"Area Motor adalah toko suku cadang mobil di daerah Lubuk Begalung, kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. Memasuki usianya yang ke dua puluh lima tahun, Area Motor menghadapi situasi kompetisi yang semakin ketat dengan bertambahnya pesaing baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang strategi pemasaran bagi Area Motor yang berdasarkan konsep relationship marketing. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa implementasi relationship marketing di Area Motor adalah dengan cara mengelola pelanggan tetap melalui strategi customer retention.

Area Motor is a spare-part shop for cars and trucks in Lubuk Begalung, Padang,
West Sumatra. On its umping twenty-fifth year business, it is facing a tighter competition as more new shops oin the competition. Therefore, this research aims to analyze and design the marketing strategy for Area Motor on the basic of relationship marketing concept. The results reveal that Area Motor supposedly applies relationship marketing by maintaining existing customer through customer retention strategy.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi reaksi pengguna Twitter dan Youtube terhadap iklan terbaru Pepsi Live for Now Moments Anthem yang pertama kali ditayangkan dan didistribusikan di media sosial pada tanggal 4 April 2017. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana reaksi publik, positif maupun negatif dengan mengolah data dari Twitter dan Youtube, juga untuk mendapatkan kata kunci konsep seputar perbincangan Pepsi di media tersebut untuk mengevaluasi keefektifan-nya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan peta konsep dan daftar tabel dalam mengumpulkan data dari dua platform media social Twitter dan Youtube .

ABSTRACT
This research is to explore Twitter and Youtube user rsquo s reactions in regards to Pepsi latest advertisement ldquo Live for Now Moments Anthem rdquo , which was first aired and distributed throughout the social media on April 4th 2017. The aim of this research is to determine how people react towards the advertisement whether positive or negative by generating data from social media platforms Twitter and Youtube comments, also to find key concepts that surrounds Pepsi advertisement conversation to evaluate its effectiveness. This research is a qualitative research, with concept map and ranked list data analysis as its approach of data collection. "
