"Classical fiqh, which is based on classical Usul al-Fiqh, has often been considered out of date and no longer has its effectiveness at handling new problems. The article is a study critically addressed to the classical theory of Usul al-fiqh, which is commonly accused as a factor that made fiqh static and has nothing to do with reality. The writer proposes, then, how to develop a new model of fiqh that is more sensitive to the real issues of society, left fiqh. The left fiqh is fiqh that takes side with oppressed, impoverished people (mustad‘afin) and demands criticism to a hegemonic power. This is an antithesis to mainstream fiqh, which tends to be used to protect people with the power. It is expected that left fiqh may colourize both the process and the result of ijtihad of Muslim scholars. Fiqh that is not sensitive to human problems will merely legitimate illegal collusion. If fiqh does not insist on handling and overcoming human problems, it will experience two problems: first, fiqh will indulge in its settled condition as a well established doctrine and will be always considered unnecessary. Second, fiqh will progressively narrow its role merely focused on ritual and make its self powerless at solving daily human problems."

"The ontological question of woman’s nature forms the focus of this essay, which develops the theory of “woman-becoming…” to examine how the hegemonic patriarchal discourses and constructs of woman and femininity are subverted and reinterpreted in two speculative short stories by transnational Southeast Asian women writers, namely Intan Paramaditha’s “Beauty and the Seventh Dwarf” (2018) and Isabel Yap’s “Good Girls” (2021). Of interest here are the gender possibilities of the female characters, which uphold women’s freedom, agency, thinking, feeling, creation, narration and expression in the making of herstory—indeed, everywoman’s potential for change and transformation, and to become more than what society expects and demands from woman. Materialized through the resistant and rebellious multitudinous female self and body, woman’s becoming and her gender possibilities ultimately interrogate, vex and unsettle the entrenched sociocultural and politicized meanings, representations and stereotypes of woman’s nature in the Southeast Asian context."

"This research is based on appearance of various change, generally in the society and specially in college. Faculty Social Science and Politics University Indonesia ( FISIP-UI) represent one of the faculty which under UI BRIAN ( Legal Body Public of Ownership) is not quit of these problems. To stay at emulation which progressively tighten, FISIP-UI is not only claimed to be able to give best service but it is also claimed to make a change up better continually. Some expert suggest in order can live in emulation era which progressively tighten require to master learning organization. In this bearing, Senge (1994:21) told that organization learning is organization which continually develop its ability to create better future. Later; than transform become organization learning. Senge, 1994 and Senge, et, al 1996 6) said organization must having five discipline, those are Personal Mastery, Mental Model, Shared Vision, Team Learning, System Thinking. This research is done to answer two questions of research, that is : First, How far the Non Academic Staff of organization either State servant or Non State Servant doing the learning organization in FISIP-UI ? Second; What obstacles influence the Non Academic either State servant or Non State Servant on learning organization in FISIP-UI
This research represents descriptive research, using the quantitative and qualitative data. The population is non academic staff whether having state servant status or non state servant. According to the ability of researcher, this research is not include the staffs ruder non regular programs, but concentrate to the staffs of Dean/ faculty, which are the servants who are recruited by and get the salary from the faculty. This Research is done during the month of January, 2004 up to April month. 2004. The amount of population is 131 consists of 71 people of state servant and 60 of non state servant. Research use the sensus methods; therefore all of population is taken as sample of this research; using questionnaires as the tools in collecting quantitative data. From 71 of questionnaires we have distributed to all of non academic staff, we could gather 65 back only. Later, than for non state servant, from 60 questionnaires we have distributed, 57 peoples gave back and the rest, 3 did not give back them. For qualitative data, is done by the un structured interview method to 8 respondent which is assumed having competence or representative to non academic staff of FISIP-UT. After gathering quantitative data later; than processed them using computer by SPSS 10.00 program. Test appliance used the tables of frequency and cross tabulation.
Based on analysis and data interpretation, obtained the result that just a few part of whether the state servant and non state servant of non academic staff is having high grade of learning. The factors of mastering the organization learning are : habit of waiting the order from superior staff or manager, self satisfaction sense, surrender with situation, poor of ability to accurate and investigate. Later; than the less of superior or manager support , in getting news ideas which appear bottom-up ; and also less opportunity to do wrongness in order have ability to develop and run new ideas. Formulation of mission and vision which is not be on down warded and socialized better. Besides, the non academic staff of FISIP-UI is also still less to attend the dialogue, discussion, seminar, meeting etc."

"Pada akhir Pelita V, dan dalam transisi memasuki Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Tahap II. pemerintah telah mengeluarkan berbagai kebijakan deregulasi dan debirokratisasi. Salah satu terobosan strategis yang telah dilakukan adalah memberi izin kepada Unit Pelaksana Tekhnis (UPT) di lingkungan Departemen/Lembaga untuk menjadi unit swadana. Salah satu UPT di lingkungan Depkes yang menjadi objek penelitian dianggap berpotensi untuk membiayai dirinya sendiri adalah Bapelkes Cilandak yang menyelenggarakan pelatihan bagi pegawai di lingkungan Depkes.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peluang yang tersedia sebagai pasar berdasarkan data kuantitatif cukup besar, untuk menjadikan Balai Pelatihan Kesehatan (Bapelkes) Cilandak sebagai unit swadana.
Dibalik peluang yang ada, secara internal organisasi Bapelkes Cilandak masih memiliki beberapa kelemahan yang perlu dibenahi dan ditangani seperti kurangnya tenaga staf dan tenaga instruktur yang berpendidikan, berkualitas dan memiliki pengetahuan yang luas, serta pengembangan prasarana fisik dan fasilitas. Visi dan misi organisasi belum dikomunikasikan kepada seluruh jajaran dalam organisasi, struktur organisasi yang belum menampung seluruh kegiatan operasional, budaya organisasi yang kurang disiplin, belum memiliki nilai-nilai dan norma-norma yang bisa mendukung organisasi, perlu dirubah dan kemudian ditumbuh kembangkan, sehingga organisasi bisa produktif.
Dalam memanfaatkan peluang yang tersedia, Bapelkes dapat mengembangkan growth strategies, dengan dukungan business strategies, seperti differentiation, focus, dan ciptakan jasa pelatihan andalan yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat dalam persaingan.
Untuk menuju ke arah swadana, Bapelkes dapat mengembangkan "strategi aliansi", seraya membenahi kekuatan internal organisasi terutama sumber daya manusia instruktur yang menjadi "key success factors". Perlu peran manajemen tim, dalam menyusun kurikulum pelatihan, modul-modul dan metode pelatihan, melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui "training needs".
Dengan mendasari pada pemikiran David Osborne dan Ted Gaebler, "government enterprising; earning rather than spending", maka dengan informasi peluang yang tersedia, manajemen dapat mengambi.l keputusan yang tepat untuk menjadikan Bapelkes sebagai unit swadana, sehingga dimasa yang akan datang Bapelkes yang tadinya "cost centre" dapat menjadi "profit centre"."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara keterikatan karyawan dengan komitmen afektif organisasi pada karyawan PT X. Hasil studi korelasi terhadap 103 orang karyawan tetap di PT X menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara keterikatan karyawan dengan komitmen afektif organisasi (r=0.65, p<0.01). Berdasarkan hasil studi korelasi tersebut, peneliti menerapkan program perubahan secara terencana melalui pelatihan Make Things Happen. Secara keseluruhan hasil pre-test dan post-test terhadap 13 orang responden menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada evaluasi pembelajaran yang signifikan. Meskipun demikian, berdasarkan uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test, hasil pre-test dan post-test terhadap 5 orang responden yang menjadi target utama pelatihan, menunjukkan hasil yang tidak signifikan. Hasil yang tidak signifikan dapat disebabkan jumlah responden penelitian yang terlalu kecil dan adanya limitasi lainnya pada penelitian ini.

This study aims on examining the relationship between employee engagement (EE) and affective organization commitment (AOC). The result of correlational study on 103 permanent employees of PT X showed that there was significantly positive relationship between EE and AOC (r=0.65, p<0.01). Based on the result of said correlational study, the researcher implement structured change programme through Make Things Happen training. Overall the pre-test and post-test result to 13 respondents showed improvement on learning evaluation significantly. However, based on Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test, the result of pre-test and post-test on 5 respondents who were the main target of tis study showed insignificant result. The insignificant result caused by the small amount of respondents and some limitations in this study."

"Anggota organisasi yang memiliki organizational citizenship behavior OCB yang rendah, terbukti akan memiliki kinerja yang rendah. Studi sebelumnya telah membahas mengenai OCB secara komprehensif dalam perspektif ilmu Bisnis, Manajemen, dan Psikologi. Keseluruhan studi tersebut telah menggambarkan bukti empiris bahwa OCB terkait dengan kinerja organisasi. Namun kajian terdahulu ini memiliki kelemahan yaitu tidak mengkaji faktor yang dapat berkontribusi pada pembentukan OCB itu sendiri. Berbeda dengan kajian sebelumnya, artikel ini mengkaji OCB dari sudut pandang sosiologi, khususnya perspektif modal sosial sebagaimana modal sosial terbukti dapat berkontribusi terhadap pembentukan komitmen anggota organisasi dalam bekerja sama satu sama lain. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini akan mengkaji mengenai OCB berbasiskan pada modal sosial di PT G4S Cash Service dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data akan diperoleh melalui observasi, studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam.

Members of organization with low organizational citizenship behavior OCBs will prove to have low performance. Previous studies have examined OCBs comprehensively in perspective of Business, Management, and Psychology. The whole study has illustrated empirical evidence that OCBs are related to organizational performance, but these studies have weaknesses that it does not examine factors that can affect OCBs themselves. In contrast to previous studies, this article examines the OCBs from a sociological point of view, particularly the perspective of social capital as social capital has been shown to contribute to the formation of the commitment of members of the organization in co-operation with one another. Therefore, this study will examine the OCBs based on social capital in PT G4S Cash Service using a qualitative approach. Data collection will be obtained through observation, literature studies and in-depth interviews. "

"Perubahan metode pembelajaran secara intens di sekolah selama masa Pandemi COVID-19 menjadi tantangan tersediri bagi guru untuk mengajar murid secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dimensi persepsi dukungan sosial dapat memprediksi efektivitas guru, serta ingin mengetahui dimensi persepsi dukungan sosial manakah yang memiliki kontribusi paling besar dalam memprediksi efektivitas guru. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 257 guru SMP/MTS berusia 22-60 tahun, pernah mengajar secara PTM setelah pandemi COVID-19, dan mengajar pada jenjang SMP/MTS di wilayah Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Bekasi, Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan Revised-Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (Oktarina et al., 2021) dan Teacher Effectiveness Scale (Primandhita, 2020). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa keempat dimensi persepsi dukungan sosial secara signifikan dan positif berperan dalam memprediksi efektivitas guru (p<0.05). Rekan kerja, kepala sekolah, dan keluarga menjadi sumber persepsi dukungan sosial yang memiliki kontribusi terbesar dalam memprediksi efektivitas guru. Hasil penelitian mengimplikasikan bahwa guru perlu memiliki persepsi dukungan sosial dari orang sekitar untuk meningkatkan efektivitas guru. Hal tersebut dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi pihak sekolah serta pihak terkait lainnya untuk menyelenggarakan sebuah program pelatihan dan kolaborasi untuk menciptakan lingkungan pekerjaan yang aman sehingga efektivitas guru pun dapat meningkat.

Intense changes in learning methods in schools during the COVID-19 pandemic became a challenge for teachers to teach students effectively. This study aims to determine whether the dimensions of perceived social support can predict teacher effectiveness and to find out which perceived social support dimension has the greatest contribution in predicting teacher effectiveness. The participants in this study were 257 SMP/MTs teachers aged 22-60 years, who had taught face-to-face learning after the COVID-19 pandemic, and taught at the SMP/MTs level in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Bekasi, Banten areas. This study uses the Revised-Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (Oktarina et al., 2021) and the Teacher Effectiveness Scale (Primandhita, 2020). The results of the regression analysis showed that the four perceived social support dimensions significantly and positively played a role in predicting teacher effectiveness (p<0.05). Colleagues, school principals, and families are the perceived social support sources that have the greatest contribution to predicting teacher effectiveness. The research results imply that teachers need perceived social support from those around them to increase teacher effectiveness. This can be a consideration for schools and other related parties to organize a training and collaboration program to create a safe work environment so that teacher effectiveness can increase."
