"Kalimantan Barat, khususnya revitalisasi UMKM pascapandemi Covid-19. Tiga pertanyaan utama adalah: mengapa revitalisasi UMKM penting untuk ekonomi masyarakat Kalbar, bagaimana intervensi dan strategi Bank Kalbar dalam revitalisasi UMKM, serta bagaimana prospek revitalisasi UMKM dalam memperkuat ekonomi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian adalah memahami peran UMKM sebagai pilar ekonomi masyarakat menengah ke bawah serta kontribusi pemerintah dan perbankan dalam revitalisasi UMKM. Teori yang digunakan meliputi "teori kapitalisme kewirausahaan" dan "teori bisnis sosial." Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa UMKM di Kalbar, yang menyumbang lebih dari 70% terhadap PDRB, sangat terdampak oleh pandemi dan membutuhkan intervensi pemerintah serta perbankan untuk bangkit kembali. Pemerintah daerah meningkatkan pelayanan birokrasi dan memperkuat kerjasama dengan perbankan, BUMN, dan pihak lainnya melalui kebijakan "UMKM Naik Kelas." Bank Kalbar menerapkan strategi revitalisasi internal dengan mempermudah akses kredit bagi UMKM dan strategi eksternal dengan memperkuat kolaborasi dengan pemerintah dan pelaku UMKM untuk mengembangkan kelembagaan dan inovasi usaha, serta mendorong UMKM untuk beradaptasi dengan bisnis digital. Kesimpulannya, revitalisasi UMKM di Kalbar merupakan hasil kolaborasi strategis antara UMKM, pemerintah, lembaga perbankan, dan pihak terkait, yang berkontribusi pada stabilitas dan kebangkitan ekonomi wilayah.

This study discusses the vital role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the economy of West Kalimantan, specifically focusing on the revitalization of MSMEs post-Covid-19 pandemic. The three main questions are: why is the revitalization of MSMEs important for the economy of West Kalimantan, how are the interventions and strategies of Bank Kalbar in the revitalization of MSMEs, and what are the prospects of MSME revitalization in strengthening the community's economy. The purpose of the research is to understand the role of MSMEs as pillars of the lower middle-class economy and the contributions of the government and banking institutions in revitalizing MSMEs. The theories used include "entrepreneurship capitalism theory" and "social business theory." The research methodology uses a qualitative approach. The results show that MSMEs in West Kalimantan, which contribute more than 70% to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), were severely impacted by the pandemic and require government and banking interventions to recover. The local government enhances bureaucratic services and strengthens collaboration with banks, state-owned enterprises, and other parties through the "UMKM Naik Kelas" policy. Bank Kalbar implements an internal revitalization strategy by facilitating credit access for MSMEs and an external revitalization strategy by strengthening collaboration with government agencies and MSME actors to develop institutional capacity and business innovations, and encouraging MSMEs to adapt to digital business. In conclusion, the revitalization of MSMEs in West Kalimantan is the result of strategic collaboration between MSMEs, the government, banking institutions, and related parties, contributing to the stability and economic recovery of the region."

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai peran Kedeputian Pengembangan Pemuda, yang merupakan salah satu Kedeputian di bawah Kementerian Pemuda dan Olahraga dalam menjalankan peran untuk menyiapkan pemuda menghadapi era Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN MEA . Dengan adanya MEA, menuntut kualifikasi skill pemuda yang lebih tinggi di segala bidang karena akan bersaing bukan hanya dengan pemuda dalam negeri, tapi juga dengan pemuda-pemuda ASEAN. Kualitas dan kompetensi pemuda Indonesia yang masih tertinggal dari pemuda ASEAN harus dapat ditingkatkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan Kedeputian Pengembangan Pemuda sudah memiliki program yang cukup baik untuk pengembangan pemuda. Namun masih ada beberapa hal yang seharusnya bisa dioptimalkan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik dalam membentuk pemuda yang siap menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN MEA.

This thesis discusses the role of the Deputy of Youth Development, which is one of the Deputy under the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the role to prepare the youth to face the era of the ASEAN Economic Community AEC . In AEC era, qualifications of youth skill must be higher in all sectors because it will compete not only with the youth in the country, but also with the youths of ASEAN. The quality and competence of young people of Indonesia that remains of the ASEAN youth should be improved. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with depth interview and documentation study.
The results showed Deputy Youth Development already has a program that is good enough for the development of youth. However, there are still some things that should be optimized to obtain better results in the form of youth who are ready to face the ASEAN Economic Community AEC.

"[Kemiskinan merupakan momok bagi pembangunan suatu negara. Selain menghambat pertumbuhan ekonomi, kemiskinan juga dapat menimbulkan masalah multidimensi. Untuk memecahkan masalah kemiskinan, pemerintah berupaya menggalakkan berbagai macam program pengentasan kemiskinan. Saat ini, Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (Community Driven Development-CDD)
telah menjadi salah satu program yang sering dilakukan oleh negara-negara berkembang untuk mengelola tingkat kemiskinan. Konsep dasarnya sangat sederhana, yaitu pemberdayaan masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat miskin. Di Indonesia, pemerintah menerapkan Program CDD melalui Program Nasional
Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM) sebagai dasar dari kampanye pengurangan kemiskinan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, program PNPM membutuhkan keikutsertaan masyarakat miskin untuk berpartisipasi dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi program. Sebuah studi dari keberhasilan PNPM dilakukan tak lama setelah program ini diluncurkan pada tahun 2007. Hasil studi terbaru menyebutkan bahwa PNPM
cenderung dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang mampu mengurangi jumlah orang miskin (pertumbuhan pro-kemiskinan). Namun ironisnya, program ini dihentikan oleh rezim baru di awal tahun 2015. Berangkat dari masalah ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari PNPM sebagai cara untuk mencapai pertumbuhan yang pro-kemiskinan (pro-poor growth). Cakupan makalah penelitian ini adalah merumuskan peran PNPM di tingkat nasional mengingat sebagian besar penelitian sebelumnya hanya terfokus pada daerahdaerah
tertentu. Studi ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa PNPM adalah instrumen yang bisa diterapkan untuk mencapai pertumbuhan yang prokemiskinan (pertumbuhan yang menguntungkan orang miskin). Dengan membatasi definisi kemiskinan secara absolut, setiap peningkatan dana PNPM
yang menyertai pertumbuhan ekonomi, cenderung akan mengurangi kemiskinan.

Poverty is a scourge for development of a country. Besides inhibiting the economic growth, poverty may also cause multidimensional problems. Thus, to solve poverty matters, many governments attempt to promote poverty alleviation programs in their countries. Currently, Community-Driven Development (CDD) Program has become one of the systems which is often practiced by developing countries in order to manage the poverty rate. Its basic concept is very simple. It empowers the communities, especially the poor, to unleash them from the shackles of poverty. In Indonesia, the government implements CDD Program through the so-called Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM) as
the basis of the poverty reduction campaign. In its implementation, PNPM program requires the poor communities to get involved in such actions as participation in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the
programs. A study of the success of the PNPM to eradicate poverty was conducted shortly after the program was launched in 2007. The results of the latest studies suggested that the PNPM will likely be able to reduce the number of poor people in Indonesia. Nevertheless, after running for several years, the program was terminated by the new regime at the beginning of 2015. Departing from this issue, this study aims to investigate the effectiveness of PNPM as a means of alleviating poverty. Since most of the previous studies only focused on certain areas, this research paper is trying to formulate the role of PNPM at the national level. This study has come up with a conclusion that the PNPM is a workable instrument to achieve pro-poor growth, the growth which favours the poor. By limiting the definition of poverty in absolute terms, any increase in the PNPM funds, accompanying the economic growth, will likely reduce poverty more.;Poverty is a scourge for development of a country. "Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM) Mandiri Perkotaan merupakan Program Nasional Pemerintah Indonesia dalam rangka menanggulangi kemiskinan. Program ini dilakukan melalui Kementerian Koordinator Kesejahteraan Rakyat dan dilaksanakan di seluruh Kabupaten/Kota di Indonesia dengan mengacu kepada wilayah Rukun Warga yang memiliki jumlah Keluarga Miskin yang cukup banyak. Program ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan partisipatif sehingga masyarakat dapat mengetahui potensi wilayah dan mengembangkannya menjadi program penanggulangan kemiskinan.
Skripsi ini membahas dan menggambarkan tentang implementasi PNPM Mandiri Perkotaan di Kelurahan Roa Malaka Kecamatan Tambora Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi lapangan, wawancara mendalam, dan studi kepustakaan.
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan PNPM Mandiri Perkotaan di Kelurahan Roa Malaka telah berjalan dengan baik, tetapi kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan program ini, sedangkan rekomendasi yang dapat peneliti berikan terhadap pelaksanaan PNPM Mandiri Perkotaan di Kelurahan Roa Malaka ini yaitu Tim Fasilitator agar dapat lebih mendalam lagi melakukan sosialisasi sehingga masyarakat menyadari pentingnya program tersebut.

National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM) Urban is a National Program The Government of Indonesia in order to overcome poverty. The program is conducted through the Coordinating Ministry for People's Welfare and implemented in all districts / municipalities in Indonesia with reference to the Pillars of Residents who have a number of Poor Families enough. The program is conducted through a participatory approach so that people can know the potential of the region and develop them into poverty reduction programs.
This paper discusses and describes the implementation of PNPM Mandiri in the Urban Village Roa Malaka Tambora District in West Jakarta. This study used a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. Data was collected through field studies, in-depth interviews, and literature study.
The study concluded that the implementation of PNPM Mandiri in the Urban Village Roa Malaka has been running well, but the lack of community participation in the implementation of this program, while recommendations can be given to implementation researchers PNPM Urban Roa Malaka in the Village is the Team Facilitator to be more profound socialization so that people realize the importance of the program.

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai peran fasilitator dan co-fasilitator pada keberhasilan program Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat (STBM) di Desa Ligarmukti. Pada pelaksanaan program ini fokus pada upaya pengembangan masyarakat melalui perubahan perilaku kesehatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain desktirptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini ingin menggambarkan peran fasilitator dan co-fasilitator sebagai community worker dalam keberhasilan pelaksanaan program Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat (STBM). Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga memaparkan hambatan yang dialami oleh fasilitator dan co-fasilitator serta upaya yang dilakukan fasilitator dan co-fasilitator dalam pelaksanaan program STBM.

This thesis discusses the role of the facilitator and co-facilitator in the STBM program in desa ligarmukti. The implementation of this program focuses on community development efforts through community health behavior change. This research is a qualitative descriptive interpretative research. The results of this study describe the role of facilitator and cofacilitator as a community worker in the succession of the implementation of the STBM program. In additional, the results of this study also describe the deficulties experienced by the facilitator and co-facilitators as well as the efforts made facilitator and co-facilitator in overcoming those dificulties in the implementation of the program STBM."
