The risk of violent behavior is a condition where individuals have the potential to commit acts of violence, either toward themselves or others. One relaxation technique to reduce the risk of violent behavior is pranayama yoga. This scientific paper aims to describe the regular application of yoga pranayama in reducing the signs and symptoms of violent behavior risk in Mrs. YA (28 years old). This scientific paper uses the case report method. The instruments used are assessment tools for the signs and symptoms of violent behavior risk and the ability to control violent behavior, which were developed by resident students of the psychiatric specialty at FIK UI in 2023. The process of providing generalist nursing care was carried out over 12 sessions from September 12 to September 24, 2024, with 10 sessions also focused on providing yoga pranayama interventions in the Srikandi Ward of Dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Mental Hospital (RSJMM) Bogor. The results obtained from this intervention showed a decrease in the signs and symptoms of violent behavior risk from a score of 24 to 2, and an improvement in the ability to control violent behavior risk from a score of 2 to 6. This intervention proved to be effective in reducing the signs and symptoms of violent behavior risk and enhancing the ability to control violent behavior risk. The application of yoga pranayama is expected to help clients in managing their emotions. "

Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen Fatigue Onkologi Anak_Allen (FOA-A). Sampel berjumlah 36 anak usia sekolah yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu 18 intervensi yoga dan 18 intervensi aerobik. Setiap intervensi dilakukan 2 kali seminggu selama 4 minggu.

Introduction: chemotherapy causes side effects of fatigue in cancer patients. Objective: This study is to analyze the comparison of yoga and aerobic physical activity on fatigue in school-aged children undergoing chemotherapy. Method: This type of research uses a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling, consecutive sampling. Data collection used the Child Oncology Fatigue Allen (FOA-A) instrument. The sample consisted of 36 school age children who were divided into two groups, namely 18 yoga interventions and 18 aerobic interventions. Each intervention was carried out 2 times a week for 4 weeks. Results: This study shows that there is a significant difference in fatigue scores after yoga (p value= 0.0005) and aerobics (p value= 0.0005) interventions. The analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the mean difference in fatigue score reduction after yoga and aerobics intervention (p value = 0.072). There was no relationship between gender, type of cancer, chemotherapy drugs, and stage of cancer with fatigue after yoga or aerobics. Conclusion: yoga and aerobics are equally effective in reducing fatigue scores. Recommendation: children can choose one of these interventions to overcome fatigue."
