"ABSTRAKStudi literatur menemukan bahwa parameter gait telah stabil di umur 20 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetauhi apakah ada hubungan antara panjang kaki dan panjang langkah pada orang dewasa muda. Desain potong-melintang digunakan untuk penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan data primer dari subyek di Fakultas Kedokteran, Universitas Indonesia di usia 18-22. Subyek akan diminta untuk menandatangani informed consent, dan diukur berat badan, tinggi badan, panjang langkah, dan panjang tungkai. Semua data akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil analisis menemukan laki-laki memiliki ukuran panjang tungkai lebih panjang dari perempuan 89.42 4.42 cm, 85.14 3.40 cm; p 0,05 . Peneliti menemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara panjang langkah dan panjang kaki dalam kelompok laki-laki p 0,05, r = 0,142 . Peneliatan ini menemukan korelasi antara panjang langkah dan panjang tungkai pada laki-laki, namun tidak pada perempuan. Faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil adalah kecepatan berjalan bebas di tanah dan obesitas.

ABSTRACTLiterature study found that the gait parameters are already stabilized in the age of 20. This study aims to see whether there is correlation between leg length and step length in young adult. Cross sectional study design is used in this study using primary data from subjects in Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia in the age of 18 22. Subjects will be asked to sign the informed consent, then researcher will measure the weight, height, step length, and leg length. Data will be analyzed using SPSS version 23. Data obtained shows male have a higher leg length measurement than female 89.42 4.42 cm, 85.14 3.40 cm p 0.05 and male step length is not differ than female 62.31 6.90 cm, 61.79 6.43 cm p 0.05 . Researcher found a significant relationship between step length and leg length in male p 0.05, r 0.414 . In contrary, female shows no correlation between the two variables p 0.05, r 0.142 . Correlation between step length and leg length was found in male, however not in female. Factors that may contributed to the results could be due to free walking speed ground and overweight. "

"PURPOSES: Pancreatic fistula (PF) is a challenging complication of pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD). Soft pancreas is reported as a risk factor for PF; however, palpation by the surgeon is not an objective method of evaluating pancreatic texture. We conducted this study to investigate whether a texture analyzer called a Tensipresser can be used to quantify pancreatic tissue hardness and predict the development of postoperative PF.METHODS: We assessed pancreatic texture in 85 patients who underwent PD. After surgeons assessed the texture of the pancreas subjectively, the physical properties were measured on the pancreatic margin intraoperatively, by the two-bite method using the Tensipresser. The incidence and severity of PF were based on the definitions of the International Study Group on Pancreatic Fistula.RESULTS: Symptomatic PF (grade B and C) developed in 16% of the patients. Patients were divided into two groups based on the Tensipresser measurement: those with a soft and fragile pancreas with hardness < 2070 gw/cm2 and cohesiveness < 0.65 (SF group); and all other patients (non-SF group). In the univariate and multivariate analysis, a small pancreatic duct diameter (<4 mm), no conduction of preoperative chemoradiation therapy, and inclusion in the SF group were significant predictors of PF.CONCLUSION: The Tensipresser can evaluate pancreatic texture objectively, helping to define intraoperatively, those at risk of the development of PF."

"Penelitian mengenai struktur komunitas gastropoda di Situ Agathis Universitas Indonesia telah dilakukan untuk menganalisis struktur komunitas gastropoda berdasarkan kepadatan individu tiap jenis, indeks keanekaragaman Shannon Wiener, indeks dominansi, dan indeks kemerataan. Pengambilan sampel gastropoda dilakukan dengan alat Ekman grab dan hand net di stasiun inlet, midlet, dan outlet Situ Agathis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepadatan jenis gastropoda tertinggi dengan nilai 800 ind/m2 yaitu spesies Tarebia granifera dan kepadatan terendah dengan nilai 11,42 ind/m2 yaitu spesies Lymnaea rubiginosa. Sementara, hasil penghitungan indeks keanekaragaman jenis tergolong rendah dengan nilai berkisar antara 0,3–0,62, nilai indeks kemerataan tergolong rendah dan tidak merata dengan nilai berkisar antara 0,19–0,38, dan nilai indeks dominansi dengan nilai berkisar antara 0,56–0,86 yang menunjukkan adanya spesies yang mendominansi. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran parameter fisika-kimia, kondisi perairan Situ Agathis buruk dan hanya spesies gastropoda tertentu saja seperti Pomacea canaliculata, Tarebia granifera, dan Melanoides tuberculata yang dapat menoleransi.

Research on the structure of the gastropod community at Situ Agathis University of Indonesia has been carried out to analyze the structure of the gastropod community based on individual density each species, Shannon Wiener diversity index, dominance index, and evenness index. Sampling of gastropods was carried out using Ekman grab and hand net at the inlet, midlet, and outlet stations of Situ Agathis. The results showed that the highest density of gastropod species with a value of 800 ind/m2 was the species Tarebia granifera and the lowest density with a value of 11.42 ind/m2 was the species Lymnaea rubiginosa. Meanwhile, the results of the calculation of the species diversity index are classified as low with a values ranged from 0.3–0.62, the evenness index value is low with a values ranging from 0.19–0.38, and the dominance index values ranging from 0.56–0.86 which indicates the presence of a dominant species. Based on the result of measurment physic-chemical parameters, the water conditions of Situ Agathis are poor and only certain gastropod species such as Pomacea canaliculata, Tarebia granifera, and Melanoides tuberculata can tolerate it."
