Creative thinking self-efficacy is valued as an important skill for facing globalization. Creative thinking potential exists among all people and can be improved through learning, particularly through reading activity. Indonesian course which held in 2013 Curriculum is one of implementation to developing creative thinking self-efficacy with reading activity. Reading engagement which gives a positive emotional impact becomes important as a medium for the developments of students creative thinking abilities. Creative thinking self-efficacy/CTSE gives the information to create stable individual creativity. This study aims to emphasize the correlation of CTSE, reading engagement, and academic positive emotion enjoyment and hope. To test the hypothesis, 278 data were collected using adaptation of Revised Model CTSE Inventory II (Meinaldy, 2014) for measuring CTSE, adaptation of The Motivation Reading Information Books-School Questionnaire (Klauda & Guhtrie, 2015) for measuring reading engagement, Academic Emotion Questionnaire (Pekrun, Goetz, & Perry, 2005) to measure enjoyment and hope
emotion, from middle school students in Jakarta and Depok. Using parallel multiple regression by MACRO PROCESS (Hayes), it was found that the relationship between reading engagement and CTSE is fully mediated by academic positive emotion hope. Enjoyment did not mediate the relationship between reading engagement and CTSE
because enjoyment is having high multicollinearity score with hope. That means, it is important for the teacher to support students academic positive emotion especially hope when reading."

The development of music in Indonesia can not be separated from the role of musicians in Indonesia, they do various ways to create creative works to entertain the public in order to continue to grow in Indonesia, one of them by creating a song and / or music using sampling techniques by using or taking a Creation in whole or in substantial part. Problems that arise are in the regulation of copyright protection in Indonesia which is still gray on the development of sampling techniques in the music industry causing the threat of moral rights and economic rights owned by the creator of the original song and / or music and the creator of the song and / or music using sampling techniques. The purpose of the research in this thesis is to identify the differences in regulation and application of the doctrine of Fair Use in copyright protection of songs and / or music sampling techniques in Indonesia and the United States in order to improve related arrangements in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is a juridical-normative research method and uses a comparative study approach by comparing two or more conditions. This research indicates that the differences in the doctrine of Fair Use for copyright protection of songs and/or music using sampling techniques in Indonesia and the United States lie in their regulations, particularly in their scope. In practice, song producers in the United States who utilize sampling techniques can use elements from other songs as samples without needing to obtain permission from the original song producer, provided that the elements used are not substantial and carry a different meaning from the original song, in accordance with the four factors of the Fair Use doctrine. This contrasts with Indonesia, where the regulations are considerably restrictive and cannot be applied as a defense or proof."

"The book focuses on three big, well-researched ideas related to creativity training, divergent thinking, intrinsic motivation, and the CPS model of creative problem solving, and shows how to apply these ideas in designing lessons that promote creativity as well as encourage the development of content-based skills and knowledge. The book is written in a way that makes it easy for teachers to make these ideas their own, with many examples for use in K-12 classrooms.;The book focuses on three big, well-researched ideas related to creativity training, divergent thinking, intrinsic motivation, and the CPS model of creative problem solving, and shows how to apply these ideas in designing lessons that promote creativity as well as encourage the development of content-based skills and knowledge.
