"Salah satu penyebabnya semakin menurunnya minat membaca siswa adalah tidak tersedianya buku bacaan yang memadai. Akibatnya, siswa di sekolah mengalami ketertinggalan pembelajaran atau learning loss yang berdampak pada rendahnya kemampuan literasi numerasi murid. Literasi numerasi tidak hanya dikaitkan dengan tulisan dan angka, tetapi juga mengukur kemampuan berpikir dan mengolah informasi, baik di sekolah maupun dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, melalui program Buku Bacaan Bermutu (3B), yang dibentuk oleh PDM-10 memiliki target untuk mewujudkan pemerataan dalam hal peningkatan literasi numerasi ke seluruh sekolah yang belum terindikasi mendapatkan perhatian oleh pemerintah dan mendapatkan peringkat satu atau sangat rendah pada aspek literasi numerasi, salah satunya adalah SMP Negeri XYZ, yang menjadi lokasi tugas penelitian penulis. Tugas Karya Akhir ini menggunakan metode otoetnografi untuk menghasilkan sebuah refleksi selama melakukan penelitian di sekolah sebagai peserta enumerator dalam program 3B. Tantangan, hambatan, dan bias dirasakan penulis, termasuk isu-isu kode etik selama mengikuti program tersebut sehingga pada prosesnya begitu banyak dilema yang dihadapi.

One of the causes of the decreasing interest in reading among students is the lack of adequate reading materials. As a result, students in schools experience learning loss, which impacts their literacy and numeracy skills. Literacy and numeracy are not only related to reading and numbers but also involve the ability to think critically and process information, both in school and in daily life. Based on this issue, through the Buku Bacaan Bermutu (3B) program formed by PDM-10, the aim is to achieve equity in improving literacy and numeracy across all schools that have not received sufficient attention from the government and are ranked very low or at the lowest level in literacy and numeracy. One such school is XYZ State Junior High School, which is the research site for the author’s study. This Final Project uses an autoethnographic method to reflect on the research conducted at the school as an enumerator participant in the 3B program. The author encountered challenges, obstacles, and biases, including ethical issues, throughout the program, leading to numerous dilemmas during the process."

"Makalah ilmiah akhir ini merupakan refleksi dari pengalaman saya sebagai mahasiswa yang menjadi enumerator dalam Program Literasi dan Numerasi yang diinisiasi oleh Kemdikbudristek. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi peserta didik melalui intervensi berupa pengadaan buku bacaan bermutu. Penelitian baseline dilakukan di salah satu SMP di Lombok Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat untuk mengevaluasi keefektifan program ini. Enumerator kualitatif bertanggung jawab untuk mengamati kondisi sekolah sebelum intervensi dilakukan. Penulisan ini menggambarkan pengalaman dan refleksi saya selama pelaksanaan program, dengan latar belakang sebagai mahasiswa antropologi yang menerapkan pendekatan etnografi dalam pengumpulan data. Dalam prosesnya, enumerator menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam pengumpulan data lapangan. Refleksi tersebut mengungkapkan bahwa posisi peneliti di lapangan dapat memengaruhi hubungan antara informan dan enumerator. Selain itu, tulisan ini juga menyoroti situasi lapangan yang tidak sesuai dengan ekspektasi awal, termasuk keterbatasan dan tantangan yang timbul selama penelitian.

This final scientific paper reflects my experience as a student who became an enumerator in the Literacy and Numeracy Program initiated by Kemdikbudristek. This program aims to improve student's literacy and numeracy by providing quality reading books. The baseline study was conducted in one of the junior high schools in West Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, to evaluate the effectiveness of this program. Qualitative enumerators were responsible for observing the condition of the school before the intervention. This writing describes my experiences and reflections during the program's implementation, with a background as an anthropology student who applied an ethnographic approach to data collection. In the process, enumerators faced various challenges in field data collection. The reflections reveal that the researcher's position in the field can affect the relationship between informants and enumerators. In addition, this paper also highlights the field situations that did not match the initial expectations, including the limitations and challenges that arose during the research."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas penguatan kapasitas guru dalam implementasi program literasi sekolah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang disajikan secara deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan informasi mengenai pemahaman guru tentang definisi, manfaat, tujuan, dan praktik literasi dalam konteks pendidikan di SDN Rorotan 05 Pagi Jakarta Utara, hasil temua tersebut kemudian dikaitkan dengan kebijakan program sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kapasitas literasi bagi guru. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatan bahwa kebijakan penguatan kapasitas guru sangat perlu dilakukan agar program literasi di sekolah dapat berjalan. Selain itu, kebijakan penguatan kapasitas guru juga harus mendapat dukungan dari semua stakeholder.

ABSTRACTThis study discusses about developing teacher rsquo s capacity on the literacy program implementation. This research is qualitative study which is presented in descriptive by describing the teacher rsquo s comprehension about literacy rsquo s definition, purpose, impact and practice in term of education context in Rorotan 05 Pagi Elementary School North Jakarta. Furthermore, it rsquo s also related with literacy rsquo s policy to develop teacher rsquo s capacity. The result of the study shows program for developing teacher rsquo s capacity is necessary in order to the program successful. However, literacy rsquo s program also need to be supported by all the stakeholders. "

"Literasi gizi fungsional bagian dari literasi kesehatan yang berfokus pada kemampuan dalam memahami informasi gizi dasar sebagai prasyarat keterampilan literasi makanan sederhana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran literasi gizi fungsional dan hubungannya dengan determinan sosial (jenis kelamin, suku orang tua, uang saku, rumpun keilmuan dan akses layanan kesehatan) pada mahasiswa sarjana Universitas Hasanuddin tahun angkatan 2018/2019. Penelitian ini merupakan analisis lanjut Studi Literasi Kesehatan 2019 di Universitas Hasanuddin yang menggunakan desain cross sectional (n=372). Data literasi gizi fungsional berasal dari kuesioner The Newest Vital Sign (NVS) berisi 6 pertanyaan mengenai label gizi yang telah diadaptasi. Data dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat (Chi Square) dan multivariat (regresi logistik ganda). Hasil penelitian ini literasi gizi fungsional mahasiswa tidak adekuat (71,2%). Variabel mahasiswa dengan suku orang tua sama (p=0,027) dan rumpun keilmuan mahasiswa kesehatan (p=0,023) berhubungan signifikan dengan literasi gizi fungsional. Determinan sosial yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan literasi gizi fungsional yaitu mahasiswa dengan suku orang tua sama setelah dikontrol oleh variabel rumpun keilmuan (aOR=1,91; 95% CI 1,055-3,465). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperlukan upaya pengembangan edukasi terkait label gizi guna membantu mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan literasi gizi fungsional pada populasi berpendidikan.

Functional nutritional literacy is part of health literacy that focuses on the ability to understand basic nutritional information as a prerequisite for simple food literacy skills. This study aims to describe functional nutritional literacy and its relationship with social determinants (gender, parental ethnicity, pocket money, scientific background and access to health services) in Hasanuddin University undergraduate students in the 2018/2019 class year. This research is an advanced analysis of the 2019 Health Literacy Study at Hasanuddin University which uses a cross-sectional design (n=372). Functional nutritional literacy data comes from the Newest Vital Sign (NVS) questionnaire containing 6 questions regarding adapted nutritional labels. Data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate (Chi Square) and multivariate (multiple logistic regression). The results of this study showed that students' functional nutritional literacy was inadequate (71.2%). Variables of students with the same parental ethnicity (p=0.027) and the scientific group of health students (p=0.023) are significantly related to functional nutritional literacy. The most dominant social determinant related to functional nutritional literacy is students with the same parentage after being controlled by scientific family variables (aOR=1.91; 95% CI 1.055-3.465). Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop education related to nutrition labels to assist students in increasing functional nutritional literacy in educated populations."

Tujuannya adalah untukmenggambarkan literasi informasi kader Posyandu Mandiri dan Mandiri Plus diKecamatan Sukmajaya Kota Depok. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatifdengan desain studi kasus dan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan literasi informasi yang dilakukan kaderPosyandu Mandiri dan Mandiri Plus di Kecamatan Sukmajaya Kota Depokmeliputi empat hal, yaitu menentukan kebutuhan informasi, melakukanpenelusuran informasi, mengevaluasi informasi dan menggunakan informasi.Penelitian ini menyarankan kepada kader Posyandu untuk lebih meningkatkanliterasi informasinya terutama dalam hal penelusuran informasi yangmenggunakan teknologi informasi, seperti komputer dan internet. AbstractThis undergraduate thesis discusses about information literacy Posyandu Mandiriand Mandiri Plus cadre in Kecamatan Sukmajaya Depok City. The purpose of thisresearch is to describe Posyandu Mandiri and Mandiri Plus cadre in KecamatanSukmajaya Depok City. The study was a qualitative research design with casestudies and sampling technique accidental sampling. The results of this studyindicate that information literacy Posyandu Mandiri and Mandiri Plus cadre inKecamatan Sukmajaya Depok City includes four issues, namely determineinformation needs, perform a search of information, evaluating information andusing information. This study suggests to increase information literacy of cadre,especially in terms of information retrieval using information technology, likecomputers and the internet. While the suggestion for the government of DepokCity is provide public library facilities in the Depok City and provide computerand internet facilities in every Posyandu."

"What would a synthetic theory of digital, media and information Literacy (DMIL) look like? Radical information literacy presents, for the first time, a theory of DMIL that synthesises the diversity of perspectives and positions on DMIL, both in the classroom and the workplace, and within the informal learning processes of society. This title is based on original analysis of how decisions are made about the relevance of information and the other resources used in learning, showing how society has privileged objective approaches (used in rule-based decision making) to the detriment of subjective and intersubjective perspectives which promote individual and community contexts. The book goes on to analyse the academic and popular DMIL literature, showing how the field may have been, consciously or unwittingly, complicit in the ‘objectification’ of learning and the disempowerment of individuals and communities. Alternative ways of conceiving the subject are then presented, towards a reversal of these trends."

"Pandemi Covid-19 membawa implikasi negatif pada segala aspek kehidupan, termasuk aspek pendidikan. Adanya transisi sistem pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) yang mengadopsi teknologi digital (TIK) dikhawatirkan dapat menurunkan kemampuan belajar siswa dan berpotensi meningkatkan risiko putus sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh literasi digital terhadap risiko putus sekolah anak usia 7-18 tahun di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder berupa data susenas Maret 2021, Podes 2021 dan publikasi IP-TIK 2021 dengan unit analisis adalah individu usia 7-18 tahun yang berstatus sekolah pada tahun ajaran (2019/2020) pada jenjang SD sampai SMA sebanyak 250.921 sampel unit. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan regresi logistik biner multilevel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital yang diproksi dengan kecakapan digital dalam menggunakan (mengakses) perangkat digital (handphone, komputer/laptop dan internet) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap risiko putus sekolah. Semakin baik kecakapan digital seseorang maka akan menurunkan risiko putus sekolah dan sebaliknya. Variabel kontrol yang signifikan adalah jenis kelamin, jenjang sekolah, status pekerjaan kepala rumah tangga, lama sekolah kepala rumah tangga, kuintil pengeluaran rumah tangga dan klasifikasi tempat tinggal. Selain itu terdapat variabel kontekstual (kewilayahan) berupa indeks pembangunan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (IP-TIK) yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap risiko putus sekolah. Hasil heterogeneity test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap putus sekolah anak di masing-masing jenjang sekolah dari SD sampai SMA.

The Covid-19 pandemic has negative implications for all aspects of life, including aspects of education. It is feared that there is a transition to a distance learning system that adopts digital technology (ICT) that can reduce student learning abilities and increase the risk of dropping out of school. This study aims to study the effect of digital literacy on the risk of dropping out of school for children aged 7-18 years during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a quantitative approach that using secondary data of Susenas March 2021, Podes 2021 and IP-TIK publications 2021 with 250.921 samples unit of analysis being individuals aged 7-18 years with school status in the academic year (2019/2020). Data analysis was performed using descriptive methods and multilevel binary logistic regression. The results of the analysis show that digital literacy proxied by digital skills in using (accessing) digital devices (mobile phones, computers/laptops and the internet) has a negative significant effect on the risk of dropping out of school. Childrens that have higher the digital literacy will have the lower the risk of dropping out children of school. The significant individual control variables are gender, school level, employment status of head of household, length of schooling of head of household, expenditure quintile and classification of residence. In addition, there are contextual variables, namely ICT development index (IP-TIK) which have a significant effect on risk dropout. The results of heterogeneity test show that there are differences in the factors that affect dropouts at each school level from elementary to high school."
