"Developer aplikasi web biasanya akan meniru dan memodifikasi sistem yang sudah ada. Hal tersebut terjadi karena sistem aplikasi web tidak jauh berbeda satu dengan yang lainnya. Namun, masalah timbul saat sistem yang ditiru mengalami perubahan. Aplikasi web yang menggunakan sistem tersebut perlu mengalami perubahan dan penyesuaian kembali. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan paradigma pengembangan bernama Software Product Line Engineering (SPLE). SPLE melihat domain dan variasi sistem yang dimiliki domain sebagai suatu product family yang mengklasifikasikan produk-produknya berdasarkan kemiripan dan perbedaan antara setiap variasi produk. Salah satu studi kasus penerapan SPLE pada aplikasi web adalah Amanah, yaitu sebuah web generator untuk organisasi amal yang memanfaatkan teknologi Prices-IDE untuk membangkitkan aplikasi web. Amanah menggunakan WinVMJ untuk membangkitkan back end dan IFML untuk abstraksi front end dari produk Amanah. Fitur yang dihasilkan penelitian ini dievaluasi mengguanakan user acceptance test dan six quality criteria. WinVMJ dan IFML berhasil menjadi tool yang menerapkan paradigma SPLE dalam pengunaannya. Dihasilkan UML diagram dari pengembangan fitur pada penelitian ini. Selain itu, adanya penambahan fitur pada WinVMJ untuk peningkatan WinVMJ sebagai web framework.

Web application developers will usually clone and modify existing systems. It happens because web application systems are not much different from one another. However, problems arise when the cloned system change. The web application that uses the system needs to readjust following the changes. We can use a development paradigm called Software Product Line Engineering (SPLE) to solve that problem. SPLE sees the domain and the variety of systems owned by the domain as a product family that classifies its products based on the commonalities and variabilities between each product variation. One of the case studies of SPLE application in development of web applications is Amanah, a web generator for charity organizations that uses Prices-IDE technology to generate web applications. Amanah uses WinVMJ to produce the back end and IFML to abstract the front end. The features developed in this research were evaluated using six quality criteria and user acceptance tests. WinVMJ and IFML succeeded in becoming tools that apply the SPLE paradigm. This research also produced UML diagrams for the developed features. In addition, there are improvements in WinVMJ as a web framework."

"Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi efisiensi PLTU diantaranya adalah temperatur dan tekanan pada inlet turbin serta tekanan pada vakum kondenser. Parameter tersebut mempengaruhi besar nilai efisiensi, daya yang dihasilkan, serta heatrate PLTU. Data pada performance guarantee kontrak dapat divalidasi dengan cara menghitung siklus tersebut melalui parameter desain basis PLTU tersebut. Kesesuaian dapat dilihat setelah proses perhitungan serta melihat sensitivitas nilai efisiensi, daya yang dihasilkan, serta heatrate apabila parameter tersebut divariasikan dengan besaran berbeda. Pengamatan ini dibantu oleh software Gate Cycle untuk mensimulasikan perancangan layout PLTU, perhitungan simulasi desain basis, serta perhitungan dengan variasi parameter yaitu: temperatur inlet turbin, tekanan inlet turbin, temperatur inlet cooling water kondenser, serta tekanan kondenser. Pengamatan ini memperlihatkan bahwa pengaruh kenaikan temperatur inlet pada turbin paling besar adalah pada temperature 600 C, yaitu kenaikan sebesar 0,5 terhadap efisiensi, kenaikan sebesar 1,7 MW terhadap power output, dan 46,4 kcal/kW-hr terhadap heat rate. Pengaruh kenaikan tekanan inlet pada turbin paling besar adalah pada tekanan 130 bar, yaitu sebesar yaitu kenaikan sebesar 1,3 terhadap efisiensi, kenaikan sebesar 4,3 MW terhadap power output, dan penurunan sebesar 114 kcal/kW-hr terhadap heat rate. Pengaruh kenaikan temperatur inlet pada cooling water kondenser paling besar adalah pada temperature 26 C, yaitu kenaikan sebesar 0,01 terhadap efisiensi, kenaikan sebesar 0,0043 MW terhadap power output, dan penurunan sebesar 0,3 kcal/kW-hr terhadap heat rate. Pengaruh kenaikan tekanan vakum kondenser paling besar adalah pada tekanan 11,2 kPa dengan nilai penurunan efisiensi sebesar 0,6 , penurunan power output sebesar 2 MW, dan kenaikan heat rate sebesar 57,7 kcal/kW-hr.

Factors that affect the efficiency of steam power plant is the inlet temperature and pressure of steam turbine and also pressure in condenser vacum. Those parameters affect the value of efficiency, output power, and the heatrate of steam power plant. Data on the performance guarantee contracts can be validate by calculate the cycle through basic design parameter of the steam power plant. The compability can be seen after the calculation process and saw the sensitivity of efficiency, output power, and heatrate if the parameter is variated by different value.This observation is using software Gate Cycle to simulate the layout design of steam power plant, the calculation of basic desain, and the calculation of varied parameter inlet temperature of steam turbine, inlet pressure of steam turbine, inlet temperature of cooling water condenser, and inlet pressure of condenser.This observation is showing that the increasing temperature of inlet tubine that has biggest impact is 600 C with the increase of 0,5 to efficiency, increase of 1,7 MW to power output, and decrease of 46,4 kcal kW hr to heat rate. Increasing pressure of inlet tubine that has biggest impact is 130 bar with the increase of 1,3 to efficiency, increase of 4,3 MW to power output, and decrease 114 kcal kW hr to heat rate. Increasing temperature of inlet cooling water condenser that has biggest impact is 26 C with the increase of 0,01 to efficiency, increase of 0,0043 MW to power output, and decrease of 0,3 kcal kW hr to heat rate. "ABSTRAK
Pengembangan perangkat lunak pada Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keuangan BPPK belum sesuai dengan harapan dari pengguna dan belum memenuhi target dari rencana strategis Renstra BPPK Tahun 2015-2019, dimana masih menghasilkan produk yang belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan belum memenuhi target waktu yang telah ditentukan. Hal ini terutama disebabkan oleh user requirement yang belum terdefinisi dengan baik, kurangnya keterlibatan pengguna dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak, dan waktu pengembangan perangkat lunak yang tidak realistis. Rancangan Standar Operasional Prosedur SOP pengembangan perangkat lunak diharapkan mampu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Rancangan SOP pengembangan perangkat lunak disusun dengan menggunakan metode Scrum. Metode scrum dipilih karena Scrum mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan kebutuhan bisnis, requirement user yang tidak terdefinisi dengan baik, dan menuntut keterlibatan pengguna dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak sehingga dapat menghasilkan perangkat lunak yang andal. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan SOP pengembangan perangkat lunak yang terdiri dari 8 SOP yaitu, SOP analisis kelayakan pembangunan atau pengembangan perangkat lunak berdasarkan permintaan unit, SOP analisis kelayakan pembuatan atau pengembangan perangkat lunak berdasarkan penugasan, SOP analisis kebutuhan pengembangan perangkat lunak, SOP pembentukan tim pengembangan perangkat lunak, SOP perubahan Surat Keputusan SK tim pengembangan perangkat lunak, SOP perencanaan pengembangan perangkat lunak, SOP pengembangan perangkat lunak, dan SOP tinjauan pasca implementasi. Dengan dibuatnya rancangan SOP pengembangan perangkat lunak, diharapkan perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan oleh BPPK menjadi berkualitas.

ABSTRACT
Software development in Financial Education and Training Agency BPPK has not met the user expectations and has not fulfilled the BPPK targets in the strategic plan for 2015 2019. Moreover, most of the time, the software development activities rarely pay attention to the user requirements and most of the project do not met the deadline in which requested by the users. These yield such low quality software. Those situation happened mainly because of the developer could not identify appropiate user requirements, lack of user involvement in software process, and the unrealistic timeline of software development. The Standard Operational Procedure SOP design of software development is expected to overcome all the problems above. This SOP design was developed based on the Scrum method. Scrum method is chosen because it is able to adapt the change of business needs and the undefined user requirements. Furthermore, this method demands user to get involve in the software development process so developer could develop a reliable software. This research proposed 8 SOP design for software development. They are, SOP for Software development feasibility analysis based on user demand, SOP for software development feasibility analysis based on assignment, SOP for requirement analysis of software development, SOP for software developer team formation, SOP for revision of software developer team formation, SOP for software development planning, SOP for software development, and SOP for post implementation. With these SOP designs, it is expected that BPPK will develop more high quality software."

"Global Software Development (GSD) adalah metode pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan tim yang tersebar secara geografis di seluruh dunia. GSD merupakan fenomena yang tidak bisa dihindari, karena perkembangan teknologi dan perangkat lunak yang semakin meluas. Persentase tenaga kerja Indonesia yang terlibat dalam GSD hanya 0.2%. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kompetensi software engineer GSD berbasis KSA (knowledge, skill, & attitude). Penelitian ini mengumpulkan daftar kompetensi KSA menggunakan teknik Systematic Literature Review (SLR), kemudian dilakukan validasi pakar melalui Focus Group Discussion menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner kemudian diolah menggunakan Fuzzy Delphi Method untuk mengetahui kompetensi mana saja yang disepakati para pakar. Berdasarkan hasil konsensus pakar, terdapat sepuluh kompetensi GSD yang terdiri dari empat knowledge, empat skill, dan dua attitude. Keempat kompetensi knowledge yang diterima dan diurutkan berdasarkan peringkat tertinggi, yaitu virtual team management, software distribution method, project management, dan information security. Selain itu, keempat kompetensi skill yang diterima dan diurutkan berdasarkan peringkat tertinggi, yaitu collaboration & coordination, programming skill, foreign language skill, dan intercultural communication. Kemudian kedua kompetensi attitude yang diterima, yaitu trust dan cultural sensitivity/awareness. Kompetensi yang telah mencapai konsensus, selanjutnya dicari hubungan keterkaitannya menggunakan fitur cluster analysis pada NVIVO 12 Plus. Berdasarkan analisis, relasi terkuat merupakan kompetensi skill, yaitu intercultural communication (skill) dan collaboration & coordination (skill) dengan nilai Jaccard’s coefficient 0,9. Kemudian relasi terkuat kedua merupakan kompetensi knowledge, yaitu project management (knowledge) dan foreign language skill (knowledge) dengan nilai Jaccard’s coefficient 0,714. Sedangkan kompetensi attitude berada di peringkat ketiga, yaitu relasi antara trust (attitude) dan virtual team management (knowledge) dengan nilai Jaccard’s coefficient 0,714. Langkah terakhir yaitu menyusun rekomendasi menggunakan SLR dan analisis tematik. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan dua kompetensi teratas dari knowledge, yaitu virtual team management dan software distribution method; kompetensi teratas dari skill, yaitu collaboration & coordination; dan kompetensi teratas dari attitude, yaitu trust. Selain itu, rekomendasi juga diberikan untuk meningkatkan dua kompetensi yang memiliki relasi tertinggi, yaitu intercultural communication dan collaboration & coordination.

Software Development (GSD) is a software development method with teams that are spread geographically across the world. GSD is a phenomenon that cannot be avoided, because of the development of technology and software that is increasingly widespread. The percentage of Indonesian workers involved in GSD is only 0.2%. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to identify the competency of GSD software engineer based on knowledge, skill, and attitude. This study compiled a list of KSA competencies using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) technique, then expert validation was conducted through Focus Group Discussion using a questionnaire. The questionnaire is then processed using the Fuzzy Delphi Method to find out which competencies are agreed upon by the experts. Based on the expert consensus, there are ten GSD competencies consisting of four knowledges, four skills, and two attitudes. The four competencies of knowledge sorted by the highest rank, are virtual team management, software distribution methods, project management, and information security. In addition, the four competencies of skill sorted by the highest rank, are collaboration & coordination, programming skills, foreign language skills, and intercultural communication. Then the two competencies of skill sorted by the highest rank, are trust and cultural sensitivity/awareness. The ten competencies then searched for relationship using cluster analysis feature of NVIVO 12 Plus. Based on the analysis, the strongest relation is a skill competency, namely intercultural communication (skill) and collaboration & coordination (skill) with Jaccard's coefficient value of 0.9. Then the second strongest relation is knowledge competency, namely project management (knowledge) and foreign language skills (knowledge) with Jaccard's coefficient value of 0.714. While attitude competency is ranked third, namely the relationship between trust (attitude) and virtual team management (knowledge) with Jaccard’s coefficient value of 0.714. This research produces recommendations to improve the two top competencies of knowledge, namely virtual team management and software distribution method; top competency of skills, namely collaboration & coordination; and the top competency for attitude, namely trust. In addition, recommendations are also given to improve two competencies that have the highest relations, namely intercultural communication and collaboration & coordination."

"Tren teknologi yang berkembang saat ini menuntut fleksibilitas dalam hal penyediaan infrastruktur, agar aplikasi dapat lebih mudah dikembangkan dengan menggunakan sumberdaya yang fleksibel dan mudah untuk dikelola. Tesis ini membahas tentang evaluasi dan analisis ujicoba kinerja SDDC Kemenkeu untuk menilai kesesuaian pemanfaatan Data Center menggunakan konsep SDDC, dimana penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan ujicoba kinerja aplikasi yang memiliki karakteristik dan spesifikasi yang sama dan dapat berjalan baik pada lingkungan virtualisasi DC maupun SDDC Kemenkeu. Perbandingan kinerja aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan indikator yang dijadikan acuan pengukuran, yaitu response time, deployment time, dan number of concurrent users. Ketiga indikator tersebut merupakan parameter yang dapat menunjukkan kualitas kinerja suatu aplikasi, yaitu seberapa baik aplikasi menyediakan layanan kepada pengguna akhir dan seberapa baik suatu aplikasi memanfaatkan infrastruktur yang mendasarinya. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi SDDC dapat diterapkan dalam penyediaan infrastruktur dengan menggunakan sumberdaya yang fleksibel dan mudah untuk dikelola.

The current technological trends demand flexibility in the provision of infrastructure, so that applications can be more easily developed using resources that are flexible and easy to manage. This thesis discusses the evaluation and analysis of Ministry of Finance SDDC performance tests to assess the suitability of Data Center utilization using the SDDC concept, where research is conducted by testing application performance that has the same characteristics and specifications and can run well in the DC and SDDC virtualization environments of the Ministry of Finance. Comparison of application performance is done using indicators that are used as reference measurements, namely response time, deployment time, and number of concurrent userss. These three indicators are parameters that can indicate the quality of an application's performance, namely how well the application provides services to end users and how well an application utilizes the underlying infrastructure. The results of the study indicate that SDDC technology can be applied in infrastructure provision by using resources that are flexible and easy to manage."

"Perangkat lunak Enterprise University Information System (Euis) merupakan salah satu produk yang dimiliki oleh Pusat Ilmu Komputer Univesitas Indonesia yang disingkat Pusilkom UI. EUIS telah dikembangkan sejak tahun 2011 yang pada proses pengembangan awalnya menggunakan metodologi Pusilkom Agile Unified Process dan pada dua tahun terakhir ini dikembangkan dengan menngunakan kerangka kerja scrum, namun dalam proses pengembangannya terdapat masalah yaitu sprint goal tidak tercapai dan pengerjaan task melebihi dari estimasi waktu yang diberikan. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut yang secara tidak langsung dapat mempengaruhi jadwal pengerjaan produk EUIS secara keseluruhan sehingga dibutuhkan evaluasi yang diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada dengan mengukur tingkat kematangan proses pengembangan. Dalam mengukur tingkat kematangan, data dikumpulkan melalui pelaksanaan Focus Group Discussion, studi dokumen, dan observasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perhitungan KPA Rating untuk mendapatkan tingkat kematangan. Hasil analisis tingkat kematangan akan didiskusikan dengan organisasi untuk menentukan tingkat kematangan yang ingin dicapai. Sasaran perbaikan dapat diidentifikasi dari praktik- praktik Scrum Maturity Model yang belum dicapai organisasi. Usulan perbaikan nantinya akan dihasilkan dari pemetaan sasaran perbaikan dengan best practices Scrum. Pada hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kematangan scrum pada organisasi saat ini telah mencapai scrum maturity level 2 dan ingin mencapai scrum maturity leve 3.

Enterprise University Information System (Euis) software is a product owned by the Pusat Ilmu Komputer Univesitas Indonesia, abbreviated as Pusilkom UI. EUIS has been developed since 2011, which in the initial development used the methodology of the Pusilkom Agile Unified Process and in the last two years it was generated using the Scrum framework. Still, in the development process there were problems namely the sprint goal was not achieved and the task execution exceeded the estimated time given. With these problems which can indirectly affect the overall work schedule of EUIS products, an evaluation is expected to be able to overcome the existing challenges by measuring the level of maturity of the development process. In measuring the level of maturity, data is collected through the implementation of Focus Group Discussions, document studies, and observations. The data obtained is then analyzed using the KPA Rating calculation to get the level of maturity. The results of the maturity level analysis will be discussed with the organization to determine the level of maturity to be achieved. The improvement target can be identified from the Scrum Maturity Model practices that the organization has not yet reached. The proposed improvements will later be generated from mapping improvement targets with Scrum best practices. The results showed that the Scrum Maturity level in the organization has now reached Scrum Maturity Level 2 and wants to reach Scrum Maturity Level 3."
