"Penelitian membahas tentang peranan media sosial dalam pelaksanaan diet penurunan berat badan pada klien obesitas di PT. Gizi Sehat Indonesia tahun 2022. Beberapa faktor penentu keberhasilan penurunan berat badan yang digali dalam penelitian ini meliputi gambaran penggunaan media sosial, kepatuhan terhadap preskripsi diet dan rekomendasi aktivitas fisik, motivasi, dukungan sosial, dan pengetahuan gizi. Penelitian kualitatif dilaksanakan dengan desain Rapid Assesment Procedure. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap 4 orang klien obesitas yang berhasil menjalankan diet penurunan berat badan dan pada 2 klien obesitas yang belum berhasil. Triangulasi dilaksanakan dengan mewawancarai 6 orang ahli gizi dari klien terkait dan melalui telaah laporan asupan makan dan laporan tingkat aktivitas fisik klien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari aspek gambaran penggunaan media sosial, tidak terdapat perbedaan terkait jenis, alat, dan durasi menggunakan media sosial antara kedua kategori informan. Perbedaan terletak pada waktu paling aktif menggunakan media sosial serta bentuk engagement informan terhadap konten di media sosial. Peranan dari media sosial terhadap kepatuhan dalam mematuhi preskripsi diet dan rekomendasi aktivitas fisik, serta untuk memperoleh motivasi bergantung pada masing-masing individu terlepas dari kedua jenis kategori informan. Dari aspek dukungan sosial, terdapat perbedaan atas kebutuhan jenis dukungan di media sosial dari kedua kelompok informan. Dari aspek pengetahuan gizi, tidak terdapat perbedaan gambaran pengetahuan dari kedua kelompok informan. Disarankan untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar dapat dilakukan pada subjek yang memiliki penurunan >5% berat badan awal dan telah berhasil mempertahankannya selama setidaknya 1 tahun untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih presisi.

The study discusses the role of social media in the implementation of a weight loss diet for obese clients at PT. Gizi Sehat Indonesia in 2022. Some of the critical success factors for weight loss explored in this study include an overview of social media use, adherence to dietary prescriptions and recommendations for physical activity, motivation, social support, and nutritional knowledge. Qualitative research was carried out with a Rapid Assessment Procedure design. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews with 4 obese clients who succeeded in losing weight and 2 obese clients who had not succeeded. Triangulation was carried out by interviewing 6 nutritionists from related clients and by reviewing reports on food intake and reports on the client's physical activity level. The results showed that from the aspect of the description of the use of social media, there were no differences related to the types, tools, and duration of using social media between the two categories of informants. The difference lies in the time they are most active in using social media and the form of engagement of informants on social media content. The role of social media in complying with dietary prescriptions and physical activity recommendations, as well as for obtaining motivation depends on each individual regardless of the two types of informant categories. From the aspect of social support, there are differences in the type of support needed on social media from the two groups of informants. From the aspect of nutritional knowledge, there is no difference in the description of the knowledge of the two groups of informants. It is recommended for further research to be carried out on subjects who have lost >5% initial body weight and have managed to maintain it for at least 1 year to obtain more precise results. "

"Splash zone merupakan salah satu zona paling korosif suatu struktur di lingkungan laut, dimana struktur di lingkungan splash zone mempunyai paparan radiasi ultraviolet yang lebih tinggi, mengalami pasang-surut, kelembapan tinggi dan lingkungan yang banyak mengandung klorida. Selain itu splash zone banyak mengalami abrasi dan keausan yang parah yang disebabkan oleh benturan pasir, air laut, limbah terapung dan kontaminasi lainnya sehingga proteksi korosi di lingkungan splash zone menjadi topik penting untuk dikembangkan. Salah satu proteksi korosi yang umum digunakan di area splash zone adalah penggunaan Epoksi glass flake yang mempunyai kemampuan penghalang (barrier) yang sangat efektif bagi penetrasi air. Glass flake juga dapat meningkatkan ketahan impak dan abrasi. Melalui penelitian ini, penulis tertarik untuk menganalisa penggunaan serbuk polikarbonat dari gallon bekas yang dicampurkan kedalam resin epoksi sebagai alternatif dari glass flake sehingga diharapkan mempunyai kemampuan penghalang (barrier) korosi saat diaplikasikan di struktur lingkungan splash zone. Sistem pelapisan ini diteliti dengan sampel yang mempunyai ketebalan 350 mikron dengan variabel komposisi serbuk polikarbonat masing masing 0 wt% (CT1), 5wt% (CT2), 15wt%(CT3) dan 33wt%(CT4). Berdasarkan variabel-variabel tersebut kemudian dilakukan uji proteksi korosi dengan pengujian sembur garam dan EIS (Impedansi Spektroskopi Impedansi) serta pengujian mekanis melalui pengujian daya lekat, pengujian impak. Hasil percobaan karakterisasi menggunakan EIS (Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy), uji semprot garam, serta uji mekanik. Komposisi optimal penggunaan serbuk polikarbonat pada lapisan epoksi adalah 5wt%(CT2) sehingga dapat digunakan untuk struktur baja pelindung korosi di lingkungan splash zone

Splash zone is the most corrosive structure in the marine environment, where structure in splash zone have higher exposure to UV radiation, high humidity, high chloride. in Addition, the splash zone has experienced severe abrasion and wear. One of corrosion protection in splash zone is glass flake epoxy which has barrier capability for water penetration, impact, and abrasion resistance. Authors interested in analysing the use of polycarbonate powder from gallon waste as reinforce to epoxy resin that is expected to have a corrosion barrier ability when applied to the splash zone. Coating system was investigated with dry thickness of 350 microns with variable composition of 5 wt.%, 10 wt.% and 33 wt.% polycarbonate powder. The experimental result were characterized using EIS (Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy), salt spray test, as well as mechanical testing.The optimum composition polycarbonate reinforcement in the epoxy coating is 5wt%, It can be used for corrosion protection steel structures in the marine splash zone environment.

Skripsi ini akan membahas tentang sistem tarif berdasarkan zona sebagai alternatif dari dua sistem tarif yang biasa digunakan, yaitu: sistem tarif berdasarkan jarak dan sistem tarif tetap. Untuk merubah sistem tarif berdasarkan jarak ke sistem tarif berdasarkan zona, diperlukan pembentukan zona dari jaringan transportasi yang tersedia. Beberapa algorima heuristic digunakan dalam pembentukan zona tersebut. Setelah zona terbentuk, kemudian akan dicari tarif baru menggunakan formula optimisasi perubahan tarif.

Tariff which the passengers must pay depends on tariff system which is used by public transportation company. In this study, tariff system which is according to zone was introduced as an alternative system for two previous well-known system: tariff system according to the distance and flat tariff system. In order to changing tariff system according to the distance to tariff system according to zone, zone construction from the given transportation network needed. Some heuristic algorithm is used to construct the zone. After the zone constructed, the new tariff can be found using formula for optimizing the changes of tariff."
