First grade students often experience problems while living college life which has the potential to cause mental emotional disturbances and affect their toughness. This study aims to determine the relationship between mental emotional disorders and spiritual well-being with resilience. This study used a correlative descriptive design with a cross sectional approach involving 94 students using a stratified random sampling technique. Most first year students experience mental emotional disorders (73.4%), moderate spiritual well-being (84%), and moderate toughness (78.7%). Mental emotional disorders have no significant relationship with resilience, spiritual well-being has a significant relationship with toughness, and spiritual well-being has a significant relationship with mental-emotional disorders. This research is expected to optimize the role of educational institutions in creating health counseling programs for students."

The rise and popularity of Facebook around the world has been a concerning topic for a lot of people due to its potential negative effects on one’s mental health and well-being. The current study used a correlational design to investigate how Facebook use is associated with body satisfaction, self-esteem, and life satisfaction. A total of 852 participants (Mage = 28.94 years, SD = 13.98; 64% female) completed an online survey. Using four different scales, the data collected was analysed using SPSS, examining the correlation between Facebook use and the other three variables. The current study found no correlation between body satisfaction and Facebook use. However, contrary to the results from previous studies, the current study revealed a positive correlation between Facebook use and both life satisfaction and self-esteem. Overall, this study demonstrates a positive influence of Facebook use on body satisfaction, self-esteem, and life satisfaction, which can be further explored by future research."

"Featuring more than 250 photographs and 50 anatomical drawings,Deep Tissue Massageis the standard guide to the essentials of touch, biomechanics, and positioning options for a multitude of strategies to treat all major conditions encountered in a bodywork practice. The book is divided into three sections. "Fundamentals" covers basic skills of palpation, explaining the deeper layers of the body and presenting detailed instruction on working with these layers to release tension. This section gives clear information on the proper use of knuckles, fist, forearms, and elbows in preventing injury to the therapist. "Strategies" offers more precise protocols and treatment plans for the entire body with emphasis on client positioning options to stretch muscles rather than just kneading tissues. "Caveats" details areas in which the practitioner needs to exercise caution. Deep Tissue Massagepresents a wealth of information in a way the therapist can immediately utilize. This new edition has been thoroughly revised and includes a preface to the new edition, a foreword, an index, a Suggested Reading list, and extended sections on integrating deep-tissue massage into bodywork practice and the psychology of treating injuries."

Mental well-being diukur menggunakan Warwick Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale dengan total 14 item.
During COVID-19 pandemic, nurses who work in hospitals are required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at different levels according to their workload. The usage of the PPE has been known to be uncomfortable and may increase stress level among the nurses. Therefore, this study aims to find the differences in mental well-being between the usage of PPE level 1, 2, and 3. The mental well-being was assessed using the Warwick Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale with a total of 14 items. Data collection in this study was carried out at the peak of the third wave of the Omicron variant of the COVID-19 virus pandemic on February 7, 2022 to February 20, 2022. The data taken is also data within the last two weeks. Using a hospital-based study approach, 188 nurses in a private hospital in Tangerang Selatan province, range of 20-56 years old, participated in this study. Results showed there was no significant difference in mental well-being by the usages of PPE among the nurses. One explanation of this result is possibly due to several factors, such as lack of PPE guidelines according to service areas, lack of compliance in using PPE, working environment conditions at Hospital X, and the low risk perception of the certain COVID-19 variant."
