"Kegiatan entrepreneurship merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan ekonomi dan sosial suatu negara. Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk menghasilkan entrepreneur yang berkompeten dan berdaya saing adalah dengan menerapkan entrepreneurial education di perguruan tinggi, yaitu salah satunya di Universitas Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting bagi universitas untuk mengetahui intensi berwirausaha agar dapat mengembangkan potensi dan ide-ide kreatif dari mahasiswa. Dengan demikian penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana tingkat entrepreneurial intentions mahasiswa yang dilihat dari faktor pendidikan (education), sikap (attitude) dan budaya (culture). Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan melibatkan partisipan responden mahasiswa sarjana di Universitas Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dalam bentuk g-form yang disebarkan secara online dan offline, dengan kriteria responden mahasiswa sarjana Universitas Indonesia yang pernah atau sedang mengikuti mata kuliah entrepreneurship. Data kuesioner terkumpul sebanyak 315 tanggapan, namun hanya 262 tanggapan yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Analisis data deskriptif digunakan dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 19, dan analisis data PLS-SEM dilakukan dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 4 untuk menguji hipotesis. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial education dan entrepreneurial attitude mempengaruhi entrepreneurial intentions secara signifikan positif, entrepreneurial education mempengaruhi entrepreneurial attitude secara signifikan positif dan entrepreneurial attitude memiliki efek moderasi terhadap entrepreneurial education dengan entrepreneurial intentions secara signifikan positif. Selanjutnya, hasil dari variabel culture gagal menjelaskan efek sebagai variabel moderasi dari hubungan entrepreneurial education dengan entrepreneurial attitude, sehingga hasil tersebut negatif dan tidak signifikan.

Entrepreneurship activities are very important in the economic and social development of a country. One of the government's efforts to produce competent and competitive entrepreneurs is by implementing entrepreneurial education in universities, one of which is at the University of Indonesia. Therefore, it is very important for universities to know their entrepreneurial intentions so they can develop students' potential and creative ideas. Thus this research is carried out with the aim of analyzing how the level of entrepreneurial intentions of students is seen from the factors of education (education), attitude (attitude) and culture (culture). A quantitative approach was used in this study by involving undergraduate student respondents at the University of Indonesia. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires in the form of g-forms which were distributed online and offline, with the criteria of respondents being undergraduate students at the University of Indonesia who had or were currently taking entrepreneurship courses. Questionnaire data collected as many as 300 responses, but only 262 responses met the research criteria. Descriptive data analysis was used with the help of SPSS version 19 software, and PLS-SEM data analysis was carried out with the help of SmartPLS version 4 software to test the hypothesis. The findings of this study indicate that entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial attitude influence entrepreneurial intentions significantly positively, entrepreneurial education influences entrepreneurial attitudes significantly positively and entrepreneurial attitude has a moderating effect on entrepreneurial education with entrepreneurial intentions significantly positively. Furthermore, the results of the culture variable failed to explain the effect as a moderating variable on the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial attitude, so the results were negative and not significant."

"Entreprenuerial learning in secondary vocational school aims to produce graduates to overcome the problem of unemployment. This study aimed to identify formation of attitudes and awareness of entrepreneurship towards vocational students after obtaining entrepreneurial training. The effect of entrepreneurial training is measured from the activities of teaching in class, mastery of entrepreneurship, atmosphere/climate of learning, the interest of students on entrepreneurship, and attitudes of students postining. Research with quantitative approach was carried out to 95 student of grade 3 SMK 1 Ternate with background in accounting, office administration marketing, tourism businesses and information technology. Data and information actual through questionnaire prepared in accordance with the variables to be measured. Results showed that a significant contribution of teaching entrepreneurship on the formation of entrepreneurial attitude. This means the higher the level of mastery learning and the better the quality of the learning entrepreneurship atmosphere the greater implications for the change of entrepreneurial attitude. It is recommended that managers SMK supports the effort to create entrepreneurial attitude. Through increased teacher competence in the area of entrepreneurship, and empowerment of the role of principal as motivator entrepreneurial behavior in school."

"Persaingan di era digital semakin ketat, terutama di industri telekomunikasi seluler yang telah berkembang sejak tahun 1993 di Indonesia dan menjadi salah satu industri dengan pertumbuhan yang sangat stabil. Namun, 3 sampai 5 tahun terakhir, persaingan muncul tidak hanya dari penyedia layanan, jaringan, dan perangkat telekomunikasi, tetapi juga dari telekomunikasi digital. Perkembangan ini memaksa manajemen di unit bisnis perusahaan untuk menjadi lebih proaktif dan inovatif dalam mengembangkan bisnis mereka. Situasi ini mendorong sebuah riset dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor apakah yang dapat menjaga dan meningkatkan kinerja unit bisnis pada perusahaan telekomunikasi seluler untuk dapat tetap bersaing dengan perusahaan digital dengan mengandalkan organizational culture, corporate entrepreneurship, dan customer relationship management. Dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner kepada manajer unit bisnis di beberapa perusahaan telekomunikasi seluler di Indonesia dan menggunakan metode penelitian structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), penelitian ini menghasilkan implikasi bahwa, di tingkat unit bisnis, manajerial perlu untuk menumbuhkan dan mempertahankan innovativeness, yang merupakan dimensi dari corporate entrepreneurship, dan secara rutin melakukan proses pengumpulan dan penyimpanan customer data, yang merupakan dimensi dari CRM success implementation, sehingga secara langsung dapat menjaga dan meningkatkan organizational performance terutama pada dimensi customer perspective.

 


Competition in the digital era is getting tougher, especially in the cellular telecommunication industry which has been developing since 1993 in Indonesia and has become one of the industries with very stable growth. However, in the last 3 to 5 years, competition has arisen not only from service providers, networks and telecommunication equipment, but also from digital telecommunication. This development forced management in the companys business units to be more proactive and innovative in developing their business. This situation encourages research with the aim of identifying and exploring wheter factors that can maintain and improve the performance of business units in cellular telecommunication companies in order to remain competitive with digital companies by relying on organizational culture, corporate entrepreneurship, and customer relationship management. By distributing questionnaires to business unit managers in several cellular telecommunication companies in Indonesia and using structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) research method, this research has implications that, at the business unit level, managerial needs to grow and maintain innovativeness, which is a dimension of corporate entrepreneurship, and routinely conducts the process of collecting and storing customer data, which is a dimension of CRM success implementation, so it can directly maintain and improve organizational performance, especially in the dimension of customer perspective."
