"Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) Indonesia memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung pembangunan ekonomi daerah dan menyediakan layanan publik yang penting bagi masyarakat. Sebagai entitas bisnis yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah daerah, BUMD bertujuan tidak hanya untuk memperoleh keuntungan finansial tetapi juga untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial dan mengelola sumber daya lokal secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan kepemimpinan, kapabilitas dinamis dan ambidexterity organisasi terhadap kinerja keinginan di Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 BUMD di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM), hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan strategis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapabilitas dinamis dan ambidexterity organisasi . Selanjutnya kapabilitas dinamis, ambidexterity organisasi dan strategi kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kemiskinan. Hasil penelitian bahwa kemampuan dinamis dan ambidexterity organisasi juga dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan strategis terhadap kelangsungan hidup.

Regional Owned Enterprises (ROE) in Indonesia have a strategic role in supporting regional economic development and providing important public services to the community. As a business entity owned by the local government, ROE aims not only to gain financial profit but also to improve social welfare and manage local resources efficiently. This research aims to analyze the influence of strategic leadership, dynamic capabilities, and organizational ambidexterity on the sustainability performance of Regional Owned Enterprises (ROE) in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 ROE in Indonesia. Using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method, the research shows that strategic leadership has a positive and significant effect on dynamic capabilities and organizational ambidexterity. In the next dynamic capability, organizational ambidexterity and strategic leadership have a positive and significant effect on the sustainability performance. The research results that the dynamic capability and organizational ambidexterity can also be mediating factors influencing the relationship between strategic leadership and the sustainability performance."

"Peran usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sangat besar dalam perekonomian suatu negara. Sebagai salah satu negara berkembang, peran UMKM sangat sentral terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. UMKM merupakan sumbangsih PDB terbesar bagi Indonesia. Namun, UMKM di Indonesia menghadapi masalah terkait produktivitas yang masih rendah. Untuk itu penelitian ini mencoba untuk menganalisis variabel-variabel yang dapat mendorong kinerja bisnis UMKM. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji bagaimana kepemimpinan kewirausahaan dapat mendorong kapabilitas dinamis, inovasi organisasi dan digitalisasi di UMKM, pada akhirnya faktor-faktor ini akan mendorong kinerja bisnis UMKM. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari 168 pemilik atau pengelola UMKM sektor makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap digitalisasi, inovasi organisasi, dan kapabilitas dinamis UMKM. Sedangkan kepemimpinan kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja bisnis UMKM hanya melalui inovasi organisasi.

The role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in a country's economy is very important. As one of the developing countries, the role of MSMEs in the Indonesian economy is very central, MSMEs are the largest contributor to GDP for Indonesia. However, MSMEs in Indonesia face problems related to low productivity. For this reason, this study tries to analyze the variables that drive MSME business performance. This research will examine how entrepreneurial leadership can drive dynamic capabilities, organizational innovation and digitization in MSMEs, in the end these factors will drive MSME business performance. This research will use the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS). This study uses data from 168 MSME owners/managers in the food and beverage sector in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial leadership has a positive effect on digitalization, organizational innovation, and the dynamic capabilities of MSMEs. Meanwhile, entrepreneurial leadership influences MSME business performance only through organizational innovation."

"Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh budaya Tri Hita Karana terhadap dynamic capabilities, entrepreneurial leadership, dan kinerja hotel (dimoderasi oleh Critical Success Factors) di Bali. Data penelitian diperoleh dari 130 hotel bintang tiga, empat, dan lima yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tri Hita Karana berpengaruh positif terhadap dynamic capabilities dan entrepreneurial leadership, tetapi tidak mempengaruhi kinerja hotel secara positif dalam jangka pendek. Namun, integrasi nilai-nilai budaya THK ke dalam pengoperasian hotel akan meningkatkan daya saing dan kinerja hotel dalam jangka panjang.

This research explores how the influence of Tri Hita Karana culture on the dynamic capabilities, entrepreneurial leadership, and hotel performance (moderated by critical success factors) in Bali. This study gathered data from 130 hotels rated at three, four and five-stars that are then analysed using the method of Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling. The results shows that while Tri Hita Karana does positively influenced dynamic capabilities and entrepreneurial leadership, it didn’t affect hotel performance positively in the short term. However, the research indicates the integration of THK culture into hotel operation will increase hotel performance in the long term."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang kinerja bisnis pada Usaha Kecil Menengah UKM yang terhimpun dalam Badan Pengurus Daerah Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia Jaya BPD HIPMI Jaya . Kinerja bisnis UKM memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Namun, jumlah pengusaha belum memenuhi jumlah minimal untuk kestabilan ekonomi sebuah Negara, terutama pada Provinsi DKI Jakarta sebagai miniatur Indonesia. Budaya berwirausaha orientasi bisnis dikalangan pemuda masih belum optimal sehingga enggan untuk mendirikan usaha baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix method, yakni menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pemilik, pendiri atau manajer UKM. Kemudian melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada narasumber. Penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa kepemimpinan bisnis berpengaruh positif terhadap budaya kewirausahaan, kepemimpinan bisnis tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja bisnis dan budaya kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bisnis.

This study discusses the business performance of Small and Medium Enterprises SMEs who gathered in the Regional Executive Board of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association BPD HIPMI Jaya . Business performance of SMEs has contributed greatly to the economic growth. However, the numbers of entrepreneurs do not meet the minimum number for a country 39 s economic stability, especially in Jakarta as Indonesia miniature. Entrepreneurship Culture business orientation among youth is still not optimal so reluctant to establish new businesses. This study uses a mixed method approach, namely distributing questionnaires to the owners, founders or managers of SMEs. Then, strengthened by indepth interview to the informants. This study concluded that business leadership has positive effect on entrepreneurship culture, business leadership has indirect effect on the business performance and entrepreneurial culture has positive effect on business performance.

"Economic development in Indonesia is closely guided by the Five Year Plan. Starting from the first Five Year Plan, covering the period 1969-1974, the emphasis was shifted from rehabilitative operations to substantial economic development. The targets are to produce more of the traditional products and services in addition to building new organizations and manufacturing plants capable of producing new goods and services, which previously have been imported. In this phase of economic development, institutional and organizational problems often hampered the realization of specified targets. The introduction of empirical macro organization research at the present cime will be im_portant, because it may create an instrument for observing and analys_ing organizational data to detect past errors and suggest ways of problem resolution. Such research can also help in designing good organization. The resulting higher organizational efficiency and productivity should provide more certainty in achieving those targets set in the Five Year Plan. "PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk menghadapi disrupsi yang mengubah perilaku konsumen berkomunikasi menggunakan aplikasi online seperti WhatsApp, Line, Telegram dan Slack sehingga ada penurunan permintaan dan pertumbuhan terhadap pendapatan perusahaan sejak tahun 2017. Adanya fenomena disrupsi mengharuskan Telkom untuk dapat menghasilkan inovasi baru melalui kerja sama Startup yang bisa menjadi bisnis utama bagi perusahaan di masa depan. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja inovasi, perusahaan perlu mengadopsi proses kewirausahaan strategis yang dapat membangun kapabilitas dinamis sehingga mampu meningkatkan kinerja inovasi di tengah lingkungan disruptif. Kewirausahaan strategis untuk dapat berjalan dengan efektif memerlukan ambideksteritas yaitu organisasi memiliki struktur organisasi yang dapat mendukung kebutuhan ganda dari aktivitas opportunity-seeking (OSA) dan advantage-seeking (ASA).
Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas pengaruh kewirausahaan strategis, kapabilitas dinamis, dan ambideksteritas organisasi terhadap kinerja inovasi. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari survei Manajemen Tingkat Atas dari 62 startup yang menjadi portofolio PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero), kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SEM PLS untuk melakukan uji hipotesis penelitian.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kewirausahaan strategis berpengaruh terhadap kapabilitas dinamis, ambideksteritas organisasi, dan kinerja inovasi. Dimensi budaya kewirausahaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi Startup. Studi ini menjelaskan adanya situasi rendahnya kinerja inovasi pada Startup walaupun Startup sudah menjalankan ambideksteritas organisasi.

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is facing a disruption that changes consumer behavior in using or interacting with products of Telkom while they are actively using online applications such as WhatsApp, Line, Telegram and Slack so that there has been a decline in demand and growth in company revenues since 2017. The disruption phenomenon requires Telkom to be able to generate new innovations through teamwork or collaboratively with Startup that could be the core business or source of main activities for the company in the future. In improving innovation performance, companies need to adopt a strategic entrepreneurial process that can build dynamic capabilities to improve innovation performance in a context of disruptive environment. To implement the strategic entrepreneurship effectively requires organizational ambidexterity that refers to an organizational structure that can support the dual needs of opportunity-seeking (exploration) and advantage-seeking (exploitation) activities.
Thus, this study examines the effectiveness of the influence of strategic entrepreneurship, dynamic capabilities, and organizational ambidexterity on innovation performance. The data in this study was obtained from a top-level management survey of 62 startups that are part of the portfolio of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero). The data was analyzed using SEM PLS to test the research hypothesis.
The results show that strategic entrepreneurship has positive effects on dynamic capabilities, organizational ambiguity, and innovation performance. The dimensions of entrepreneurial culture have no significant effect on startup innovation performance. Despite some study limitations that create model bias, sample bias, and response bias, it is very important to note that entrepreneurial culture is part of exploration activities for opportunity identification and that it cannot directly affect innovation performance without first being exploited. On the other hand, this study explains the situation of startups’ low innovation performance even though startups have implemented organizational ambiguity. It implies that organizational ambidexterity is not a sufficient condition for innovation performance. Startups must be able to orchestrate or manage first their resources to innovate.

"Penelitian ini menganalisa faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kecenderungan tingkat disparitas antar Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung pada periode 2005-2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi data panel fixed effect dan menggunakan indeks Williamson serta indeks Theil untuk mengukur disparitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada periode 2005-2012, (1) investasi pemerintah, pendapatan asli daerah (PAD), tenaga kerja serta aglomerasi industri signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. (2) Terjadi disparitas yang fluktuatif dengan kecenderungan menurun dan tergolong rendah. (3) Tingkat disparitas antar daerah di pulau Bangka lebih lebar dibandingkan dengan tingkat disparitas antar daerah di pulau Belitung dan disparitas antar pulau Bangka dan pulau Belitung.

The objective of this study is to analyze the factors that affecting economic growth and disparities trend between Province of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung districts on the period of 2005-2012. To measure the disparities, this study uses panel data regression with fixed effects model, Williamson index and Theil index. The results of this study indicate that on 2005-2012, (1) government investment, regional income, labor and industrial agglomeration have significant and positive effect on economic growth in the Province of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung districts. (2) There are disparities fluctuation with a declining trend and relatively low. (3) The level of disparity between districts in Bangka Island is wider than the disparity between districts in the Belitung Island and Bangka Belitung Island."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh hubungan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional,transaksional dan komitmen terhadap kinerja anggota penyidik wilayah hukum polda metro jaya. Kinerja penyidik secara keseluruhan akan berakumulasi dalam mewujudkan kinerja organisasi sehingga kinerja penyidik sangat strategis dalam mendukung kinerja dan produktif organisasi Polda Metro Jaya. Kinerja memerlukan kemampuan individu untuk melakukan suatu pekerjaan, dengan di dukung oleh sikap dan perilaku yang mendukung terwujudnya kualitas kerja yang diharapkan sesuai dengan standard kinerja yang telah ditetapkan organisasi. Jika disederhanakan, sejumlah faktor tersebut berasal dari internal individu (faktor intrinsik) dan eksternal individu (faktor ekstrinsik).Hipotesa awal pada penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh ketiga variable bebas terhadap kinerja anggota penyidik harda wilayah hukum polda metro jaya. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data dari 150 penyidik di wilayah hukum polda metro jaya yang tersebar di beberapa Polres dan Polda. Variabel Multivarian yang diteliti dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan Software Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menentukan dan menganalisis model pengaruh antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas secara parsial memiliki pengaruh hubungan positif atau signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Selain itu kepemimpinan Transformasional dan kepemimpina Transaksioan masing-masing berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dengan dimediasi oleh Komitmen.

The aim of this research was to examined the influence of transformational leadership, transactional leadership, work commitment, and job performance on Police Harda Investigator of Jakarta Police Department. Investigator job performance simultaneously accumulated in organizational performance. Thus, the investigator job performance is important to support the organizational performance and productivity of the Jakarta Police Department organization. Job performance requires the ability of individuals to do a job, supported by the attitude and appropriate behavior that leads to the expected quality of work in accordance with the organizational standards performance. Furthermore, a number of these factors were based on internal (intrinsic) and external (extrinsic) factor of individuals. The initial hypothesis of this research stated that there was an influence or correlation of these three independent variables on job performance of Jakarta Police Department Harda Investigator. The questionnaire used as a tool to collect data from 150 investigators in the Jakarta Police Department, both regional and subregional. Multivariate variables were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS) software to determine and analyze the influence model between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable partially has positive and significant effect to the dependent variable. In addition, either transformational leadership or transactional leadership influenced job performance by intervening variable of work commitment."

"Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji peran pembaharuan strategis terhadap kinerja Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di bidang Pariwisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif serta analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data dikumpulkan dari 82 UKM Pariwisata di Indonesia. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya modal manusia dan kemampuan ambidextrous dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan melalui pembaruan strategis dan untuk menciptakan ketahanan dalam suatu organisasi. Ketahanan organisasi tidak selalu mempengaruhi kemampuan organisasi untuk pembaruan strategis. Kami berpendapat bahwa hanya ketahanan organisasi tingkat tinggi dengan kemampuan inovatif yang mampu mengatur pembaruan strategis. Kemampuan inovatif terutama bergantung pada kualitas sumber daya manusia. Oleh karena itu, UKM di industri pariwisata umumnya perlu meningkatkan kemampuan sumber daya manusianya untuk mencapai kemampuan inovatif agar dapat bertahan dalam krisis dan memiliki keunggulan kompetitif yang diperlukan untuk mengikuti perubahan dalam industri pariwisata

The main objective of this study is to examine the role of strategic renewal on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Tourism. This study uses a quantitative and qualitative approach and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. Data were collected from 82 Tourism SMEs in Indonesia. This study highlights the importance of human capital and ambidextrous capabilities in improving enterprises performance through strategic renewal and to create resilience in an organization. Organizational resiliencies do not always affect the organization capability of strategic renewals.  We argue that only high degree of organizational resiliencies with innovative capabilities that are able to orchestrate the strategic renewal. The innovative capabilities are mainly dependence on the quality human capital.  Therefore, SMEs in tourism industry generally need to improve its ability of human capital to achieve innovative capabilities in order to survive in crises and have a competitive advantage necessary to keep up with changes in the tourism industry."
