"Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Rebranding terhadap Brand Loyalty dan terhadap Brand Equity pada Indosat Ooredoo. Indosat Ooredoo dinyatakan berhasil dalam melakukan rebranding. Hal ini terbukti dengan adanya prilaku positif yang di tunjukkan oleh konsumen dan meningkatnya brand equity yang di pengaruhi oleh brand loyalty. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa rebranding yang dilakukan oleh Indosat Ooredoo berhasil meningkatkan brand equity dengan mempertahankan nama "Indosat" pada perubahan logo / nama produk. Dengan ini,  loyalitas brand sebagai variabel mediasi berhasil meningkatkan brand equity Indosat Ooredoo. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi dengan metode analisis data deskriptif. Dengan wilayah persebaran kuesioner di wilayah Jabodetabek.

This research analyzes the effect of Rebranding on Brand Loyalty and to Brand Equity on Indosat Ooredoo. Indosat Ooredoo was declared successful in rebranding. This is evidenced by the positive behavior given by consumers and increased brand equity that is influenced by brand loyalty. The results of this study found that the rebranding conducted by Indosat Ooredoo managed to increase brand equity by maintaining the name "Indosat" on the change of logo / product name. It is hereby stated that brand loyalty as a mediating variable succeeded in increasing Indosat Ooredoo's brand equity. The test is done by using regression model with descriptive data analysis method. With the distribution area of questionnaires in Jabodetabek area.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor dari perceived quality dan brand trust terhadap suatu merek dan pengaruhnya terhadap perceived quality, brand trust dan brand loyalty. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 160 responden yang didapat melalui teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji beda dan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan dalam penilaian perceived quality, brand trust dan brand loyalty dari merek Indosat dan Indosat Ooredoo. Selain itu, knowledge of the brand substitution, degree of acceptance of the brand change, percevied similarity between the old and new brand dan attachment to initial brand berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived quality. Meskipun demikian, hanya variabel degree of acceptance of the brand change dan attachment to initial brand yang berpengaruh positif terhadap brand trust. Sementara variabel knowledge of the brand substitution dan perceived similarity between the old and new brand memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap brand trust. Selain itu, perceived quality terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand trust, namun berpengaruh negatif terhadap brand loyalty. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa brand trust berpengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty.

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived quality and brand trust factors towards perceived quality, brand trust and brand loyalty of a brand. Respondents of this research are chosen through purposive sampling, with total 160 respondents. Compare Means and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) are used to process the data. The result of this research shows that there are no difference between the measurement of perceived quality, brand trust and brand loyalty betwen Indosat and Indosat Ooerdoo. Knowledge of the brand substitution, degree of acceptance of the brand change, percevied similarity between the old and new brand and attachment to initial brand have positive effect towards perceived quality. Meanwhile, only degree of acceptance of the brand change and attachment to initial brand have positive effect towards brand trust. While knowledge of the brand substitution and perceived similarity have negative effect towards brand trust. Furthermore, perceived quality have positive effect on brand trust, but negative towards brand loyalty. Other than that, brand trust also positively effect brand loyalty."

"Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya masalah kepercayaan dan pilihan media masyarakat saat ini, dimana banyak media yang diiringi oleh kepentingan politik membuat masyarakat mempunyai pertimbangan baru dalam menentukan brand media mana yang akan dikonsumsi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 180 responden penelitian yang dipilih secara purposive. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan empat variabel independent.
Penelitian ini menemukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara keseluruhan variabel brand equity yang meliputi brand awareness, brand image, perceived quality, dan brand loyalty terhadap brand preference seseorang terkait pilihan media berita televisi. Dari hasil uji determinasi yang didapatkan, terdapat 61,6% pengaruh yang dihasilkan keempat dimensi tersebut terhadap brand preference dimana sisanya dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

To begin with this thesis was motivated by the growth of media industry in Indonesia. Which lead to the highest competition of audience as a market. Therefore branding of the media may become one of so many aspect that would lead to develope more audience. This thesis was made by Quantitative method using statistic involved 180 responden using regresion analysis with four independent variable.
This theis is lookout for significant relationship between the overall brand equity variables that include brand awareness, brand image, perceived quality, and brand loyalty to the brand preference an individual regarding selection of television news media. Determination of test results obtained, there is a 61.6% the effects produced these four dimensions of brand preference where the rest can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

this result, the researcher suggest that PT. X should improve Brand Equity of the

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh firm created social media brand communication terhadap Consumer Based Brand Equity (CBBE) metrics yang terdiri atas brand awareness/ associations, brand loyalty dan perceived quality melalui Facebook pada studi kasus Pertamax. Penelitian ini merupakan replikasi dari penelitian sebelumnya oleh Schivinski dan Dabrowski (2014) dengan menggunakan non probability sampling melalui online survey pada Facebook PertamaxIND serta menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
Berdasarkan analisis terhadap data 426 responden pengguna Pertamax yang berdomisili di wilayah Jabodetabek diperoleh hasil bahwa evaluasi positif dari firm-created social media brand communication secara positif mempengaruhi brand awareness/associations, brand loyalty, dan perceived quality. Selain itu, brand awareness/ associations juga secara positif mempengaruhi brand loyalty dan perceived quality.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of social media firm created brand communication to the Consumer-Based Brand Equity (CBBE) metrics consisting of brand awareness /associations, brand loyalty and perceived quality via Facebook on case studies Pertamax. This study is a replication of a previous study by Schivinski and Dabrowski (2014) by using a non-probability sampling through an online survey on Facebook PertamaxIND and using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
Based on an analysis of the data 426 respondents Pertamax users who live in the Greater Jakarta area showed that the positive evaluation of the firm-created social media brand communication positively influence brand awareness/ associations, brand loyalty, and perceived quality. Additionally, brand awareness/ associations also positively influence brand loyalty and perceived quality.

"This study investigates the effect of the Brand Equity on the Customer Satisfaction and the Brand Loyalty of Starbucks
and Excelso coffee shops’ customers. Starbucks is the strongest competitor of Excelso. Data used in this study was
primary data which were collected through closed questionnaires with 1-5 Likert scale. A sample of this study was 270
respondents; 135 respondents for each brand. The study used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) operated by LISREL
program to analyze the hypothesis. The results of this study showed that The Physical Quality, the Ideal Self-Congruence,
and the Lifestyle Congruence have a positive and significant impact on the Customer Satisfaction on Excelso and Starbucks.
Staff behaviour only have a positive and significant impact on the Customer Satisfaction in the Excelso; whereas,
brand identification only have a positive and significant impact on the Customer Satisfaction in the Starbucks. However,
in both of coffee shop brand, the Consumer Satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on the Brand Loyalty.
Penelitian bertujuan menguji dampak brand equity terhadap customer satisfaction dan brand loyalty pada konsumen Kedai
Kopi Excelso dan Starbucks. Dalam hal ini, Excelso merupakan kompetitor terkuat dari Starbucks. Penelitian menggunakan data
primer yang dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner tertutup menggunakan skala Likert 1-5. Total responden yang menjadi
sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 270 orang; 135 orang diantaranya merupakan konsumen dari Excelso dan 135 orang merupakan
konsumen dari Starbucks. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dan diolah dengan
bantuan Software LISREL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa physical quality, ideal self-congruence, dan lifestyle congruence
merupakan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction di Excelso dan Starbucks. Staff
behaviour hanya memiliki pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction di Excelso; adapun brand identification
hanya memiliki pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction di Starbucks. Baik di Excelso maupun di Starbucks,
customer satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap brand loyalty."

"Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Spectator-Based Brand Equity (SBBE) terhadap behavioral intentions di Klub Sepak Bola. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah dengan penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan data survei berupa kuesioner dari 100 responden dari masing-masing sampel. Temuannya adalah dengan model yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa stadion, interaksi sosial, dan internalisasi merupakan prediktor positif yang signifikan terhadap behavioral intentions di antara keseluruhan sampel. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya mempelajari berbagai jenis konsumen dan menyarankan implikasi manajerial, seperti kebutuhan klub untuk membangun hubungan timbal balik dengan penggemar untuk meningkatkan tingkat internalisasi mereka dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan behavioral intentions. Keterbatasan penelitian dalam penelitian ini hanya berfokus pada persepsi penggemar sepak bola Indonesia terhadap klub sepak bola utama Eropa dan mungkin tidak mewakili liga sepak bola lainnya di Eropa dan di seluruh dunia. Penelitian ini menawarkan kerangka kerja yang dapat membantu manajer klub sepakbola merencanakan strategi pemasaran untuk mendekati segmen pelanggan yang berbeda.

The purpose of this paper is to find out the effect of Spectator-Based Brand Equity on Behavioral Intentions in Football Club. The approach of this research is descriptive in nature that used survey data in the form of questionnaire from 100 respondent from each sample. The findings is with the model developed in this study identifies that stadium, social interaction, and internalization were the significant positive predictors of behavioral intentions among the overall sample. These findings highlight the importance of studying different types of consumers and suggest managerial implications, such as the need for clubs to establish reciprocal relationships with fans in order to increase their levels of internalization and contribute to increased behavioral intentions. Research limitations in this research only focuses on perception from Indonesian football fans towards major European football club and might not be representative of other football leagues in Europe and around the world. This research offers a framework that can help football club managers plan marketing strategies to approach different segment of customers."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh country of origin image terhadap brand equity beserta dimensinya untuk dua merek kosmetik (Wardah dari Indonesia dan Innisfree dari Korea Selatan) pada pasar kosmetik di Indonesia, khususnya Kawasan Jabodetabek. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online melalui Google Form dan diukur menggunakan skala likert 1-5. Jumlah sampel yang valid diperoleh dari 167 responden yang sebelumnya telah menggunakan dan/atau kosmetik merek Wardah dan Innisfree. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS untuk analisis statistik deskriptif dan SmartPLS untuk analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa country of origin memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand equity (brand awareness, perceived quality, dan brand loyalty) pada merek Wardah dan Innisfree. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan pengaruh antara country of origin terhadap brand equity sedikit lebih kuat pada merek Wardah dibandingkan dengan merek Innisfree.

This study aims to analyse the effect of country of origin on brand equity and its dimensions for two cosmetics brands (Wardah from Indonesia and Innisfree from South Korea) in Indonesian cosmetics market, especially in Jabodetabek region. The study uses a quantitative method through online questionnaires via Google Form and measured with five-point Likert scale. Valid samples were collected from 167 respondents who have previously used and/or bought Wardah and Innisfree cosmetics. The data obtained were processed using SPSS for descriptive statistical analysis and SmartPLS for SEM-PLS analysis. The results of this study shows that the relationship between country of origin and brand equity (brand awareness, perceived quality, dan brand loyalty) has positive and significant effect on Wardah and Innisfree. Results of this study also shows that the relationship between country of origin and brand equity on Wardah are stronger than Innisfree."

"Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh brand engagement dan brand love terhadap overall brand equity dan repurchase intention konsumen milenial Indonesia pada pasar smartphone/ponsel pintar. Dalam penelitian ini, brand engagement konsumen diuji per dimensi (cognition, affection, dan activation), untuk membuktikan intensitas dimensi yang mempengaruhi hubungan konsumen-merek. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan studi kasus lima merek smartphone teratas di Indonesia, antara lain: Apple, Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, dan Xiaomi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei daring terhadap 468 milenial. Data kemudian dilakukan uji reliabilitas dan validitas, sebelum diuji dengan analisis confirmatory factor analysis pada sem untuk uji kekuatan hubungan. Makalah ini menunjukkan bahwa brand engagement secara keseluruhan terbukti mempengaruhi brand love secara positif. Brand love, affection dan activation dari brand engagement juga terbukti mempengaruhi overall brand equity dan repurchase intention secara positif. Namun, cognition tidak terbukti secara langsung mempengaruhi overall brand equity dan repurchase intention secara positif. Studi lebih lanjut mungkin bertujuan untuk menyelidiki kategori lain dari produk dan layanan. Studi ini juga hanya berfokus pada satu segmen konsumen (segmen milenial), studi lebih lanjut mungkin mengevaluasi segmen konsumen yang berbeda atau membandingkannya dengan segmen lain. Studi ini menawarkan saran bagi manajer untuk meningkatkan overall brand equity mereka melalui peningkatan brand engagement dan brand love pada produk, mendorong hasil positif berupa repurchase intention. Makalah ini berkontribusi pada literatur hubungan konsumen-merek yang terus berkembang dengan mengeksplorasi peran brand engagement dan brand love di segmen konsumen milenial
.The purpose of this paper is to explore the effects of brand engagement and brand love to overall brand equity and repurchase intention of Indonesian millennial consumers in the smartphone market. Consumer brand engagement is tested per dimension (cognition, affection, and activation), to prove the intensity of dimensions affecting the consumer-brand relationship. This paper will use the case study of five top smartphone brands in Indonesia, including: Apple, Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, and Xiaomi. The data collection ­was done via an online survey of 468 millennials. The data then went to a reliability and validity test, before tested with structural equation modelling confirmatory factor analysis for the strength of relationships test. The paper suggests that overall brand engagement is proven to influence brand love positively. Brand love, affection and activation of brand engagement are also proven to influence brand equity and repurchase intention positively. However, cognition isn’t proved to directly influence overall brand equity and repurchase intention positively. Further study might aim at investigating other categories of products and services. Other outcomes might be evaluated, as well as other moderating variables. This study also only focuses on one consumer segment (millennials), further study might evaluate different consumer segments or compare it with other segments. This study offers suggestions for managers to enhance their overall brand equity through raising the brand engagement and brand love of the products, encouraging positive outcomes as repurchase intention. This paper contributes to the ever-growing consumer-brand relationships literature by exploring the role of brand engagement and brand love in the millennials segment."

"Internet dan telepon selular, dalam dua dekade terakhir sangat mempengaruhi kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Industri pakaian adalah salah satu industri yang mempunyai banyak peminat di Indonesia, dan kini mulai tumbuh bisnis pakaian online. Berbagai merek-merek lokal dalam fashion industry Indonesia pun bermunculan, mulai dari Nikicio, Cotton Ink, Peter Says Denim, Up, Monday to Sunday, Pop Meets Pop, Tru, DAMN! I Love Indonesia dan masih banyak lagi. Namun ketidakmampuan untuk memeriksa secara fisik produk ketika belanja online meningkatkan persepsi resiko yang terkait dengan belanja online. Karena itu para pengusaha online, khususnya di bidang pakaian, sangat peduli terhadap bagaimana membangun ekuitas merek yang tinggi agar pelanggan dapat loyal dan melakukan repurchase intention.
Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengambil studi kasus salah satu online brand lokal yaitu, Cotton Ink. Kemudian penelitian ini melibatkan 269 responden yang pernah berbelanja produk Cotton Ink di website www.cottonink-shop.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan berjenis eksploratori dan kausal-eksplanatori. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non-probability sampling dan judgemental sampling. Model penelitian dengan empat belas hipotesis dalam penelitian akan diuji dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan dan positif antara ekuitas merek (brand equity) dengan niat pembelian kembali (repurchase intention).

Internet and mobile phones, in the last two decades greatly affect the social life of the community. Clothing industry is one industry that has many enthusiasts in Indonesia, and has now started growing, online clothing business. Various local brands in the fashion industry Indonesia also appear, from Nikicio, Cotton Ink, Peter Says Denim, Up, Monday to Sunday, Pop Meets Pop, Tru, DAMN! I Love Indonesia and many more. However, the inability to physically examine the products when shopping online increases the perception of risk associated with online shopping. Therefore online entrepreneurs, especially in the areas of clothing, very concerned about how to build high brand equity so that customers are loyal and do repurchase intention.
In this study, the authors studied the case of one local brand online named, Cotton Ink. This study included 269 respondents who had shopped at Cotton Ink?s website, www.cottonink-shop.com.This study used quantitative methods, and the type is exploratory and causal-explanatory. Sampling was done by a non-probability sampling and judgmental sampling. A research model with fourteen hypothesis in this study will be tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that there are significant and positive relationship between brand equity (brand equity) with the intention to repurchase (repurchase intention).
