"Praktik Residensi Ners Spesialis Keperawatan Medikal Bedah, Peminatan Keperawatan Kardiovaskular dilaksanakan di RS Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah Harapan Kita Jakarta selama dua semester bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan peran ners spesialis dalam mengelola pasien gangguan kardiovaskular dengan menggunakan teori keperawatan Orem. Peran sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan dicapai dengan target mengelola 30 kasus resume dan 1 kasus kelolaan utama pasien dengan Post operasi Bentall dan MV repair pada Aneurisma aorta. Peran ners spesialis sebagai peneliti dicapai dengan penyusunan proposal penerapan intervensi keperawatan berbasis bukti (evidence based nursing practice), dengan topik akurasi penimbangan berat badan tiap hari dibandingkan dengan pencatatan keseimbangan cairan harian dalam menilai status hidrasi pasien gagal jantung. Peran sebagai inovator dilaksanakan secara kelompok berupa penerapan serah terima pasien terstruktur dengan metoda MDS-ECHO (Minimum Data Set for Effective Clinical HandOver). Hasil praktik residensi menunjukkan bahwa teori Orem efektif digunakan pada pasien dengan gangguan kardiovaskular dan metoda MDS-ECHO mendapatkan respon positif untuk dapat diterapkan di RS Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah Harapan Kita Jakarta. Proposal EBN tidak dapat dilaksanakan karena terkendala pandemi COVID 19.Medical Surgical Nursing Specialist Residency practice in Cardiovascular Nursing specialization is held at The National Cardiovascular Center Harapan Kita Hospital for two semester aiming to apply the role of specialist nurse in managing patients with cardiovascular disorders using Orem’s nursing theory. The role as a nursing care provider is achieved with the target of managing 30 resume cases and 1 main managed case of patient with Post Bentall surgery and MV repair on aortic aneurysm. The role of specialist nurse as researcher is achieved by preparing proposals for the application of evidence- based nursing practice, with the topic of the accuracy of weighing daily body weight compared to recording fluid balance in assessing the hydration status of heart failure patient. The role as an innovator is carried out in groups in the form of implementing structured patient handover using the MDS-ECHO (Minimum Data Set for Effective Clinical HandOver). The results of the residency practice show that Orem’s theory is effectively used in patient with cardiovascular disorders and the MDS-ECHO method gets a positive response to be applied at Harapan Kita Hospital. The EBN proposal could not be implemented due to the COVID 19 pandemic."

"Partus Kala II dimulai dari dilatasi serviks 10 cm dan berakhir dengan kelahiran bayi. Partus kala dua dikatakan memanjang jika berlangsung lebih dari 2 jam pada primipara dan lebih dari satu jam pada multipara. Penatalaksanaan keperawatan bagi ibu dengan partus kala II lama adalah dengan memberikan asuhan keperawatan baik secara fisik dan psikologis. Persiapan fisik pada ibu yang akan bersalin, membutuhkan kekuatan (power) untuk dapat melahirkan bayinya. Oleh sebab itu tindakan emergency keperawatan harus dilakukan dengan tepat dan cepat dengan menggunakan teori “Need for help“ Wiedenbach. Teori ini, didukung oleh teori caring Swanson yang menjelaskan bahwa Swanson selalu menempatkan peran perawat dalam proses becoming, artinya perawat tidak hanya memberikan tindakan dan membantu pengobatan medis, tetapi juga merupakan mitra dalam membantu klien lebih dekat dengan tujuannya (well-being) untuk mencapai kesehatan dan kesejahteraannya. Tujuan dari karya ilmiah akhir ini adalah menggambarkan pelaksanaan praktik residensi keperawatan maternitas. Pencapaian kompetensi Ners Spesialis Keperawatan Maternitas diwujudkan pada peran dan fungsi perawat. Pencapaian kompetensi juga dinilai dari kemampuan mengaplikasikan teori keperawatan pada pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan. Aplikasi teori Wiedenbach dan Swanson diterapkan dan berhasil membantu menyelesaikan masalah keperawatan pada 5 kasus ibu dengan partus kala II lama dengan baik. The second stage of labour is defined as the period from full dilatation of the cervix to the birth of the baby. Prolonged Second Stage of labour greater than 2 hours in primiparous women and greater than 1 hours in multiparous. Nursing management for women with prolonged second stage of labour is providing nursing care both physical and psychological aspec. Physical preparation for women who would birth, requiring strength (power) to be able to deliver the baby. Therefore nursing emergency action must be done properly and quickly by using the theory of "Need for help" Wiedenbach. This theory, supported by Swanson theory caring nurse that Swanson has always put the nurse 's role in becoming process, meaning they are not only provide their action and help the medical treatment, but also to be a partner in helping clients for achieving a goal (well - being) that aims to help clients achieve health and well-being. The purpose of this final scientific work is describing the implementation of maternity nursing practice residency. Achievement of Specialist Maternity of Nursing was realized the role and function of the nurse. Achievement of competence is also assessed on the ability to apply theory to the implementation of nursing care. Applications of Swanson and Wiedenbach theory are implemented and managed to help problem solving for 5 mothers case with prolonged second stage of labour."
