"Tulisan ini membahas tentang gangguan (disrupsi) yang terjadi pada Partai Golkar di Pemilu 2019 sejak dibentuknya relawan Golkar-Jokowi (Gojo). Pengaruh relawan Gojo terhadap rekrutmen politik tidak berdampak langsung karena Gojo dibentuk tidak berdasarkan perintah partai. Gojo mempengaruhi rekrutmen Partai Golkar sebelum Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) menetapkan caleg. Relawan Gojo memanfaatkan media sosial untuk memperkenalkan bakal caleg Golkar dengan instrumen relawan. Sedangkan terhadap perubahan kampanye Partai Golkar, relawan Gojo memberikan dampak karena Golkar lebih kreatif memanfaatkan media sosial dengan memanfaatkan dukungan terhadap Jokowi. Dengan adanya Relawan Gojo maka kampanye-kampanye Partai Golkar lebih cepat dan dinamis, karena tidak lagi melalui jenjang organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep disrupsi Francis Fukuyama dan konsep pelembagaan Samuel P. Huntington. Temuan dari tulisan ini, lahirnya Gojo di Partai Golkar awalnya mendapatkan respon negatif dari beberapa kader karena menjadi hal baru di internal partai. Namun, pergerakan Gojo mampu memperkenalkan Golkar lebih cepat dan lebih baik dari infrastruktur kekuasaan yang sudah ada. Dari perubahan yang dibuat oleh Gojo terhadap rekrutmen dan kampanye Partai Golkar. Perubahan terhadap pola kampanye lebih terlihat dibandingkan rekrutmen politik.

This paper discusses the disturbances that have occurred to the Golkar Party in the 2019 Election since the formation of the Golkar-Jokowi (Gojo) volunteers. The influence of Gojo volunteers on political recruitment did not have a direct impact because Gojo was formed not based on party orders. Gojo influenced the recruitment of the Golkar Party before the General Elections Commission (KPU) determined the candidates. Gojo volunteers use social media to introduce prospective Golkar candidates with volunteer instruments. As for the changes to the Golkar Party's campaign, Gojo volunteers had an impact because Golkar was more creative in using social media by taking advantage of support for Jokowi. With the Gojo Volunteers, the Golkar Party's campaigns are faster and more dynamic, because they no longer pass through the organizational level. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The concepts used in this research are the disruption concept of Francis Fukuyama and the institutionalization concept of Samuel P. Huntington. The findings from this paper, the birth of Gojo in the Golkar Party initially received a negative response from several cadres because it was a new thing within the party's internal structure. However, the Gojo movement was able to introduce Golkar faster and better than the existing power infrastructure. From the changes made by Gojo to the recruitment and campaign of the Golkar Party. Changes to campaign patterns are more visible than political recruitment."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi proses terhadap pelaksanaan program Bidang Capacity Building di organisasi Sahabat Anak. Seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah relawan dan peran mereka sebagai pelaksana utama program, Sahabat Anak sebagai organisasi berbasis relawan melihat pentingnya manajemen relawan yang baik. Walaupun demikian, implementasi program bidang secara konsisten cenderung mengalami penyimpangan dari perencanaan dan evaluasi organisasi tidak mendetil. Penelitian evaluasi proses dilakukan terhadap program bidang pada tahun 2014 untuk mengungkapkan secara rinci proses bidang dalam melaksanakan program serta aspek-aspek yang mempengaruhi implementasinya menggunakan kerangka evaluasi proses yang dikembangkan oleh Saunders, Evans, Joshi (2005).

This research aims to apply process evaluation towards the program implementations of Capacity Building Division in Sahabat Anak. As the volunteer numbers keep growing, Sahabat Anak realises the importance of organised volunteer management. However, the past trend of Capacity Building Division's programs show a tendency of alteration in program implementation and inicomplete evaluation. Thus, this process evaluation research aims to reveal in detail about how the division enforces its programs as well as facets that may influence the program implementation. The evaluation is based on the framework developed by Saunders, Evans, Joshi (2005)."

"Modal Sosial diyakini sebagai faktor yang memiliki dampak terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai pengaruh modal sosial berupa partisipasi masyarakat terhadap kebahagiaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan data Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) tahun 2014. Untuk menjelaskan hasil penelitian ini, digunakan metodologi logistic regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara partisipasi masyarakat di dalam kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan dan kemasyarakatan dengan kebahagiaan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat merupakan salah satu bentuk modal sosial yang dapat berfungsi sebagai aset untuk menciptakan tindakan-tindakan kolektif yang dapat menciptakan kemajuan bersama dan mendorong kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Social Capital is believed to be a factor that has an impact on improving people's welfare. This study aims to discuss the effect of social capital in the form of community participation on happiness. The data used in this study are data from the 2014 Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS). To explain the results of this study, a logistic regression methodology was used. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive relationship between community participation in religious and social activities and happiness. This study confirms that social participation is a form of social capital that can function as an asset to create collective actions that can create mutual progress and encourage people's welfare."

"Peningkatan jumlah lansia Indonesia dapat menjadi tantangan karena diiringi dengan masalah yang dihadapi penduduk lanjut usia, yaitu penurunan kualitas hidup. Partisipasi sosial dianggap sebagai salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara partisipasi sosial dengan kualitas hidup pada lanjut usia. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan 111 sampel di Kecamatan Jagakarsa dengan teknik cluster sampling. Pengukuran partisipasi sosial dilakukan dengan instrumen Australian Community Participation Questionnare dan kualitas hidup diukur dengan instrumen Older People’s Quality of Life. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar lansia memiliki partisipasi sosial dan kualitas hidup yang tergolong tinggi. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara partisipasi sosial dengan kualitas hidup lansia dengan nilai signifikansi menggunakan uji pearson product moment sebesar 0,001 (<0,05) dengan korelasi kuat dan pola hubungan positif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa walaupun lansia mengalami penurunan fungsi tubuh, mereka disarankan untuk tetap berpartisipasi di lingkungan sosial agar kualitas hidup mereka dapat meningkat dan terjaga dengan baik sehingga tercapai tujuan menua dengan sehat dan aktif.

The increase of older adults in Indonesia can be a challenge itself because it is accompanied by problems faced by the elderly population, such as decrease in quality of life. Social participation is considered as one of the factors that can improve the quality of life. This research aims to determine the relationship between social participation and quality of life of the older adults. Data were collected using a cross-sectional design with 111 samples in Jagakarsa District using a cluster sampling technique. Social participation was measured using the Australian Community Participation Questionnaire instrument and quality of life was measured using the Older People's Quality of Life instrument. The research results show that the majority of older adults have relatively high social participation and quality of life. There is a significant relationship between social participation and the quality of life of the elderly with a significance value using the Pearson product moment test of 0.001 (<0.05) with a strong correlation and a positive relationship pattern. This shows that even though older adults experience a decline in body function, they are advised to continue participating in the social environment so that their quality of life can improve and be well maintained and they can healthily and actively aged."

"ABSTRAKLansia merupakan populasi yang rentan mengalami depresi seiring dengan berlangsungnya proses penuaan. Kejadian depresi lansia ini seringkali tidak terdeteksi sehingga membutuhkan perhatian lebih dari keluarga, masyarakat, dan tenaga kesehatan. Partisipasi sosial direkomendasikan menjadi salah satu upaya untuk mencegah terjadinya depresi lansia.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan partisipasi sosial dengan kejadian depresi lansia di Kecamatan Sukmajaya Kota Depok. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalahcross-sectional dengan107 responden, diambil dengan metode cluster sampling dari tiga kelurahan terpilih yang berada di kecamatan Sukmajaya, Depok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata partisipasi sosial yaitu 99,76 dalam interval nilai kepercayaan CI 95 sebesar 97,04 ndash; 102,47 dan nilai tengah depresi lansia sebesar 2 dalam interval nilai kepercayaan CI sebesar 95. Uji korelasi Spearman menunjukan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara partisipasi sosial dengan depresi lansia pvalue = 0,001, dengan kekuatan hubungan sedang r = 0,313. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin rendah partisipasi sosial, maka semakin tinggi tingkat depresi lansia dan semakin tinggi partisipasi sosial, maka semakin rendah tingkat depresi lansia. Kegiatan sosial yang melibatkan kontribusi lansia perlu dilaksanakan di setiap posbindu untuk meningkatkan kesehatan psikososial di hari tua.

ABSTRACTElderly people are vulnerable to depression as they undergone aging process. In regard to this issue, social participation is recommended as one way to prevent geriatric depression. This study aims to identify the relation between social participation and cases geriatric depression in Sukmajaya district, Depok city. Using the cross sectional design, 107 respondents from three sub districts in the Sukmajaya district are chosen using the cluster sampling method. The result of this study reveals that the mean score of social participation is still low at 99,76 with a 95 confidence interval CI around 97,04 ndash 102,47, whereas the median score for depression among elderly people is low at 2 with a 95 CI. Moreover, the Spearman rsquo s Correlation shows that there exists significant relation between social participation and geriatric depression pvalue 0,001 with a moderate correlation r 0,313. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the lower social participation, the higher the geriatric depression and vice versa. Therefore, social activity that involves the participation and contribution from the elderly needs to be done in every integrated care post in order to increase their psychosocial health during the old age.
