"Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh dari innovation attributes terhadap repurchase intention pada halal-labeled product PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan orang yang pernah membeli produk Indofood dan berdomisili di wilayah Jabodetabek dengan total sampel sebanyak 188 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh dimensi dari innovation attributes, yaitu relative advantage, trialability, observability, dan compatibility memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap repurchase intention kecuali dimensi complexity yang memiliki pengaruh negatif. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa innovation attributes akan mampu meningkatkan repurchase intention.

This study examines the influence of innovation attributes to repurchase intention on halal-labeled product PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Respondents in this study were people who had bought Indofood products and lived in Jabodetabek area with a total sample of 188 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS simple linear regression test. The results showed that all dimensions of the innovation attributes, namely relative advantage, trialability, observability, and compatibility had a positive influence on repurchase intention except for the complexity dimension which had a negative influence. This indicates that the innovation attributes will be able to increase repurchase intention.

"Product harm crisis dari produk otomotif merupakan kejadian yang lumrah dalam dunia industri otomotif, dari major sampai minor defect. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kompleksnya rangkaian proses produksi dari awal hingga akhir. Terdapat empat strategi product recall yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan dalam menghadapi situasi ini, yaitu menolak recall atau deny, melakukan recall atas paksaan hukum atau involuntary recall, recall secara sukarela atau voluntary recall, dan super effort. Namun dalam studi ini penulis hanya meneliti tiga variabel sesuai dengan strategi product recall yang pernah dilakukan di Indonesia.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari masing-masing strategi recall terhadap manufacturer’s image, consumer loyalty, dan repurchase intention. Objek penelitian ini adalah Honda yang melakukan voluntary recall dan super effort dan Toyota yang melakukan deny recall pada tahun 2014. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah user Honda dan user Toyota. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya strategi super effort yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap imej perusahaan, dan loyalitas konsumen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap repurchase intention.

Product harm crisis from automotive product is a fairly usual event that happens in automotive industry, from minor to major defect. Which happens with abundant factors including complexity of production process from the starting until finishing phase. There were four possible product recall strategy that could be accomplished by the firm, such as deny recall, involuntary recall, voluntary recall, and super effort.Although this research only consider three strategy which had took place in Indonesia. This research focuses to understand the effect of each product recall strategy on manufacturer’s image, consumer loyalty, and repurchase intention. The object of this study is Honda which had accomplished voluntary recall and super effort strategy and Toyota which had accomplished deny recall in 2014. The result of this study is super effort is the only strategy that has positive significant effect on manufacturer’s image, and so does consumer loyalty effect on repurchase intention.

"Internet dan telepon selular, dalam dua dekade terakhir sangat mempengaruhi kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Industri pakaian adalah salah satu industri yang mempunyai banyak peminat di Indonesia, dan kini mulai tumbuh bisnis pakaian online. Berbagai merek-merek lokal dalam fashion industry Indonesia pun bermunculan, mulai dari Nikicio, Cotton Ink, Peter Says Denim, Up, Monday to Sunday, Pop Meets Pop, Tru, DAMN! I Love Indonesia dan masih banyak lagi. Namun ketidakmampuan untuk memeriksa secara fisik produk ketika belanja online meningkatkan persepsi resiko yang terkait dengan belanja online. Karena itu para pengusaha online, khususnya di bidang pakaian, sangat peduli terhadap bagaimana membangun ekuitas merek yang tinggi agar pelanggan dapat loyal dan melakukan repurchase intention.
Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengambil studi kasus salah satu online brand lokal yaitu, Cotton Ink. Kemudian penelitian ini melibatkan 269 responden yang pernah berbelanja produk Cotton Ink di website www.cottonink-shop.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan berjenis eksploratori dan kausal-eksplanatori. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non-probability sampling dan judgemental sampling. Model penelitian dengan empat belas hipotesis dalam penelitian akan diuji dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan dan positif antara ekuitas merek (brand equity) dengan niat pembelian kembali (repurchase intention).

Internet and mobile phones, in the last two decades greatly affect the social life of the community. Clothing industry is one industry that has many enthusiasts in Indonesia, and has now started growing, online clothing business. Various local brands in the fashion industry Indonesia also appear, from Nikicio, Cotton Ink, Peter Says Denim, Up, Monday to Sunday, Pop Meets Pop, Tru, DAMN! I Love Indonesia and many more. However, the inability to physically examine the products when shopping online increases the perception of risk associated with online shopping. Therefore online entrepreneurs, especially in the areas of clothing, very concerned about how to build high brand equity so that customers are loyal and do repurchase intention.
In this study, the authors studied the case of one local brand online named, Cotton Ink. This study included 269 respondents who had shopped at Cotton Ink?s website, www.cottonink-shop.com.This study used quantitative methods, and the type is exploratory and causal-explanatory. Sampling was done by a non-probability sampling and judgmental sampling. A research model with fourteen hypothesis in this study will be tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that there are significant and positive relationship between brand equity (brand equity) with the intention to repurchase (repurchase intention).

"Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh suasana toko terhadap minat beli kembali pada Eiger Adventure Store. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam Penelitian ini adalah 100 orang yang berusia 18 tahun hingga 55 tahun, yang sudah pernah membeli produk di Eiger Adventure Store minimal 1-2 kali. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling, serta teknik penarikan sampel purposive. Instrumen Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, dan data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa suasana toko memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap minat beli kembali pada Eiger Adventure Store.

The objective of this research is to analyze how is the effect of store atmosphere towards repurchase intention on Eiger Adventure Store. This research applied the quantitative approach. The sample of this research is 100 people aged 18 years old and above, who has ever bought a product at Eiger Adventure Store with a minimum 1-2 times of purchased. The method used in this research is the non-probability sampling method, with purposive sampling technique. This research used questionnaire as the research instrument, and analyzed the data using linear regression. The result of this research indicates that store atmosphere has strong effect towards repurchase intention on Eiger Adventure Store.

"Tesis ini membahas pengaruh country of origin, product quality, dan self-congruity terhadap repurchase intention konsumen kendaraan LCGC Indonesia. Peneliti juga meneliti apakah terdapat moderasi dari self-congruity terhadap pengaruh country of origin dan product quality terhadap repurchase intention konsumen kendaraan LCGC Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan kepada produsen kendaraan LCGC untuk mengubah strategi pemasaran mereka, dan mengubah image pengguna LCGC untuk dapat meningkatkan penjualan kendaraan LCGC. Peneliti juga telah memberikan saran untuk penelitian berikutnya untuk mengingkatkan kualitas dari penelitian terhadap repurchase intention konsumen kendaraan LCGC Indonesia.

This thesis discusses the influence of country of origin, product quality, and self-congruity consumer intention to repurchase the vehicle LCGC Indonesia. Researcher wants to know which factors that most affecting the consumer intention to repurchase the LCGC vehicle Indonesia. From the results of the study, the researcher suggests the LCGC vehicle manufacturers to change their marketing strategies, and change the image of LCGC users to be able to increase vehicle sales LCGC. Researchers have also provided suggestions for subsequent research to remind the quality of research on repurchase intention vehicle LCGC Indonesian consumers.

"Penilitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara consumer innovativeness dan Intensi Pembelian kembali dalam perilaku belanja online pada mahasiswa. Consumer Innovativeness didefinisikan oleh Goldsmith dan Hofacker (1991 dalam Binge-Alcaniz dkkk, 2008) sebagai kecenderungan untuk menyambut dan mengadopsi produk-produk baru. Sedangkan intensi repurchase dijelaskan sebagai kemungkinan subjektif bahwa individu akan terus membeli suatu produk dari penjual atau toko online dikemudian hari (Chiu dkk, 2008). Alat ukur Consumer Innovativeness adalah Domain spesific innovativeness (Goldsmith & Hofacker dalam Binge-Alcaniz dkk, 2008), sedangkan Intensi Repurchase adalah Repurchase Intention dari Parasuraman dkk (dalam chiu dkk, 2008). Pengukuran consumer innovativeness menggunakan alat ukur Domain spesific. Responden 453 mahasiswa di daerah Jabodetabek. Metode pengambilan sampel diperoleh dengan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara consumer innovativeness dan intensi repurchase pada perilaku belanja online (r = 0.326; p = 0.000). Artinya, semakin tinggi consumer innovativeness, maka semakin tinggi intensi untuk melakukan repurchase. Implikasinya toko online perlu melakukan identifikasi pada konsumen yang memiliki karakteristik inovatif agar dapat meningkatkan intensi repurchase.

This research was conducted to find the correlation between consumer innovativeness and repurchase intention toward online shopping behavior on college students. Consumer innovativeness defined by Goldsmith and Hofacker (In, Binge-Alcaniz et. al, 2008) as a tendency to welcome and to adopt new products, while repurchase intention refers to the subjective probability that an individual will continue to purchase products from the online vendor or store in the future (Chiu et.al, 2008). Consumer innovativeness was measured using an instrument named Domain Spesific Innovativeness (Goldsmith & Hofacker, in Binge-Alcaniz, 2008) and Repurchase Intention was measured using an instrument by Parasuraman et. al., (2008). This research involved 453 undergraduate students around Jabodetabek. Sampling method using accidental sampling in which questionnaire was seperated through social media. The result of this research show that consumer innovativeness positively correlated with repurchase intention( r = 0.326; p = 0.000). Which means, the highest consumer innovativeness someone?s own, showing the higher repurchase interion. The implication of this research for online shop is to identify consumer with innovativeness characteristic, in order to increase their intention to repurchase.

"Indonesia mendapat peringkat ketiga pada kategori modest fashion menurut State of the Global Islamic Economy Report. Dengan begitu, menandakan bahwa industri fashion di Indonesia yang semakin menguat dan membuat peluang pasar yang cukup baik bagi para pelaku usaha. Kebutuhan Informasi agar merek-merek local dapat bertahan dengan adanya trend modest fashion ini. Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi muslim di Indonesia dalam repurchase intention terhadap brand modest fashion pada muslim di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dan diolah dengan SmartPLS 3. Terdapat 227 responden yang berhasil dikumpulkan, ditemukan bahwa trust on brand modest fashion (TB), dan attitude toward buying modest fashion product (ATT) memberikan pengaruh pada repurchase intention on brand modest fashion (RI). Religiosity (R) memberikan pengaruh negative secara langsung pada RI tetapi memberikan pengaruh positif secara tidak langsung melalui variabel ATT. Akan tetapi, subjective norms (SN) dan perceived behavioral control (PBC) ditemukan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap RI. Namun, SN mempengaruhi RI secara tidak langsung melalui ATT.

Indonesia is ranked third in the modest fashion category according to the State of the Global Islamic Economy Report. That way, it indicates that the fashion industry in Indonesia is getting stronger and makes a pretty good market opportunity for business people. Information is needed so that local brands can survive with this modest fashion trend. So, this study aims to look at the factors that can influence Muslims in Indonesia in repurchase intention of modest fashion brands on Muslims in Indonesia. This study uses the PLS-SEM method and is processed with SmartPLS 3. There are 227 respondents collected, it was found that trust on brand modest fashion (TB), and attitude towards buying modest fashion products (ATT) have an influence on repurchase intention on brand modest fashion (RI). Religiosity (R) exerts a negative influence directly on RI but exerts a positive influence indirectly through the ATT variable. However, subjective norms (SN) and perceived behavioural control (PBC) were found to have no significant effect on RI. However, SN affects RI indirectly through ATT."

"Pada kehidupan masyarakat modern, penggunaan internet dan online shopping adalah hal yang tidak asing lagi. Di Indonesia, khususnya di kota besar seperti Jakarta dan sekitarnya, melakukan kegiatan belanja secara online adalah hal yang lumrah. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya dan waktu luang yang sempit, seringkali masyarakat menggunakan fasilitas online shopping ini. Salah satu situs yang menjadi tujuan masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sandangnya adalah Zalora Indonesia (zalora.co.id).
Penelitian ini ingin membuktikan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi konsumen untuk berbelanja lagi di situs online shopping yang sama. Faktor-faktor yang diuji adalah perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness dan trust. Ketiga faktor ini diuji terhadap faktor enjoyment dan repurchase intention. Penelitian ini juga ingin melihat apakah faktor enjoyment dapat berperan sebagai mediasi. Dalam penelitian ini, yang menjadi sampel adalah mereka yang pernah berbelanja di zalora.co.id selama 6 bulan terakhir, berusia diatas 17 tahun dan tinggal di wilayah Jabodetabek. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah menggunakan teknik multiple regression pada software SPSS.
Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness dan trust memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap enjoyment dan repurchase intention konsumen serta enjoyment dapat menjadi faktor mediasi antara hubungan perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness, trust dengan repurchase intention dalam konteks berbelanja di situs Zalora Indonesia.

In modern society, the usage of internet and online shopping are very common. In Indonesia, especially the big cities such as Jakarta and the surrounding areas, the practice of online shopping is usual. To fulfill their needs and the lack of spare time, people tend to use online shopping. One of the sites most people visit to fulfill their fashion and apparel needs is Zalora Indonesia (zalora.co.id).
This research wants to prove what are the factors affecting consumers to shop at the same online shopping site. Factors being tested in this research are perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness and trust. All three factors were tested to factor enjoyment and factor repurchase intention. This research also tested if enjoyment could be a mediating factor. In this research, the samples are those who had shopped at zalora.co.id for the last 6 months, 17 years old and older and live around Jabodetabek. Data collected then analyzed with multiple regression technique using SPSS software.
The result showed that perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness and trust have positive affect to consumers enjoyment and repurchase intention and also enjoyment has proven to have mediating effect between the relationship of perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness, trust and repurchase intention in the context of shopping at Zalora Indonesia.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi consumers’ repurchase intention terhadap green product (personal care) pada Generasi Z di Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pria dan wanita dengan rentang usia 18-27 tahun, berdomisili di Indonesia, dan pernah menggunakan green personal care dalam 6 (enam) bulan terakhir. Terdapat 339 responden terkumpul dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti ingin mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi personal norm dan consumers’ repurchase intention serta peran personal norm sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ascription of responsibility, efficacy, social norm, dan ECSR initiatives memiliki efek positif secara langsung terhadap personal norm serta efek positif secara tidak langsung terhadap repurchase intention melalui personal norm sebagai mediator. Serta, ascription of responsibility, efficacy, ECSR initiatives, dan personal norm memiliki efek positif secara langsung terhadap repurchase intention.

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing consumers' repurchase intention towards green products (personal care) among Generation Z in Indonesia. The samples used in this study were men and women with an age range of 18-27 years, domiciled in Indonesia, and had used green personal care products within the last six months. A total of 339 respondents were collected using purposive sampling methods. In this study, the research aims to identify the factors affecting personal norm and consumers' repurchase intention, as well as the role of personal norm as a mediator. The quantitative study conducted using the Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study found that ascription of responsibility, efficacy, social norm, and ECSR initiatives have a direct positive effect on personal norm and an indirect positive effect on repurchase intention through personal norm as a mediator. Additionally, ascription of responsibility, efficacy, ECSR initiatives, and personal norm have a direct positive effect on repurchase intention. "

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengaruh rekomendasi vlogger terhadap variabel repurchase intention . Pengaruh rekomendasi ini kemudian dibagi menjadi beberapa variabel indikator yaitu perceived usefulness, trust, dan attitude. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang menerapkan model dari penelitian sebelumnya Hsu et al.,2013 yang kemudian disesuaikan dengan kondisi objek penelitian. Data penelitian ini diolah dengan software SPSS 20, menggunakan analisa reliabilitas, validitas dan regresi berganda dan sederhana . Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa variabel reputation memoderasi secara signifikan pengaruh dari perceived usefulness, trust, dan attitude terhadap repurchase intention.

This research discusses the effect of vlogger recommendation towards repurchase intention. The effect is then observed from several variables such as perceived usefulness, trust, and attitude. This descriptive research applied model from previous research Hsu et al.,2013 that is modified to accomodate the research object. Data from this research is proccessed through SPSS 20, using realibility test, validity test, and regression tests. The result of the tests show that reputation as moderating variabel significantly influence perceived usefulness, trust, and attitude towards repurchase intention."
