"Private brand muncul seiring permintaan konsumen pada produk yang lebih murah dan memiliki kualitas yang memenuhi ekspektasi. Dalam kondisi ekonomi yang sering kali tidak menentu, konsumen cenderung mencari cara untuk memaksimalkan nilai pembelian mereka, yang sering kali berarti beralih dari national brand yang lebih mahal ke private brand yang ditawarkan oleh peritel. Faktor ini diperkuat oleh peningkatan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap kualitas produk private brand, yang telah mengalami perbaikan signifikan seiring waktu. Penelitian ini diadakan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi customer brand loyalty pada private brand dan national brand dengan fokus pada produk sembako. Survei dilakukan terhadap 460 responden lalu hasilnya dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan faktor pendahulu customer brand loyalty yang dipengaruhi oleh customer trust dan customer satisfaction pada kedua kelompok pembeli. Perceived product quality tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction pada private brand dan perceived service quality tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction dalam national brand. Baik pada kedua kelompok, perceived cost tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer brand loyalty.

Private brands emerge as consumers demand products that are cheaper and have quality that meets expectations. In an often uncertain economic environment, consumers tend to look for ways to maximize the value of their purchases, which often means switching from more expensive national brands to private brands offered by retailers. This factor is reinforced by increased consumer confidence in the quality of private brand products, which has experienced significant improvements over time. This research was conducted to analyze the factors that influence customer brand loyalty to private brands and national brands with a focus on basic food products. The survey was conducted on 460 respondents and the results were analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling method. The results of the analysis show that there are differences in the antecedents of customer brand loyalty which are influenced by customer trust and customer satisfaction in the two groups of buyers. Perceived product quality does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction in private brands and perceived service quality does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction in national brands. In both groups, perceived cost does not have a significant effect on customer brand loyalty."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand authenticity terhadap Brand trust serta peran Brand trust sebagai mediator dalam membangun Brand Affect dan Brand loyalty pada konsumen brand HMNS di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pemahaman bahwa brand authenticity memiliki peran penting dalam membangun hubungan yang kuat antara brand dengan konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden yang merupakan konsumen brand HMNS di Jabodetabek. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive dengan mengedepankan kriteria usia minimal 18 tahun dan pengalaman konsumsi terhadap brand HMNS. Total sampel yang terkumpul adalah 149 responden. Hipotesis di uji dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand authenticity memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Brand trust. Kemudian, Brand trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Affect dan Brand loyalty.

The purpose of this research is to cognize the influence of brand authenticity on Brand trust and the mediating role of Brand trust in building brand affect and brand loyalty among HMNS brand consumers in Jabodetabek. This study is based on the understanding that brand authenticity plays a crucial role in establishing a strong relationship between the brand and consumers. A survey method was employed, utilizing questionnaires distributed to HMNS brand consumers in Jabodetabek. The sampling was conducted purposively, with a minimum age requirement of 18 years and experience in consuming the HMNS brand. A total of 149 respondents participated in the study. The hypotheses were tested using Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings of the study indicate that brand authenticity has a significant influence on brand trust. Additionally, brand trust significantly affects both brand affect and brand loyalty. Furthermore, brand authenticity indirectly affects loyalty through brand trust. These results highlight the importance of brand authenticity in building a strong relationship with consumers. The findings have practical implications for brand communication and marketing strategies, emphasizing the need for brands to emphasize authenticity.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu faktor apa saja yang berperan dalam mempengaruhi pelanggan Carrefour untuk membeli produk private label Carrefour. Dalam penelitian ini, minat beli konsumen dijelaskan dengan mengamati beberapa variabel: brand image, store image, perceived risk dan price image. Untuk menganalisa hubungan antar variabel tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode structural equation modeling SEM dan berhasil menemukan bahwa variabel perceived risk dan price image merupakan variabel utama yang memiliki peran secara langsung dalam mempengaruhi pelanggan untuk membeli produk private label. Kemudian ditemukan juga bahwa store image juga memiliki peran yang penting namun secara tidak langsung dalam mempengaruhi minat beli pelanggan.

This study aims to find out what factors are involved in influencing Carrefour's customers to purchase Carrefour private label products. In this study, brand image, store image, risk perception and price image are analyzed to explain the customer's purchase intention. To analyze the relationship between these variables, this research uses structural equation modeling SEM method and found out that perceived risk and price image are the main variables influencing customer's purchase intention. Then it was also found that store image has an indirect influence on affecting the customer's purchase intention."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pembentukan brand loyalty pada nasabah bank syariah melalui sudut pandang brand experience. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengalaman, kepuasan, dan kepercayaan sebagai hal yang membentuk loyalitas seorang nasabah. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 201 responden yang ditentukan berdasarkan wilayah Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik judgement sampling dan snowball samplingdengan sifat cross-sectional. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeldengan software LISREL 8.70 dan IBM SPSS 19 . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan brand experience berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap brand loyalty melaluibrand trust dan satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the formation of brand loyalty of Islamic Bank?s customer through the perspective of brand experience. This study uses experience, satisfaction and trust as key factors that forming loyalty of Islamic Bank?s customer. The samples in this study consist of 201 respondents that are determined based on Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi region. This study uses techniques of judgement and snowball sampling with the nature of cross-sectional. The measurement tool for this study is Structural Equation Model with LISREL 8.70 and IBM SPSS 19 softwares . The result of this study indicates brand experience influenced significantly positive to brand loyalty through brand trust and satisfaction."

"Private-label berkembang menjadi brand yang memperhatikan nilai. PLB di Indonesia melibatkan UMKM sebagai pemasok dan hal ini menjadi menarik jika dilihat dari aspek sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi PLB yang produksiUMKM. Data diperoleh dari 441 responden dan diuji dengan PLS-SEM Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Store Loyalty dan Brand Image berpengaruh positif signifikan, sedangkan Perceived Risk ditemukan memiliki efek negatif yang signifikan. Namun Brand Category ditemukan hanya memoderasi variabel anteseden Store Loyalty dan Perceived Risk. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi kalangan akademisi dengan memperluas kajian private-label dan UMKM. Dari segi prakits, peritel dapat mempertimbangkan untuk melibatkan lebih banyak UMKM dalam bisnis private-label.

Private-label evolves into a value-conscious brand. PLB in Indonesia involves MSMEs as suppliers and this is interesting from a social perspective. This study aims to examine the influence of the factors that influence the perception of PLB that is produced by SMEs. Data were obtained from 441 respondents and tested with PLS-SEM. The results showed that Store Loyalty and Brand Image had a significant positive effect, while Perceived Risk was found to have a significant negative effect. However, Brand Category was found to only moderate the antecedent variables Store Loyalty and Perceived Risk. This research is expected to be useful for academics by expanding private-label and MSME studies. From a practical standpoint, retailers may consider involving more MSMEs in the private-label business."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana komunitas merek (brand community) Pigeon Teens atau dikenal dengan Teens Club memanfaatkan pendekatan digital dalam membangun loyalitas merek pada segmen remaja di Indonesia. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data survei terhadap 30 anggota komunitas Teens Club. Variabel yang diteliti mencakup brand community identification, digital community engagement, dan brand loyalty. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand community identification,memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap digital community engagement, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan brand loyalty. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk melibatkan lebih banyak responden, mengeksplorasi faktor eksternal, dan menggunakan desain longitudinal guna memahami dinamika komunitas merek dalam jangka panjang.

This study aims to analyze how the brand community of Pigeon Teens, known as Teens Club, utilizes digital approaches to build brand loyalty among the teenage segment in Indonesia. A quantitative approach was applied, using survey techniques to collect data from 30 members of the Teens Club community. The variables studied include brand community identification, digital community engagement, and brand loyalty. The results show that brand community identification significantly influences digital community engagement, which subsequently enhances brand loyalty. Future studies are recommended to involve larger sample sizes, explore external factors, and adopt a longitudinal design to better understand the dynamics of brand communities over time."

"Pasar produk perawatan tubuh pria sudah semakin meningkat pesat dan produk-produknya dihadirkan dalam berbagai bentuk yang berbeda, namun masih kurang inovatif karena masih banyak permintaan atau kebutuhan pria yang tidak terjawab dengan produk yang ada di pasar sekarang, terutama permintaan akan produk perawatan tubuh pria halal. Merek Kahf hadir sebagai produk perawatan pria halal yang dapat memberikan pengalaman yang positif bagi konsumennya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh halal brand personality dan brand experience terhadap brand prestige, brand trust, customer satisfaction dan brand loyalty pada brand halal. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability judgemental sampling. Survei dilakukan pada masyarakat Indonesia yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan produk perawatan Kahf. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dari halal brand personality dan brand experience terhadap brand prestige Kahf, yang lanjutnya berpengaruh positif pada brand trust dan customer satisfaction serta attitudinal loyalty.

The market for men's body care products has increased rapidly and the products are presented in many different forms. However, this market is still not innovative enough as there are still many unanswered demands with existing products in the market today, especially the demand for halal male personal care products. Kahf brand is here as a halal male care product to provide a positive experience for its consumers. This study aims to analyze the effect of halal brand personality and brand experience on brand prestige, brand trust, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty to halal brand. The sampling method used was non-probability judgmental sampling. The survey was conducted on Indonesians who have bought and used personal care Kahf. Data processing was performed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of halal brand personality and brand experience on Kahf's brand brand prestige, which in turn has a positive effect on brand trust and customer satisfaction and attitudinal loyalty.

"Tesis ini menganalisa pengaruh customer perceived value, brand trust, dan brand affect terbadap brand loyalty. Studi ini adalah riset kuantitatifyang menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan ke pengguna telepon genggrnn di Jakarta. Desain riset ini adalab riset desktiptif yang menggunakan metode analisa regresi sederbana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan babwa teradapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara customer perceived value, brand trust, dan brand affect dalam membangun brand loyalty.

This thesis analyzed the effect of customer perceived value, brand trust, brand affect to build brand loyalty. This research is a quantitative research which uses primary data through questionaire from mobile phone users in Jakarta. The design of this research is a descriptive research which use simple regression method. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between customer perceived value, brand trust, and brand affect to build brand loyalty.

"Penelitian ini mengkajipengaruhbrand experience terhadap brand satisfaction, brand trust dan brand loyaltydi Blitzmegaplex Grand Indonesia. Enam hipotesis dikemukakan dan secara empiris untuk mengujinya satu set data sampel yang terdiri dari 150 responden dikumpulkan di Blitzmegaplex Grand Indonesia.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan brand experience berpengaruh positif terhadap brand satisfaction dan brand loyalty secara signifikan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, implikasi managerial dibuat dan keterbatasan serta saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pengetahuan baru untuk literatur brand management yang sudah ada di Indonesia.

This study examines the influence of consumer brand experience on brand satisfaction, brand trust and brand loyalty in Blitzmegaplex Grand Indonesia. Six hyphotheses are posited and in order empirically test them, a sample data set of 150 was collected from Blitzmegaplex Grand Indonesia.
The result indicate that brand experience positively influence brand satisfaction and brand loyalty in a significant way. Drawing from the study's findings, managerial implications are discussed and limitations and future research are suggested. By and large, this study immensely contributes new knowledge to the existing body of brand management literatur in Indonesia.

"Perkembangan industri fashion di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan yang baik terutama dari segi inovasi yang menyebabkan adanya brand-brand baru bermunculan, dimana konsumen umumnya merupakan milenial. Hal ini menyebabkan peran milenial semakin mendominasi sektor tersebut, sehingga pada penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konsumen milenial dengan Fashion Innovativeness dan brand image dimensions(Cognitive, sensory, dan affective) pada brand fashion favorit,kontribusi brand image dimensions kepada lovemarks (brand love dan brand respect) dan pengaruhnya pada brand loyalty.
Penelitian ini mengembangkan model lanjutan dari brand equity(CBBE) dan brand image dimensions. Model yang dikembangkan kemudian divalidasi menggunakan Structural Equations Modeling (SEM) berdasarkan data yang diperoleh melalui survey kepada konsumen yang memiliki brand fashion favorit kisaran usia 19-39 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini mengonfirmasi bahwa fashion innovativeness secara positif berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan brand image associations yang kemudian akan memengaruhi brand love dan brand respect serta terhadap brand loyalty. Implikasi manajerial serta saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya juga dibahas pada penelitian ini. 

The development of fashion industry in Indonesia experiences a positive surge fundamentally from the innovation factor, which causes new brands to emerge, in which the main consumers are millenials. This causes the role of millenial to be more dominant in the afformentioned sector, hence this research aims to understand the relationship between millenials consumers and Fashion Innovativenes and Brand Image Dimensions (Cognitive, Sensory, and Affective) on favorite fashion brands, the contribution of Brand Image Dimensions towards Lovemarks (Brand Love and Brand Respect), and the impact toward Brand Loyalty.
This research developed the model modified from Consumer-based Brand Equity (CBBE) and Brand Image dimensions. The developed model was then validated using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on data retreived from surveys on consumers, within the age of 19-39 years old, with favorite fashion brands. The findings confirmed that Fashion Innovativeness positively influenced the use of Brand Image Assosication which then further influenced Brand Love and Brand Respect, as well as Brand Loyalty. The managerial implications and recommendation of this reseatch will be further elaborated in this research.
