"Perawat mempunyai resiko mengalami status gizi berlebih yang dapat meningkatkan resiko terjadinya gangguan kesehatan serius, seperti penyakit jantung, hipertensi dan diabetes melitus. Intervensi konseling gizi dan diet diduga dapat menurunkan berat badan pada orang dengan status gizi berlebih. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas Konseling Gizi dan penerapan Diet Rendah Energi Seimbang Teratur (REST) terhadap penurunan berat badan pada perawat dengan status gizi berlebih di rumah sakit. Penelitian dilakukan di RSUD Kesehatan Prov. Jabar dengan subjek penelitian 22 orang perawat yang mempunyai status gizi berlebih, melakukan intervensi Konseling Gizi dan penerapan Diet REST TM serta menggunakan kuesioner Bouchard, kuesioner OSI-RTM dan lembar food record. Rata-rata penurunan berat setelah mendapatkan Konseling Gizi dan melaksanakan Diet RESTM paling besar terjadi pada minggu ke-12 akhir pengamatan sebesar 2,6 kg dengan 95% IK=1,3-3,9 kg. Berdasarkan analisa bivariat didapatkan jenis kelamin memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap rata-rata penurunan berat badan. Perawat laki-laki memiliki rata-rata penurunan yang lebih besar dibandingkan perempuan (p=0,038). Rata-rata penurunan berat badan perawat laki-laki 3,1 ± 1,7kg dan perawat perempuan 1,6 ± 1,3kg. Sedangkan pengaruh faktor pekerjaan terhadap penurunan berat badan setelah mendapatkan Konseling Gizi dan menjalankan Diet RESTTM tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang bermakna, yaitu jabatan pekerjaan (p=0,948), jumlah jam kerja (p=0,220), pembagian shift kerja (p=0,692) dan stres kerja (p=0,813).
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh Konseling Gizi dan Diet RESTTM selama 12 minggu terhadap penurunan berat badan pada perawat dengan status gizi berlebih di rumah sakit.

Nurse has a risk to get an excessive weight nutritional status that can increase the risk of serious health problems, such as heart disease, hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The intervention of nutrition counseling and diet are expected to lose weight in people with excessive nutritional status. Purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of nutrition counseling and the implementation of Rendah Energi, Seimbang dan Teratur (REST) diet on weight loss among hospital nurses with excessive weight nutritional status in the hospital. The study was conducted at Occupational Health Hospital of West Java with 22 nurses as study subjects with excessive weight nutritional status, implemented nutrition counseling intervention, a RESTTM Diet and also used the Bouchard questionnaire, OSI-RTM questionnaire and food record sheets. The greatest average weight loss after receiving nutrition counseling and implementing a RESTTM Diet occurred in the 12th week of the last observation. It was 2.6 kg with 95% CI=1.3-3.9 kg. Based on the bivariate test showed gender had a significant effect on the average weight loss. The male nurses had greater average weight loss than female nurses (p=0.038). The average weight loss of male nurses was 3.1 ± 1.7kg and female nurses 1.6 ± 1.3kg. Meanwhile, the effect of occupational factors on weight loss after receiving nutrition counseling and implementing the RESTTM Diet did not show a significant effect, such as job position (p=0.948), the number of working hours (p=0.220), work shift schedule (p=0.692) and work stress (p=0.813). The conclusion of this study is there was an effect of nutrition counseling and a RESTTM Diet in 12 weeks on weight loss among nurses with excessive weight nutritional status in the hospital."

"Kasus gizi buruk balita masih menjadi permasalahan serius di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan pengaruh pemberian diet formula 75 dan 100 terhadap berat badan balita gizi buruk rawat jalan. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasi experimental pre-post test with control group dengan teknik total sampling, terdiri dari 15 responden sebagai kelompok intervensi dan 15 responden sebagai kelompok kontrol. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji chi squere, paired t-test, independent t-test serta uji ancova.
Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna berat badan balita gizi buruk rawat jalan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol (p-value < α). Peningkatan berat badan kelompok intervensi lebih besar daripada kelompok kontrol. Puskesmas diharapkan menindaklanjuti hasil penelitian ini sehingga dapat mencapai target berat badan balita gizi buruk rawat jalan sesuai dengan standar.

Malnutrition is still a serious problem in Indonesia which often occur in groups of children aged under five years old. The research objective is to describe the influence of diet formulas 75 and 100 to the body weight of under five years old malnutrition outpatient. Research design using quasi experimental pre-post test with control group with total sampling technique, consists of 15 respondents as intervention group and 15 respondents as control group. The analysis using chi square, paired t-test, independent t-test and ancova test.
Statistical test results shows that there were significant differences the body weight of under five years malnutrition outpatients before and after treatment in the intervention group and control group (p-value <α). The improvement of body weight on intervention group is greater than the control group. The public health center are expected to follow up the results of this study as to reach the target of body weight of children under five years malnutrition outpatients according to the standard.

"Penggunaan teledietetics sebagai upaya untuk mencegah peningkatan angka obesitas yang semakin tinggi menjadi populer di kalangan masyarakat perkotaan yang ingin menurunkan berat badan dan menerapkan pola hidup sehat. Walaupun masih tergolong metode yang baru untuk diterapkan di Indonesia, teledietetics telah banyak diterapkan di negara-negara maju karena metode ini dinyatakan lebih mengirit waktu, biaya, dan mempermudah komunikasi antara ahli gizi dan klien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas program diet coaching menggunakan metode teledietetics yang diadakan oleh PT. Gizi Sehat Indonesia dengan cara melihat perubahan berat badan dan asupan klien, serta membandingkan rata-rata penurunan berat badan antar periode komitmen, asupan makan, dan jumlah sesi konsultasi juga melihat adanya pengaruh dari asupan terhadap penurunan berat badan klien. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat efektivitas biaya antar paket dalam menurunkan berat badan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dimana studi desain yang digunakan adalah kohort retrospektif dengan total sampling 37 klien yang menjalani holistic diet coaching di PT. Gizi Sehat Indonesia. Hasil yang ditemukan adalah 78,4% klien mengalami penurunan berat badan, 5,4% klien mengalami penambahan berat badan, dan 16,2% klien tidak mengalami perubahan berat badan. Penurunan berat badan paling besar terdapat pada rata-rata penurunan berat badan 6 bulan, dimana rata-rata penurunan berat badan paling kecil terdapat pada rata-rata penurunan berat badan 1 bulan. Penurunan berat badan yang signifikan terdapat pada klien yang mengikuti jumlah sesi konsultasi 1-3 kali dan 4-9 kali serta 1-3 kali dan 10-18 kali. Perubahan asupan yang signifikan terdapat pada asupan energi dan asupan lemak. Namun tidak ada asupan yang berdampak pada penurunan berat badan. Paket yang paling efektif secara biaya adalah paket dengan periode komitmen 1 bulan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa teledietetics dapat dilakukan sebagai metode konsultasi gizi terkini terutama pada klien yang ingin menurunkan berat badan dan mengubah pola makan. Teledietetics lebih cost-effective pada periode komitmen yang lebih pendek, namun penelitian lebih lanjut harus dilaksanakan untuk menilai keberhasilan jangka panjang terkait perubahan berat badan dan diet demi memastikan tidak terjadinya weight regain atau berat badan kembali.

Teledietetics have been used for nutrition consultation in many developed countries by the government in order to prevent the increasing numbers of obesity and by the people who wants to lose weight and are interested in living a healthy lifestyle. In Indonesia, teledietetics is still uncommon, but in this era, it is becoming more popular due to the benefits it proposes such as time saving, cost-efficient, and convenient communication between the dietitian and clients using the internet and social media.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectivity of teledietetics diet coaching program that was conducted by X Company by analyzing weight and macronutrient dietary changes in clients before and after they undergone the program as well as comparing the average weight loss between commitment periods, consultation frequency, and macronutrient dietary changes. Furthermore, this research aims to find out the most cost-effective commitment period in reducing weight.
Secondary data is used in this research with a restrospective cohort study design in 37 clients undergoing holistic diet coaching teledietetics program as a result of a total sampling based on X Company’s data. Results have shown that 78,4% of the clients successfully lost weight, while 5,4% gained weight, and 16,2% did not experience any weight changes. The average of clients who lost the most weight are those who chose the 6 months commitment period, and clients who lost the least weight are those who chose the 1 month commitment period. A significant difference of the average weight loss is seen between clients who have consulted 1-3 times and 4-9 times, and 1-3 times and 10-18 times. There are significant changes in energy and fat intake before and after the program. However, there are no dietary intake that affects weight loss which is seen through the inconsistent results of dietary intake and weight reduction. The most cost-effective diet coaching package is the 1 month commitment period package.
Teledietetics implementation is proven to be effective as a method of diet coaching to clients who are interested in losing weight and changing their dietary pattern. The most cost-effective period for diet coaching through teledietetics is the shortest period which is contradictive to previous published research. Further research should analyze the long-term success of the weight-loss and diet pattern to ensure no weight regain will occur in the future.

"ABSTRACT
Skripsi ini membahas tentang perilaku diet penurunan berat badan yang dilakukan terhadap remaja putri di SMAN 34 Jakarta tahun 2014. Penelitian yang ada, masih menunjukkan tingginya perilaku diet, khususnya pada remaja putri. Tujuan dari penelitian skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan proporsi antara faktor individu (status gizi, citra tubuh, penghargaan diri, dan pengetahuan gizi) dan faktor lingkungan (pengaruh keluarga, pengaruh teman sebaya, dan pengaruh media massa) terhadap perilaku diet penurunan berat badan. Metode yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif dengan alat ukur kuesioner dan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 187 responden remaja putri di SMAN 34 Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 44,4% responden melakukan diet dengan tujuan paling banyak adalah untuk menurunkan berat badan, yaitu sebanyak 68,7%. Cara diet yang paling banyak dilakukan adalah diet sehat, yaitu 57,83% responden. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor status gizi, citra tubuh, pengaruh keluarga, pengaruh teman sebaya, dan pengaruh media massa adanya hubungan bermakna dengan diet penurunan berat badan. Saran dari peneliti, pemberian edukasi mengenai gizi seimbang dan pengetahuan tentang diet penurunan berat badan yang melibatkan dinas kesehatan dan pendidikan serta menjalin kerja sama dengan media massa.

ABSTRACT
The focus of this study is the weight-loss dieting behavior among adolescent girls of SMAN 34 Jakarta 2014. Recents studies show that the numbers of weight-loss dieting have been increased, mostly in adolescent girls. The purpose of this study is to understand the proportion of individual factors (nutritional status, body image, self esteem, and nutritional knowledge) and environmental factors (family, peer, adn media mass influences) to the weight-loss dieting behavior. This study is a quantitative and measured with questionnaire, and using cross sectional design. The study participants included 187 adolescent girls of SMAN 34 Jakarta. The result of this study found that proporsion who are dieting was 44,4% with purpose of that behavior was to lose weight at most (57,83%). Healthy diet is the most common which was 61,4% respondents. The results of analysis showed that nutritional status, body image, influences of family, peer, and media mass are significantly related to the weight-loss dieting behavior. The author suggest the healt institution and school to have a role to do intervention through education to balance nutrition and nutritional knowledge to adolescent girls and also cooperation with media mass."
