"Obat merupakan suatu bahan atau paduan bahan yang dapat digunakan sebagai pencegahan, penyembuhan, pemulihan, serta peningkatan kesehatan dan kontrasepsi untuk manusia (Menteri Kesehatan RI, 2016). Obat dapat diperoleh secara bebas atau berdasarkan resep dari dokter. Pasien yang memiliki masalah kesehatan tertentu dan menjalani terapi obat, umum diberikan resep obat dari dokter (Megawati & Santoso, 2017). Resep merupakan permintaan tertulis dari dokter atau dokter gigi baik tertulis pada kertas maupun secara elektronik kepada apoteker, untuk menyediakan dan menyerahkan obat bagi pasien sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku (Menteri Kesehatan RI, 2016). Resep dari dokter harus memuat informasi yang jelas dan memenuhi aspek administratif, farmasetik, serta pertimbangan klinis agar apoteker serta petugas kefarmasian dapat memahami obat yang akan diberikan kepada pasien (Menteri Kesehatan RI, 2016). Tugas khusus ini dilakukan dengan mendokumentasikan serta secara metode deskriptif, dilakukan pengkajian resep terhadap aspek administratif, farmasetik, dan klinis. Pengkajian resep dilakukan terhadap dua resep yang berbeda tetapi memiliki indikasi beririsan, yaitu sebagai terapi obat gangguan kardiovaskular. Berdasarkan kedua resep tersebut, aspek yang dikaji secara administratif, kesesuaian farmasetik, dan pertimbangan klinis cukup lengkap dan memberikan informasi yang cukup untuk apoteker dan tenaga kefarmasian lainnya dalam menyediakan dan memberikan obat yang sesuai kepada pasien.

Drug is a material or combination of ingredients that can be used as prevention, cure, recovery, and health improvement and contraception for humans (Menteri Kesehatan RI, 2016). Drug can be obtained with or without prescription from a doctor. Patients who have certain health problems and undergo drug therapy, are generally given drug prescriptions from the doctors (Megawati & Santoso, 2017). Prescription is a written request from a doctor or dentist either written on paper or electronically to the pharmacist, to provide and deliver drugs for patients in accordance with applicable regulations (Menteri Kesehatan RI, 2016). Prescriptions from doctors must contain clear information and meet administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical considerations aspects so that pharmacists and pharmaceutical personnel can understand the drugs to be given to patients (Menteri Kesehatan RI, 2016). This task is carried out by documenting and reviewing prescriptions on administrative, pharmacological, and clinical aspects with descriptive method. The review of prescriptions was carried out on two different prescriptions but had intersecting indications, specifically for cardiovascular disorders. Based on these two prescriptions, the aspects reviewed administratively, pharmaceutical suitability, and clinical considerations are quite complete and provide sufficient information for pharmacists and other pharmaceutical personnel in providing and delivering appropriate drugs to patients."

"Terapi Sulih Hormon (HRT) estrogen dan progesteron digunakan untuk mengatasi gejala menopause dan untuk pencegahan osteoporosis. Terapi ini bermanfaat signifikan jika digunakan pada wanita dengan gejala dalam 10 tahun pertama setelah menopause atau pada usia di bawah 60 tahun. Penggunaannya dalam dosis tinggi dan jangka panjang dapat menimbulkan risiko kanker endometrium dan payudara. Apoteker dalam farmasi klinik bertanggung jawab memastikan resep hormon diatur dengan tepat untuk mencegah kesalahan pengobatan dengan melakukan pengkajian resep. Pengkajian resep dilakukan pada resep hormon dan kontrasepsi pasien yang masuk di Apotek Roxy Sawangan pada periode April 2023 dengan menelaah aspek administratif, aspek farmasetik dan aspek klinis. Kajian aspek administratif  pada resep 1: tidak ada SIP, paraf dokter dan berat badan pasien; dan pada resep 2 : tidak ada alamat dan berat badan pasien. Analisis farmasetik pada resep 1 menunjukkan kekeliruan penulisan cara pemberian untuk terapi cyclo progynova dan tidak ditemukan penyimpangan pada resep 2. Pada pengkajian aspek klinis resep 1 ditemukan ketidaksesuaian aturan pakai pada resep 1 dan cara pemakaian belum lengkap pada resep 2. Pengkajian lebih lanjut terhadap resep-resep hormon untuk indikasi lainnya perlu dilakukan untuk pencegahan masalah terkait obat dan kesalah pengobatan yang lebih baik.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) estrogen and progesterone is used to treat menopausal symptoms and for the prevention of osteoporosis. This therapy is of significant benefit if used in women with symptoms in the first 10 years after menopause or under the age of 60 years. Its use in high doses and long term can increase the risk of endometrial and breast cancer. Pharmacists in clinical pharmacy are responsible for ensuring hormone prescriptions are managed appropriately to prevent medication errors by reviewing prescriptions. Prescription reviews were carried out on hormone and contraceptive prescriptions for patients admitted to the Roxy Sawangan Pharmacy in the April 2023 period by examining administrative aspects, pharmaceutical aspects and clinical aspects. Study of administrative aspects of prescription 1: there is no SIP, doctor's initials and patient's weight; and in prescription 2: no patient's address and weight. Pharmaceutical analysis on prescription 1 showed an error in writing the administration method for cyclo progynova therapy and no irregularities were found in prescription 2. In assessing the clinical aspects of prescription 1, it was found that the instructions for use in prescription 1 were inconsistent and the instructions for use were incomplete in prescription 2. Further assessment of the prescriptions Prescribing hormones for other indications is necessary for better prevention of drug-related problems and medication errors."

"Kegiatan pengkajian resep meliputi kajian administrasi, kesesuaian farmasetik, dan pertimbangan klinis. Jika ditemukan adanya ketidaksesuaian dari hasil pengkajian apoteker harus menghubungi dokter penulis resep. Pada setiap tahap alur pelayanan Resep dilakukan upaya pencegahan terjadinya kesalahan pemberian obat (medication error). Penyusunan tugas khusus Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Roxy Sawangan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kelengkapan resep obat terapi gangguan pencernaan berdasarkan aspek administratif, aspek farmasetik dan aspek klinis yang terdapat pada Apotek Roxy Sawangan periode April 2023.Tugas khusus ini disusun dengan metode deskriptif dan melakukan kegiatan pengkajian resep pada dua resep pasien di Apotek Roxy Sawangan. Obat yang terdapat pada kedua resep tersebut memiliki indikasi yang beririsan yaitu sebagai terapi gangguan pencernaan. Berdasarkan pengkajian resep yang dilakukan terhadap kedua resep dapat disimpulkan pada resep 1 aspek administratif dan farmasetik sudah lengkap tetapi pada aspek klinis menunjukkan ketidaktepatan dosis pemberian sirup sukralfat. Selanjutnya pada resep 2, aspek administratif kurang lengkap karena tidak ada alamat , paraf dokter dan berat badan pasien pada aspek administratif dan farmasetik sudah lengkap dan sesuai.

The preparation of a special assignment for Pharmacist Professional Work Practice at Roxy Sawangan Pharmacy aims to identify the completeness of the prescription of indigestion therapy drugs based on administrative aspects, pharmaceutical aspects and clinical aspects found at Roxy Sawangan Pharmacy for the period April 2023.This special assignment was prepared using a descriptive method and carried out prescription review activities on two patient prescriptions at Roxy Sawangan Pharmacy. The drugs contained in the two prescriptions have indications that overlap, namely as therapy for indigestion. Based on the prescription review carried out on the two prescriptions, it can be concluded that in recipe 1 the administrative and pharmaceutical aspects are complete but the clinical aspects show the inaccuracy of the dose of sucralfate syrup. Furthermore, in prescription 2, the administrative aspect is incomplete because there is no address, the doctor's initials and the patient's weight in the administrative and pharmaceutical aspects are complete and appropriate."

"Apotek merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian dimana dilakukannya praktik kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Pengkajian dan pelayanan resep merupakan kegiatan pertama dalam memberikan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran terkait kelengkapan resep di Apotek Roxy Depok berdasarkan pengkajian administratif, farmasetika, dan klinik periode Januari 2023. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan secara retrospektif dengan melakukan pengkajian pada beberapa resep. Berdasarkan pengkajian, diperoleh bahwa resep telah memenuhi aspek administratif, farmasetik, dan klinik. Namun, masih ditemukan ketidaklengkapan terkait aspek administratif pada identitas dokter penulis resep.

A pharmacy is a pharmaceutical service facility where pharmaceutical practice is carried out by pharmacists. Reviewing and providing prescription services is the first activity in providing clinical pharmacy services. The purpose of this writing is to obtain an overview regarding the completeness of prescriptions at Apotek Roxy Depok based on administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical studies for the period January 2023. The implementation method is carried out retrospectively by reviewing several prescriptions. Based on the assessment, it was found that the prescription met administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical aspects. However,incompleteness was still found regarding the administrative aspects of the identity of the prescribing doctor."

"Rinosinusitis merupakan inflamasi simtomatik yang terjadi pada sinus paranasal dan rongga hidung. Prevalensi rinosinusitis di dunia, termasuk di Indonesia, cukup tinggi. Apotek merupakan suatu sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukannya praktik kefarmasian, salah satu contohnya adalah pengkajian resep obat, oleh Apoteker. Pengkajian resep penting dilakukan untuk menganalisa adanya masalah terkait obat, serta sebagai upaya Apoteker untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan pemberian obat pada pasien (medication error), sehingga pasien dapat menggunakan obat secara rasional. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk melakukan pengkajian resep di Apotek. Penulisan tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji resep obat rinosinusitis yang terdapat di Apotek Roxy Sawangan periode Desember 2022 berdasarkan aspek administratif, kesesuaian farmasetik, dan pertimbangan klinis. Penulisan ini dilakukan dengan melakukan pemilihan resep obat rinosinusitis, melakukan studi literatur, dan melakukan pengkajian resep. Berdasarkan pengkajian, didapat kesimpulan bahwa masih terdapat beberapa persyaratan aspek yang belum terpenuhi. Pada aspek administratif, diketahui alamat pasien, berat dan tinggi badan pasien, serta tanggal penulisan resep tidak dituliskan pada resep. Pada aspek kesesuaian farmasetik, bentuk sediaan untuk semua obat serta kekuatan sediaan untuk beberapa sediaan tidak tertulis pada resep. Selain itu berdasarkan aspek pertimbangan klinis, diketahui terdapat ketidaktepatan dosis dan cara pemakaian pada beberapa sediaan.

Rhinosinusitis is a symptomatic inflammation that occurs in the paranasal sinuses and nasal cavity. The prevalence of rhinosinusitis in the world, including Indonesia, is quite high. A pharmacy is a pharmaceutical service facility where pharmaceutical practice is carried out, one example of which is the review of drug prescriptions by pharmacists. Reviewing prescriptions is important to analyze any problems related to medicines, as well as as an effort by pharmacists to prevent errors in administering medicines to patients (medication errors), so that patients can use medicines rationally. Therefore, it is important to review the prescription at the pharmacy. The purpose of writing this special assignment report is to examine prescriptions for rhinosinusitis medication available at the Roxy Sawangan Pharmacy for the period December 2022 based on administrative aspects, pharmaceutical suitability, and clinical considerations. This writing was done by selecting a prescription for rhinosinusitis medication, conducting a literature study, and reviewing the prescription. Based on the study, it was concluded that there were still several aspects of the requirements that had not been met. In the administrative aspect, it is known that the patient's address, the patient's weight and height, and the date the prescription was written are not written on the prescription. In the aspect of pharmaceutical suitability, the dosage form for all drugs and the dosage strength for some preparations are not written on the prescription. Based on aspects of clinical consideration, it is known that there are inaccuracies in the dosage and method of use in some preparations."

"Migrain merupakan gangguan nyeri kepala primer dengan prevalensi tinggi dan cukup berdampak pada masalah sosial ekonomi. Studi yang dilakukan yaitu pengkajian kelengkapan resep serta analisis terhadap resep obat migrain yang diterima oleh Apotek Roxy Galaxy selama periode Januari 2023.Pengkajian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan resep yang diterima selama bulan Januari tahun 2023 kemudian memilih dua resep resep yang memuat obat migran untuk dilakukan pengkajian resep.Pengkajian resep obat migrain yang diterima di Apotek Roxy selama periode bulan Januari 2023 ditemukan bahwa resep yang diterima sudah rasional namun kelengkapan administratif dan farmasetik tidak tercantum dengan lengkap. Resep yang diterima sudah rasional namun perlu dilakukan pengkajian resep dengan data yang lebih banyak dan periode pengkajian lebih panjang sehingga data yang diperoleh lebih banyak dan beragam.

Migraine is a primary headache disorder with a high prevalence and quite an impact on socio-economic problems. The study carried out was a review of the completeness of prescriptions and an analysis of migraine drug prescriptions received by Apotek Roxy Galaxy during the January 2023 period. A review of migraine drug prescriptions received at the Apotek Roxy during the January 2023 period found that the prescriptions received were rational but the administrative and pharmaceutical aspects were not listed completely. The prescriptions received are rational, but it is necessary to review the prescriptions with more data and a longer review period so that the data obtained is more numerous and varied."

"Polifarmasi merupakan penggunaan bersamaan enam obat atau lebih oleh seorang pasien. Semakin banyak obat yang digunakan maka semakin tinggi potensi interaksi yang terjadi dan dapat menyebabkan efek samping yang berbahaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui resiko efek samping dan potensi interaksi obat pada resep polifarmasi nonracikan. Identifikasi terkait potensi efek samping dan interaksi obat dinilai berdasarkan database dari Medscape Drug Interaction Checker, RxList Drug Interaction Checker, drugs.com Drug Interaction Checker, dan WebMD Drug Interaction Checker. Pada resep polifarmasi nonracik pertama ditemukan potensi efek samping berupa ketidakseimbangan elektrolit, hipotensi, hiperurisemia, asam urat, sakit kepala, dan mual/muntah serta terdapat dua potensi interaksi major dan empat potensi interaksi moderate. Sementara pada resep polifarmasi nonracik kedua ditemukan potensi efek samping berupa pencernaan yang terganggu, mengantuk, tremor otot rangka, peningkatan BUN atau kreatinin, dan bronkospasme serta terdapat lima potensi interaksi moderate. Berdasarkan mekansimenya, mayoritas potensi interaksi obat yang ditemukan adalah interaksi farmakodinamik (45.4%). Sementara berdasarkan tingkatannya, mayoritas potensi interaksi obat yang ditemukan adalah interaksi moderate (81.8%).

Polypharmacy is the concomitant use of six or more drugs by a patient. The more drugs used, the higher the potential for interactions that occur and can cause dangerous side effects. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk of side effects and potential drug interactions in nonconcocted polypharmacy prescriptions. Identification of potential side effects and drug interactions is assessed based on databases from Medscape Drug Interaction Checker, RxList Drug Interaction Checker, drugs.com Drug Interaction Checker, and WebMD Drug Interaction Checker. In the first non-mixed polypharmacy prescription, potential side effects were found in the form of electrolyte imbalance, hypotension, hyperuricemia, gout, headache, nausea, and vomiting, and there were two potential major interactions and four potential moderate interactions. While the second non-mixed polypharmaceutical prescription found potential side effects in the form of disturbed digestion, drowsiness, skeletal muscle tremors, increased BUN or creatinine, and bronchospasm, there were five potential moderate interactions. Based on the mechanism, the majority of potential drug interactions found were pharmacodynamic interactions (45.4%). Based on the level, the majority of potential drug interactions found were moderate (81.8%)."

"Dalam meningkatkan mutu maupun cakupan pelayanan kefarmasian yang baik di apotek, standar pelayanan kefarmasian perlu diperhatikan agar sesuai dengan protokol untuk pelayanan pelanggan di apotek tersebut. Bentuk pelayanan resep, mulai dari penerimaan, pemeriksaan ketersediaan, penyiapan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai termasuk peracikan obat, pemeriksaan, hingga penyerahan obat pada pasien perlu disertai pemberian informasi yang tepat pada pasien. Hal tersebut agar pengobatan yang diberikan pada pasien tepat dan sesuai harapan terapi yang diinginkan. Pada setiap tahap alur pelayanan resep juga perlu dipastikan sebagai upaya pencegahan terjadinya kesalahan pemberian obat (medication error), salah satunya terjadinya interaksi obat maupun efek samping yang tidak diinginkan. Pengamatan terkait efek samping dan interaksi obat pada obat-obatan yang diresepkan pasien dilakukan pada lima resep polifarmasi racikan yang diberikan per Januari 2023. Obat-obatan yang diresepkan tersebut biasanya terdiri atas lima atau lebih kandungan zat aktif obat yang dilakukan peracikan untuk dijadikan bentuk sediaan lain yang lebih praktis digunakan pasien. Beberapa resep obat racikan polifarmasi yang telah diamati dapat berpotensi menimbulkan interaksi obat, baik interaksi dalam level menengah (intermediate) maupun level mayor serta beberapa efek samping tidak diinginkan dapat timbul dari penggunaan obat, baik sebagai akibat dari penggunaan bersamaan dengan obat lain maupun akibat penggunaan jangka panjang.

In improving the quality and scope of good pharmaceutical services in pharmacies, it is necessary to pay attention to pharmaceutical service standards in accordance with the protocols for customer service in these pharmacies. The form of prescription services, starting from reception, checking availability, preparation of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and consumable medical materials including dispensing drugs, examinations, to dispensing drugs to patients needs to be accompanied by providing appropriate information to patients. This is so that the treatment given to the patient is appropriate and according to the expectations of the desired therapy. At each stage of the prescription service flows it is also necessary to ensure as an effort to prevent medication errors, one of which is the occurrence of drug interactions and unwanted side effects. Observations related to side effects and drug interactions for medicines prescribed by patients were carried out on five concoction polypharmacy prescriptions given as of January 2023. The prescribed medicines usually consist of five or more active ingredients of the drug which are compounded to be made into other dosage forms which is more practical for patients to use. Several prescriptions for polypharmacy concoctions that have been observed have the potential to cause drug interactions, both interactions at the intermediate level and major level and some unwanted side effects can arise from drug use, either as a result of concomitant use with other drugs or as a result of long- term use."

"Penyakit infeksi merupakan penyakit yang dapat disebabkan oleh mikroorganisme patogen, seperti bakteri, virus, parasit atau jamur. Terapi untuk mengobati penyakit infeksi antara lain antibakteri/ antibiotik, antijamur, antivirus, antiprotozoa. Penggunaan obat antibiotik bukan tanpa risiko, terlebih jika masyarakat mengkonsumsi obat ini sembarangan. Penggunaan obat antibiotik harus dengan resep dokter agar hasilnya semakin optimal. Resep dari dokter tersebut harus memuat informasi yang jelas agar apoteker maupun petugas kefarmasian dapat menyiapkan obat dengan baik, maka dari itu perlu dilakukan pengkajian resep terlebih dahulu untuk menghindari terjadinya kesalahan dalam menyediakan dan memberikan obat kepada pasien. Pada tugas khusus ini dilakukan pengkajian resep terhadap tiga resep obat yang mengandung antibiotik di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu. Pada kegiatan pengkajian resep, terdapat kajian terkait administrasi yang berisikan nama, umur, jenis kelamin, berat badan pasien, nama dokter, nomor Surat Izin Praktik (SIP), alamat, nomor telepon, paraf, dan tanggal penulisan resep. Kajian kesesuaian farmasetik yang berisikan bentuk sediaan, kekuatan sediaan, stabilitas dan kompatibilitas. Kajian pertimbangan klinis yang memuat informasi ketepatan indikasi dan dosis obat, aturan dan lama penggunaan obat, duplikasi atau polifarmasi, reaksi obat yang tidak diinginkan, kontraindikasi, dan interaksi obat. Berdasarkan data dan analisis yang telah dilakukan, dapat hasil menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengkajian tiga resep obat antibiotik dapat terdokumentasikan dengan baik. Tiga resep yang dikaji secara administratif, kesesuaian farmasetik, dan pertimbangan klinis cukup lengkap dan memberikan informasi yang cukup untuk apoteker maupun tenaga kefarmasian lainnya untuk menyediakan dan memberikan obat yang sesuai kepada pasien.

Therapy to treat infectious diseases includes antibacterial/antibiotic agents, antifungal, antiviral, and antiprotozoal medications. The use of antibiotics is not without risks, especially if people use these drugs carelessly. Antibiotics also must be prescribed by a doctor, ensuring optimal results. The prescription from the doctor must contain clear information so that pharmacists and pharmacy staff can prepare the medicine properly, therefore it is necessary to review the prescription first to avoid errors in providing and administering the medicine to the patient. In this special assignment, a prescription review was carried out for three prescription drugs containing antibiotics at the Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu. In the prescription review activity, there is a study related to administration which contains the patient's name, age, gender, weight, doctor's name, Practice License number (SIP), address, telephone number, initials and date of writing the prescription. Pharmaceutical suitability studies containing dosage form, dosage strength, stability and compatibility. A study of clinical considerations that includes information on the accuracy of indications and drug doses, rules and duration of drug use, polypharmacy, unwanted drug reactions, contraindications and drug interactions. Based on the data and analysis that has been carried out, the results show that the review activities for three antibiotic drug prescriptions can be well documented. The three prescriptions reviewed administratively, pharmaceutical suitability, and clinical considerations are quite complete and provide sufficient information for pharmacists and other pharmaceutical personnel to provide and administer appropriate medications to patients."

"Diabetes melitus adalah penyakit gangguan metabolisme yang ditandai dengan terjadinya hiperglikemia dan kelainan metabolisme seperti pada karbohidrat, lemak, dan protein. Obat oral antidiabetes termasuk ke dalam lima penyakit terbanyak yang ditebus di apotek. Dalam mengelola apotek, dibutuhkan kemampuan untuk manajemen persediaan obat yaitu memastikan perputaran obat agar permintaan obat tetap terpenuhi. Selain itu, salah satu kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik yang dilakukan di apotek yaitu pengkajian resep. Pengkajian resep bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien dengan cara menganalisa masalah terkait obat dan mencegah terjadinya medication error. Tujuan dari laporan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui obat antidiabetes yang termasuk dalam kategori fast moving dengan penjualan tertinggi pada bulan Februari 2023 dan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat masalah terkait resep obat antidiabetes oral yang ditebus di Apotek Roxy Biak. Metode yang digunakan yaitu mengumpulkan data penjualan obat antidiabetes oral pada bulan Februari 2023 untuk menentukan obat yang tergolong dalam kategori fast moving dan pemilihan 2 resep yang digunakan sebagai perwakilan bulan Februari untuk dilakukan analisis kajian resep. Berdasarkan pengkajian resep obat antidiabetes oral fast moving di Apotek Roxy Biak, didapatkan 10 obat dengan jumlah penjualan terbanyak yaitu Metformin 500 mg Glucophage XR 500 mg, Glucophage 500 mg, Diamicron MR 60 mg, Glibenklamida 5 mg, Glimepiride 2 mg, Forxiga 10 mg, Jardiance 25 mg, Gliquidone 30 mg, dan Janumet 50/1000 mg. Penjualan terbanyak yaitu Metformin 500 mg dengan jumlah 4.065 tablet. Hasil pengkajian resep berdasarkan kajian administrasi, kajian kesesuaian farmasetik, dan pertimbangan klinis tidak ditemukan masalah terkait obat.

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemia and other metabolic disorders such as carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Oral antidiabetic drugs are included in the five most common diseases redeemed at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy. In managing a pharmacy, the ability to manage drug supplies is needed for drug circulation to ensure that drug demands are fulfilled. In addition, one of the clinical pharmacy service activities carried out at the pharmacy is prescription review. The prescription review aims to improve patient’s quality of life by analyzing drug-related problems and preventing medication errors. This report aims to find out which antidiabetic drugs are included in the fast-moving category with the highest sales in February 2023 and to investigate whether there are any problems with prescriptions for oral antidiabetic drugs that are redeemed at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy. The method used was through data collection on sales of oral antidiabetic drugs in February 2023 to determine which drugs belong to the fast- moving category and to select two recipes to be used as representatives for February to conduct a prescription review analysis. Based on a review of fast-moving oral antidiabetic drug prescriptions at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy, the ten drugs with the highest sales were found, namely Metformin 500 mg, Glucophage XR 500 mg, Glucophage 500 mg, Diamicron MR 60 mg, Glibenclamide 5 mg, Glimepiride 2 mg, Forxiga 10 mg, Jardiance 25 mg, Gliquidone 30 mg, and Janumet 50/1000 mg. The biggest seller was Metformin 500 mg with a total of 4,065 tablets. The results of the prescription review based on administrative reviews, pharmaceutical suitability studies, and clinical considerations found no drug-related problems."
