"Setoran legal adalah fungsi utama perpustakaan nasional. Setoran legal biasanya didasarkan pada undang-undang tertentu. Ada beberapa negara yang memiliki undang-undang simpanan hukum secara khusus. Di sisi lain, ada beberapa negara yang mengontrol setoran legal dalam undang-undang hak cipta. Setoran legal terus bertambah, terutama jenis publikasi yang harus dikirim ke perpustakaan nasional. Baru-baru ini, buku elektronik adalah salah satu koleksi setoran. Penelitian ini berfokus pada setoran legal untuk buku elektronik di Indonesia. PERPUSNAS bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan setoran legal di Indonesia. Hukum yang mengontrol setoran legal di Indonesia disebut Undang-Undang Serah Simpan. Dalam hukum itu, setoran legal dinamai oleh serah simpan. PERPUSNAS telah mengumpulkan buku elektronik sejak 2016. Pada saat itu, PERPUSNAS menggunakan Undang-Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 1990 sebagai tindakan untuk melakukan setoran legal. Undang-undang itu dianggap kurang tegas untuk mengumpulkan buku-buku elektronik karena tidak memasukkan publikasi digital sebagai karya yang harus disampaikan, sehingga penerbit melakukannya dengan enggan. Setelah itu, hukum setoran hukum diubah menjadi Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2018. Undang-undang tersebut dapat meningkatkan akuisisi buku elektronik. Selain itu, hukuman hukum dapat mendorong penerbit untuk berpartisipasi lebih aktif. Selain itu, ada sistem E-Deposit sebagai platform untuk mengumpulkan buku elektronik. Sistem ini didasarkan pada undang-undang baru. Dianggap lebih efektif untuk mengumpulkan buku elektronik karena jenis publikasi yang disebutkan lebih relevan dan hukuman dapat mendorong penerbit untuk lebih aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses setoran legal, terutama pada buku elektronik di PERPUSNAS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dan pendekatan kualitatif.

Legal deposit is the main function of the national library. Legal deposits are usually based on certain laws. There are several countries that have specific legal savings laws. On the other hand, there are several countries that control legal deposits in copyright law. Legal deposits continue to grow, especially the types of publications that must be sent to the national library. Recently, electronic books are a collection of deposits. This research focuses on legal deposits for electronic books in Indonesia. PERPUSNAS is responsible for making legal deposits in Indonesia. The law that controls legal deposits in Indonesia is called the Law on Handover. In that law, the legal deposit is named after the handover. PERPUSNAS has been collecting electronic books since 2016. At that time, PERPUSNAS used Law Number 4 of 1990 as an act to make legal deposits. The law is deemed insufficient to collect electronic books because it does not include digital publications as work that must be submitted, so publishers do it reluctantly. After that, the legal deposit law was changed to Law No. 13 of 2018. The law can increase the acquisition of electronic books. In addition, legal penalties can encourage publishers to participate more actively. In addition, there is an E-Deposit system as a platform for collecting electronic books. This system is based on new laws. It is considered more effective to collect e-books because the types of publications mentioned are more relevant and penalties can encourage publishers to be more active. This study aims to describe the legal deposit process, especially in electronic books at the National Library of Indonesia. The research method used in this research is a case study and a qualitative approach."

"Pada tahun 2017, penerbit Prometheus menerbitkan sebuah komik adaptasi yang menghadirkan ilustrasi kepada cerita Het Achterhuis karya Anne Frank. Penelitian ini membahas perubahan yang terjadi dalam pengalihan wahana cerita buku autobiografi Anne Frank, Het Achterhuis. Dagboekbrieven 12 juni 1942 – 1 augustus 1944, ke dalam bentuk komik adaptasi oleh Ari Folman dan David Polonsky. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang memaparkan hasil analisis dalam bentuk narasi. Pemikiran mengenai alih wahana Sapardi Djoko Damono (2018), pandangan mengenai komik Scott McCloud (1993) dan Marcel Bonneff (1998) diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Setelah menganalisis kedua buku, pengalihan wahana menyebabkan banyak perubahan dalam segi media dan narasi. Perubahan yang terjadi adalah pengurangan, penyingkatan, penambahan, perluasan, dan perubahan detail, cara pandang serta alur waktu dalam cerita. Pengurangan jumlah narasi dalam komik menyebabkan pergeseran fokus penceritaan. Penambahan ilustrasi bertujuan untuk melengkapi kekurangan jumlah penceritaan dan membantu para pembaca untuk lebih memahami dan merasakan cerita dan perasaan yang dialami oleh tokoh.

In 2017, Prometheus published a comic adaptation that illustrated Anne Frank's Het Achterhuis story. This research discusses the changes that have occurred in the adaptation process of Anne Frank’s autobiographical book, Het Achterhuis. Dagboekbrieven 12 juni 1942 - 1 augustus 1944 into comic book by Ari Folman and David Polonsky. This research was conducted using descriptive method with a qualitative approach that describes the results of the analysis in narrative form. The idea regarding media adaptation by Sapardi Djoko Damono (2018), the view about comics by Scott McCloud (1993), and Marcel Bonneff (1998) were applied in this research. After analyzing the two books, the adaptation process caused many changes in terms of media and narrative aspects. The changes that occurred are reduction, abbreviations, additions, expansions, and changes in the details, perspectives and timelines of the story. The reduction in the comic adaptation caused a shift in the focus of the story. The addition of illustrations aims to complete the lack of storytelling and to help readers understand the story further and the feelings experienced by the characters.
