"ABSTRAK
Keberadaan media sosial saat ini tidak dapat dilepaskan dari kehidupan masyarakat sehari-hari. Lewat media sosial, individu tidak hanya berperan sebagai audience tetapi juga media producer. Hal tersebut dimanfaatkan oleh sejumlah wanita plus-size dengan ketertarikan pada dunia mode untuk membagikan pesan body positive kepada masyarakat lewat praktik bermedia dalam bentuk foto outfit-of-the-day (OOTD) maupun artikel fashion di Blogspot dan Instagram. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan analisa konten media sosial para plus-size fashion enthusiasts, diketahui bahwa praktik bermedia yang mereka lakukan merupakan ekspresi dari pemaknaan atas sejumlah pengalaman yang terstruktur oleh kegiatan bermedia, dunia fashion, serta citra tubuh ideal yang ada di masyarakat.

ABSTRACT
In this modern era, the existence of social media, can not be separated from daily lives. Through social media, people not only act as audience but also have a chance to take part as media producers. Some plus-size women, with an interest in fashion, have taken advantage of this opportunity to spread body positive messages through media practices by uploading their outfit-of-the-day (OOTD) photos and fashion articles on Instagram and Blogspot. Based on interviews and content analysis of their social media accounts, it is found that the media practice is a form of expression of the meaning they got from a number of relevant structured experiences, such as the use of social media, fashion, and ideal body image perception in the community.
