"Empiris Tujuan Penelitian: Menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku penggunaan mobile banking berdasarkan e-service quality, attitude dan customer satisfaction menggunakan studi kasus perbankan konvensional dan perbankan digital
Desain / metodologi / pendekatan: Sebuah model konseptual untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan mobile banking dikembangkan berdasarkan tinjauan literatur yang ada dengan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling. Data dikumpulkan dari 532 pengguna mobile banking BCA dan 479 pengguna Jenius yang kami gunakan untuk menguji model tersebut. Data dianalisis berdasarkan Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0
Hasil Penelitian: Dari kedua studi kasus tersebut, ditemukan bahwa BCA sebagai representasi layanan mobile banking dari perbankan konvensional dan Jenius sebagai representasi dari digital banking. Namun hasil yang berbeda, yang terjadi karena journey customer yang berbeda dalam menggunakan mobile banking. Di BCA, actual use dipengaruhi oleh attitude, e-service quality, dan customer satisfaction. Namun di BCA ditemukan bahwa computer self-efficacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap attitude. Sedangkan pada Jenius, actual use dipengaruhi oleh attitude, e-service quality dan customer satisfaction. Namun di Jenius, ditemukan bahwa computer self-efficacy tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap attitude, system availability tidak berpengaruh terhadap e-service quality.
Praktisi / Implikasi Kebijakan: Memberikan wawasan kepada provider mobile banking BCA dan Jenius untuk meningkatkan e-service quality yang akan meningkatkan attitude customer satisfaction dan actual use mobile banking
Batasan Penelitian: Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk responden yang berada di Indonesia. Namun responden yang ditemukan peneliti masih terfokus di pulau Jawa, sehingga belum merata di seluruh Indonesia. Sehingga ke depannya perlu ada penelitian lain yang membahas segmen yang lebih luas dan representatif.

Research Aims : Investigate factors affecting mobile banking usage behavior based on e-service quality, attitude and customer satisfaction using case studies of conventional banking and digital banking
Design/methodology/approach: A conceptual model to investigate factors that influence mobile banking usage was developed based on the review of existing literature using the Structural Equation Modelling approach. Data collected from 532 BCA’s mobile banking users and 479 Jenius’s users we used to test the model. The data were analyzed based on on Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 3.0 Research Findings : It is found that in both case studies, BCA as a representation of mobile banking services from traditional banking and Jenius as a representation of fully digital banking. However, different results, which occur due to different user journey in using mobile banking. On the BCA, actual use is influenced by attitude, e-service quality and customer satisfaction. However at BCA, it was found that computer self-efficacy had no effect on attitude. While on Jenius, actual use is influenced by attitude, e-service quality and customer satisfaction. However at Jenius, it was found that computer self-efficacy had no significant on attitudes, system availability had no effect on e-service quality. Practitioner/Policy Implication : Providing insights to mobile banking providers BCA and Jenius to improve the e-service quality that will enhance customer satisfaction and mobile banking usage
Research Limitations : This study is aimed at respondents who are in Indonesia. However, the respondents that researchers can find are still focused on the island of Java, so it is not evenly distributed throughout Indonesia. So, there needs to be other research in the future that discusses a wider and more representative segment.

"In the current age of globalization, technology and information are one of the most rapidly developing aspects of world life. Technological advances to facilitate customers and companies in many fields, one of which is the banking sector. Some banking transactions that can be done via the internet or online are fund transfers, payment of electricity/water bills and e-commerce, investment and top-up of credit/data packages, etc. Digital banking transactions in Indonesia grew 158% in the last 5 years from January 2018 to April 2023. One of them can be seen in the growth of BNI Mobile Banking users in February 2023 reaching 14.03 million users. This number jumped 25% (YoY) when compared to the same period the previous year of 11.22 million users. E-Service Quality in its interaction with services is the degree to which a service effectively and efficiently facilitates the shopping, purchasing and delivery processes of products and services. The utilitarian dimension in the study includes security/privacy and practicality (which includes usability and ease of use). The hedonistic dimension is more subjective and personalized than the utilitarian dimension and is more related to fun and enjoyment than task completion. This dimension reflects the potential pleasure and emotional value of shopping for and using products. This research uses the PLS-SEM approach. Based on the results of the analysis, this study reveals that there are variables that can optimally improve service quality and customer loyalty for BNI mobile banking in Indonesia.

"Covid 19 membawa perubahan pada kebiasaan masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi tidak terkecuali pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Dengan demikian BSI dituntut untuk bisa melakukan adaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi agar menjadi daya tarik tersendiri oleh nasabah dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dikala pandemi. Salah satu aspek yang perlu disorot dalam melakukan inovasi pada perkembangan teknologi adalah mobile. Model E-Service Quality yang dikembangkan oleh Blut (2016) digunakan pada penelitian kali ini, bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel dari E-SERVQUAL terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah, serta komparasi antara E-SERVQUAL BSI dan Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI). Pada sisi lain, analisis skala prioritas juga digunakan untuk mengetahui dimensi apa saja yang perlu diprioritaskan oleh BSI dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas layanan elektronik. Responden terdiri dari 214 pengguna BSI dan 240 pengguna BNI. Hasil dari penelitian menggunakan metode analisis PLS-SEM pada pengguna BSI dan BNI menunjukkan bahwa dimensi E-SERVQUAL berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasaan dan loyalitas nasabah. Selain hal tersebut, jika dikomparasikan dengan BNI menggunakan uji Mann Whitney Test, diketahui bahwa BSI kalah secara signifikan pada semua dimensi kecuali the importance of sharia feature. Oleh sebab itu, dimensi-dimensi tersebut perlu ditingkatkan lagi agar dapat menciptakan loyalitas konsumen dan bersaing dengan bank lainnya.

Covid 19 brought changes to people's habits in conducting transactions, including Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Thus, BSI is required to be able to adapt to technological developments so that it becomes a special attraction for customers in meeting needs during the pandemic. One aspect that needs to be highlighted in making innovations in technological developments is mobile. The E-Service Quality model developed by Blut (2016) is used in this study, aiming to determine the effect of the variables from E-SERVQUAL on customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as the comparison between E-SERVQUAL BSI and Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI). On the other hand, priority scale analysis is also used to find out what dimensions need to be prioritized by BSI in an effort to improve the quality of electronic services. Respondents consisted of 214 BSI users and 240 BNI users. The results of the study using the PLS-SEM analysis method on BSI and BNI users showed that the E-SERVQUAL dimension had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition to this, when compared with BNI using the Mann Whitney Test, it is known that BSI loses significantly on all dimensions except the importance of sharia feature. Therefore, these dimensions need to be improved again in order to create consumer loyalty and compete with other banks."

"Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi pada era globalisasi saat sekarang ini semakin mengalami kemajuan yang pesat. Hal ini terlihat dilihat dari banyaknya sektor perbankan yang telah berinovasi dengan memunculkan layanan digital yaitu mobile banking. Salah satu bank yang telah mengembangkan layanan tersebut adalah Bank BCA, dengan BCA Mobile sebagai layanan mobile banking. Sehingga diperlukan layanan yang berkualitas bagus dalam memfasilitasi pengguna untuk menggunakan BCA Mobile. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-service quality terhadap loyalty intention atau niat loyalitas pengguna BCA Mobile. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan non- probability sampling terhadap populasi. Jumlah responden yang terkumpul pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 150 orang responden yang didapatkan melalui kuesioner online. Data yang didapatkan diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS 26.0 dengan melalui statistik deskriptif dan analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e- service quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap loyalty intention

The development of technology and information in the current era of globalization is currently experiencing rapid progress. That can be seen from the number of banking sectors that have innovated by bringing up digital services, namely mobile banking. One of the banks that has developed this service is Bank BCA, with BCA Mobile as a mobile banking service. Therefore, good quality services are needed to facilitate users to use BCA Mobile. This study aims to analyze the effect of e-service quality on the loyalty intention of BCA Mobile users. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sampling technique used in this research is a non-probability sampling of the population. The number of respondents collected in this study was 150 respondents who were obtained through a questionnaire online. The data obtained were processed using SPSS 26.0 software through descriptive statistical analysis and Simple Linear Regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that e-service quality has a positive influence on the loyalty intention of BCA Mobile users in Jabodetabek."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh user experience dan e-service quality terhadap customer loyalty dengan mediasi customer satisfaction pada aplikasi mobile coffee shop di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metodologi survei dengan analisis SEM-PLS dan melibatkan 270 responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif dari berbagai aplikasi mobile coffee shop. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa user experience memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap e-service quality dan secara langsung terhadap customer satisfaction. E-service quality tidak memiliki efek positif pada customer loyalty, penelitian ini tidak menemukan bukti yang signifikan bahwa e-service quality berdampak langsung pada customer satisfaction. Namun, customer satisfaction terbukti secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara user experience dan customer loyalty,. Generasi juga berperan sebagai variabel moderating dalam hubungan antara customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya meningkatkan user experience dan menyarankan bahwa meningkatkan kualitas layanan elektronik mungkin tidak cukup tanpa secara langsung meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan untuk membangun loyalitas pelanggan.

This study aims to examine the influence of user experience and e-service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediator in mobile coffee shop applications in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research which utilizing a survey methodology with SEM-PLS analysis. This study involved 270 respondents who are active users of various mobile coffee shop applications. The results indicated that user experience significantly affects e-service quality and directly impacts customer satisfaction. Although e-service quality did not show a positive effect on customer loyalty, the study found no significant evidence that e-service quality directly impacts customer satisfaction. However, customer satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between user experience and customer loyalty. Additionally, generation serves as a moderating variable in the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing user experience and suggest that improving electronic service quality may not be sufficient without directly increasing customer satisfaction to build customer loyalty."

"Penelitian ini membahas pembentukan loyalitas pengguna sistem layanan mobile banking melalui dukungan kualitas layanan mobile banking dalam menciptakan kepuasan penggunanya. Sistem mobile banking yang dapat digunakan secara efisien, andal, aman, tanggap selama melakukan transaksi online di bank dapat menghasilkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pengguna.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan menggunakan sistem mobile banking. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pengguna mobile banking di Jakarta. Data diolah menggunakan teknik the Structural Equation Modelling untuk pengujian hipotesis penelitian. Sebelum dilakukan pengujian the Structural Equation Modelling, terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian goodness of fit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh efisiensi, keandalan, keamanan (privasi), dan ketanggapan (komunikasi) terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas. Sekanjutnya kepuasan menempatkan pengaruh positif langsung terhadap loyalitas. Saran untuk penelitian mendatang, penelitian selanjutnya harus memasukan variabel brand reputation dan compliant-based-service yang masih jarang diteliti oleh untuk mengukur loyalitas bank.

This study describes building the loyalty of mobile banking users through supporting service quality to create users satisfaction. Mobile banking system that gives efficiency, reliable, secured and responsive in make online transaction at bank can be produced users satisfaction and loyalty.
Purpose of study is to examine the impact of service quality on loyalty through satisfaction of mobile banking users in Jakarta. Datagathering is performed using questionnaire that distributed to mobile banking users in Jakarta. Further data is processed using the Structural Equation Modelling to testing the research hyphotesis. Before is performed testing with the Structural Equation Modelling, it is formed testing to goodness of fit previously. This study founds that efficiency, reliability, security and privacy, responnsiveness and communication have direct and positive impact on satisfaction and loyalty. Further, satisfaction has direct and positive impact on loyalty of mobile banking users.
As recommendation for next research, next study must include bank reputation and compliant-based-service as the variable yang that rarely studied to testing bank loyalty.

"Sekarang ini industri perbankan memanfaatkan teknologi dengan menggunakan layanan mobile banking guna memudahkan nasabahnya dalam bertransaksi. Pemanfaatan tersebut juga dilakukan oleh Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN). Namun berdasarkan data, terdapat penurunan pengguna mobile banking pada bulan Juli sampai September 2020 di BTN Kantor Cabang Jakarta Cawang. Hal ini diasumsikan adanya pengaruh niat keberlanjutan nasabah. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh penerimaan dan kegunaan terhadap niat keberlanjutan melalui kepuasan dan sikap untuk menggunakan mobile banking BTN pada nasabah BTN Kantor Cabang Jakarta Cawang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei berdasarkan convenience sampling. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 107 orang yang didapatkan melalui online questionnaire. Data yang didapatkan diolah menggunakan SPSS dengan teknik analisa jalur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penerimaan dan kegunaan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan, kegunaan juga memiliki pengaruh pada sikap, lalu kepuasan memiliki pengaruh pada sikap, terakhir kegunaan, kepuasan, dan sikap berpengaruh terhadap niat keberlanjutan.

Nowadays the banking industry is utilizing technology making a mobile banking services. This service is also carried out by Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN). However, based on data, there was a decrease in mobile banking users from July to September 2020 at the BTN Jakarta Cawang Branch Office. It is assumed that there is an effect of continuance intention to use mobile banking. Therefore, this study aims to identify the effect of confirmation and perceived usefulness on continuance intention through satisfaction and attitudes to use BTN mobile banking for BTN customers at the Jakarta Cawang Branch Office. This study used a quantitative approach through a survey method based on convenience sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 107 people who were obtained through online questionnaires. The data obtained were processed using SPSS with path analysis technique. The results of this study found that confirmation and perceived usefulness have a significant effect on satisfaction, perceived usefulness also have a significant effect on attitudes, then satisfaction have an effect but not significant on attitudes, lastly perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and attitudes have a significant effect on continuance intention. In addition, attitude and satisfaction are successful mediators for perceived usefulness.

"Peningkatan aktivitas pembayaran dan transaksi online mendorong transformasi produk dan layanan perbankan. Di era big data, ulasan menjadi penting bagi bank untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan nasabah sebagai masukan untuk perbaikan. Saat bank merilis aplikasi mobile banking di Google Play Store, pelanggan dapat memberikan ulasan tentang pengalaman mereka menggunakan aplikasi tertentu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami sentimen pengguna aplikasi mobile banking melalui analisis sentimen. Metode Natural Language Processing (NLP) digunakan untuk mengekstrak data teks, meliputi: pra-proses, analisis sentimen setiap ulasan dan analisis lima dimensi kualitas layanan berbasis mobile. Beberapa masalah dan dimensi kualitas layanan harus ditingkatkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Dengan adanya kemungkinan pengguna untuk terus menggunakan mobile banking, bank dapat memprediksi perilaku pelanggan di masa mendatang.

Increased online payment and transaction activities drive the transformation of banking products and services. In the big data era, reviews are important for banks to discover customer’s satisfaction levels as input for improvement. As banks release mobile banking applications in Google Play Store, customers can leave reviews regarding their experience using certain applications. The purpose of this study is to understand customer sentiment of mobile banking applications through sentiment analysis. Natural Language Processing (NLP) method is used to extract the text data, including: pre-processing, analysing the sentiment of each review and analysing the sentiment of five dimensions of e-service quality. Some issues and dimensions of service quality should be improved to satisfy customers’ needs. Discovering the probability of continuing to use mobile banking, a bank may predict the future behaviour of the customers."

"Dengan kemajuan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi serta munculnya layanan 3G dan 4G oleh perusahaan telekomunikasi, teknologi seluler telah menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Layanan seluler telah diperkenalkan di berbagai sektor termasuk pemerintah, perbankan, healthcare, dan perdagangan. Bank Mandiri, sebagai salah satu entitas penyedia jasa keuangan di Indonesia, memiliki produk layanan keuangan mobile banking dengan nama mandiri online.
Penelitian ini menggunakan 115 sampel responden dan bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh perceived trust, perceived ease of use, perceived, perceived usefulness, autonomous motivation dan controlled motivation terhada behavioral intention nasabah dalam menggunakan mobile banking. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pengguna jasa keuangan Bank Mandiri selama 6 enam bulan terakhir. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perceived trust, perceived usefulness dan controlled motivation tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Di sisi lain, perceived ease of use dan autonomous motivation memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap behavioral intention.

With the advancement of Information and Communication Technology and the emergence of 3G and 4G services by telecom companies, mobile technology has become an integral part of our day to day life. Mobile services have been introduced in many different sectors including government, banking, healthcare, and commerce. Bank Mandiri, as one of financial service intitution in Indonesia, has lauched the product of mobile banking ldquo mandiri online rdquo.
This study user 115 sample respondent and aims to analyze determinants of behavioral intention such to use mobile banking such as perceived trust, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, autonomous motivation and controlled motivation. Data for this research were collected from Bank Mandiri consumers, specifically those who used mobile banking services in the last 6 six months. They were then analyzed using Multiple Linier Regression.
The result of this research shows that perceived trust, perceived usefulness adan controlled motivation does not have significant effect on behavioral intention. Meanwhile, perceived ease of use and autonomous motivation has significant and positive effect on behavioral intention.
