"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menentukan kriteria, bobot kriteria dan memberikan contoh penentuan prioritas usulan anggaran belanja modal pada BPPK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif berjenis studi kasus dengan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP . Penelitian menyimpulkan terdapat enam kriteria dan 22 subkriteria beserta bobotnya yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan prioritas belanja modal. Kriteria dan bobot tersebut meliputi: kemanfaatan aset 24,42 , keselarasan dengan strategi 16,81 , kesiapan usulan belanja modal untuk dilaksanakan 16,07 , jaminan keberlangsungan aset 16,06 , keandalan estimasi usulan biaya 13,92 , dan sifat usulan belanja modal 12,73 . Penentuan prioritas atas lima paket contoh usulan belanja modal menunjukkan urutan yang sama dengan hasil Resources Forum BPPK. ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine criterias, weight criterias and give example in the prioritization of proposed capital budget in the Financial Education and Training Agency FETA . The research is a qualitative research which designed in a case study with Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP . The conclusions obtained from this research are six criterias and 22 subcriterias which could be used to determine the priority of capital budget. The criteria and weighting include benefit assets 24.42 , alignment strategy 16.81 , readiness to implement the proposed capital budget 16.07 , guarantee the sustainability of assets 16.06 , reliability of the estimates costs of the proposal 13.92 , and the nature of the proposed capital budget against existing assets 12.73 . Setting priorities on five sample packets of capital budget proposals show the same sequence as the result of Resources Forum."
