"Obat merupakan produk dengan sifat dinamis sehingga kualitas dari obat tersebut haruslah terus dijaga, salah satunya dengan cara kontrol mutu. Kontrol mutu dapat dilakukan dimulai dari pengujian bahan awal dan bahan kemas untuk memastikan spesifikasi dan identitas sesuai. Prosesur tetap terkait dengan pengambilan sampel serta disposisi bahan awal dan bahan kemas penting untuk dibuat dan diterapkan agar seluruh proses tersebut berlangsung secara teratur, terdokumentasi dengan baik, dan sesuai dengan ilmu serta regulasi terbaru. Maka dari itu, perlu dilakukan secara berkala penilaian kesenjangan prosedur tetap. Metode yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur mengenai regulasi terbaru yaitu WHO Annex 4, kemudian dilakukan pengamatan serta analisis kesenjangan antara prosedur tetap dan WHO Annex dengan memberikan nilai kesesuaian. Selanjutnya dibentuk solusi untuk permasalahan yang terjadi. Berdasarkan penilaian kesenjangan yang telah dilakukan, prosedur tetap telah memenuhi setidaknya 8 poin, hanya memenuhi sebagian dari 6 poin, dan tidak memenuhi sebanyak 2 poin dari total 16 poin yang tertera pada WHO Annex 4. Persentase pemenuhan prosedur tetap disposisi bahan awal dan bahan kemas yaitu sebesar 68,75%. Beberapa daftar poin yang belum terpenuhi atau hanya sebagian terpenuhi meliputi belum lengkapnya detail pernyataan fasilitas pengambilan sampel, tanggung jawab untuk pengmabilan sampel, hingga metode serta pola pengambilan sampel di prosedur operasional. Namun, pada kondisi aktual, poin yang belum terpenuhi tetap dilakukan sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku.

Drugs are products with dynamic properties so that the quality of these drugs must be maintained, one of which is by means of quality control. Quality control can be carried out starting from testing of starting materials and packaging materials to ensure proper specifications and identity. It is important to have established and implemented standard operation procedure related to the sampling and disposition of starting materials and packaging materials to ensure that these processes are appropriate, well-documented and in accordance with the latest science and regulations. Therefore, it is necessary to periodically assess the fixed procedure gap. The method used is a literature study regarding the latest regulations, namely WHO Annex 4, then do an observation and analysis regarding the gaps between the standard procedures and the WHO Annex by giving values for each statement. Then a solution is formed for the problems that occur. Based on the gap assessment that has been carried out, the standard operation procedures have fulfilled at least 8 points, only fulfilled a portion of the 6 points, and did not fulfil as many as 2 points out of the total 16 points listed in WHO Annex 4. The percentage of compliance with WHO Annex 4 is 68.75%. Some of the list of points that have not been fulfilled or only partially fulfilled include incomplete detailed statements of sampling facilities, responsibilities for sampling, to methods and patterns of sampling in operational procedures. However, in actual conditions, points that have not been fulfilled are still carried out in accordance with applicable regulations."

The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at Apotek Kimia Farma period February 2022 and PT Mahakam Beta Farma period March – April 2022. Through the activities in the pharmacy and pharmaceutical industry, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to get appropriate experience, knowledge, insight, and skills to perform pharmaceutical practice."

"Proses pengemasan primer dan sekunder sediaan padat oral non-beta laktam pada Departemen Produksi Sediaan Oral Non-Beta Laktam Line A PT Dankos Farma kerap menyisakan bahan kemas primer dan sekunder akibat penyiapan yang berlebihan, baik bahan kemas yang akan dikembalikan, maupun bahan kemas yang akan langsung dimusnahkan. Dengan demikian, tugas khusus ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pola dan jumlah kelebihan bahan kemas yang dipersiapkan pada proses pengemasan sediaan padat oral golongan non beta laktam pada Departemen Produksi Sediaan Oral Non-Beta Laktam Line A PT Dankos Farma, sehingga dapat dicari upaya pengurangan kelebihan dari persiapan bahan kemas tersebut. Pada tugas khusus ini, dilakukan observasi langsung mengenai proses yang terjadi secara aktual untuk memperoleh data-data penting maupun informasi kunci mengenai proses pengemasan. Observasi tidak langsung juga dilakukan dengan mengolah data yang tertuang pada logbook pengemasan primer dan sekunder, yaitu identitas produk yang dikemas, identitas bahan kemas, kuantitas bahan kemas yang dipersiapkan sesuai dengan Prosedur Pengolahan Induk, kuantitas bahan kemas yang terpakai secara aktual, dan sisa bahan kemas yang tidak terpakai. Produk yang mengalami kelebihan persiapan materi pengemasan baik primer maupun sekunder diidentifikasi kemudian dilakukan analisis faktor penyebab menggunakan root cause analysis. Dari kajian yang dilakukan selama 30 hari terhadap pengemasan primer, sekunder, dan tersier dari masing-masing 15 sediaan oral golongan non beta laktam PT Dankos Farma, direkomendasikan untuk dapat dilakukan pengurangan material kemasan primer untuk 4 produk dengan sisa bahan kemas primer berlebih. Selain itu, direkomendasikan untuk dapat dilakukan pengurangan material kemasan sekunder untuk 9 produk dengan sisa material kemasan sekunder berlebih.

The Production Department of Non Beta Lactam Oral Preparations Line A at PT Dankos Farma faces challenges in its primary and secondary packaging processes for non-beta-lactam solid oral preparations, resulting in excess materials. This study aims to analyze the patterns and quantities of surplus packaging materials and identify measures for reduction. Observations, both direct and indirect, were conducted over 30 days on the actual packaging processes and related logbook data. The analysis focused on product and packaging material identities, quantities prepared according to procedures, actual usage, and leftover materials. Root cause analysis was applied to products showing excess preparation of primary and secondary packaging materials. The findings recommend a reduction in primary packaging material for four products and a reduction in secondary packaging material for nine products. Excess preparation is attributed to factors identified through root cause analysis. This study provides insights for PT Dankos Farma to optimize its packaging processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency in handling packaging materials for non-beta-lactam oral preparations."

"Apoteker merupakan profesi yang didapatkan seorang sarjana farmasi setelah lulus dari program pendidikan profesi apoteker dan lulus Ujian Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia (UKAI). Seorang apoteker selanjutnya dapat berkarir di industri (obat, obat tradisional, kosmetik), pedagang besar farmasi (PBF), apotek, rumah sakit, puskemas, maupun klinik. Sebagai perbekalan calon apoteker untuk terjun ke dunia kerja kedepannya, dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebagai bagian dari kurikulum program studi profesi apoteker. PKPA dilaksanakan di PT Mahakam Beta Farma pada periode Januari – Februari 2022 ditempatkan di divisi Pemastian Mutu dan Apotek Roxy Pitara periode Mei 2022. Saat melaksanakan PKPA di PT Mahakam Beta Farma, calon apoteker berfokus pada bagian dokumentasi, terutama pembuatan Product Quality Review (PQR). Kemudian, saat melaksanakan PKPA di Apotek Roxy Pitara, calon apoteker belajar bagaimana melakukan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai (BMHP) serta melakukan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Calon apoteker diharapkan dapat belajar dan mendapatkan pengalaman, pengetahuan, serta keterampilan yang dapat mendukung calon apoteker tersebut kedepannya lewat PKPA di industri dan apotek.

A pharmacist is a profession that is obtained by a pharmacy graduate after graduating from the pharmacist professional education program and passing the Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Examination (UKAI). A pharmacist can then have a career in industry (drugs, traditional medicines, cosmetics), pharmaceutical wholesalers (PBF), pharmacies, hospitals, health centers, and clinics. As provosion for prospective pharmacists to enter the world of work in the future, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) is carried out as part of the pharmacist profession study program curriculum. PKPA was implemented at PT Mahakam Beta Farma in the period January – February 2022 placed in the Quality Assurance division and Roxy Pitara Pharmacy for the period May 2022. Prospective pharmacists focus on the documentation section, especially the manufacture of Product Quality Review (PQR) at PT Mahakam Beta Farma. Then, prospective pharmacists learn how to manage pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, and Medical Consumables (BMHP) and perform clinical pharmacy services at Roxy Pitara Pharmacy. Prospective pharmacists are expected to learn and gain experience, knowledge, and skills that can support future pharmacists on their next journey through PKPA in industry and pharmacy."

"Telah dilakukan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT Mahakam Beta Farma, Jakarta Timur yang berlangsung pada tanggal 3 Januari – 25 Februari 2022 dan di Apotek Roxy Biak, Jakarta Pusat yang berlangsung pada tanggal 9 – 31 Mei 2022. Kegiatan ini merupakan sarana penulis untuk mempelajari dan memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab seorang aporeker. This activity is the author's means to learn and understand the duties and responsibilities of an apothecary. This is expected to be the author's provision to carry out the role of pharmacists in the professional realm and can be useful for themselves, colleagues, and society. PKPA activities at PT Mahakam Beta Farma and Roxy Biak Pharmacy include reviewing managerial duties in the solid dosage production section of the pharmaceutical industry, clinical pharmacy duties in pharmacies, as well as special tasks in both the pharmaceutical and pharmacy industries."

Penyusunan tugas khusus ini menggunakan metode dengan mengunggakan data performance qualification sistem heating, ventilation, and air conditioning ruang produksi steril NonCephalosporin periode 2022, selanjutnya di lakukan kesimpulan analisis sesuai spesifikasi dan kualifikasi perusahaan PT. Mahakam Beta Farma. Sehingga didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa proses kualifikasi PQ HVAC yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ruang produksi steril NonCephalosporin memenuhi persyaratan spesifikasi dan kualifikasi yang telah ditetapkan oleh departemen Quality Assurance PT. Mahakam Beta Farma.

The purpose of preparing special assignments during the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice at PT Mahakam Beta Farma is to analyze the suitability of the HVAC system performance qualification parameters in the non-Cephalosphorin sterile production room area according to GMP regulations. The preparation of this special task uses a method by leaving data on performance qualification systems for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning in the non-Cephalosporin sterile production room for the 2022 period. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice is held at Kimia Farma Garuda Pharmacy for the period of February 2022, PT Mahakam Beta Farma for the period March – April 2022, and the Jagakarsa District Health Center for the period May 2022. By participating in the Practice Program, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists will have insight, knowledge, skills, and abilities to do pharmaceutical work"
