"Penelitian ini membahas pelayanan registrasi dan identifikasi (Regident) BPKB & STNK kendaraan bermotor pada Direktorat Lalulintas Polda Metro Jaya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mencari postur ideal kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam menghadapi ancaman degradasi di era digitalisasi. Landasan teori terdiri dari teori kompetensi SDM, public service, new public service, service excellence, dan public trust. Sedangkan metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain kualitatif eksplanatori. Melalui analisis penalaran induktif, penelitian menemukan pentingnya faktor kunci untuk membangun postur ideal dalam menghadapi transformasi digital. Untuk faktor kunci meliputi komposisi dan kompetensi SDM, dan sarana prasarana digital berkaitan dengan efisiensi mekanisme pelayanan. Adapun postur ideal untuk menghadapi ancaman degradasi era digital, penelitian mensyaratkan adanya kesesuaian kompetensi dengan bidang kerja, motivasi kerja tinggi, budaya kerja yang mendukung, bersikap proaktif, serta memiliki komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik. Hal yang harus dilakukan untuk membangun postur ideal SDM, diperlukan peningkatan kompetensi melalui: (1) pendidikan dan pelatihan; (2) pendidikan kejuruan; (3) pendidikan pengembangan spesial; (4) transfer pengetahuan; dan (5) sertifikasi teknologi dan informasi komputer. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dengan memiliki postur ideal SDM, maka pelayanan Regident BPKB dan STNK pada Direktorat Lalu Lintas Polda Metro Jaya tidak saja mampu menghadapi ancaman degradasi pelayanan digital, namun juga dapat berperan sebagai agen perubahan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan masyarakat untuk menuju Smart Public Service.

This research discusses the registration and identification service (Regident) of BPKB & STNK motor vehicles at the Directorate of Traffic Polda Metro Jaya. The purpose of the research is to find the ideal posture of human resource (HR) quality in facing the threat of degradation in the digitalization era. The theoretical foundation consists of HR competency theory, public service, new public service, service excellence, and public trust. Meanwhile, the research method uses a qualitative approach with an explanatory qualitative design. Through inductive reasoning analysis, the research found the importance of key factors in building an ideal posture in facing digital transformation. For key factors include the composition and competence of HR, and digital infrastructure related to service mechanism efficiency. As for the ideal posture to face the threat of digital era degradation, the research requires the competence to match the field of work, high work motivation, a supportive work culture, being proactive, and having good communication and negotiation. What needs to be done to build an ideal HR posture, competency improvement is needed through: (1) education and training; (2) vocational education; (3) special development education; (4) knowledge transfer; and (5) computer technology and information certification. The research concludes that by having an ideal HR posture, the Regident BPKB and STNK service at the Directorate of Traffic Polda Metro Jaya is not only able to face the threat of digital service degradation, but can also act as an agent of change in improving service quality and public satisfaction towards Smart Public Service."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji keterlibatan sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi, khususnya pengaruh kesesuaian pekerjaan (job fit), komitmen afektip (affective commitment) dan iklim psikologis (psychological climate) terhadap keterlibatan anggota (employee engagement) organisasi pada Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengkaji persepsi anggota polisi terhadap variabel kesesuaian pekerjaan (Job fit), komitmen afektif (affectice commitment), iklim psikologis (psychological climate) dan keterlibatan anggota polisi di organisasi kepolisian Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya dan pengaruh kesesuaian pekerjaan (Job Fit), komitmen afektif (Affective Commitment), iklim psikologis (Pschological Climate) terhadap keterlibatan kerja (Work Engagement) anggota polisi di organisasi kepolisian Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya.
Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Sebanyak 180 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Likert dengan 5 tingkatan skala pengukuran. Analisis ini menggunakan metode partial least square (PLS) dengan software smartPLS 3.0. yang digunakan untuk pengukuran model (outer model, pengukuran model struktural (inner model) dan pengujian hipotesis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan anggota memiliki rata-rata 3,88, iklim psikologis memiliki rata-rata sebesar 3,71, dan kesesuaian pekerjaan memiliki rata-rata sebesar 3,66, komitmen afektif memiliki rata-rata sebesar 3,70, yang semuanya memiliki kategori tinggi. Hasil uji perbedaan menyatakan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada variable keterlibatan anggota, iklim psikologis, kesesuaian pekerjaan dan komitmen afektif dan semua hasil uji hipotesis penelitian ini diterima.

This research was conducted to examine the involvement of human resources in the organization, especially the effect of job suitability, affective commitment and psychological climate on employee engagement in the Traffic Directorate of Metro Jaya Regional Police. Therefore this study is aimed at examining the perception of police members on job suitability variables, affective commitment, psychological climate and the involvement of police members in the Traffic Directorate of Metro Jaya Regional Police organization and the effect of job suitability, affective commitment, psychological climate to the work engagement of police officers in the Jakarta Metropolitan Police organization.
The number of samples in this study were 180 people. Data collection uses a Likert scale with 5 levels of measurement scale. This analysis uses the method of partial least square (PLS) with smartPLS 3.0 software. used for measurement models (outer models), measurement of structural models (inner models) and hypothesis testing.
The results showed that the involvement of members had an average of 3.88, the psychological climate had an average of 3.71, and job suitability had an average of 3.66, affective commitments had an average of 3.70, all of which has a high category. The difference test results stated that there were no significant differences in the variables of member involvement, psychological climate, job suitability and affective commitment and all the results of the hypothesis test of this study were accepted.

"Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya memberlakukan sistem tilang secara digital dengan Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE), menggantikan sistem tilang konvensional. Perubahan sistem tilang itu diasumsikan akan berimplikasi pada konfigurasi, fungsi, perilaku, lingkungan dan sistem kerja sumber daya manusia. Bertitik tolak dari latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui bagaimana perubahan manajemen sumber daya manusia di Direktorat Lalu Lintas Polda MetroJaya dalam mendukung penerapan ETLE; serta. faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perubahan manajemen sumber daya manusia di Direktorat Lalu Lintas Polda Metro Jaya dalam mendukung ETLE. Penelitian ini selanjutnya akan digunakan sebagai acuan untuk pengembangan dan evaluasi pelayanan ETLE yang diselenggarakan oleh Direktorat Lalu Lintas Polda Metro Jaya. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian pada Dilantas Polda Metro Jaya. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kerangka teori perubahan Lewin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seiring dengan diberlakukannya program penilangan dengan sistem ETLE, maka terjadi perubahan SDM di lingkungan Ditlantas, baik perubahan lingkungan kerja, perilaku SDM, mekanisme tilang, maupun perubahan adanya tuntutan lebih terampil dalam teknologi, informasi, dan komunikasi(TIK). Perubahan tersebut belum menyentuh semua personel dilapangan hanya personel yang mengawaki sistem ETLE yang mengalami perubahan tersebut. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruri perubahan SDM faktor yang memperkuat (driving forces) nilai- nilai baru (ETLE) dan memperlemah faktor-faktor yang menghambat perubahan (restraining forces).

Background of this research is that Directorate of Traffic, Metro Jaya Regional Police enforces a digital ticket system with Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE), replacing the conventional ticket system. The change of ticket system is assumed to affect configuration, function, behaviour, environment, and work system of human resource. Starting from the background, this research aims to identify the change management of human resource in Directorate of Traffic, Metro Jaya Regional Police in supporting the implementation of ETLE, and factors affecting the change management of human resource in Directorate of Traffic, Metro Jaya Regional Police in supporting ETLE. This research will be used as a reference for development and evaluation of ETLE service as organized by Directorate of Traffic, Metro Jaya Regional Police. Qualitative approach was used in this research. Location of the research was in Directorate of Traffic, Metro Jaya Regional Police. Data collection technique was through in-depth interview. Data analysis technique used framework from the theory of change by Lewin. The research shows the result that implementation of the ticket program with ETLE system leads to a change of human resource in Directorate of Traffic, in work environment, human resource behaviour, ticket mechanism, and demand to be more skillful in mastering Communication and Information Technology. The change did not yet reach whole personnel in the field, but only limited to those who supervise ETLE system undergoing the change. Factors affecting the change of human resource are driving forces for new values (ETLE) and restraining forces for the change."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengeksplorasi potensi pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) penyidik berbasis Crime Scientific Investigation (CSI) di Ditreskimum Polda Metro Jaya. Studi kasus yang diambil adalah kematian satu keluarga di Kalideres. Metode CSI digunakan sebagai pendekatan investigasi ilmiah dalam mengidentifikasi kelemahan dan kekuatan penyidik dalam menangani kasus tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggabungkan studi literatur, analisis kebijakan, wawancara dengan penyidik dan pakar terkait, serta observasi langsung di lapangan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil analisis data tersebut diharapkan dapat mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengembangan SDM penyidik dalam bidang CSI, seperti pelatihan, peningkatan pengetahuan, dan keterampilan teknis. Diharapkan bahwa tesis ini akan memberikan rekomendasi konkret dan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penyidik dalam melakukan investigasi ilmiah kejahatan. Dengan pengembangan SDM yang tepat, Ditreskimum Polda Metro Jaya dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam penyidikan kasus kriminal, termasuk penanganan kasus kematian satu keluarga di Kalideres. Penelitian ini diharapkan juga dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan metode penyidikan kriminal yang lebih ilmiah dan profesional di Indonesia.

This research aims to explore the development of human resources (HR) based on Crime Scientific Investigation (CSI) in Ditreskimum Polda Metro Jaya, using a case study of a family's death in Kalideres. CSI is employed as a scientific investigative approach to identify the weaknesses and strengths of investigators in handling the case. The research methodology utilizes a qualitative approach, combining literature review, policy analysis, interviews with investigators and relevant experts, as well as direct field observations to collect data. The analysis of the gathered data is expected to identify the needs for HR development among investigators in the field of CSI, including training, knowledge enhancement, and technical skills. It is anticipated that this thesis will provide concrete and sustainable recommendations to enhance the capabilities of investigators in conducting scientific crime investigations. Through appropriate HR development, Ditreskimum Polda Metro Jaya can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of criminal case investigations, including the handling of cases involving a family's death in Kalideres. Moreover, this research is expected to contribute to the development of more scientific and professional methods of criminal investigation in Indonesia."

"The strategy of the Bandung National Unity and Political Agency (Bakesbangpol) in realizing excellent human resources is still conventional. This can be seen in the form of education and training for the community without using technological advances to develop community digital literacy as an effort to create excellent society and protect from internal threats in the form of radicalism, terrorism, and intolerance; and externally, in the form of territorial security and digital security. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy of the Bandung City Political and National Unity Agency in realizing excellent human resources to face the various threats facing Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study methods, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation, then analyzed using reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the strategic concept carried out by the Bandung City Political and National Unity Agency in the form of education and training to defend the state for the community. The implementation carried out was still conventional, an alternative to realizing excellent human resources carried out by the National Unity and Political Agency, namely by optimizing the use of technology, create a sustainable curriculum and focus on developing digital literacy in society to prevent various external and internal threats."

"Keuntungan bisnis di seluruh industri minyak dan gas nilai telah terpengaruh oleh fluktuasi harga minyak dan gas akibat dari penurunan harga minyak pada tahun 2014 serta pandemi COVID 19 yang terjadi secara global mengakibatkan banyak perubahan termasuk juga pada sektor minyak dan gas bumi. Perusahaan jasa ladang minyak harus mengatur ulang bisnis mereka, membuat strategi, dan mengadopsi model operasi baru untuk menjamin profitabilitas jangka panjang dengan memprioritaskan transformasi digital. .Untuk mendukung keberhasikan transformasi digital dibutuhkan dukungan dari sumber daya manusia yang handal serta penyebaran pengetahuan yang tepat melalui perilaku kerja yang inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh High Involvement Human Resoures Management (HIHRM) dan Knowledge Sharing (KS) dalam implementasi Digital Transformation (DT) yang dimediasi oleh variabel Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) pada perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor industri minyak dan gas bumi melalui kuesioner secara daring lalu diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian memberikan hasil bahwa HIHRM berpengaruh terhadap DT, sedangkan KS tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap DT. Namun IWB mampu menjadi variabel mediasi yang memiliki efek yang signifikan pada hubungan antara variabel KS dan DT, dan juga mampu memperkuat hubungan antara HIHRM dan DT.

Business profits across the oil and gas industry have been affected by fluctuations in oil and gas prices due to the decline in oil prices in 2014 and the global COVID 19 pandemic resulting in many changes including in the oil and gas sector. Oilfield service companies must reorganize their business, create strategies, and adopt new operating models to ensure long-term profitability by prioritizing digital transformation. To support the success of digital transformation, it requires support from reliable human resources and the dissemination of appropriate knowledge through innovative work behavior. This study aims to examine the effect of High Involvement Human Resources Management (HIHRM) and Knowledge Sharing (KS) in the implementation of Digital Transformation (DT) mediated by Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) variables in companies engaged in the oil and gas industry sector through online questionnaires and then processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study provide results that HIHRM has an effect on DT, while KS has no effect on DT. However, IWB is able to become a mediating variable that has a significant effect on the relationship between KS and DT variables, and is also able to strengthen the relationship between HIHRM and DT."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pembinaan SDM yang berkeunggulan fungsi Reserse di Polda Metro Jaya. Melalui penelitian ini, ketepatan dalam pembinaan SDM yang berkeunggulan fungsi Reserse di Polda Metro Jaya lebih tepat dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi lapangan. Kemudian, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara observasi lapangan, studi dokumen dan wawancara. Untuk memastikan data yang dikumpulkan benar-benar valid dan relibel, peneliti menggunakan teknik keabsahan data meliputi credibility dan confirmatory. Selanjutnya, analisis data menggunakan pendekatan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembinaan SDM unggul fungsi Reserse di Polda Metro Jaya berdasarkan profil SDM, telah tercukupi berdasarkan standar DSP personel bidang Reserse termasuk kepangkatan personel. Personel fungsi Reserse di Polda Metro Jaya telah melewati proses seleksi dan penyaringan secara ketat sebelum tempatkan di fungsi Reserse Polda Metro Jaya. Model penilaian kompetensi yang diterapkan kepada SDM fungsi Reserse adalah penilaian berbasis assessment center untuk jabatan level direktur, dan assessment uji kompentensi teknis, etika dan psikologi untuk personel baru atau perwira. Sementara hasil penilaian kompetensi (pengetahuan, skil dan mental) SDM fungsi Reserse tidak terdokumentasi secara baik. Kemudian, pembinaan SDM unggul fungsi Reserse di Polda Metro Jaya berdasarkan perkap Nomor 99 Tahun 2020 tentang Sistem, Manajemen dan Standar Keberhasilan SDM Polri yang Berkeunggulan telah dijalankan dengan cukup baik, walaupun masih terdapat ketidakkonsistensi dan pelanggaran terhadap penarapan prosedur yang telah ditentukan pada perkap tersebut. Penempatan jabatan personel fungsi Reserse di Polda Metro Jaya berhubungan dengan hasil penilaian kompentensi. Penempatan jabatan level manager menggunakan hasil asssement center, sementara penempatan anggota baru pada fungsi Reserse mengacu pada penilaian kompentensi teknis, etika dan psikologi. Kemudian, faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangan dalam pembinaan SDM unggul fungsi Reserse di Polda Metro Jaya antara lain yaitu: faktor SDM, faktor metode dan faktor anggaran.

This research aims to determine the development of superior human resources for the Detective function at Polda Metro Jaya. To achieve the research objectives, this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach based on field studies. Then, the data collection method used was field observation, document study and interviews. To ensure that the data collected is truly valid and reliable, researchers use data validity techniques including credibility and confirmatory. Next, data analysis uses a data reduction approach, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the development of superior human resources for the detective function at Polda Metro Jaya based on the human resource profile has been fulfilled based on the DSP standards for personnel in the field of investigation, including personnel rank. The detective function personnel at Polda Metro Jaya have gone through a strict selection and screening process before being placed in the police detective function at Polda Metro Jaya. The competency assessment model applied to HR for the detective function is an assessment center- based assessment for director level positions, and a technical, ethical and psychological competency test assessment for new personnel or officers. Meanwhile, the results of the competency assessment (knowledge, skills and mentality) of HR for the detective function are not well documented. Then, the development of superior human resources for the detective function at Polda Metro Jaya based on Perkap Number 99 of 2020 concerning Systems, Management and Standards for the Success of Superior National Police Human Resources has been carried out quite well, although there are still inconsistencies and violations of the implementation of the procedures specified in the Perkap. The placement of positions in the Detective Function personnel at Polda Metro Jaya is related to the results of the competency assessment. The placement of manager level positions uses the results of the assessment center, while the placement of new members in the detective function refers to technical, ethical and psychological competency assessments. Then, the factors to be considered in developing superior human resources for the detective function at Polda Metro Jaya include: human resources factors, method factors and budget factors."

"Perkembangan e-government dan teknologi yang terjadi, mendorong perubahan dalam berbagai aspek, seperti salah satunya dalam pemerintahan. Perubahan yang terjadi seperti berkembangnya hal-hal yang mengarah kepada online atau digital, diantaranya adalah e- catalogue, e-KTP, maupun pemberitaan ataupun penyampaian informasi pemerintah melalui media-media digital. Berkembangnya e­-government dan teknologi ini, berdampak kepada PNS, salah satunya adalah Jabatan Fungsional Pranata Humas (JFPH). Kompetensi atau keahlian yang dimiliki oleh JFPH, belum mencukupi atau mampu untuk menghadapi perkembangan ini. Dibutuhkan pengembangan bagi JFPH untuk meningkatkan kompetensi maupun kecakapan mereka, yaitu hard skills dan soft skills. Apabila tidak dilakukan pengembangan, maka JFPH akan mengalami ketertinggalan yang akan menghambat kinerja mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia pada Jabatan Fungsional Pranata Humas (JFPH) yang dilakukan oleh Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (KemenKOMINFO) dalam menghadapi perkembangan e-government. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Marihot Tua Effendi, yang terbagi menjadi empat (4) dimensi yaitu societal objective, organizational objective, functional objective, dan personal objective. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan post-positivis serta pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam serta menggunakan dokumen-dokumennya lainnya dan studi literatur sebagai data sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan telah dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, seperti workshop, seminar, diklat, kelas belajar, maupun lainnya. Program yang disusun telah memenuhi kesiapan untuk menghadapi perkembangan walaupun terdapat kelemahan pada diklat yang cenderung teoritis dan tidak up to date. Secara keseluruhan, berdasarkan hal, kegiatan, maupun program yang telah disusun dan dilaksanakan, JFPH telah memenuhi kesiapan akan e-government ini.

The growth of e-government and technology that happening now, driving changes in various aspects, such as one, in the government. Changes that occur are such as the developments of things that lead to online or digital in the government, including e-catalogue, e-KTP, as well as reporting the news or delivery of the government information through digital media. The growth of e-government and technology has an impacts on civil servants, one of which is the Functional Office of Public Relation (JFPH). The competency or expertise possesed by JFPH, has not been sufficient or able to deal with this growth. Development is needed for JFPH to improve their competencies and skill, such as hard skills and soft skills. If there’s no development whis is conducted, then JFPH will be left behind which will hamper their performance. This study aims to describe the Development of Human Resources in the Functional Position of Public Relations Institutions (JFPH) conducted by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (KemenKOMINFO) in dealing with the growth of e-government. This study uses a theory proposed by Marihot Tua Effendi, which is divided into four (4) dimensions, namely societal objectives, organizational objectives, functional objectives, and personal objectives. This research was conducted with a post-positivist approach and data collection was done by in-depth interviews and using other documents and literature studies as secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the development has been carried out in various ways, such as workshops, seminars, training, learning classes, and others. The program that has been prepared has met the readiness to deal with developments even though there are weaknesses in the training which tend to be theoretical and not up to date. Overall, based on things, activities, and programs that have been prepared and implemented, JFPH has fulfilled this e-government readiness."

Upaya optimalisasi pengaturan manajemen sdm kebijakan usersistem jaringan I-24/7 perlu dirumuskan secara kompeherensif dan memilikilegitimasi regulasi yang jelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatankualitatif dan pemilihan narasumber dengan teknik purposive sampling.Lokasi penelitian di Polda Metro Jaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaUpaya Optimalisasi manajemen sumber daya manusia user Jringan I-24/7 diPolda Metro Jaya bisa dilakukan; pertama, revitalisasi sarana dan prasaranauser jaringan I-24/7. Kedua, memberikan kewenangan tunggal kepada userJaringan I-24/7 yang terlegitimasi melalui sprin. Ketiga, memperbaiki polarekruitmen user jaringan I-24/7 yang didasarkan pada kompetensi

ABSTRACT
The I 24 7 system is referred to as INTERPOL 39 s state of the art weapon ,because it is essential for sharing information among its member states. In itsimplementation in Polda Metro Jaya I 24 7 network system has been generated,but nothing comes from users of the system. Efforts to optimize the managementof the I 24 7 network system user need to be formulated comprehensively andhave clear regulatory legitimacy. This study used a qualitative approach and theselection of resource persons with purposive sampling technique. Researchlocation in Polda Metro Jaya. The results showed that the optimization of humanresource management of Jringan I 24 7 users in Polda Metro Jaya can be done first, revitalization of facilities and infrastructure of I 24 7 network users. Second,grant authority to I 24 7 Network users who are legitimated through sprin. Third,Improve the recruitment pattern of I 24 7 network users who stand out incompetence."

"Perkembangan bisnis perbankan syariah dewasa ini tampak menunjukan peningkatan, namun perkembangan belum sebagaimana yang diharapkan, dimana target pertumbuhan asset sampai akhir 2008 adalah sebesar 5 % darl asset perbankan nasional, temyata bam terealisir sebesar 2,1 %, berarti target bel urn tercapai. Hal ini karena perbankan syariah menghadapi persaingan diantara perbankan nasional terutarna dengan bank konvensionaL Pada industti produk dan jasa perbankan syariah hat yang menjadi perhatian adalah mutu pelayan yang dibarikan oleh Sumber Daya lnsani (SDl} Bank Syariah tersebut. SDI sebagai penggerak harus memiliki kualitas yang baik sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang bennutu kepada nasabahnya. Hal inilah yang menjadikan penulis tertarik melakukan penelitian kualitas SDI (independent variabel) dan pelatihan sebagai independent variabel berbentuk dummy berpengaruh terhadap Mutu Pelayanan (dependent variabel) pada Kantor Cabang Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) di Jakarta Selatan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi bcrganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kealitas SDI berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap mutu pelayanan, sedangkan pelatihan tidak signifikan mempengaruhi mutu pe1ayanan. Namun pelatihan memberikan kontrihusi yang positif dengan koeffisien yang positif. Selanjutnya dalam penelitian ini menyarankan kepada BSM yang diteliti agar lebih meningkatkan kualitas SDinya melalui pelatihan baik secara On the Job Training maupun secara the job training disamping itu agar merekruit tenaga yang memiliki Jatar be1akang study ekonomi Islam daJam rangka mencapai mutu pelayanan yang baik.

These days, sharia banking has grown significantly, yet its development has. not yet met the expectation. The target for assets growth up to the end of 2008 was 5% of the the national banking assets, while orJy 2.1% has been realized and it means that the target is not yet achieved. One reason is because there is: a competition between sharia banks and particularly conventional banks in the national banking industry. In the industry which engages in the products and services of sharia banking, one thing which requires attention is the quality of service provided by human resources in the sharia bank in question. The human resources need to be qualified in order to provide quality service to the customers. The writer has been particularly interested in the issue and then conducted research on the human resources quality as an independent variable, and the training, as a dummy independent variable which affect the quality of the service, as the dependent variable, at Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) Branch Office in South Jakarta.
The research used Multiple Liner Regression analysis and the result suggests that human resources quality has a significant impact on the service quality, while the training has only a minor one although the training gives positive contribution with positive coefficient. The further suggests that BSM being examined improve the quality of its human resources through both on-the-job and off-the job trainings in order to achieve a good standard of service quality and that BSM recruit personnel w1th Islamic Economy education background.
