"Keracunan makanan menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan terbesar di Indonesia. Salah satu penyebab kejadian luar biasa keracunan makanan terjadi karena mengkonsumsi makanan olahan katering. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran higiene dan sanitasi pada proses pengolahan makanan dengan menggunakan pendekatan HACCP. Penelitian dilakukan dengan disain penelitian deskriptif untuk melihat proses pengolahan makanan di Katering “C” dan meneliti kualitas bakteri E. coli pada tiga jenis makanan. Hasil dari penelitian dengan pendekatan HACCP menunjukkan bahwa proses pengolahan makanan masih belum memenuhi standar. Ditemukan juga bakteri E. coli pada jenis makanan ayam balado dan rendang sapi dikarenakan praktik higiene sanitasi makanan yang kurang.

Food poisoning is becoming one of the biggest health problems in Indonesia. One cause of outbreaks of food poisoning occur due to eating processed food catering. This study aims to look at the overview of hygiene and sanitation in food processing by using the HACCP approach. The study was conducted with descriptive research design to see the processing of food in catering "C" and to examine the quality of E. coli bacteria in three types of food. The results of the research show that the HACCP approach to food processing is still not meet the standards. It was also found E. coli bacteria in ayam balado and rendang sapi because of hygiene and sanitation practices due to lack of food."

"Kejadian keracunan makanan di Kabupaten Bogor mengalami fluktuasi dalam lima tahun terakhir. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, diperlukan adanya penelitian untuk mencari tahu faktor risiko keracunan makanan. Penelitian menggunakan studi deskriptif dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari bagian rekam medis RSUD Cibinong pada tahun 2008 hingga 2012. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, didapatkan bahwa golongan umur dewasa yaitu 15 hingga 49 tahun mengalami keracunan makanan paling besar, yaitu sebanyak 64% Selain itu, tingkat pendidikan dasar berpotensi dalam kejadian keracunan makanan. Golongan tidak bekerja atau ibu rumah tangga juga memiliki risiko terhadap keracunan makanan dengan jumlah kasus sebanyak 60%. Jenis kelamin tidak berisiko untuk menimbulkan keracunan karena memiliki proporsi yang hampir sama. Wilayah pedesaan, khususnya di Kecamatan Babakan Madang menjadi lokasi yang berisiko karena di wilayah tersebut terjadi keracunan makanan akibat jamur sebanyak 20%. Penyebab keracunan yang menjadi faktor risiko adalah penyebab npon-bakteri. Jenis makanan yang berisiko adalah jamur. Waktu kejadian keracunan makanan paling banyak terjadi pada Januari hingga April dan musim hujan. Musim hujan berkaitan dengan masa tumbuh jamur. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor risiko keracunan makanan dari analisa kasus rawat inap di RSUD Cibinong adalah umur, pekerjaan, pendidikan, wilayah domisili, jenis makanan, dan waktu kejadian.

Incidence of food poisoning in Bogor district experiencing fluctuations in the last five years. As such, the existence of the necessary research to find out the risk factors of food poisoning. Research using a descriptive study using secondary data from the medical record of RSUD Cibinong in 2008 to 2012. Based on the results of the analysis, obtained that the adult age of 15 to 49 years had the most food poisoning, that is as much as 64% in addition, the primary education is potentially in the event of food poisoning. The unemployed or the housewife also has a risk of food poisoning with the number of cases as much as 60%. Sex is not at risk to cause poisoning because it has almost the same proportion. Rural areas, especially in the Babakan Madang be risky due to the location in the area of food poisoning occurs due to mushrooms as much as 20%. The cause of the poisoning to be a risk factor was non-bacterial. The type of food that is at risk is a fungi. The incidence of food poisoning at the most happen in the January until April and the rainy season. The rainy season is related to the growing mushrooms. Based on this it can be concluded that the risk of food poisoning from analysis of inpatient cases in RSUD Cibinong is the age, occupation, education, region of domicile, type of food, and the time of the incident."

"Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB) keracunan pangan merupakan kasus keracunan yang melibatkan lebih dari dua korban keracunan. Biasanya pada kasus-kasus yang terjadi, tidak kurang korban keracunan mencapai puluhan atau bahkan ratusan. Berkaitan dengan kasus keracunan makanan, hukum tanggung jawab produk atau product liability dimaksudkan untuk memberikan jaminan terhadap hak-hak konsumen, khususnya hak atas keselamatan, keseshatan, dan hak untuk mendapatkan ganti kerugian terhadap konsumen, dimana kedudukannya masih lemah dibandingkan pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis tentang bagaimana tanggung jawab produk atas pangan yang sudah teracun dan kemudian meracuni konsumennya. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapat bahwa Hukum Tanggung Jawab Produk masih merupakan hal yang masih harus menjadi perhatian serius, demi menjamin adanya kepastian hukum konsumen terhadap pelaku usaha.

Extra ordinary foodborne disease is the poisoning cases that involving more than two victims of poisoning. Usually in cases that occurred, at least more than hundred victims of poisoning is possible. In term of foodborne disease, product liability laws or product liability is intended to provide a guarantee of consumer rights, particularly their right to safety, health, and the right to claim over the injuries. The consumer position is still weak compared to manufacturer. This study aims to describe and analyze on how the responsibilities for food liability that have been poisoned. From the results of this study, found that the Product Liability Law is still the case that should be a serious concern, it is in order to ensure legal certainty of consumers over manufacturer."

"Fasilitasi perdagangan merupakan faktor penting bagi negara-negara di dunia dalam efisiensi perdagangan. Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak fasilitasi perdagangan dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja ekspor terhadap industri pengolahan makanan Indonesia ke kawasan RCEP. Sektor industri pengolahan Indonesia merupakan sektor penyumbang terbesar ekspor Indonesia dan kawasan RCEP merupakan negara tujuan utamanya. Namun, trend pertumbuhan ekspor industri pengolahan makanan Indonesia ke kawasan RCEP dari tahun 2012 sampai 2019 cenderung menurun. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder periode 2012 – 2019 dengan pendekatan gravity model data panel. Variabel fasilitasi perdagangan yang menjadi interest variable yaitu kualitas infrastruktur transportasi, penyerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (ICT), hambatan prosedur bea cukai, (BOCP) dan kualitas lingkungan bisnis negara RCEP. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel fasilitasi perdagangan yang sangat memengaruhi nilai ekspor industri pengolahan makanan Indonesia ke kawasan RCEP adalah persentase penyerapan teknologi dan komunikasi (ICT) negara RCEP dan kualitas lingkungan bisnis negara RCEP. Negara RCEP yang memiliki persentase penyerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (ICT) terbesar yaitu Korea Selatan dan Selandia baru memiliki lingkungan bisnis yang terbaik. Selain itu, variabel ekonomi yang memengaruhi nilai ekspor industri pengolahan makanan Indonesia ke kawasan RCEP adalah jarak ekonomi Indonesia dengan negara RCEP dan jumlah populasi negara RCEP.

Trade facilitation is an important factor for countries in the world in trade efficiency. This study aims to analyze the impact of trade facilitation to export performance on the export value of Indonesia’s food industry to the RCEP countries. Indonesia's manufacturing sector is the largest contributor to Indonesia's exports and the RCEP countries is the main destination. However, the export growth trend of Indonesia's food industry to the RCEP countries from 2012 to 2019 tends to decrease. The data used in this study is secondary data for the period of 2012 – 2019 with a gravity model panel data approach. Trade facilitation variables that become interest variables are the quality of transportation infrastructure, the absorption of information and communication technology (ICT), the burden of customs procedure (BOCP) and the quality of business environment of RCEP countries. The result of the model shows that the trade facilitation variables significantly affecting the export value of Indonesia’s food industry are the percentage of technology and communication absorption (ICT) of the RCEP countries and the quality business environment of the RCEP countries. The RCEP countries that has the largest percentage of information and communication technology (ICT) absorption is South Korea, while New Zealand has the best business environment. Besides that, the economic variables that affect the export value of Indonesia's food industry to the RCEP countries are the economic distance between Indonesia and RCEP countries and the total population of the RCEP countries"

"ABSTRAK
Semakin banyak perusahaan melakukan percepatan pengembangan produk
dengan memperpendek waktu pengembangan produk agar produk dapat
secepatnya berada di pasar. Studi terdahuiu dan studi eksplorasi menunjukkan
bahwa hal ini disebabkan oleh adanya peiuang pasar, biaya ekonomi tinggi,
persaingan, intuisi pembuat keputusan, kapabilitas dan citra merek. Tujuan
penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah percepatan pengembangan produk
mempengaruhi peran artikulasi dan navigasi pemasaran dalam menghasilkan
kinerja produk. Berlandaskan Evolution Theory, Contingency Theory, Market-
Based View dan Resource-Based View dibangun model penelitian. Responden
adalah pemasar per kategori produk pada divisi pemasaran perusahaan pangan
skala menengah-besar di Indonesia. Kuesioner terisi dari 107 responden diolah
dengan Latent Variable Score (LVS). Dilakukanpre-test dua kali.
Hasil identifikasi awal penelitian ini memperkuat hasil studi eksplorasi
sebelumnya bahwa industri pangan diduga berada dalam tahap pertumbuhan yang
ditandai dengan keberhasilan peran pemasaran dalam membangun Jaringan
distribusi yang kuat serta kemampuannya untuk memperkenalkan merek.
Informasi awal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa dalam kondisi tingkat persaingan
yang menuju ke hypercompetition, pemasar cenderung memutuskan untuk
melakukan inovasi incremental. Dari variabel independen (peiuang pasar,
persaingan, biaya, intuisi, kapabilitas dan citra merek), studi ini menemukan
bahwa hanya variabel intuisi dan kapabilitas yang mendorong perusahaan
melakukan percepatan pengembangan produk.
Intuisi eksekutif pemasaran yang semakin sering digunakan dan didukung
dengan kapabilitas yang kuat mendorong perusahaan untuk semakin melakukan
percepatan pengembangan produk. Temuan penelitian menyatakan bahwa
percepatan pengembangan produk memperkuat peran pemasaran dalam
menciptakan, mengembangkan nilai dan menyebarkan nilai untuk menghasilkan
kinerja produk yang diharapkan. Peneliti mengajukan model penelitian alternatif
untuk melengkapi model penelitian orisinal yang menunjukkan bahwa efek
langsung percepatan pengembangan produk terhadap kinerja produk lebih besar
dibandingkan melalui peran pemasaran.
Hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi teoritis bahwa intuisi dan
kapabilitas sebagai sumberdaya internal perusahaan dari Resource-Based View
menjadi faktor pendorong perusahaan melakukan percepatan pengembangan
produk. Implikasi manajerial diuraikan dalam lima area implikasi yakni
organisasi, sumberdaya manusia. pemasaran, inovasi dan manufacturing.
Pemerintah juga perlu mengeluarkan kebijakan yang mampu mendukung
percepatan pengembangan produk yang dilakukan sehingga dapat mencapai hasil
yang optimal.

ABSTRACT
More and more companies do accelerated product development by making
time of product development shorter so products can be launched to market
as quickly as possible. Previous and exploration studies show that it is
caused by market opportunity, high cost, competition, intuition of the
decision makers, capability and brand image. Objective of the research is to
find out whether accelerated product development affects role of articulation
and navigation function of marketing in producing product performance. Based
on Evolution Theory, Contingency Theory, Market-Based View, and Resource-
Based View, model of the research was built up. Respondents are the
product-category marketers in marketing divisions from middle-large scale
food companies in Indonesia. Returned questionnaires from 107 respondents
were processed using the Latent Variable Score (LVS). Pre-tests had done
two times.
The first identification result of this research strengthens the previous
exploration studies that the food industry should be in the growing stage
which is indicated by the success of marketing in building a strong
distribution network and their ability in introducing brands. This beginning
information also shows that in the condition of the competition level that
move in the hypercompetition, most of marketers decide to do the incremental
innovation. From independent variables (market opportunity, competition, cost,
intuition, capability, and brand image), this study finds that only intuition and
capability which push companies to do accelerated product development.
The intuition of marketing executive which is more often used and
supported by strong capability push the companies to do more of accelerated
product development. Findings of the research state that accelerated product
development strengthens the role of marketing in creating, developing, and
distributing values to produce product performance. The researcher propose the
alternative research model to complete the original research model that shows
the direct effect of accelerated product development in producing product
performance is stronger than if it is through the role of marketing.
The findings of research give theoretical implication that intuition and
capability as internal resources of companies from Resource- Based View
become the factors that push companies to do accelerated product
development. The managerial implication are in five areas: Organizations, human
resources, marketing, innovations, and manufacturing. Government must make
out a policy that can support accelerated product developments to reach
optimal result."
