"Surga adalah sebuah konsep yang berbeda di berbagai sistem kepercayaan dan interpretasi pribadi, tetapi secara umum, surga dipandang dengan alam atau keadaan kehidupan yang ditandai dengan tingkat kepuasan, kebahagiaan, dan ketenangan tertinggi. Skripsi ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi arsitektur sublim, yang berupaya untuk memberikan tanggapan atas fenomena tersebut. Tanggapan tersebut bertujuan untuk menawarkan pendekatan terstruktur, ke tingkat ketenangan dan kedamaian dalam kematian, dengan memanfaatkan tata ruang dan desain kontekstual berbasis penelitian untuk lingkungan binaan masyarakat (Perth Central Business District, Australia Barat). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dan kualitatif. “Personalized Heaven” menghadirkan keterlibatan arsitektural dalam pemahaman individu terhadap surga, dengan mengembangkan solusi dalam bentuk sublim, multi-hunian, personalisasi, melalui gagasan dari berbagai pemahaman kepuasan diri. Melalui pengembangan dari keinginan setiap individu, hipotesis arsitektur ini membantu dalam menaungi kematian yang tenang dan damai bagi mereka yang terkena penyakit terminal.

Heaven is a concept that differs across various belief systems and personal interpretations, but generally speaking, it corresponds to a realm or state of life characterized by the highest levels of fulfillment, happiness, and serenity. This undergraduate thesis aims to explore sublime architecture, which seeks to provide responses to this phenomenon. Such responses aim to offer an integrated approach, to the level of the serenity of a peaceful passing, by utilizing spatial and research-based contextual design for a community's built environment (Perth Central Business District, Western Australia). The research uses both quantitative and qualitative techniques. “Personalized Heaven” delivers an architectural engagement within the individual's interpretations of heaven, by developing a solution in the form of sublime, multi-residential, personalized, and inspired by the various understanding of self-fulfillment. Through fostering each individual desires, this architectural hypothesis helps shelter a serene and peaceful passing for the terminally ill."

"Komunikasi efektif melalui telepon adalah komunikasi yang dilaksanakan melalui telepon dengan tepat, akurat, lengkap, jelas, dan dimengerti kepada penerima pesan. Komunikasi yang buruk dapat menyebabkan risiko terhadap keselamatan pasien. Kegagalan komunikasi merupakan penyebab utama >60% kejadian sentinel. Verbal order (VO) adalah instruksi yang diberikan secara lisan atau telepon oleh Dokter Penanggung Jawab Pasien (DPJP) kepada petugas kesehatan. Verbal order merupakan jenis komunikasi yang rentan terjadinya kesalahan. Salah satu cara mencegah terjadinya kesalahan, yaitu menggunakan metode TBaK. Kepatuhan pengisian tanda tangan konfirmasi verbal order belum pernah mencapai target 100%. Tujuan: Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi capaian target VO di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSIA SamMarie Basra. Metode penelitian: Wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen. Hasil: Faktor yang memengaruhi capaian target VO, yaitu DPJP tidak visit dalam 1x24 jam dan lupa menandatangani VO diikuti dengan perawat lupa mengingatkan DPJP untuk verifikasi VO. Kesimpulan: RSIA SamMarie Basra harus enetapkan kebijakan tentang ketepatan jam visit dokter spesialis, SPO tentang pendelegasian VO oleh dokter, dan kebijakan khusus sistem reward dan punishment bagi perawat dan DPJP.

Effective communication by telephone is communication that is carried out by telephone appropriately, accurately, completely, clearly, and understood to the recipient of the message. Poor communication can cause risks to patient safety. Communication failure is the main cause >60% of sentinel events. Verbal order is instructions given verbally or telephone by the doctor in charge of the patient (DPJP) to health workers. Verbal order is a type of communication that is prone to errors. One way to prevent mistakes is to use the TBaK. Compliance with verbal signature confirmation of verbal order has never reached the 100% target. Objective: To analyze the factors that affect the achievement of verbal order targets in Inpatient Installation at RSIA SamMarie Basra Hospital. Methods: In-depth interviews and document review. Results: The factors that affect the achievement of VO targets, namely the DPJP didn’t visit within 1x24 hours and forgot to sign the VO followed by the nurse forgetting to remind DPJP to verify VO. Conclusion: RSIA SamMarie Basra must establish a policy on the accuracy of visiting specialist doctors, SPO on delegation of VO by doctors, and a special policy on reward and punishment systems for nurses and DPJP"
