"Perilaku keinginan berwirausaha di kalangan para mantan pekerja migran sangat diharapkan di tengah masyarakat dalam menciptakan sesuatu yang baru dengan pikiran kreatif dalam melihat peluang usaha yang semakin kompetitif, meningkatkan pendapatan negara, dan menurunkan tingkat penganguran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Proactive Personality dan Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention yang dimediasi Attitude Toward Entrepreneurial. Data empiris dikumpulkan dari 140 mantan pekerja migran NTT dan NTB dengan menggunakan metode survei yang disebarkan secara daring. Studi ini dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan confirmatory factor analysis untuk menguji tujuh hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Proactive Personality dan Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention, yang dimediasi melalui Attitude Toward Entrepreneurship. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengambil kebijakan di bidang sumber daya manusia untuk menciptakan entrepreneur yang handal dalam menciptakan peluang usaha dan kemajuan perekonomian negara.

Societies highly expect entrepreneurship among ex-migrant workers to compete and create new job opportunities in such increasingly competitive markets to improve economic activities and reduce unemployment rates. This study examines the impacts of Proactive Personality and Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Intention and its indirect influences through the mediation of Attitude Toward Entrepreneurial. Data was collected online by administering surveys to 140 former migrant workers from NTT and NTB provinces. The data were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and confirmatory factor analysis to prove seven proposed hypotheses. This study demonstrates that Proactive Personality and Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy positively influenced Entrepreneurial Intention mediated by Attitude Toward Entrepreneurship. Finally, the results of this study would benefit policymakers in the human resources sector to help produce creative and competitive entrepreneurs in creating new job opportunities and be a part of the economic development of the country, Indonesia."

"Kewirausahaan secara luas diakui sebagai faktor penentu yang dapat meningkatkan pembangunan sosial dan ekonomi, baik di negara maju ataupun berkembang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh efikasi diri kewirausahaan dan kepribadian proaktif terhadap niat berwirausaha melalui sikap terhadap kewirausahaan di antara mantan pekerja migran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi berbasis survei dan menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 27 item dengan  penilaian lima poin skala Likert untuk 195 mantan pekerja migran. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota/Kabupaten Kupang, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, Indonesia. Selanjutnya, studi ini menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural dan confirmatory factor analysis untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Perangkat lunak Lisrel digunakan untuk menganalisis dan menguji tujuh hipotesis yang dibuat berdasarkan model penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung pada hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan niat berwirausaha melalui sikap berwirausaha, namun efikasi diri kewirausahaan ditemukan memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha. Selain memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap literatur kewirausahaan, temuan ini juga memberi wawasan baru bagi pembuat kebijakan dan pihak terkait untuk mengembangkan perilaku kewirausahaan para mantan pekerja migran, serta memberikan perhatian pada berbagai elemen kunci yang mempengaruhi proses pembentukan perilaku kewirausahaan.

Entrepreneurship is widely recognized as a determining factor that can improve social and economic development, both in developing and developed country. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and proactive personality on entrepreneurial intentions among migrant returns through attitude toward entrepreneurship. This research employs a survey-based methodology and uses a 27-item questionnaire with five-point Likert for a total sample of 195 migrant returns. The research was conducted in Kupang City/Regency, East Nusa Tenggara province, Indonesia. Further, the study employs the structural equation modelling and confirmatory factor analysis to test the proposed hypotheses. Lisrel were used to analyse and test seven hypotheses derived from the research model. The results show the indirect effect on the relationship between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intention through attitude towards entrepreneurship, while entrepreneurial self-efficacy is found to have negative significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. By doing so, this study gives important contributions to the literature of entrepreneurship. The findings also provide policy makers with important insights how to develop entrepreneurial intentions on post migrant workers and give attention to key elements of the entrepreneurial process"

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan proactive personality pada entrepreneurial intention dengan attitude toward entrepreneuship dan perceived behavioural control sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah mantan pekerja migran Indonesia di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat dan Nusa Tenggara Timur (n=352). SPSS dan LISREL digunakan untuk menganalisis data kuantitatif meliputi statistik deskriptif, reliabilitas, validitas, dan SEM. Hasilnya, terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara proactive personality terhadap attitude toward entrepreneurship dan perceived behavioural control. Selain itu, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan yang ditemukan antara attitude toward entrepreneurship dan entrepreneurial intention. Attitude toward entrepreneurship memiliki efek mediasi antara proactive personality dan entrepreneurial intention. Jumlah responden yang lebih banyak diharapkan dapat memberikan hasil analisis yang lebih baik dan akurat. Temuan penelitian ini harus divalidasi kembali melalui penelitian lebih lanjut dalam berbagai konteks, karena generalisasi hasil dalam penelitian ini hanya didasarkan pada sampel responden yang berada di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat dan Nusa Tenggara Timur. Dengan menggunakan hasil penelitian ini, pemerintah dapat mendorong dengan menciptakan ekosistem dan membuat instrumen kebijakan yang tepat sasaran seperti memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan dan literasi digital untuk mendukung kegiatan kewirausahaan. Mantan pekerja migran perlu memiliki inisiatif, selalu ingin belajar hal baru, menjaga perilaku kepeloporan dan mengenali peluang.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and proactive personality on entrepreneurial intention with attitude toward entrepreneurship and perceived behavioural control as mediation variabel. This study adopts a quantitative approach to address the research objectives. The participants in this study were former Indonesian migrant workers in the province of West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara (n=352). SPSS and LISREL was used to analyze the quantitative data including descriptive statistics, reliability, validity, and SEM. In the results, there is a positive and significant relationship between proactive personality on attitude toward entrepreneurship and perceived behavioral control. In addition, there is a positive and significant relationship was found between attitude toward entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention. Attitude toward entrepreneurship has a mediating effect between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intention. A larger number of respondents is expected to provide better and more accurate analysis results. The findings of this study must be re-validated through further research in various contexts, because the generalization of the results in this study is based only on a sample of respondents who are in the provinces of West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara. Using the results of this study, the government can encourage by creating an ecosystem and making targeted policy instruments such as providing entrepreneurship training and digital literacy to support entrepreneurial activities. Former migrant workers need to have initiative, always want to learn new things, maintain pioneering behavior and recognize opportunities."

"Kegiatan wirausaha sangat penting bagi suatu negara, karena perannya dalam menggerakkan roda ekonomi, mengurangi pengangguran dan meningkatkan daya saing negara. Beberapa data seperti rasio kewirausahaan dan Indeks Kewirausahaan Global menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia masih tertinggal dari negara lain. Mengenai hal itu, pemerintah Indonesia ingin meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas wirausahawan. Purna pekerja migran Indonesia (PMI) diidentifikasi sebagai salah satu potensi kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menguji bagaimana intensi berwirausaha mereka dipengaruhi oleh efikasi wirausaha, serta peran mediasi orientasi wirausaha individu dan sikap terhadap kewirausahaan. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 422 orang di 6 kabupaten di pulau Jawa. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, lalu dianalisis dengan metode structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Sikap terhadap kewirausahaan dapat memediasi secara penuh, sedangkan orientasi individu tidak. Karena itu, hanya satu dari tiga hipotesis yang didukung hasil penelitian ini.

Entrepreneurial activities are important for a nation, because it drives economic wheel, reduces unemployment and increases the country's competitiveness. Several data such as entrepreneurship ratio and Global Entrepreneurship Index (GEI) show that Indonesia is still left behind the other countries. Regarding that, the Indonesian  Government wants to improve the quantity and quality of entrepreneurs. Returned Indonesian Migrant Worker well known as one of the entrepreneurship potency. This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions, both directly and through mediation of individual entrepreneurial orientation and attitudes towards entrepreneurship. This research was conducted on 422 former Indonesian migrant workers using an analysis of structural equation models. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial efficacy cannot significantly influence entrepreneurial intentions. Attitude towards entrepreneurship are able to fully mediates fully between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and intention, while individual entrepreneurial orientation can not. Thus, confidence in the personal ability to carry out entrepreneurial activities is only able to influence their entrepreneurial intention, if followed by positive view of entrepreneurship activity."

"Pekerja migran adalah salah satu pemberi pendapatan terbesar bagi Indonesia dari hasil remitansi, yang ketika mereka kembali membawa hasil remitansi yang perlu dimaksimalkan. Pekerja migran yang kembali ke Indonesia memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang. Untuk memaksimalkannya, salah satunya adalah menjadi wirausaha. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dalam melihat bagaimana aspek yang mempengaruhi atribut keputusan individu untuk berwirausaha pada purna PMI. Atribut tersebut adalah locus of control internal dan eksternal, entrepreneurial intention, dan individual entrepreneurial orientation. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variabel locus of control internal, individual entrepreneurial orientation, dengan dimediasi oleh entrepreneurial intention mempengaruhi opportunity recognition, dan locus of control eksternal tidak mempengaruhi kemampuan opportunity recognition pada kewirausahaan PMI.

Migrant workers are one of Indonesia's biggest recipients of remittances, which recompiles them to produce remittances that need to be maximized. Migrant workers returning to Indonesia have great potential for development. To maximize it, one of them is to become an entrepreneur. This study aims to look at how the attributes of factors that influence the decision of individuals to become entrepreneurs at PMI. These attributes are internal and external locus of control, entrepreneurial intentions, and individual entrepreneurial orientation. The results of this study are internal locus of control variables, individual entrepreneurial orientation, mediated by entrepreneurial intentions affecting recognition of opportunities, and external locus of control does not affect the ability to recognize opportunities in PMI entrepreneurship."

"Menjadi seorang wirausahawan memiliki pengaruh yang baik dalam membantu para PMI untuk mengelola uang yang didapatkan dari hasil bekerja di luar negeri, agar uang tersebut berputar dan mereka bisa memiliki peningkatan pendapatan hingga kualitas hidup secara berkelanjutan. Dari hasil penelitian-penelitian terdahulu diketahui bahwa locus of control, entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan entrepreneurial intention dapat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan opportunity recognition yang dimiliki PMI untuk memulai wirausaha. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan survey hingga mendapat 202 orang PMI yang berada di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur dan kemudian data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa locus of control positif tidak signifikan dan entrepreneurial self-efficacy berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap entrepreneurial intention dan keduanya berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap opportunity recognition. Entrepreneurial intention berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap opportunity dan memediasi sempurna pada locus of control dan opportunity recognition serta memediasi secara parsial signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan opportunity recognition.

Becoming an entrepreneurs have a good influence in helping PMIs to manage the money they get from working abroad, so that the money goes round and they can have an increase in income to a sustainable quality of life. From the results of previous studies, it is known that locus of control, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention can affect PMI's ability to have opportunity recognition to start an entrepreneur. Data collection was carried out by conducting a survey to obtain 202 PMI people in East Nusa Tenggara Province and then the data obtained were processed using Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that positive locus of control was not significant and entrepreneurial self-efficacy had a significant negative effect on entrepreneurial intention and both had a significant positive effect on opportunity recognition. Entrepreneurial intention has a significant positive effect on opportunity and mediates perfectly on locus of control and opportunity recognition as well as partially significant mediation on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and opportunity recognition"

"ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh entrepreneurship education terhadap entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa dengan self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan responden sebanyak 195 mahasiswa program studi bisnis atau manajemen di Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Prasetya Mulya, dan Universitas Bina Nusantara dengan menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis causal-step dan sobel test untuk mengguji pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh mediasi di antara variabel-variabel kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurship education mempengaruhi entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa secara signifikan, dimana self-efficacy memediasi secara parsial hubungan entrepreneurship education terhadap entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa. Temuan ini dapat membantu Pemerintah Indonesia merumuskan kebijakan dan program guna mendorong mahasiswa untuk mengejar karir kewirausahaan, yang mana dapat mengurangi ketergantungan besar mereka pada pekerjaan konvensional dan dengan demikian mengurangi pengangguran. Temuan ini juga bermanfaat bagi universitas dan lembaga pendidikan tinggi lainnya, dimana universitas dan institusi pendidikan tinggi dapat mempertimbangkan untuk merancang kurikulum, program, dan mata kuliah kewirausahaan.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship education on student entrepreneurial intention with self-efficacy as a mediation variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data are obtained from primary data through questionnaires with respondents as many as 195 students majoring in business or management of University of Indonesia, Prasetya Mulya University, and Bina Nusantara University by using the quota sampling technique. This study uses causal-step and sobel tests to examine the direct and mediation influence among key variables. The results of the study show that entrepreneurship education influences student entrepreneurial intention significantly, where self-efficacy partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurship education and student entrepreneurial intention. This finding can help the Government of Indonesia to formulate policies and programs that encourage students to pursue entrepreneurial careers, which can reduce their large dependence on conventional jobs and thereby reduce unemployment. This finding is also beneficial for universities and other higher education institutions, where universities and higher education institutions can consider designing curriculum, program, and entrepreneurship courses."

"Pentingnya pekerja migran bagi perekonomian Indonesia dapat dilihat dari banyaknya remitansi yang diberikan oleh mereka selama bekerja di luar negeri. Namun, ketika mereka kembali ke Indonesia, sangat sedikit yang menggunakan pendapatan mereka saat bekerja di luar negeri untuk memulai bisnis di kampung halaman mereka. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis pengaruh yang paling signifikan bagi pekerja migran pasca kerja untuk mulai berwirausaha di kampung halamannya. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh opportunity recognition dan entrepreneurial self-efficacy terhadap intensi berwirausaha para mantan pekerja migran Indonesia. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengkaji peran moderasi subjective norms dan perceived behavioral control terhadap hubungan antara opportunity recognition, entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan intensi berwirausaha. Data dikumpulkan dari 302 responden para mantan pekerja migran Indonesia yang tinggal di Nusa Tenggara Barat dan Nusa Tenggara Timur pada Juni 2020. Analisis regresi hierarki digunakan untuk menguji efek moderasi dan hipotesis yang diajukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa opportunity recognition berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha, tetapi entrepreneurial self-efficacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha. Di sisi lain, subjective norms memiliki pengaruh terhadap hubungan antara opportunity recognition dan intensi berwirausaha. namun tidak untuk entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Sedangkan perceived behavioral control tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap hubungan antaraopportunity recognition, entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan intensi berwirausaha.

The importance of migrant workers to the Indonesian economy can be seen from the number of remittances given by them while working abroad. Still, when they return to Indonesia, very few use their income while working abroad to start a business in their hometown. This study will analyze the most significant influences for post migrant workers to start becoming entrepreneurs in their hometowns. To investigate the impact opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention of former Indonesian migrant worker. This paper also examines the moderating role of subjective norms and perceived behavioral control. Data were collected from 302 respondents of post Indonesian migrant worker at West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara in June 2020. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to test the moderating effect and the proposed hypotheses using SPSS software. The result showed that opportunity recognition show a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention, but entrepreneurial self-efficacy does not show a impact on entrepreneurial intention. On the other hand, subjective norms have an influence on the relationship between opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial intentions. but not for entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Meanwhile, perceived behavioral control has no effect on the relationship between opportunity recognition, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions."

"Kegiatan entrepreneurship merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan ekonomi dan sosial suatu negara. Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk menghasilkan entrepreneur yang berkompeten dan berdaya saing adalah dengan menerapkan entrepreneurial education di perguruan tinggi, yaitu salah satunya di Universitas Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting bagi universitas untuk mengetahui intensi berwirausaha agar dapat mengembangkan potensi dan ide-ide kreatif dari mahasiswa. Dengan demikian penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana tingkat entrepreneurial intentions mahasiswa yang dilihat dari faktor pendidikan (education), sikap (attitude) dan budaya (culture). Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan melibatkan partisipan responden mahasiswa sarjana di Universitas Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dalam bentuk g-form yang disebarkan secara online dan offline, dengan kriteria responden mahasiswa sarjana Universitas Indonesia yang pernah atau sedang mengikuti mata kuliah entrepreneurship. Data kuesioner terkumpul sebanyak 315 tanggapan, namun hanya 262 tanggapan yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Analisis data deskriptif digunakan dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 19, dan analisis data PLS-SEM dilakukan dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 4 untuk menguji hipotesis. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial education dan entrepreneurial attitude mempengaruhi entrepreneurial intentions secara signifikan positif, entrepreneurial education mempengaruhi entrepreneurial attitude secara signifikan positif dan entrepreneurial attitude memiliki efek moderasi terhadap entrepreneurial education dengan entrepreneurial intentions secara signifikan positif. Selanjutnya, hasil dari variabel culture gagal menjelaskan efek sebagai variabel moderasi dari hubungan entrepreneurial education dengan entrepreneurial attitude, sehingga hasil tersebut negatif dan tidak signifikan.

One of the government's efforts to produce competent and competitive entrepreneurs is by implementing entrepreneurial education in universities, one of which is at the University of Indonesia. Therefore, it is very important for universities to know their entrepreneurial intentions so they can develop students' potential and creative ideas. Thus this research is carried out with the aim of analyzing how the level of entrepreneurial intentions of students is seen from the factors of education (education), attitude (attitude) and culture (culture). A quantitative approach was used in this study by involving undergraduate student respondents at the University of Indonesia. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires in the form of g-forms which were distributed online and offline, with the criteria of respondents being undergraduate students at the University of Indonesia who had or were currently taking entrepreneurship courses. Questionnaire data collected as many as 300 responses, but only 262 responses met the research criteria. Descriptive data analysis was used with the help of SPSS version 19 software, and PLS-SEM data analysis was carried out with the help of SmartPLS version 4 software to test the hypothesis. The findings of this study indicate that entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial attitude influence entrepreneurial intentions significantly positively, entrepreneurial education influences entrepreneurial attitudes significantly positively and entrepreneurial attitude has a moderating effect on entrepreneurial education with entrepreneurial intentions significantly positively. Furthermore, the results of the culture variable failed to explain the effect as a moderating variable on the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial attitude, so the results were negative and not significant."

Hal tersebut mendeskripsikan kemampuan pegawai dalam membawakan kapasitas penuhnya terhadap pemecahan permasalahan, melakukan pengembangan layanan inovatif manajemen yang membentuk perbedaan, berhubungan dengan orang-orang, serta respon pegawai pada struktur organisasi, kebijakan, dan praktik yang mempengaruhi potensinya agar terikat dimana hal tersebut bergantung pada proactive personality, core self evaluation dan entrepreneur resilience. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh proactive personality dan core self evaluation terhadap work engagement dimediasi entrepreneurial resilience pada perusahaan Start-Up di Jabodetabek. Data diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 250 responden dengan 45 pernyataan. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software LISREL 8.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proactive personality memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap work engagement, core self evaluation memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement, proactive personality memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial resilience, core self evaluation memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial resilience, entrepreneurial resilience memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement, proactive personality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap work engagement dimediasi entrepreneurial resilience dan signifikan, dan core self evaluation memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap work engagement dimediasi entrepreneurial resilience

Work engagement is a state of mind that is satisfying, positive, and associated with all forms of challenging work. It describes the ability of employees to bring their full capacity to problem solving, develop innovative management services that make a difference, relate to people, and employee responses to organizational structures, policies, and practices that affect their potential to be engaged where this depends on being proactive personality, core self-evaluation and entrepreneur resilience. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of proactive personality and core self-evaluation on work engagement mediated by entrepreneurial resilience in Start-Up companies in Greater Jakarta. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 250 respondents with 45 statements. The data analysis technique used is structural equation modelling (SEM) using LISREL 8.0 software. The results showed that proactive personality has a positive but insignificant effect on work engagement, core self-evaluation has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, proactive personality has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial resilience, core self-evaluation has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial resilience, entrepreneurial resilience has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, proactive personality has a positive effect on work engagement mediated entrepreneurial resilience but insignificant, and core self-evaluation has a positive effect on work engagement mediated entrepreneurial resilience"
