"Beberapa waktu terakhir penyelenggaraan acara terkait topik keberlanjutan semakin meningkat di berbagai industri. Namun, tidak semua acara memiliki kesadaran akan pentingnya kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan komunitas lokal. Salah satu contoh acara yang secara aktif menerapkan prinsip keberlanjutan sosial dan mendukung SDGs adalah Indonesia Energy & Engineering Series. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan konsep, indikator evaluasi, dan rekomendasi mengenai keberlanjutan sosial dalam acara Indonesia Energy & Engineering Series 2024. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif, yang menekankan pada hasil analisis dan rekomendasi berdasarkan data deskriptif yang diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam dengan penyelenggara serta observasi perilaku. Data primer diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara mendalam dengan lima informan yang terlibat langsung dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan, sementara data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui telaah dokumen. Penelitian dilaksanakan Januari 2025 hingga Juni 2025 di PT Pamerindo Indonesia, Jakarta.

In recent years, there has been a growing number of events addressing sustainability topics across various industries. However, not all events demonstrate an awareness of the importance of contributing to the well-being of local communities. One notable example of an event that actively applies principles of social sustainability and supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is the Indonesia Energy & Engineering Series. This study aims to examine the implementation of concepts, evaluation indicators, and recommendations regarding social sustainability in the Indonesia Energy & Engineering Series 2024. A qualitative approach is employed, focusing on analysis and recommendations based on descriptive data gathered through in-depth interviews and behavioral observation. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with five informants directly involved in the planning and execution of the event, while secondary data were obtained through document analysis. The research was conducted from January to June 2025 at PT Pamerindo Indonesia, Jakarta."

"Sudah banyak penelitian membuktikan bahwa sikap memprediksi perilaku berkelanjutan individu. Sikap merupakan konsep untuk memahami perilaku manusia, sikap dapat memengaruhi beberapa aspek dalam kehidupan individu seperti pandangan individu lain, objek fisik, perilaku, maupun kebijakan. Di sisi lain terdapat beberapa peneliti yang meragukan tentang peranan sikap dalam memengaruhi perilaku individu. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh sikap terhadap perilaku berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross-sectional dengan populasi karyawan GoTo pada sustainability team. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara daring kepada 50 partisipan. Alat ukur kuesioner yang digunakan antara lain General Ecological Behavior Scale (GEB) untuk mengukur perilaku berkelanjutan, A validity and reliability study of the Attitudes toward Sustainable Development scale untuk mengukur sikap. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini dianalisa menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa sikap terhadap three zeros dapat memprediksi perilaku berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan implikasi bagi perusahaan atau masyarakat umum untuk menerapkan perilaku berkelanjutan berdasarkan kebijakan three zeros dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dengan tujuan untuk kehidupan yang berkelanjutan.

Many studies have proven that attitudes predict an individual's sustainable behavior. Attitude is a concept to understand human behavior, attitudes can affect several aspects of an individual's life such as the views of other individuals, physical objects, behavior, and policies. On the other hand, there are some researchers who doubt the role of attitudes in influencing individual behavior. Therefore, this study aims to see the effect of attitudes on sustainable behavior. This study is a cross-sectional study with a population of GoTo employees on the sustainability team. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires to 50 participants. The questionnaire measuring instruments used include the General Ecological Behavior Scale (GEB) to measure sustainable behavior, A validity and reliability study of the Attitudes toward Sustainable Development scale to measure attitudes. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the analysis show that attitudes towards the three zeros can predict sustainable behavior. The results of this study can provide implications for companies or the general public to implement sustainable behavior based on the three zeros policy in everyday life with the aim of a sustainable life."

"Pada era modern, penyelenggaraan event menjadi salah satu aktivitas penting dalam sektor pariwisata dan industri kreatif. Namun demikian, event skala besar berpotensi menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan seperti limbah berlebih, konsumsi energi tinggi, dan emisi karbon. Oleh karena itu, konsep sustainable event muncul sebagai Upaya untuk mengurangi dampak lingkungan melalui pengelolaan yang bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan aspek lingkungan dalam implementasi sustainable event pada penyelenggaraan pameran Indonesia Energy and Engineering Series oleh PT Pamerindo Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan lima orang dari tim event, serta telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa IEE Series telah menerapkan berbagai prinsip keberlanjutan lingkungan seperti manajemen transportasi ramah lingkungan, pengelolaan sampah berbasis 3R, efisiensi air dan energi, pengadaan ramah lingkungan, dan promosi digital. Implementasi ini merujuk pada pedoman ISO 20121 serta prinsip triple bottom line. Namun demikian, terdapat tantangan dalam bentuk keterbatasan partisipasi peserta, ketergantungan pada venue untuk fasilitas ramah lingkungan, dan pengelolaan limbah makanan yang belum maksimal. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta, mengembangkan kebijakan internal keberlanjutan, serta menyempurnakan evaluasi keberlanjutan dalam acara mendatang.

In the modern era, event organization has become a vital activity within the tourism and creative industries. However, large-scale events often generate negative environmental impacts such as excessive waste, high energy consumption, and carbon emissions. As a response, the concept of sustainable events has emerged as an effort to minimize environmental damage through responsible management. This study aims to analyze the environmental aspect management in the implementation of sustainable events at the Indonesia Energy and Engineering Series exhibition organized by PT Pamerindo Indonesia. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through semi-structured interviews with five members of the event team, along with document analysis. The findings indicate that the IEE Series has implemented various environmental sustainability principles, including eco- friendly transportation management, 3R-based waste management (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), water and energy efficiency, green procurement, and digital promotion. These implementations refer to the ISO 20121 guidelines and the triple bottom line principle. However, challenges remain, such as limited participant engagement, dependence on venue- provided eco-friendly facilities, and suboptimal food waste management. This study provides recommendations to enhance participant involvement, develop internal sustainability policies, and improve sustainability evaluation in future events."

"Tesis ini meneliti bagaimana tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan mempengaruhi reputasi perusahaan dan intensi perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner ke mahasiswa dan pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif tanggung jawab sosial terhadap reputasi perusahaan dan reputasi perusahaan terhadap intensi perilaku. Ada dua implikasi manajerial bagi Danone AQUA, yaitu melakukan edukasi tentang tanggung jawab sosial kepada publik sehingga mereka lebih mengenal tren yang sedang berkembang dalam komunikasi pemasaran ini, dan melakukan lebih banyak kampanye program tanggung jawab sosial Danone AQUA, terutama dengan pendekatan bentuk donasi
The main topic of this research is how corporate social responsibility affects company reputation and consumer behavioral intention on product evaluation. This research is a quantitative research. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to college students and employees. The study shows that there is a positive effect of corporate social responsibility on company reputation and company reputation on behavioral intention. Two managerial implications for Danone AQUA are drawn, i.e the necessity of public education on corporate social responsibility to make them more familiar and knowledgeable on this emerging trend in marketing communication; and set up a campaign of company social responsibility program, particularly in the form of financial donation."

"Sifat kepribadian adalah salah satu faktor intrapersonal bagaimana tenaga kesehatan (nakes) memberikan layanan kesehatan dengan kualitas yang berbeda-beda. Sedangkan pada faktor interpersonal, dukungan sosial yang berasal dari keluarga, teman, dan orang terdekat dapat meningkatkan keinginan nakes agar melayani pasien lebih baik. Riset ini bertujuan melihat pengaruh dari karaktertistik kepribadian dan dukungan sosial terhadap service orientation nakes pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia. Riset ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan serangkaian analisis uji regresi linear. Partisipan berjumlah 218 nakes yang aktif dengan profesi/pekerjaan yang beragam sesuai definisi nakes menurut UU nomor 36 tahun 2014. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa efektifitas dari model personality traits (R2 adjusted = 0,309) dan juga kualitas dukungan sosial (R2 adjusted= 0,166) dapat memprediksi secara signifikan (p < 0,01) kualitas dari service orientation nakes. Pada sifat kepribadian, sifat agreeableness dan conscientiousness lah yang yang terbukti menjadi prediktor. Begitu juga dengan dukungan sosial khususnya yang berasal dari orang terdekat terbukti menjadi prediktor secara empiris. Dengan demikian, untuk meningkatkan service orientation pada nakes, maka perlu meningkatkan kualitas dari karakteristik kepribadian agreeableness dan conscientiousness serta dukungan sosial yang diterima.

Personality traits are one of the intrapersonal factors in how people provide health services differently. Meanwhile, the interpersonal factor that can be accessed easily are social support comes from family, friends, and significant others that can increase the desire and help health workers to serve patients better. However, research related to service, personality and social support together has never been carried out in Indonesia. Sample participants were 218 health workers from various professions / occupations in accordance with Law number 36 of 2014. The study used quantitative methods using linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the research findings showed that the effectiveness of personality traits (adjusted R2 = 0.309) and the quality of social support (adjusted R2 = 0.166) could significantly predict (p <0.01) the quality of service orientation of health worker. On personality traits, agreeableness and conscientiousness were the prediction of service orientation. On social support dimension, support from significant others and friend are stronger affect of service orientation. Thus, it can be concluded that two variables are predictors of service orientation."

"Kajian Penerapan Konsep Pendidikan untuk Pembangunan Berkelanjutan pada Sekolah Adiwiyata Mandiri di DKI Jakarta Konsep Pendidikan untuk Pembangunan Berkelanjutan Education for Sustainable Development sejak Konferensi Tingkat Tinggi KTT Bumi, Rio De Jeneiro, 1992 belum menunjukkan kemajuan sesuai harapan. Materi pendidikan lingkungan dan program sekolah berwawasan lingkungan juga sudah diluncurkan pemerintah karena pendidikan dipandang sebagai pengungkit kesadaran lingkungan yang lebih maju. Konsep yang terakhir dilaksanakan adalah Adiwiyata, sebuah penghargaan yang diberikan pemerintah kepada sekolah berbudaya lingkungan dengan harapan budaya lingkungan akan terbentuk di sekolah dan dapat berpengaruh kemasyarakat luas. Sejak pertama kali dilaksanakan tahun 2006, kini telah tercatat 290 sekolah yang memperoleh penghargaan nasional Adiwiyata, namun kenyataannya kesadaran dan budaya lingkungan di sekitar sekolah belum terwujud sesuai harapan, bahkan ada sekolah Adiwiyata yang mengalami penurunan kualitas.
Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun model pendidikan berbudaya lingkungan dengan memanfaatkan modal sosial, sebuah modal yang merupakan bagian dari konsep Daya Dukung Lingkungan Carrying Capacity. Berdasarkan analisis kualitatif, ditemukan bahwa program Adiwiyata mengandung modal sosial yang dapat digunakan untuk menerapkan pendidikan berbudaya lingkungan. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif, ditemukan bahwa sekolah Adiwiyata Mandiri telah memanfaatkan modal sosialnya dalam penerapan konsep ESD Education for Sustainable Development . Berdasarkan kedua analisis tersebut maka konsep Adiwiyata dikembangkan menjadi sebuah model pendidikan berbudaya lingkungan yang optimal melalui pemanfaatan modal sosial.

A Study on Implementation of the Education for Sustainable Development Concept at AdiwiyataMandiri School in DKI Jakarta The Education for Sustainable Development is a concept which declared by Rio De Jeneiro Earth Summit in 1992. Since it declaration the expectation of the concept is not rich optimally yet. The enviromental education curriculum and all enviromental program of view also was launched as a leverage of environmental awareness. Adiwiyata is the government program to make an environmental culture of daily activity both in the school and community anrround it. Since the first of the launching until now there are 290 school are awarded national level of Adiwiyata, but in fact the expectation is not realized yet, even many school were quality degraded.
The objective of the research is to develop a model for environmental consciousness education with implementation of Social Capital. Social capital is one of the part of the concept of carrying capacity. According to the descriptive qualitative analysis the research found that the Adiwiyata program has been adopted criteria of the Education for SustanableDevelupment ESD to implement the environmental conscious eduacation. The research also found that the social capital of AdiwiyataMandiri school have been used to develop the environmental conscious and culture eduacation. According to all analysis the result of the research can develop The Adiwiyata Concept to be a model to optimalized an environmental education culture through application of social capital.

"The Routledge International Handbook of Social Development, Social Work, and the Sustainable Development Goals answers the question: What is the contribution of social development and social work to the Sustainable Development Goals? The success of these goals requires implementation, and each of the 17 objectives for sustainable social progress have a social dimension. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), like the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) before them, were born of a larger social development movement which over the last 25 years has become increasingly mainstream in the fields of international development, sustainability, and social work. "Penelitian ini mengevaluasi tingkat pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan dan strategi keberlanjutan PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk pada tahun 2020, serta membandingkan strategi keberlanjutan pada periode sebelum dan sesudah berlakunya POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dan metode analisis konten. Data yang digunakan merupakan data publik yang bersumber dari laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan tahun 2020 belum sepenuhnya memenuhi informasi yang diwajibkan oleh POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa strategi keberlanjutan perusahaan sudah cukup baik, meskipun belum sepenuhnya memenuhi indikator penilaian strategi keberlanjutan dalam elemen tata kelola dan kepemimpinan, serta strategi ekonomi. Namun demikian, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan strategi keberlanjutan pada tahun 2020 (setelah berlakunya POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017) mengalami perbaikan dibandingkan strategi keberlanjutan pada tahun 2019 (sebelum berlakunya POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017).

This study evaluates the sustainability report disclosure and sustainability strategy of PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk in 2020, and compares the sustainability strategy in the period before and after the enactment of POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017. This research uses a case study approach and content analysis methods. The data used is public data sourced from published annual report and company sustainability report. The results of the study indicate that the disclosure of the company's 2020 sustainability report has not fully met the information required by POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017. This study also found that the company's sustainability strategy was quite good, although it did not fully meet the sustainability strategy assessment indicators in the elements of governance and leadership and economic strategy. However, the study also found that the sustainability strategy in 2020 (after the enactment of POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017) has been improved compared to the sustainability strategy in 2019 (before the enactment of POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017)."

"Fenomena di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa adaptabilitas karier merupakan faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan mahasiswa strata 1 (S-1) dari Provinsi Papua dan Papua Barat dalam menyelesaikan pendidikannya. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dukungan sosial yang dirasakan dari orang tua, teman dan dosen terhadap adaptabilitas karier melalui core self-evaluation pada mahasiswa S-1 dari Provinsi Papua dan Papua Barat. Responden penelitian adalah 176 mahasiswa S-1 dari Provinsi Papua dan Papua Barat yang menempuh pendidikan di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia, baik perguruan tinggi atau swasta. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi tiga macam skala yaitu Social Provision Scale, Core Self-Evaluation Scale dan Career Adapt-abilities Scale yang disebarkan dalam jaringan (online). Pengolahan data menggunakan macro PROCESS dari Hayes. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa core self-evaluation memediasi sebagian pengaruh dukungan dari orang tua (ab = 0,1105, p < 0,05), teman (ab = 0,1142, p < 0,05) dan dosen (ab = 0,1390, p < 0,05) terhadap adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa S-1 dari Provinsi Papua dan Papua Barat. Selanjutnya implikasi, limitasi dan saran untuk penelitian akan didiskusikan.

The phenomenon in the field shows that career adaptability is a factor that determines the success of undergraduate students from Papua and West Papua Provinces in completing their education. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of perceived social support from parents, friends and lecturers on career adaptability through core self-evaluation among undergraduate students from Papua and West Papua Province. Research respondents were 176 undergraduate students from Papua and West Papua Province who studied in several regions in Indonesia, either public or private universities. The instruments used include three different scales, namely the Social Provision Scale, the Core Self-Evaluation Scale and the Career Adapt-abilities Scale. All scale are distributed online. Data processing uses the PROCESS macro from Hayes. The test results showed that the core self-evaluation partially mediated the influence of perceived social support form parents (ab = 0.1105, p <0.05), friends (ab = 0.1142, p <0.05) and lecturers (ab = 0.1390, p <0.05) on the career adaptability among undergraduate students from Papua and Papua Barat Provinces. Further implications, limitations and suggestions for research are discussed."
