of quasi-birth-and-death (QBD) processes. These examples give the reader an idea of the variety of models which are hidden by the general block notation as well as reinforce some of the terminology and notation used throughout the text. These same examples are used as illustrations later. The second part of the book deals with phase-type distributions and related-point processes, which provide a versatile set of tractable models for applied probability. Part three reviews birth-and-death processes, and points out that the arguments for these processes carry over to more general processes in a parallel manner and are based on Markov renewal theory.
Part four covers material where algorithmic and probabilistic reasoning are most intimately connected. In three steps, the authors take you from one of the simplest iterative procedures to the fastest, relating the successive approximations to the dynamic behavior of the stochastic process itself. The final part goes beyond simple QBDs with a sequence of short chapters where the authors discuss various extensions to the analyzed processes. Their intention is to show that the fundamental ideas extend beyond simple homogeneous QBD."
