A mentally disabled is children who have intellectual and self-care abilities particularly toileting lower than normal children. It needs an appropriate learning method. Researcher want to know the effect of learning with media picture bookstory to activity daily living: toileting in mentally disabled children. Learning is done through storytelling using picture storybooks which made researchers. This study has multiple baseline across subjects design with six respondents mentally disabled children.
Line graphs analysis after intervention giving indicates an increase in the stability of the data, the data level change on each and between phase, trends, and the mean analysis scores on sub-scale patterns, independence, and supporting components toileting skills at the sixth respondent. SLB can use this learning method.

Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted disease which does not confer immunity. The spreading process of the disease can be explained by the susceptible infected susceptible (SIS) epidemic model. This skripsi discusses the stochastic SIS epidemic model. The stochastic SIS epidemic model is derived from deterministic SIS epidemic model by adding a perturbation in the parameter. Simulations are generated based on parameter values from clinical research of gonorrhea disease and focus on conditions of extinction, persistence, and the influence of the noise intensity to the number of infected individuals in endemic equilibrium model as well as distribution of the model. The Milstein method is used to approximate solutions of the model. The simulations show that the greater noise intensity implies the reduction of individual infective number in endemic equilibrium. Extinction and persistence conditions in stochastic model are influenced by the stochastic basic reproduction number (). It shows that the disease dies out from population with probability one if , otherwise the disease persists in population and the model has a unique stationary distribution.

"Problems in probability comprises one of the most comprehensive, nearly encyclopedic, collections of problems and exercises in probability theory. Many problems contain helpful hints and other relevant comments and a portion of the material covers some important applications from optimal control and mathematical finance. Readers of diverse backgrounds-from students to researchers-will find a great deal of value in this book and can treat the work as an exercise manual, a handbook, or as a supplementary text to a course in probability theory, control, and mathematical finance. The problems and exercises in this book vary in nature and degree of difficulty. Some problems are meant to test the reader's basic understanding, others are of medium-to-high degrees of difficulty and require more creative thinking. Other problems are meant to develop additional theoretical concepts and tools or to familiarize the reader with various facts that are not necessarily covered in mainstream texts. Additional problems are related to the passage from random walk to Brownian motions and Brownian bridges. The appendix contains a summary of the main results, notation and terminology that are used throughout the book. It also contains additional material from combinatorics, potential theory and Markov chains-subjects that are not covered in the book, but are nevertheless needed for many of the exercises included here."

"Probability theory is a rapidly expanding field and is used in many areas of science and technology. Beginning from a basis of abstract analysis, this mathematics book develops the knowledge needed for advanced students to develop a complex understanding of probability. The first part of the book systematically presents concepts and results from analysis before embarking on the study of probability theory. The initial section will also be useful for those interested in topology, measure theory, real analysis and functional analysis. The second part of the book presents the concepts, methodology and fundamental results of probability theory. Exercises are included throughout the text, not just at the end, to teach each concept fully as it is explained, including presentations of interesting extensions of the theory. "

The problem of maritime logistics in Indonesia lies on the unbalanced trade flow between west and east region of Indonesia. Since the east region does not have many comodity to be transported, liner shipping companies have to face the increasing amount of operational costs which makes the company failed to achieve the optimal profit. Based on that situation, liner shipping companies needs a service network design which accomodate demand on each ports and give maximum profit. This research uses stochastic modeling to best portray the real condition of maritime logistics by taking demand uncertainty into consideration. The result shows that stochastic model yields higher profit for liner shipping companies"
