"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur Periode Bulan Februari Tahun 2018 bertujuan agar calon apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di instansi pemerintahan, yaitu Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur, memiliki pengetahuan tentang tugas instansi-instansi pemerintahan di bidang farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman praktis melakukan pekerjaan di pemerintahan dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan kefarmasian di pemerintahan. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul “Rekapitulasi Pengelolaan Obat Program Di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur Periode Januari dan Februari Tahun 2018. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus ialah untuk mengetahui jenis obat program yang dikelola, didistribusikan ke masing-masing sarana pelayanan kesehatan di wilayah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur Periode Bulan Februari Tahun 2018.

Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi obat hewan, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi obat hewan. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul “Analisis Deviasi/Penyimpangan Terhadap Bath Record Produksi di PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa”. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus ialah untu mengaji kesesuaian aspek proses produsi obat hewan yang dilaukan dalam praktek sehari-hari dengan yang tercantum dalam Catatan Pengolahan Bets (Batch Record) dan ketentuan terkait peraturan CPOHB dan CPOB berdasarkan hasil observasi langsung.

Internship at PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa Plant Period March - April 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice (GMP) in the pharmaceutical animal health industry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical animal health industry. The special assignment given is “Deviation Analysis of Production Batch Record at PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa”. The purpose of this special assignment is to study the suitability of the aspect of the process of animal drug production in daily practice with those listed in the Batch Record and the related provisions of CPOHB and CPOB regulations based on the results of direct observation."

"ABSTRAKPraktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa, Kawasan industri Wahyu Sejahtera Blok E-3, Bogor. Melalui Praktik kerja, mahasiswa profesi apoteker diharapkan dapat melihat keadaan nyata di industri obat hewan dan mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang setiap aspek dalam industri obat hewan, terutama mengenai penerapan CPOHB di PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa. Calon apoteker juga diharapkan untuk memiliki pemahaman mendalam mengenai peran dan tugas apoteker di industri obat hewan. Mahasiswa diberikan tugas khusus untuk membuat gap analysis pada bagian PPIC dan Pengawasan Mutu dari PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa. Sebagai hasil dari PKPA, mahasiswa apoteker mengerti mengenai peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri obat hewan.

Pharmacists Professional Practice was held in PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa, Kawasan industri Wahyu Sejahtera Blok E-3, Bogor. Through internship, pharmacist students are expected to see the real condition in the animal pharmaceutical industry and gaining knowledge about every aspects in the animal pharmaceutical industry, especially in terms of implementation of GMP in PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa. Pharmacist also expected to have a deep understanding of the role and duties of pharmacist in the animal pharmaceutical industry. Student was given a special assignment to do a gap analysis at PPIC and Quality Control Departement of PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa. As the result of the internship, pharmacist student understood the role, job and responsibility of pharmacist in animal pharmaceutical industry"

"Praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Prima Sehat periode bulan Januari tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama empat minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu “Evaluasi Pemahaman Masyarakat Mengenai Penggunaan Antibiotik Amoksisilin Secara Rasional di Lingkungan Apotek Prima Sehat”. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah agar calon apoteker dapat mengetahui tingkat pemahaman masyarakat tentang penggunaan antibiotik amoksisilin secara rasional serta dapat memberikan rekomendasi unutk pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pengunaan antibiotik amoksisilin secara rasional.

Internship at Apotek Prima Sehat Period January 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, as well as to practice pharmaceutical services in accordance with applicable laws and ethics, have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in pharmacies, can also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues and learn strategies and activities that can be undertaken in the course of pharmaceutical practice development. This internship at was conducted for four weeks with the special assignment "Evaluation of Community Understanding Regarding Rational Use of Antibiotic Amoxicillin in Prima Sehat Pharmacy Environments". The purpose of this special assignment is that the prospective pharmacist may know the level of public understanding about the use of antibiotics amoxicillin rationally and may provide recommendations for community understanding of the use of antibiotics amoxicillin rationally."

"Praktik kerja profesi di PT Bayer Indonesia ndash; Cimanggis Plant Periode Bulan Februari - Maret Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, fungsi, posisi, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam mengelola industri farmasi yang sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan mengetahui kondisi nyata tentang permasalahan yang terjadi terkait penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB . Selama praktik kerja, penulis ditempatkan di Laboratorium Quality Control bagian Finished Goods produk jadi dan mendapatkan tugas untuk merevisi Standard Operational Procedure SOP untuk analisis produk jadi, membuat User Requirement Spesifications URS terhadap alat atau instrumen baru, dan membuat gap analysis. Tugas khusus yang penulis kerjakan berjudul ldquo;Risk Assessment rdquo; dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji risiko terhadap penggantian alat pada evaporator untuk keperluan analisis yang terdapat di Laboratorium menggunakan metode Failure Mode Effect Analysis FMEA . Pengkajian risiko yang dilakukan dituangkan ke dalam Risk Assessment Report sebelum proses penggantian alat untuk disetujui departemen terkait. Secara umum, PT Bayer Indonesia ndash; Cimanggis Plant telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik. Penulis juga telah memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan kemampuan untuk memberikan solusi pada permasalahan yang terjadi di industri farmasi.

Internship at PT Bayer Indonesia Cimanggis Plant Period February - March 2018 aims to understand the duties, positions, and responsibilities of pharmacists in accordance to regulations and knowing the real conditions about good manufacturing practice GMP related issues. During the practice, the author is placed in Quality Control Laboratory and gets assignments to revise Standard Operational Procedure SOP for product analysis, create User Requirement Spesifications URS for the new equipment or instrument, and also create gap analysis. The special assignment that given is ldquo;Risk Assessment rdquo; to assess risks of the display board in evaporator replacement that placed in the laboratory using Failure Mode Effect Analysis FMEA methods. The assessed risks are being reported into the Risk Assessment Report before the replacement process to get related department approval. In general, PT Bayer Indonesia Cimanggis Plant has applied 12 aspects of GMP well. The authors also understand the roles, duties, insights, and responsibilities of pharmacists and have the ability to provide solutions for some issues in the industry."

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus tersebut adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Corrective Action and Preventive Action CAPA tertentu yang telah diterapkan di PT Bayer Indonesia ndash; Cimanggis Plant dapat secara efektif mencegah penyimpangan tertentu dan tidak terjadi kejadian berulang selama enam bulan setelah CAPA ditutup. penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.

Peran penting apoteker di industri farmasi antara lain pada proses produksi, pengawasan mutu, dan pemastian mutu. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat harus memahami gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi.
