Balanced dietary behavior is related to nutritional status and academic performance. Public Health students Universitas Indonesia are prospective health workers currently pursuing health education so it is hoped that students will have knowledge and implement balanced dietary behavior. This research aims to determine the relationship between nutritional knowledge and other factors with balanced dietary behavior of Public Health students Universitas Indonesia class of 2021. Balanced dietary behavior (consumption of various foods, clean living behavior, physical activity, monitoring body weight) is the dependent variable. Meanwhile, nutrition knowledge, body image, pocket money, place to live, exposure to information regarding the principles of balanced nutrition, family support, and peer influence are independent variables. This research used a cross-sectional study design, conducted in September 2023-May 2024 on 110 female students. Data were analyzed using Chi-square. The results of the research found that there were no respondents who implement overall balanced dietary behavior because no one consumed various foods. Bivariate analysis was carried out on each independent variable with the dependent variable having heterogeneous data (clean living behavior, physical activity, monitoring body weight). The bivariate analysis found a relationship between body image and monitoring body weight (p-value=0.013)."

"Over the past several years there has been increasing information in the medical literature regarding the health benefits of a Mediterranean diet. Clinicians may not be informed on advances in nutrition, and studies have demonstrated that they do not spend much time discussing food as a means for promoting health with patients. The Mediterranean diet : a clinician's guide for patient care is an essential new volume that serves as an update and a reference for clinicians on the Mediterranean diet. Specific diseases and the effects the Mediterranean diet have on them are outlined. Diseases and conditions that are outlined include heart disease, stroke, Alzheimer’s, depression, cancer, allergies, asthma, arthritis and diabetes. A detailed analysis of the specific nutrients in a Mediterranean diet and the food groups containing them is also included. A useful guide containing daily meal plans and and an extensive recipe section prepared by a team of dieticians can be found in the patient resources section. "

It was found that there was an increasing trend in stunting cases at the Kebon Jeruk PHC, West Jakarta in 2021-2022. This research aims to provide a general overview and determine the factors related to the nutritional status of toddlers (0-59 months) based on the PB/U or TB/U index at the Kebon Jeruk PHC, West Jakarta in 2023. Data were obtained from Data of Toddlers with Nutritional Problems in PHC using a cross-sectional study design. The research sample consisted of 771 toddlers and was analyzed using the chi-square statistical test. The research results show that the prevalence of stunted toddlers at the Kebon Jeruk PHC in 2023 is 537 toddlers (69.6%). Factors that were significantly related were age 24-59 months (POR = 1.564; 95% CI: 1.148-2.129), presence of comorbidities (POR = 1.516; 95% CI: 1.105-2.078), unbalanced nutritional consumption (POR = 2.697; 95% CI: 1.704-4.269), incomplete basic immunization (POR = 2.086; 95% CI: 1.526-2.853), inadequate maternal nutritional intake during pregnancy (POR = 2.217; 95% CI: 1.592-3.088 ), and a history of chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women (POR = 1.784; 95% CI: 1.306-2.435). Meanwhile, the variables of toddler's gender, healthy toilets in the residence, household waste management, and access to cleanliness are included in the group of protective factors. It is hoped that this research will be useful for developing nutrition programs for PHC as program implementers, increasing awareness and participation of the general public, and as a reference for further research."
