"Industri fashion telah mengalami evolusi yang signifikan dari satu abad ke abad berikutnya, dengan perubahan tren dan dinamika yang mendefinisikan setiap periode waktu. Pada setiap zaman, dunia mode menghadirkan tren berpakaian yang unik dan mencerminkan nilai-nilai tersendiri pada saat itu. Perbedaan-perbedaan ini juga tercermin dalam cara pelaku usaha membangun citra merek dan mengelola proses penyebaran informasi produk. Erigo, sebuah merek pakaian yang telah beroperasi selama sepuluh tahun, sukses menciptakan identitasnya sendiri dan meraih tingkat popularitas yang signifikan. Dengan itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari brand engagement in self-concept dan value consciousness terhadap brand loyalty. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei kepada konsumen Erigo yang berusia ≥ 18 tahun di DKI Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara brand engagement in self-concept dan value consciousness terhadap brand loyalty.

The fashion industry has undergone significant evolution from one century to the next, marked by changing trends and dynamics that define each period. In every era, the world of fashion introduces unique clothing trends that reflect distinct values at that time. These differences are also reflected in how business actors build brand images and manage the product information. Erigo, a clothing brand that has been operating for ten years, has successfully crafted its own identity and achieved a significant level of popularity. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of brand engagement in self-concept and value consciousness on brand loyalty. This research employs a quantitative approach and survey method targeting Erigo consumers aged ≥ 18 years in DKI Jakarta, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The research findings indicate a significant influence between brand engagement in self-concept and value consciousness on brand loyalty."

"Pada masa revolusi industri 4.0, media sosial telah menjadi salah satu alat dalam aktivitas pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh bisnis untuk menarik konsumen agar tetap membeli produknya. Dengan demikian, menjadi suatu hal yang penting bagi bisnis untuk menggunakan media sosial untuk menciptakan sebuah loyalitas merek. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived social media marketing activities terhadap brand loyalty dengan brand consciousness dan brand consciousness sebagai mediasi pada Konsumen Erigo Apparel yang bertempat tinggal di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 150 responden dengan teknik non probability sampling berupa purposive sampling. Dalam hal ini, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan uji sobel dan analisis regresi menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara social media marketing activities terhadap brand loyalty, social media marketing activities terhadap brand consciousness, brand consciousness terhadap brand loyalty, social media marketing activities terhadap value consciousness, value consciousness terhadap brand loyalty, dan brand consciousness memediasi pengaruh antara social media marketing activities terhadap brand loyalty, serta value consciousness tidak memediasi pengaruh antara social media marketing activities terhadap brand loyalty pada konsumen Erigo Apparel yang bertempat tinggal di Jakarta.

In the industrial revolution 4.0, social media has become one of the tools in marketing activities carried out by businesses to attract consumers to keep buying their products. Thus, it is important for businesses using social media to create brand loyalty. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of perceived social media marketing activities on brand loyalty with brand consciousness and brand consciousness as mediation to Erigo Apparel consumers who live in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling. In this case, the data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using Sobel test and regression analysis using SPSS. The results show that there is an influence between social media marketing activities on brand loyalty, social media marketing activities on brand consciousness, brand consciousness on brand loyalty, social media marketing activities on value consciousness, value consciousness on brand loyalty, and brand consciousness mediating the influence between social media marketing activities on brand loyalty, and value consciousness do not mediate the effect of social media marketing activities on brand loyalty on Erigo Apparel consumers who live in Jakarta."

"Industri pada sektor beauty personal care memiliki persaingan yang sangat ketat. Ketatnya persaingan ini membuat pemain dalam sektor beauty personal care mempertahankan konsumennya agar tidak beralih ke produk lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kesadaran nilai terhadap loyalitas merek melalui keterlibatan merek dalam konsep diri pada generasi Z konsumen merek BLP Beauty di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner online. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kesadaran nilai memiliki pengaruh sedang terhadap loyalitas merek, kesadaran nilai memiliki pengaruh lemah terdapat keterlibatan merek dalam konsep diri, serta keterlibatan merek dalam konsep diri memiliki pengaruh sedang terhadap loyalitas merek. Berdasarkan hasil uji mediasi yang telah dilakukan, terdapat pengaruh kesadaran nilai terhadap loyalitas merek melalui mediasi keterlibatan merek dalam konsep diri. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar merek dapat meningkatkan kesadaran nilai dan keterlibatan merek dalam konsep diri untuk meningkatkan loyalitas.

The beauty personal care industry has a very fierce competition, every player has to do its best to keep their consumer not to switch or even try to the other products. The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of value consciousness on brand loyalty through brand engagement in self-concept towards Generation Z consumers of BLP Beauty brand in Jabodetabek. This study uses quantitative approach by collecting data through an online questionnaire. The results showed that value consciousness has a moderate effect on brand loyalty while value consciousness has a low effect on brand engagement in self-concept. The other result is brand engagement in self-concept has a moderate effect on brand loyalty. Based on mediation analysis, brand engagement in self-concept affects the relationship of value consciousness and brand loyalty. This study recommends that the brands could increase their value consciousness and brand engagement in self-concept to increase brand loyalty."

"Peningkatan konsumsi pakaian masyarakat dari tahun mengalami peningkatan. Sebagai negara dengan mayoritas pemeluk agama islam, industri fashion muslim telah menjamur dan menyumbang kontribusi pada PDB dan ekspor nasional. Buttonscarves merupakan salah satu brand fashion muslim yang telah berhasil masuk ke pasar internasional. Untuk dapat bersaing di pasar internasional maupun nasional Buttonscarves melakukan strategi pendekatan yang berorientasi kepada pelanggannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand community identification dan reward terhadap brand loyalty melalui consumer brand engagement pada pelanggan Buttonscarves di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh dari 100 orang responden dianalisis mengunakan SPSS melalui analisis statistik deskriptif dan uji regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antar variabel dalam model penelitian secara signifikan.

The increase in people's clothing consumption has increased from year to year. As a country with a majority of Muslims, the Muslim fashion industry has mushroomed and contributed to GDP and national exports. Buttonscarves is a Muslim fashion brand that has successfully entered the international market. To be able to compete in international and national markets, Buttonscarves carries out a customer-oriented approach strategy. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of brand community identification and rewards on brand loyalty through consumer brand engagement for Buttonscarves customers in Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and uses purposive sampling. Data obtained from 100 respondents was analyzed using SPSS through descriptive statistical analysis and regression tests. The research results show that there is a significant influence between the variables in the research model."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini ingin melihat pengaruh perceived brand value terhadap brand loyalty yang dimediasi oleh brand trust dan brand affect pada dua kategori brand yaitu sustainable brand dan conventional brand pada produk kosmetik dan skin care. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan sustainability knowledge dan fashion consciousness sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan memperoleh sebanyak 232 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived brand value berpengaruh terhadap brand trust dan brand affect pada kedua kategori brand. Brand trust dan brand affect berpengaruh terhadap brand loyalty pada kedua kategori brand. Moderasi sustainability knowledge tidak memperkuat pengaruh positif perceived brand value terhadap brand trust dan brand affect pada sustainable brand. Moderasi fashion consciousness juga tidak memperkuat pengaruh positif perceived brand value terhadap brand trust dan brand affect pada conventional brand.

ABSTRACT
This study discusses the influence of perceived brand value on brand loyalty mediated by brand trust and brand affect on two brand categories which are sustainable brand and conventional brand. This study also discusses the moderating effect of sustainability knowledge and fashion consciousness on the relationship between perceived brand value on brand trust and brand affect. The data was collected through online questionnaire with the sample of 232 respondents. The result shows that there is a positive influence of perceived brand value on brand trust and brand affect on both brand categories. Brand trust and brand affect have positive influence on brand loyalty on both brand categories. Sustainability knowledge as a moderating variable does not enhance the relationship between perceived brand value on brand trust and brand affect for sustainable brand category. Fashion consciousness as a moderating variable also does not enhance the relationship between perceived brand value on brand trust and brand affect for conventional brand category."

"Seiring dengan meningkatnya masalah lingkungan, industri perawatan pribadi semakin sadar untuk mempromosikan merek ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana Green Brand Innovativeness dan Green Perceived Value mempengaruhi Green Brand Loyalty. Studi penelitian ini juga membahas peran variabel mediasi Self Brand Connection dan variabel moderating Green Knowledge dalam kaitannya dengan Green Brand Loyalty. Studi riset ini berhasil mengumpulkan 819 responden Indonesia yang berdomisili di Indonesia dan pernah membeli green personal care melalui survei online. Data diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software LISREL 8.8. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Green Brand Innovativeness dan Green Perceived Value secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi Green Brand Loyalty konsumen, dan Self Brand Connection memediasi hubungan antara Green Perceived Value terhadap Brand Loyalty. Namun, Green Knowledge tidak terbukti sebagai variabel moderator. Penelitian ini akan bermanfaat bagi sumber akademik untuk penelitian masa depan, praktisi di industri merek hijau untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, dan masa depan lingkungan.

Along with the increase in environmental problems, the personal care industry is being more aware of promoting green brands. The objective of this research study is to see how Green Brand Innovativeness and Green Perceived Value influencing Green Brand Loyalty. This research study also discusses the role of the mediating variable Self Brand Connection and a moderating variable Green Knowledge in the linkage to Green Brand Loyalty. This research study managed to collect 819 Indonesian respondents who domiciled in Indonesia and have purchased green personal care through an online survey. The data was processed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with software LISREL 8.8. The finding suggests that Green Brand Innovativeness and Green Perceived Value indirectly influence consumer’s Green Brand Loyalty, and Self Brand Connection mediates the relationship between Green Perceived Value to Brand Loyalty. However, Green Knowledge was not proven as a moderator variable. This research will benefit academic resources for future research, practitioners in the green brand industry to increase customer loyalty, and the future of the environment."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas pemasaran di media sosial terhadap brand loyalty pada smartphone Samsung. Pengaruh ini dapat berupa pengaruh langsung di mana perceived social media marketing activities mempengaruhi brand loyalty. Pengaruh ini juga dimediasi oleh brand dan value consciousness. Penelitian ini melibatkan 432 pengguna smartphone Samsung yang pernah mengakses media sosial smartphone Samsung dalam enam bulan terakhir dan berusia 16-35 tahun. Data diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model SEM.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived social media marketing activities berpengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty. Pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa brand dan value consciousness memediasi pengaruh perceived social media marketing activities terhadap brand loyalty. Besar pengaruh mediasi brand consciousness lebih tinggi daripada value consciousness dalam kasus smartphone Samsung.

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived social media marketing activities on brand loyalty in Samsung smartphone. This effect can be direct in which perceived social media marketing activities influences brand loyalty. This effect is also mediated by brand and value consciousness. This study involved 432 Samsung smartphone users who have accessed Samsung smartphone rsquo s social media page within the past six months and are 16 35 years old. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Model SEM.
Results of this study show that perceived social media marketing activities have a positive effect towards brand loyalty. This study also suggests that brand and value consciousness have mediating effects on the relationship between perceived social media marketing activities and brand loyalty. The mediating effect of brand consciousness is greater than value consciousness.

"Media sosial telah merubah persaingan industri kecantikan dan kosmetik menjadi lebih dinamis. Dinamisnya persaingan ini menjadikan Wardahbeauty menciptakan strategy baru dalam mempertahankan dan menarik lebih banyak pengikutnya di Instagram menggunakan digital marketing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh perceived values terhadap brand loyalty dengan brand page engagement sebagai variabel mediasi (studi pada pengikut akun instagram wardahbeauty di DKI Jakarta). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perceived values memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand loyalty, perceived value memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand page engagement, serta brand page engagement memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand loyalty. Berdasarkan hasil uji mediasi yang telah dilakukan, terdapat pengaruh perceived value terhadap brand loyalty melalui mediasi brand page engagement. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan supaya Wardahbeauty dapat meningkatkan perceived value dan brand page engagement untuk meningkatkan brand loyalty kepada perusahaan.

Social media has changed the competition in the beauty and cosmetic industry to be more dynamic. The dynamics of this competition have made Wardahbeauty create a new strategy in maintaining and attracting more followers on Instagram using digital marketing. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived values on brand loyalty with brand page engagement as a mediating variable (study on followers of the Wardahbeauty Instagram account in DKI Jakarta). This study uses a quantitative approach and data collection is carried out through the distribution of online questionnaires. The results show that perceived values have an influence on brand loyalty, perceived value has an influence on brand page engagement, and brand page engagement has an influence on brand loyalty. Based on the results of the mediation test that has been carried out, there is an effect of perceived value on brand loyalty through mediation of brand page engagement. This study recommends that Wardahbeauty can increase perceived value and brand page engagement to increase brand loyalty to the company."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand authenticity terhadap Brand trust serta peran Brand trust sebagai mediator dalam membangun Brand Affect dan Brand loyalty pada konsumen brand HMNS di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pemahaman bahwa brand authenticity memiliki peran penting dalam membangun hubungan yang kuat antara brand dengan konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden yang merupakan konsumen brand HMNS di Jabodetabek. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive dengan mengedepankan kriteria usia minimal 18 tahun dan pengalaman konsumsi terhadap brand HMNS. Total sampel yang terkumpul adalah 149 responden. Hipotesis di uji dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand authenticity memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Brand trust. Kemudian, Brand trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Affect dan Brand loyalty.

The purpose of this research is to cognize the influence of brand authenticity on Brand trust and the mediating role of Brand trust in building brand affect and brand loyalty among HMNS brand consumers in Jabodetabek. This study is based on the understanding that brand authenticity plays a crucial role in establishing a strong relationship between the brand and consumers. A survey method was employed, utilizing questionnaires distributed to HMNS brand consumers in Jabodetabek. The sampling was conducted purposively, with a minimum age requirement of 18 years and experience in consuming the HMNS brand. A total of 149 respondents participated in the study. The hypotheses were tested using Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM).The findings of the study indicate that brand authenticity has a significant influence on brand trust. Additionally, brand trust significantly affects both brand affect and brand loyalty. Furthermore, brand authenticity indirectly affects loyalty through brand trust. These results highlight the importance of brand authenticity in building a strong relationship with consumers. The findings have practical implications for brand communication and marketing strategies, emphasizing the need for brands to emphasize authenticity."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh brand value terhadap brand loyalty Generasi Y (24-38 tahun) yang dikenal sebagai generasi dengan perilaku brand switching yang tinggi dengan melibatkan variabel brand satisfaction, brand reliability, dan brand intentions. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ponsel pintar dan untuk membatasi banyaknya brand ponsel pintar Peneliti menetapkan lima besar produsen ponsel pintar di Indonesia sebagai perwakilan.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain konklusif, deskriptif, dan single-cross sectional. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan alasan utama data tidak terdistribusi normal dan terdapat konstruk formatif pada model penelitian.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand value tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty baik secara langsung maupun melalui brand satisfaction dan brand reliability. Akan tetapi, brand value memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty dengan melalui brand intentions. Penelitian ini memberikan saran kepada produsen ponsel pintar di Indonesia untuk fokus dalam meningkatan brand value dan brand intentions perusahaan.

This research discusses the effect of brand value on brand loyalty of Generation Y (24-38 years old) who is known as the generation with high brand switching behavior by involving brand satisfaction, brand reliability, and brand intentions. The Object used in this research is smartphone and in order to limit the enormous number of smartphone brands The Researcher set the big five smartphone producers in Indonesia as the representatives.
This research is a quantitative research with conclusive, descriptive, and single-cross sectional design. The processing data method in this research is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with undistributed normally data and a formative construct in research model as the main reasons.
The results of this study shows that brand value does not have positive effect on brand loyalty both directly and through brand satisfaction and brand reliability. However, brand value have positive effect on brand loyalty through brand intentions. This research suggests smartphone producers in Indonesia to focus on enhancing brand value and brand intentions of the company.
