Di sisi lain, Indonesia merupakan negara dengan jumlah populasi Muslim terbesar di dunia. Maka dari itu permintaan akan produk halal di Indoensia pun tinggi. Akan tetapi, masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memiliki sertifikat halal untuk produk mereka. Penelitian ini membahas Pandangan pelaku UMKM yang sudah memiliki sertifikat halal terhadap sertifikasi itu sendiri. Penelitian ini memanyakan motivasi pelaku UMKM untuk membuat sertifikasi halal, beserta manfaat dari sertifikat halal menurut mereka.
Temuan hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa konsumenlah yang mendorong mereka untuk membuat sertifikat halal. Small and Medium Enterprises SMEs have an important role in the economy of Indonesia. SME has a proportion of 99 of Indonesia rsquo s total entrepreneur. On the other hand, Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. Therefore, the demand for halal products in Indonesia is also high. However, there are still many SME entrepreneurs who do not have halal certificate for their product. This study discusses the perpective of the SMEs entrepreneurs who already have halal certification toward the certification itself. This study analyses the motivation of SME entrepreneur to make halal certification, along with the benefits of halal certificate according to them.
The findings of the research show that consumers are the motivation them to make halal certificates. In addition to market demand, they make halal certificates because they want to provide a halal guarantee of their customers.

"ABSTRACT
Peluang ekonomi bagi penerapan rantai pasok halal sangat besar di masa depan. Pasar industri halal diprediksi mencapai angka US 2.537 miliar pada tahun 2019 secara global. Indonesia sebagai negara dengan penduduk muslim terbesar di dunia tentunya tidak ingin kehilangan momentum. Salah satunya, terbukti dengan perencanaan pemerintah dalam mengembangkan industri halal. Rantai Pasok halal merupakan prinsip yang digunakan dalam mengatur rantai pasok dengan tujuan untuk menjaga integritas halal dari satu sumber ke sebuah titik. Hal ini menjadi bagian penting dalam menjaga integritas halal dalam jenis industri ini. Penelitian yang mengarah kepada penerapan rantai pasok halal yang sustain mutlak diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam melihat bagaimana penerapan rantai pasok halal dari sisi ekonomi dan lingkungan. Obyek penelitian adalah industri third-party logistic yang merupakan pemeran utama dala rantai pasok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sistem dinamis. Penelitian ini juga membahas skenario kebijakan yang mungkin terjadi. Kebijakan yang dicoba adalah kebijakan penetrasi pasar baru pada timur-tengah.

ABSTRACT
Opportunities in the application of halal supply chain is very big in the future. Halal market is predicted to reach US 2,537 billion in 2019 globally. Indonesia as a country with the largest Muslim population in the world certainly does not want to lose momentum. One of them is proven by the government planning in developing halal industry. The halal supply chain is a principle used in managing supply chains in order to maintain the halal integrity from one source to a comsumer point. This is an important part in maintaining halal integrity in this type of industry. Research that leads to the application of sustainable halal supply chain is absolutely necessary. This study aims to see how the application of halal supply chain from the economic and environmental aspects. The research object is the third party logistic industry which is the main actor in the supply chain. This research uses dynamic system approach. The study also addresses possible policy scenarios. This research try to make policy scenario about new market penetration in middle east."

"Dengan meningkatnya konsumsi dan pertumbuhan industri frozen food mendorong pemerintah untuk memperhatikan kehalalan dari produk frozen food. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk menganalisis kesasaran halal generasi Z tentang pengetahuan rantai pasokan halal terhadap niat membeli produk frozen food halal. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data primer melalui survey yang disebarkan secara online ke seluruh Indonesia. Data yang diolah menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Ditemukan bahwa halal supply chain knowledge (HSC) dengan sertifikasi halal memberikan pengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap niat beli produk frozen food halal di kalangan generasi Z, sedangkan Religiusitas (R) tidak memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan. Variabel Halal Awareness (HA) yang memoderasi pengaruh variabel yang diuji ditemukan bahwa Halal Awareness (HA) dapat memoderasi pengaruh Halal Supply Chain Knowledge (HSC) dan Sertifikasi Halal (SH) terhadap Niat Beli (NB). Sedangkan dalam konstelasi pengaruh antara Religiusitas (R) terhadap Niat Beli(NB), Halal Awareness (HA) tidak memoderasi secara signifikan.

With the increasing consumption and growth of the frozen food industry, it encourages the government to pay attention to the halalness of frozen food products. This study seeks to analyze Generation Z's halal intentions about halal supply chain knowledge on the intention to buy halal frozen food products. This research collects primary data through surveys distributed online throughout Indonesia. The data were processed using the PLS-SEM method using SmartPLS 3 software. It was found that halal supply chain knowledge (HSC) with halal certification had a significant positive effect on the purchase intention of halal frozen food products among generation Z, while Religiosity (R) did not have a significant effect. The Halal Awareness (HA) variable which moderates the influence of the tested variables found that Halal Awareness (HA) can moderate the influence of Halal Supply Chain Knowledge (HSC) and Halal Certification (SH) on Purchase Intention (NB). Meanwhile, in the constellation of the influence between Religiosity (R) on Buying Intention (NB), Halal Awareness (HA) does not moderate significantly."

"Saat ini sertifikasi halal dan pelabelan halal semakin gencar dilakukan diberbagai belahan dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Namun sayangnya, masih banyak restoran di Indonesia yang belum mengantongi sertifikat halal untuk produk makanan yang mereka sediakan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana theory of planned behavior, food quality, price fairness, dan servicescape mempengaruhi revisit intention konsumen restoran yang belum memiliki sertifikasi halal. Data dari penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equations Modeling (PLS-SEM). Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner online dan diisi secara individu oleh responden. Berdasarkan 386 sampel konsumen muslim yang mengonsumsi makanan pada restoran yang belum memiliki sertifikasi halal, theory of planned behavior yang terdiri dari attitude, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control memengaruhi revisit intention. Food quality, substantive stage of servicescape, dan communicative stage of servicescape tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap revisit intention. Price fairness dan food quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap attitude. Attitude memediasi hubungan antara price fairness terhadap revisit intention dan food quality terhadap revisit intention. Trust tidak memberikan efek moderasi dalam pengaruh attitude, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control terhadap revisit intention. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara terhadap 5 narasumber konsumen muslim di Indonesia terhadap restoran yang sudah memiliki sertifikasi halal. Faktor attitude, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control memengaruhi revisit intention. Price fairness dan food quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap attitude.

Nowadays, halal certification and halal labeling are increasingly being done in various parts of the world, including Indonesia. In the other hand, there are still many restaurants in Indonesia that have not obtained halal certification for the food they make and provide to the masses. Therefore, this study aims to determine how theory of planned behavior, food quality, price fairness, and servicescape affect the revisit intention of consumers for restaurants that do not have any halal certification. The data from this study were tested using the method known as Partial Least Square Structural Equations Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data collection is carried out by distributing online questionnaires that are filled out individually by respondents. Based on 386 samples of Muslim who consume food at restaurants that do not have halal certification, the theory of planned behavior consisting of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control affects revisit intention. Food quality, substantive stage of servicescape, and communicative stage of servicescape have no significant effect on revisit intention. Price fairness and food quality have a significant effect on attitude. Attitude mediates the relationship between price fairness on revisit intention and food quality on revisit intention. Trust does not provide a moderating effect in the relationship between attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control on revisit intention. Based on the results of interviews with 5 Muslim consumer in Indonesia to restaurants that already have halal certification. Theory of planned behavior consisting of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control affects revisit intention. Price fairness and food quality have a significant effect on attitude."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teori tindakan beralasan dan alat komitmen beragama terhadap intensi memilih produk halal pemuda Islam (Gen Y) di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dari pemuda Islam pada rentang usia 17-33 tahun di Indonesia melalui kuesioner serta diolah dengan metode regresi berganda dan Anova. Pada penelitian ini mengikutsertakan 480 responden dari tiga industri produk yang terdiri dari industri personal care, makanan dan obat-obatan. Teori tindakan beralasan dalam penelitian ini dibangun dari attitude toward halal product dan subjective norms. Alat komitmen beragama dibangun berdasarkan inter-personal religiousity dan intra-personal religiousity. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tiga industri, attitude toward halal product, subjective norms dan intra-personal religiousity memengaruhi intensi memilih produk halal. Pada industri personal care, attitude toward halal product dan subjective norms memengaruhi intensi memilih produk halal. Industri makanan, attitude toward halal product dan intra-personal religiousity memengaruhi intensi memilih produk halal. Terakhir, industri obat-obatan, attitude toward halal product dan intra-personal religiousity memengaruhi intensi memilih produk halal. Secara umum, pada penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa intensi memilih produk halal pada pemuda Islam di Indonesia sudah tinggi.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of theory of reasoned action and the religious commitment inventory on intention to choose halal products among Islamic youth (Gen Y) in Indonesia. this study employ primary data from Islamic youth in the age range of 17-33 years old in Indonesia with quesionares and processed using multiple regression and ANOVA. In this study included 480 respondent from three product industries consisting of personal care, food, and medicine. Thory of reasoned action in this study are based on attitude toward halal product and subjective norms. While the religious commitment inventory are based on inter-personal religiousity and intra-personal religiousity. The results of this study indicate that in three industries, attitude toward halal product, subjective norms and intra-personal religiousity significantly affect the intention to choose halal product. In the personal care industry indicate that attitude toward halal product and subjective norms significantly affect the intention to choose halal product. The food industry indicate that attitude toward halal product and intra-personal religiousity significantly affect the intention to choose halal product. The pharmaceutical industry indicate that attitude toward halal product and intra-personal religiousity significantly affect the intention to choose halal product. Overall, our results explained that the intention to choose halal products for Islamic youth in Indonesia was high."
