"Indonesia sebagai negara ekonomi yang besar dan memiliki Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) menurut data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) pada triwulan II-2020 mencapai Rp2.589,6 triliun dengan asumsi harga konstan serta menduduki peringkat ke-7 di dunia, disupport oleh UMKM yang berkontribusi 61,1% pada nilai PDB Indonesia sehingga membuat UMKM menjadi vital bagi perekonomian negara. Peningkatan kinerja UMKM dipengaruhi oleh biaya logistik yang relatif tinggi dan iklim berwirausaha yang kurang efisien sehingga menurut (Perindustrian, 2018)persentase berwirausaha di Indonesia berada pada angka 3%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem logistik di Indonesia melalui benchmarking pada masalah yang teridentifikasi melalui survey kuesioner sehingga diharapkan adanya efisiensi biaya yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Selain itu, untuk mendukung kinerja UMKM dalam iklim berwirausaha, akan dihasilkan perbaikan pada sistem perizinan berusaha di Indonesia dengan benchmarking pada hambatan yang teridentifikasi melalui survey kuesioner, sehingga pada keluaran akhir penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan pengembangan sistem logistik dan perbaikan sistem berusaha untuk memperbaiki kinerja UMKM di Indonesia.

Indonesia as a large economic country, has a Gross Domestic Product (GDP) according to data from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) in the second quarter of 2020 reached IDR 2,589.6 trillion, assuming constant prices and ranked 7th in the world, supported by MSMEs which contributes 61.1% to the value of Indonesia's GDP, making MSMEs vital for the country's economy. The increase in the performance of MSMEs is influenced by relatively high logistics costs and a less efficient entrepreneurial climate, according to (Perindustrian, 2018) the percentage of entrepreneurship in Indonesia is at 3%. This study aims to develop a logistics system in Indonesia through benchmarking from the problems that identified through a questionnaire survey so that it is hoped that there will be cost efficiencies that can improve the performance of MSMEs. In addition, to support the performance of MSMEs in an entrepreneurial climate, improvements will be made to the doing business licensing system in MSMEs’s Indonesia by benchmarking the obstacles identified through a questionnaire survey, so that the final output of this research is expected to result as development of a logistics system and doing business licensing improvements system to improve the performance of MSMEs in Indonesia."

"ABSTRACT
Industri makanan dan minuman dijadikan sebagai salah satu industri andalan oleh Kementerian Perindustrian untuk rencana pembangunan industri hingga tahun 2035. Dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saing UMKM makanan, dirancang usulan perbaikan penerapan manajemen rantai pasok. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan usulan perbaikan untuk penerapan manajemen rantai pasok di UMKM makanan. Studi literatur dilakukan untuk mengetahui kriteria, sub-kriteria dan usulan perbaikan yang harus dilakukan dalam perbaikan penerepan manajemen rantai pasok di UMKM makanan. Kemudian kriteria, sub-kriteria dan usulan perbaikan divalidasi oleh tujuh ahli. Kriteria, sub-kriteria dan usulan perbaikan penerapan manajemen rantai pasok selanjutnya diolah menggunakan metode Analytical Network Process ANP dan Zero One Goal Programming ZOGP. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan usulan perbaikan yang memiliki nilai kepentingan relatif tinggi, yaitu melakukan koordinasi bagian logistik dengan fungsi lainnya di perusahaan A6, menggunakan sistem perencanaan produksi A14, melakukan pendaftaran ke BPOM A1, mempertimbangkan kualitas dari kemasan A5, menyediakan informasi ketelusuran yang jelas tanggal produksi dan kadaluwarsa hingga tiba ke konsumen A3. Ketika sub-kriteria fleksibilitas produk, perencanaan produksi dan manajamen sumber daya manusia ditingkatkan nilai kepentingannya, usulan perbaikan dengan bobot paling tinggi adalah melakukan koordinasi bagian logistik dengan fungsi lainnya di perusahaan A6. Terdapat beberapa skenario untuk menggambarkan penentuan usulan perbaikan yang harus diterapkan sesuai kemampuan sumber daya UMKM makanan. Disediakan pula template pemilihan usulan perbaikan yang dapat digunakan UMKM makanan.

ABSTRACT
Food and beverage industries serve as one of the mainstay industries by the Ministry of Industry for industrial development plan until 2035. In order to improve the competitiveness of food SMEs, the improvement design in implementing of supply chain management is proposed. The literature study was conducted to find out the criteria, sub criteria and proposed improvement that needs to be done in improving the implementation of supply chain management in the food MSME. Then the criteria, sub criteria and proposed improvement are validated by seven experts. The criteria, sub criteria and proposed improvement strategy of supply chain management are further processed using Analytical Network Process ANP and Zero One Goal Programming ZOGP method. The result of data shows proposed improvement that has a relatively high value of interest is coordinating the logistics department with other functions in the company A6, using the production planning system A14, registering to BPOM A1, considering the quality of the packaging A5, and providing information production date and expiration date until it arrives at the consumer A3. When the sub criteria for product flexibility, production planning and management of human resources are increased in importance, the highest priority proposed improvement is to coordinate the logistics department with other functions in the firm A6. There are several scenarios to illustrate the determination of proposed improvement that should be implemented in accordance with the capabilities of the food SME. We provide templates for the proposed improvement selection that can be used for food SMEs. "

"Skripsi ini meneliti tentang pengaruh penerapan sejumlah aktivitas dalam green supply chain management (GSCM), terhadap environmental performance, operational performance dan business performance pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UKM) yang berada di provinsi Jawa Barat. Responden dari penelitian ini melibatkan 175 responden yang merupakan pemilik atau manajer dari UMKM dengan bidang usaha umum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data berupa Sequential Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software LISREL versi 8.80. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dari aktivitas GSCM terhadap environmental performance dan operational performance dan terdapat pengaruh positif dari operational performance terhadap business performance.. Selain itu hasil analisis turut menunjukkan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung dari GSCM terhadap business performance. Hasil ini menunjukkan perlu adanya perencanaan atas aktivitas dalam penerapan GSCM pada UMKM di Jawa Barat, melalui penerapan aktivitas GSCM yang tepat pada kegiatan UMKM dapat mempengaruhi secara positif environmental dan operasional performance UMKM, bahkan turut mempengaruhi secara tidak langsung performa dari business performance UMKM.

This research examines the effect of implementation a number of activities in green supply chain management (GSCM) on environmental performance, operational performance and business performance in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Java province. Research respondents involved 175 respondents who are owners or managers of MSMEs with general business fields. This study used a data analysis method in the form of Sequential Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL version 8.80 software. The results obtained are that there is a positive effect of GSCM activities on environmental performance and operational performance and a positive effect of operational performance on business performance. In addition, the analysis results also show the indirect effect of GSCM business performance. These results indicate the need for planning for activities in the application of GSCM to MSMEs in West Java, the proper application of GSCM in MSME activities can positively affect the environmental and operational performance of MSMEs, even indirectly affect the performance of MSME business performance."

"Salah satu penyumbang pencemaran lingkungan di negara berkembang adalah usaha mikro kecil dan menengah yang disebabkan oleh proses rantai pasok yang tidak ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai praktik green supply chain management (GSCM) terhadap kinerja lingkungan dan biaya operasional pada usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Terutama untuk meneliti dengan adanya ecocentricity dan traceability rantai pasok yang memoderasi antara praktik GSCM dengan kinerja lingkungan dan biaya operasional. Metode judgement sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan terdapat 93 responden yang berkontribusi. Kuesioner penelitian disebarkan secara daring dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan pemodelan Partial Least Square-Structured Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik green supply chain management memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja lingkungan maupun biaya operasional UMKM industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Ecocentricity rantai pasok memoderasi dalam hubungan praktik GSCM dengan kinerja lingkungan maupun biaya operasional. Namun, traceability rantai pasok tidak memoderasi dalam hubungan praktik GSCM dengan kinerja lingkungan maupun biaya operasional.

One of the contributors to environmental pollution in developing countries is micro, small, and medium enterprises caused by supply chain processes that are not environmentally friendly. This study discusses green supply chain management (GSCM) practices on environmental performance and operational costs in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia's food and beverage industry. Especially to examine the existence of supply chain ecocentricity and traceability that moderates GSCM practices with environmental performance and operational costs. The judgment sampling method was used in this study, and 93 respondents contributed. Research questionnaires were distributed online, and data were analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structured Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that green supply chain management practices have a significant relationship to environmental performance and operational costs of MSMEs in the food and beverage industry in Indonesia. Supply chain ecocentricity moderates the relationship between GSCM practices, environmental performance, and operating costs. However, supply chain traceability does not moderate the relationship between GSCM practices, environmental performance, and operational costs."

"Ekonomi sirkular menjadi konsep yang potensial untuk diimplementasikan oleh UMKM di Indonesia karena lebih dekat dengan pengguna akhir yang berpotensi menghasilkan limbah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sustainable supply chain management terhadap kapabilitas ekonomi sirkular UMKM pada dua industri prioritas, yaitu fesyen dan kosmetik. Sustainable supply chain management berfokus pada konsep green supply chain management, supply chain relationship management, serta sustainable supply chain design. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 72 UMKM di Pulau Jawa dan Bali yang telah menerapkan setidaknya satu dari tiga konsep 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle). Pemrosesan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green supply chain management dan sustainable supply chain design secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kapabilitas ekonomi sirkular sementara supply chain relationship management berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui sustainable supply chain design terhadap kapabilitas ekonom sirkular.

The circular economy can potentially be implemented by MSMEs in Indonesia because MSMEs are closer to end users who have the potential to generate waste. This study aims to determine the impact of sustainable supply chain management towards the circular economy capability in fashion and cosmetic industries. Sustainable supply chain management in this study focuses on green supply chain management, supply chain relationship management, and sustainable supply chain design. The study was conducted on 72 MSMEs in Java and Bali, Indonesia, which have implemented at least one of the reduce, reuse, recycle concept. This research uses PLS-SEM to analyze the data. The results show that green supply chain management and sustainable supply chain design directly affect the circular economy capability while supply chain relationships have an indirect effect through sustainable supply chain design on the circular economy capabilities."

"Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi industri akomodasi di Indonesia adalah sulitnya melakukan pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan data dan informasi yang dapat diandalkan. Saat ini, Indonesia belum memiliki data usaha pariwisata yang komprehensif dan belum ada pusat informasi kepariwisataan berskala nasional yang dapat digunakan oleh para pemangku kepentingan. Untuk memperoleh data, mayoritas pengelola akomodasi masih melakukan praktik information sharing secara manual dan belum menggunakan sistem terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan arsitektur dan prototipe (front-end) sistem business intelligence (BI) berbasis information sharing untuk mendukung proses revenue management di industri akomodasi di Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Design Science Research yang menghasilkan solusi sesuai kebutuhan pemangku kepentingan di sektor akomodasi. Kajian pustaka dilakukan dengan metode Systematic Literature Review. Pengolahan dan analisis data wawancara menggunakan metode thematic analysis. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi data pariwisata, observasi data pada online travel agent, wawancara kepada stakeholders (regulator, asosiasi hotel, akademisi, pengelola hotel, online travel agent, dan wholesaler), serta observasi terhadap sistem BI yang telah ada. Penelitian ini menghasilkan tiga hasil penelitian utama. Untuk memahami konteks ekosistem industri akomodasi, penelitian ini mengkaji penelitian terdahulu dan menghasilkan model downstream supply chain industri akomodasi di Indonesia saat ini. Untuk memahami permasalahan implementasi sistem BI, penelitian ini juga mengkaji dan menghasilkan analisis hambatan menggunakan kerangka kerja Technology Organization Environment (TOE) serta pemetaan tindakan yang dapat dilakukan. Berdasarkan kedua hasil tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah arsitektur dan prototipe high-fidelity sistem BI. Prototipe yang dihasilkan masih berupa front-end berbasis web dan belum sampai kepada pengembangan back-end. Evaluasi arsitektur dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada tujuh narasumber ahli serta pengujian inter-rater reliability kepada 18 responden yang menghasilkan tingkat persetujuan yang sangat baik (koefisien Fleiss-Kappa 0,933). Evaluasi prototipe dilakukan melalui wawancara serta survei System Usability Scale (SUS) yang menghasilkan nilai 74,5 (baik), dan Usability Testing yang menghasilkan nilai 70 (baik). Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat sebagai panduan bagi regulator dan pelaku industri akomodasi dalam mengembangkan sistem BI yang mendorong kolaborasi data melalui information sharing untuk mendukung proses revenue management di industri akomodasi di Indonesia. Sebagai saran pengembangan, penelitian berikutnya dapat mempelajari aspek-aspek non-fungsionalitas serta mengimplementasikan back-end dan komponen-komponen yang sudah diidentifikasi di dalam arsitektur sistem BI ini.

One of the challenges faced by the accommodation industry in Indonesia is the difficulty of making decisions based on reliable data and information. Currently, Indonesia does not have comprehensive tourism business data and there is no national-scale tourism information center that can be used by stakeholders. To obtain data, the majority of accommodation managers still practice information sharing manually and have not used an integrated system. This research aims to develop an architecture and prototype (front-end) of information sharing-based business intelligence (BI) systems to support the revenue management process in the accommodation industry in Indonesia. The research approach used is Design Science Research which produces solutions according to the needs of stakeholders in the accommodation sector. Literature review is carried out using the Systematic Literature Review method. Processing and analysis of interview data is carried out using thematic analysis method. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation of tourism data, observation of data on online travel agents, interviews with stakeholders (regulators, hotel associations, academics, hotel managers, online travel agents, and wholesalers), as well as observation of the existing BI system. This study produced three main research results. To understand the context of the accommodation industry ecosystem, this study examines previous research and produces a downstream supply chain model, especially for the current accommodation industry in Indonesia. To understand the BI system implementation problems, this study also examines and produces a barrier analysis using the Technology Organization Environment (TOE) framework as well as mapping actions that can be taken to implement and run the BI system. Based on these two results, this research developed an architecture and prototype of a high-fidelity BI system. The prototype is still a web-based front-end and has not yet reached the back-end development. The architectural evaluation was conducted through interviews with seven experts and inter-rater reliability testing to 18 respondents which resulted in a very good approval rate (Fleiss-Kappa coefficient 0.933). Prototype evaluation was conducted through interviews as well as a System Usability Scale (SUS) survey which resulted in a score of 74.5 (good), and Usability Testing which produced a value of 70 (good). The results of this study are useful as a guide for regulators and accommodation industry players in developing a BI system that encourages data collaboration through information sharing to support the revenue management process in the accommodation industry in Indonesia. Future research can study non-functionality aspects and implement back-end and components that have been identified in this BI system architecture."

"Penerapan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) pada era globalisasi turut memengaruhi proses pelayanan pemerintah Indonesia yang berinovasi secara elektronik atau e-government untuk menjangkau pelayanan lebih luas secara efektif dan efisien. Namun, dalam implementasi e-government di Indonesia masih ditemukan tingkat adopsi masyarakat yang tidak merata. Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS RBA) sebagai salah satu pelayanan perizinan usaha secara digital, masih menemukan tantangan terkait tingkat pengadopsian layanan tersebut oleh pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apa saja faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi e-government adoption dalam tahap interaksi mengacu pada E-Government Adoption Model (GAM) milik Shareef et al. (2010). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik penarikan sampel non-probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online kepada kurang lebih 1.182 pemilik atau manajer UMK industri makanan di DKI Jakarta, yang mana dari jawaban kuesioner tersebut terdapat sebanyak 114 responden yang datanya layak untuk dianalisis. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan metode PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.1.1.2 dan IBM SPSS Statistics 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) perceived awareness, perceived information quality, dan perceived trust memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-government adoption interaction level; (2) perceived image dan perceived ability to use memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap e-government adoption interaction level; (3) perceived security memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-government adoption interaction level melalui perceived trust sebagai mediasi; dan (4) perceived ability to use dan perceived uncertainty memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap e-government adoption interaction level melalui perceived trust sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi manajerial bagi pemerintah dan penyelenggara OSS RBA untuk mengoptimalkan sosialisasi, kualitas informasi, dan pengalaman pengguna dalam proses perizinan usaha. Selain itu, peningkatan keamanan dan kepastian pengalam pengguna juga diperlukan untuk mendorong adopsi OSS RBA secara mandiri oleh pelaku usaha.

The application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the era of globalization has also influenced the process of Indonesian government services that innovate electronically or e-government to reach wider services effectively and efficiently. However, in the implementation of e-government in Indonesia, there is still an uneven level of community adoption. Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS RBA) as one of the digital business licensing services, still finds challenges related to the level of adoption of these services by business actors. This research aims to analyze what are the factors that influence e-government adoption in the interaction stage referring to the E-Government Adoption Model (GAM) of Shareef et al. (2010). This study uses a quantitative approach and non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type by distributing online questionnaires to approximately 1,182 owners or managers of food industry MSEs in DKI Jakarta, where from the answers to the questionnaire there are 114 respondents whose data are suitable for analysis. The data was analyzed using the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling) method with the help of SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.2 and IBM SPSS Statistics 20. The results of this study indicate that (1) perceived awareness, perceived information quality, and perceived trust have a positive and significant influence on e-government adoption interaction level; (2) perceived image and perceived ability to use have a positive but insignificant influence on e-government adoption interaction level; (3) perceived security has a positive and significant influence on e-government adoption interaction level through perceived trust as mediation; and (4) perceived ability to use and perceived uncertainty have a positive but insignificant influence on e-government adoption interaction level through perceived trust as mediation. This research provides managerial implications for the government and OSS RBA organizers to optimize socialization, information quality, and user experience in the business licensing process. In addition, increased security and certainty of user experience are also needed to encourage independent adoption of OSS RBA by businesses."

The results of this study are business process and supply chain management capabilities have a mediating effect on the relationship between information technology and firm performance.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplor kepentingan ekonomi politik Jepang dalam regulasi perlindungan hak asasi manusia dalam rantai pasok global. Konsep human rights in global political economy digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam melakukan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur. Temuan dalam penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa pemerintah Jepang menerbitkan Pedoman Penghormatan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam Rantai Pasokan yang Bertanggung Jawab untuk mencapai kepentingan ekonomi politik yaitu untuk melindungi industri dari ancaman bisnis terkait potensi pelanggaran hak asasi manusia seperti yang terjadi pada Uniqlo dalam praktik kerja paksa Uighur di China dan untuk meraih posisi kepemimpinan di kawasan Asia dengan mewujudkan ‘tatanan internasional yang baru yang berasal dari Asia’ terkait regulasi perlindungan hak asasi manusia dalam rantai pasok global. Pemerintah Jepang mementingkan regulasi perlindungan hak asasi manusia dalam rantai pasok global karena hal tersebut akan membantu mencapai ‘diplomasi hak asasi manusia’ secara penuh di bawah pemerintahan Fumio Kishida. Kata Kunci: regulasi, bisnis dan hak asasi manusia, rantai pasok global, ekonomi politik.

This research aims to explore Japan's political economic interests in the regulation of human rights protection in global supply chains. The concept of human rights in the global political economy is used as a guideline in conducting this research. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through literature studies. The findings in this study show that the Japanese government issued the Guidelines for Respecting Human Rights in Global Supply Chains to achieve political economy interests, namely to protect industries from business threats related to potential human rights violations such as what happened to Uniqlo in the practice of forced labour of Uighurs in China and to gain a leadership position in the Asian region by realising a ‘new international order originating from Asia’ related to the regulation of human rights protection in global supply chains.
