"Uni Soviet selalu dikaitkan dengan sejarahnya mengenai ekonomi sosialis. Sistem ekonomi komando yang dianut oleh Uni Soviet sempat mengalami kejayaan, namun pada akhirnya mengalami kemunduran atau stagnasi di masa Brezhnev. Uni Soviet adalah negara sosialis, dimana inti dari faham tersebut berkaitan dengan ekonomi. Segala aspek yang berkaitan dengan ekonomi diatur oleh pemerintah. Kebijakan ekonomi yang dijalankan oleh pemerintahan Brezhnev mengalami stagnasi ekonomi karena adanya kegagalan dalam beberapa sektor perekonomian. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya stagnasi ekonomi yang berdampak pada awal mula keruntuhan ekonomi Uni Soviet. Ambisi Brezhnev dengan melakukan reformasi ekonomi untuk meningkatan output industri dan pertanian tidak berhasil mendongkrak ekonomi negara tersebut, justru membuat perekonomian semakin terpuruk. Penulisan ini secara langsung mengarah pada satu penjelasan deskriptif yang sepenuhnya mengacu pada penelitian kualitatif. Metode penulisan berdasarkan data-data deskripsi, historis, dan memanfaatkan dokumen-dokumen mengenai kebijakan ekonomi di masa pemerintahan Brezhnev.

Soviet Union is always linked to their history of socialist economy. Command economy system adopted by the Soviet Union had experienced the triumph, but in the end suffered a setback in the Brezhnev era. Soviet Union is a communist country, where the core of the concept is related to the economic sector. Every aspect that is linked to the economy sector was always controlled by the government. Economic policies that are run by the government of Brezhnev’s stagnated economy because of the failure in some sectors of the economy. Brezhnev’s ambition to undertake economic reforms to improve the results of industry and agriculture did not boost the country’s economy, it makes the economy worse off. The writing of this thesis directs to one descriptive data, historical documents about the economic policy during Brezhnev’s regime."

"ABSTRAKMusik rock and roll atau yang biasa dieja sebagai rock lsquo;n rsquo; roll adalah sebuah aliran musik populer yang tidak hanya merupakan bagian dari hiburan dan seni, melainkan pula suatu bentuk budaya perlawanan. Seiring berkembangnya zaman dan pengaruh globalisasi, musik rock and roll yang berasal dari bangsa-bangsa barat ini kemudian masuk ke Uni Soviet. Di Uni Soviet, musik rock and roll pada awalnya mendapat larangan oleh pemerintah, karena merupakan budaya barat. Namun, setelah naiknya Mikhail Gorbachev sebagai pemimpin Uni Soviet, musik rock and roll kemudian dapat diterima dan berkembang karena kebijakan perestroika yang didalamnya terdapat kebijakan glasnost yang diusung oleh Gorbachev. Makalah ini akan mengungkap bagaimana perestroika mampu memberikan dampak bagi perkembangan musik rock and roll di Uni Soviet, serta bagaimana para khalayak musik rock and roll memaknai kebebasan yang diberikan pada masa pemerintahan Gorbachev melalui musik rock and roll.

ABSTRACTRock and roll music or also spelled rock lsquo;n rsquo; roll is a genre of popular music which is not only a part of entertainment and art, but also a form of counterculture. As the times progressed and impact of globalization, rock and roll music that came from the western countries entering the Soviet Union. At the first, rock and roll music was prohibited by the governmental regime, because it rsquo;s a part of western culture. After the rise of Mikhail Gorbachev as leader of the Soviet Union, rock and roll music can be accepted and developed because of perestroika policy which include glasnost by Gorbachev. This article will reveal how glasnost and perestroika can give impacts for the rock and roll development in Soviet Union, and how the audience of rock and roll expressed freedom that given on Gorbachev rsquo;s era through rock and roll music.Keyword: Perestroika, Glasnost, Rock and Roll, Impact "

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang dampak perubahan sistem pemerintahan dari Uni Soviet ke Federasi Rusia terhadap perkembangan Islam di Rusia. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa perubahan sistem dari sosialisme ke demokrasi membawa perubahan bagi perkembangan Islam di Rusia. Perubahan sistem termasuk perubahan konstitusi yang mengatur tentang keagamaan. Perubahan ini berdampak pada peningkatan populasi umat Islam, infrastruktur keagamaan, penyebaran dan potensi disentegrasi Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah metode penelitan sejarah. Perubahan sistem ini dibahas dengan teori studi perubahan.

This thesis discusses the impact of government alteration from Soviet Union to Russian Federation about islam development in Russian Federation. The result of this research prove that the alteration system from socialism to democracy led to the islam development in Russian Federation. The alteration system included the change of constitution that organized about religion. The alteration had an impact of islam population, religious infrastructure, the spread and integration potential disintegration. This thesis use the history method. The alteration system will be explain in alteration study theory."

"Penelitian ini membahas perkembangan ekonomi di Libya masa pemerintahan Muammar Khadafi. Pada masa Muammar Khadafi keterpurukan ekonomi Libya dapat diubah sehingga Libya dapat menjadi salah satu negara pengekspor minyak tersbesar di dunia dan rakyat menjadi sejahtera. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif karena membutuhkan data deskriptif berupa tulisan dari sumber-sumber yang dapat penulis amati. Metode pengumpulan data peneltian ini diperoleh dari beberapa sumber, di antaranya buku dan jurnal, yang berkaitan dengan perekonomian Libya. Penelitian ini mengangkat dua permasalahan, yaitu  (1) Bagaimana kondisi pemerintahan di Libya pada masa Raja Idris dan masa awal pemerintahan Muammar Khadafi (2) Bagaimana perkembangan ekonomi Libya pada masa pemerintahan Muammar Khadafi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan keadaan Ekonomi Libya pada masa Raja Idris dan masa awal pemerintahan Muammar Khadafi. Penelitian ini juga menjelaskan perkembangan ekonomi Libya masa pemerintahan Muammar Khadafi. Hasil dari penelitian adalah terjadi perkembangan signifikan yang terjadi pada masa Muammar Khadafi, khususnya di bidang ekonomi.

This study discusses the economic reforms in Libya during the reign of Muammar Khadafi. During the time of Muammar Khadafi, the downturn in the Libyan economy could be reversed so that Libya could become one of the largest oil exporting countries in the world and the people would prosper. This study uses qualitative methods and data collection techniques by making scientific observations, such as observing or observing documents. This research data collection method was obtained from several sources, including official books, articles, papers, journals, magazines and newspapers relating to the Libyan economy. This research raises two issues, namely (1) How was the condition of the government in Libya during the reign of King Idris and the early days of Muammar Khadafi's reign (2) How was the development of the Libyan economy during the reign of Muammar Khadafi. This study aims to explain the state of the Libyan economy during the time of King Idris and the early days of Muammar Khadafi's reign. This research also explains the development of the Libyan economy during the reign of Muammar Khadafi. The result of the research is that there were significant developments that occurred during Muammar Khadafi's time, especially in the economic field."
