"Sistem peradilan pidana merupakan suatu komponen yang saling berhubungan yang bertujuan untuk mengendalikan kejahatan. Sistem ini terdiri dari KepolisianKejaksaan-Pengadilan dan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan. Sistem ini bekerja berdasarkan KUHAP. Salah satu tujuan KUHAP sendiri yaitu mencegah terjadinya kesewenang-wenangan penegak hukum. Dalam perkembangan lembaga KPK dibentuk dengan kewenangan yang besar yaitu penyelidikan, penyidikan dan penuntutan yang disatukan dalam satu atap untuk memberantas tindak pidana korupsi yang masif terjadi. Kewenangan ini merupakan kewenangan eksekutif sehingga KPK sudah merupakan bagian dari sistem peradilan pidana. Kewenangan KPK yang besar rentan terjadi pelanggaran hak asasi manusia dalam proses peradilan pidana, sehingga harus mempunyai suatu pengawasan yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah secara normatif untuk menganalisis undang-undang maupun putusan Mahkamah konstitusi sehingga dapat diketahui pengawasan terhadap KPK sendiri dilakukan dalam internal KPK melalui deputi Pengawasan internal dan Pengaduan masyarakat. pengawasan oleh DPR melalui laporan pertanggungjawaban KPK dan yang terbaru malalui hak angket. Dalam sistem peradilan pidana KPK diawasi oleh lembaga praperadilan. Pengawasan oleh lembaga praperadilan dilakukan secara horizontal.

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penerapan Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) dalam upaya antisipasi serangan terorisme pada wilayah perkantoran X. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai strategi pencegahan kejahatan melalui desain lingkungan yang ada di wilayah perkantoran X. Dalam melakukan analisa, penelitian ini menggunakan CPTED sebagai dasar analisa utama dan Routine Activity Theory sebagai penguat dalam upaya pencegahan kejahatan terorisme di wilayah perkantoran X. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa wilayah perkantoran X belum maksimal dalam melakukan implementasi CPTED dalam upaya pencegahan tindakan kejahatan terorisme.

This study discusses the application of the Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) in preventing terrorism at X office area. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive type to provide an overview of crime prevention strategies through environmental design at the X office area. In the analysis, this study uses the CPTED as the main analysis tool and uses Routine Activity Theory as a supporting tool for the CPTED in terrorism prevention at the X office area. The results of this study indicate that the X office area has not been maximized in implementing CPTED to prevent acts of terrorism."
