"Departemen pemastian mutu di PT. Bintang Toedjoe memiliki beberapa bisnis proses, salah satunya adalah kalibrasi dan kualifikasi. Mengingat pentingnya langkah penimbangan dalam analisis dan peran krusial timbangan dalam peralatan laboratorium, kalibrasi timbangan analitik harus dilakukan dengan baik berdasarkan data yang akurat (Harris, 2019). Dalam prosesnya, operator yang melakukan kalibrasi timbangan analitik masih melakukan dokumentasi data secara manual mengunakan kertas. Dokumentasi secara manual seringkali menimbulkan  masalah serius seperti data bisa terduplikasi dan mudah rusak atau hilang. Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah memungkinkan digitalisasi dalam dokumentasi kalibrasi, sehingga memberikan solusi yang efisien dan akurat.  Dokumentasi kalibrasi secara digital menyajikan akurasi yang lebih tinggi, penghitungan otomatis, dan akses yang mudah terhadap data melalui sistem yang terintegrasi. Hal ini meminimalkan kesalahan dan memungkinkan pembaruan serta memberi reminder yang cepat untuk kalibrasi ulang. Digitalisasi meningkatkan manajemen data dan analisis kinerja, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dan kepatuhan (Mustapaa et al., 2022). Oleh karena itu pada projek ini akan dilakukan digitalisasi pendataan kalibrasi timbangan analitik di departemen QA PT. Bintang  Toedjoe Pulogadung. Google Spreadsheet dapat digunakan sebagai aplikasi untuk digitalisasi pendataan kalibrasi timbangan analitik dengan mengintegrasikan format data baku dengan laporan kalibrasi timbangan analitik yang sudah terinput masing masing formula untuk perhitungan parameter yang diamati pada kalibrasi timbangan analitik. Format digital kalibrasi timbangan juga dapat memenuhi kriteria “ ALCOA “ dari prinsip Data Terintergrasi.

The quality assurance department at PT Bintang Toedjoe has several business processes, one of which is calibration and qualification. Given the importance of weighing steps in analysis and the crucial role of scales in laboratory equipment, calibration of analytical scales must be done properly based on accurate data (Harris,  2019). In the process, operators who calibrate analytical scales still document data manually using paper. Manual documentation often causes serious problems such as data can be duplicated and easily damaged or lost. Advances in information technology have enabled digitization in calibration documentation, thus providing an efficient and accurate solution. Digital calibration documentation provides higher accuracy, automated calculations, and easy access to data through an integrated system. This minimizes errors and enables quick updates and reminders for recalibration. Digitalization improves data management and performance analysis,  thereby increasing efficiency and compliance (Mustapaa et al., 2022). Therefore, this project will digitize the calibration data collection of analytical scales in the QA department of PT Bintang Toedjoe Pulogadung. Google Spreadsheet can be used as an application for digitizing analytical scale calibration data collection by integrating  standard data formats with analytical scale calibration reports that have inputted each formula for calculating parameters observed in analytical scale calibrations. The digital format of calibration scales can also meet the "ALCOA" criteria of the Integrated Data principle."

"PT Bintang Toedjoe didirikan oleh Tan Jun She, Tjia Pu Tjien, dan Hio On Tjan di Garut, Jawa Barat pada tanggal 29 April 1946. PT Bintang Toedjoe memiliki lebih dari 20 produk, diantaranya adalah Puyer 16, Waisan, Komix, Extra Joss, Femmy, Redgine, Sla-si dan Bejo Jahe Merah. PT Bintang Toedjoe mendapatkan sertifikat CPOB pada tahun 1994 serta sertifikat ISO:9001 pada tahun 1997. Berdasarkan CPOB, terdapat beberapa posisi kunci yang harus dipegang oleh apoteker salah satunya adalah kepala departemen pengawasan mutu (quality control). Salah satu tanggung jawab departemen quality control adalah penyimpanan sampel pertinggal atau retained sample. Pendataan retained sample secara digital adalah salah satu cara untuk melakukan dokumentasi yang efektif dan efisien. Pendataan secara digital akan memudahkan ketika mencari sampel batch tertentu di masa yang akan datang jika diperlukan. Google Sheets dapat digunakan sebagai tools untuk digitalisasi inventory retained sample. Notifikasi sampel yang akan musnah dibuat menggunakan Apps Script dengan mengintegrasikan Google Sheets dan Google Calendar.

Based on CPOB, there are key personnel that must be held by pharmacist, such as head of quality control department. One of quality control responsibilities is to stored retained sample. Digitalization of inventory retained sample is a way to do an effective and efficient retained sample’s documentation. Digitalization of inventory retained sample will facilitate to find certain batch of sample in the future if needed. Google Sheets can be used as a tool to digitalization of inventory retained sample. Notification of sample that need to be destroyed created using Apps Script by integrating Google Sheets and Google Calendar."

Digitalization has a multidimensional impact on the mangagement accounting function and is changing mangagement accounting processes, controlling methods and the role of the mangagement accountant. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesiapan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di Kementerian Sosial Republik Indonesia dalam Implementasi Digitalisasi Pengarsipan. Digitalisasi pengarsipan menjadi bagian penting dalam akselerasi kebijakan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) dan Reformasi Birokrasi di Indonesia. Berdasarkan evaluasi pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi kesenjangan dalam implementasi di tingkat nasional, dimana sebagian Kementerian/Lembaga sudah optimal dan lainnya masih belum optimal karena adanya berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi. Salah satu tantangan adalah kesiapan pegawai dalam menghadapi perubahan tersebut seperti sumber daya manusia yang belum kompeten dan andal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara mixed-method melalui survei serta wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Responden dalam penelitian adalah 193 PNS di lingkungan Kementerian Sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 51% responden “siap” melakukan implementasi pengarsipan digital. Sekalipun mayoritas responden dalam kategori siap, masih terdapat berbagai tantangan, yaitu pemerataan kompetensi arsiparis, etos kerja dari pegawai, literasi digital yang kurang terutama para pegawai senior, ketiadaan komitmen pimpinan, kebijakan digitasi yang belum dimutakhirkan sesuai dengan perkembangan, serta implementasi dan penggunaan sistem yang parsial belum terintegrasi secara nasional dengan SRIKANDI. Peneliti merekomendasikan upaya yang dapat ditujukan dalam pemutakhiran kebijakan, penetapan komitmen pimpinan untuk pengarsipan, serta kolaborasi dengan Kementerian/Lembaga terkait untuk mengoptimalkan pengarsipan.

This research aims to analyze the readiness level of civil servants of the Ministry of Social Affairs Republic of Indonesia in implementing digitization of archiving. Digitization of archiving is part of strategy in executing e-government and bureaucracy reformation in Indonesia. Based on the existing evaluation, there is an implementation gap at the national level, where some ministries/institutions are optimal and others are still not due to the various challenges. One of them is the readiness of employees to face these changes. This research conducted a quantitative approach with mixed-methods methodology in collecting data through survey with interview and literature review. The respondents were 193 civil servants of the Ministry of Social Affairs. The findings showed 51% respondents were ready to implement digitization of archiving. Nevertheless, there were couple of challenges such as, the archivist competency, the work ethic of the employees, the lack of digital literacy especially for senior officers, the absence of a commitment from leaders, the absence of regulations regarding digitization, and the use of systems that have not been integrated with SRIKANDI. Researcher recommend aiming at the target in updating regulations, making a commitment for archiving, and collaborating with relevant ministries/institutions."

"Revolusi industri 4.0 membawa transformasi signifikan melalui digitalisasi, otomatisasi, dan konektivitas, yang berdampak pada berbagai industri, termasuk industri farmasi. PT Bintang Toedjoe, dalam rangka mendukung program Making Indonesia 4.0, mengadopsi teknologi digital dengan mengembangkan aplikasi QC Cikarang Apps. Aplikasi ini memudahkan pemantauan pemantauan real-time inventaris, sampel dan pengawasan data di Departemen Quality Control (QC). Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk memvalidasi sistem komputer QC Cikarang Apps guna memastikan fungsi pengendalian yang cukup, mencegah akses tidak sah dan menjamin integritas data sesuai prinsip ALCOA (Attributtable, Legible, Contamporaneous, Original, Accurate). Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara dengan administrator dan user, dan penyusunan berbagai dokumen kualifikasi dan validasi. Hasil validasi sistem komputer menunjukkan bahwa Analytical Worksheet pada Aplikasi QC Cikarang Apps memenuhi spesifikasi dan standar kualitas yang ditetapkan sesuai dengan pedoman CPOB 2018 dan CPOTB 2021 tentang sistem komputerisasi dan dokumentasi. Pengoperasian aplikasi ini juga memenuhi prinsip data integrity ALCOA, memastikan semua aspek pada laporan Analytical Worksheet yang digunakan oleh Departemen QC PT Bintang Toedjoe sesuai dengan standar ALCOA.

The Industry 4.0 revolution has brought significant transformation through digitalization, automation, and connectivity, impacting various industries, including the pharmaceutical industry. PT Bintang Toedjoe, in support of the Making Indonesia 4.0 program, has adopted digital technology by developing the QC Cikarang Apps application. This application facilitates real-time monitoring of inventory, samples, and data supervision in the Quality Control (QC) Department. This special project aims to validate the Analytical Worksheet in QC Cikarang Apps computer system to ensure adequate control functions, prevent unauthorized access, and guarantee data integrity in accordance with the ALCOA (Attributable, Legible, Contamporaneous, Original, Accurate) principles. The methods used include observation, interviews with administrators and users, and preparation of various qualification and validation documents. The computer system validation results show that the Analytical Worksheet in the QC Cikarang Apps Application meets the specifications and quality standards set in compliance with the 2018 Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB) and 2021 CPOTB guidelines on computerized systems and documentation. The operation of this application also adheres to the ALCOA data integrity principle, ensuring that all aspects of the Analytical Worksheet reports used by the QC Department of PT Bintang Toedjoe comply with ALCOA standards."

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran proses digitalisasi arsip siaran daerah di TVRI agar dapat diketahui apa saja kendala yang terjadi dalam proses digitalisasi arsip siaran daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan strategi studi kasus agar penulis mendapatkan gambaran secara mendalam mengenai suatu kasus yang akan penulis bahas dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara beberapa informan dengan teknik snowball sampling disertai dengan pencarian literatur yang sesuai dengan gambaran digitalisasi arsip siaran daerah di TVRI. Hasil penelitian ini adalah proses digitalisasi arsip siaran daerah di TVRI belum berjalan dengan baik. Sebab, masih ditemukan beberapa kendala yang menghambat proses digitalisasi arsip siaran daerah tersebut.

ABSTRACTThis study discusses the process of digitalization of the audio visual archive videotape area broadcast in TVRI. The purpose of this study is identify the process digitizing the broadcast area archives in TVRI in order to know what are the constraints that occur in the process of digitizing the area broadcast archives. This study used a qualitative approach with case study strategies for the authors to get an in depth description of a case that will authors discussed in this study. The data was collected by interviewing several informants with sowball sampling technique along with the literature search which was appropriate with the picture of digitalization of regional broadcast archive in TVRI. The results of this research is the process of digitizing the area broadcast archive on TVRI done with immigration strategy. Because, TVRI digitalization provide cassette media into digital media. Digitalization activity is not seen well. Because, still found some obstacles that hinder the process of digitizing the broadcast archive area. The main obstacle is that supervisors pay less attention to digitalization activities conducted by the Documentation and Library Program TVRI."

Kegiatan validasi sistem komputer sangat penting untuk dilakukan karena dapat membantu memastikan bahwa suatu sistem komputer berjalan akurat, aman, serta semua informasi dan data yang tersimpan memenuhi prinsip data integrity yaitu, Attributable (dapat mewakili), Legible (terbaca), Contemporaneous (secara bersamaan), Original (asli), dan Accurate (akurat) atau disingkat menjadi ALCOA. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengujian langsung dan pembuatan Spesifikasi Kebutuhan Pengguna, protokol dan laporan Kualifikasi Instalasi (KI) dan Kualifikasi Operasional (KO). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi QC Cikarang Apps sudah sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan berdasarkan beberapa proses pengujian atau kualifikasi sistem komputerisasi. Aplikasi QC Cikarang Apps telah menerapkan prinsip CPOB dan CPOTB Tentang Sistem Komputerisasi dan Dokumentasi serta prinsip data integrity (ALCOA requirements).

Digitalization is a form of change that supports Industry 4.0, where digitalization represents the transition from analog to digital media. Digitalization greatly aids in data transfer, data monitoring, and obtaining various information easily via the internet. Therefore, the Quality Control (QC) Department of PT Bintang Toedjoe Cikarang developed a computer-based application called QC Cikarang Apps. According to the 2018 GMP regulation Annex 7 on Computerized Systems, computerized systems must be validated. Computer system validation includes several testing or qualification processes that must be met by a pharmaceutical industry. Validating computer systems is crucial as it ensures the system operates accurately and securely, and that all stored information and data meet the principles of data integrity, which are Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, and Accurate (ALCOA). This research was conducted through direct testing and the creation of User Requirement Specifications, Installation Qualification (IQ) protocol and report, and Operational Qualification (OQ) protocol and report. The results of this research show that the QC Cikarang Apps application complies with the specified requirements based on various computer system qualification processes. The QC Cikarang Apps application adheres to the GMP and GMP guidelines on Computerized Systems and Documentation and the principles of data integrity (ALCOA requirements)."

ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses the information migration strategy in the Archives Institution X. The problem in this research is how the strategy undertaken by Directorate of Reproduction and Digitalization Archives, Archives Institution X and any constraints that hinder the performance of directorate. This study aims to explain the information migration strategy undertaken by the Directorate of Reproduction and Digitalization of Archives at Archives Institution X and identify obstacles that hamper the performance of the directorate. This research method is qualitative descriptive through case study approach. The results of this study indicate that there are some obstacles that still cause barriers in terms of information migration. Factors that affect them are financial and employee training."
